Chapter 2-Doubts Found Out

Harry's POV

Harry finished breakfast and was still guilty. Ginny seemed to have laid off trying to figure out what was wrong with him. For that he was grateful.

For his birthday, Ginny had gathered all his old school friends and had a party together. Dean had married. Seamus had also married and had two girls. Neville and his family came over. So did Teddy, and they all stayed until it was time for them to go to The Burrow for Harry's birthday.

As usual, Mrs. Weasley had put up a feast for his birthday, and everyone was full and cheery. When they had all finished dinner, Mrs. Weasley conjured an impressive cake, and they all enjoyed the dessert. And for the first time that day, Harry forgot about Cho.

After finishing the cake, they opened presents. Harry had a large stack in front of him. The first was from Mr and Mrs Weasley. It was a book on parenting. The second was from Ron and Hermione. They had given him a huge box full of candy. The third was from Ginny. It was a photo album full of pictures of his Hogwarts days. So on and on the presents went and it wasn't until after that Harry remembered about Cho.

Lily had been sitting with Harry on the kitchen floor. Nobody was present and they were looking through the photo album that Ginny had given Harry. Lily was right now asking Harry about the photo of DA, Dumbledore's Army.

"Who's the pretty girl next to you?" Lily asked.

It was Cho to whom she was pointing. Harry told her, "That's Cho, Cho Chang." And then muttering under his breath, thinking that Lily couldn't hear he muttered, "My wife that I left with my two children."

Then even when Lily had ran off with the album, he sat still on the floor thinking.

Ginny's POV

Ginny was talking to Hermione when Lily came running into the sitting room with the album that she had given Harry for his birthday.

"Mommy look!" Lily cried.

Lily had opened up the album to the page with the DA.

"There's daddy's friend Dean and Luna," she told her pointing to their images. "And then next to them Aunt Hermione and Uncle Ron, and then Daddy, and then Daddy's wife that he left with his two children, Cho Chang!"

Ginny furrowed her eyebrows. What did Lily just tell her?

"Can you repeat that sweetheart?" she asked.

"Daddy's wife that he left with two children!" she repeated.

Then kept explaining about the other DA members. But Ginny had tuned her out. Instead she stood up and left the sitting room.

"Where are you going, Mommy?" Lily asked but Ginny ignored her.

She looked around the house until she found Harry sitting on the kitchen floor deep in thought.

"Do you know what Lily told me, Harry?" she asked him, leaning against the door frame.

"No?" Harry answered.

"She told me about your relationship with Cho Chang Harry." Ginny told him pursing her lips.

Harry was speechless. "I...I...I…Ginny...I can explain," he stuttered.

"No!" Ginny yelled at him. "No! You didn't even tell me! How could you do this?! I would have understood if you told me. I really would have! But you always have to make everything so hard! Dating, parenting, and now marriage!? Why do you always have to keep me in the dark. I'm your wife. I would have understood. You could have told me."

Harry sighed, "I'm sorry, I really am. But things with you were going so great and I forgot about Cho and it all just happened and here we are now with everything so great and I didn't want to ruin everything and…"

"Well it's ruined now," Ginny said and she stomped out of the room.

Ginny took her bag and told Albus to get James and Lily. They were leaving. They were done with this.

"Ginny wait!" Harry called to her. But Ginny just took her children and left.
