???: They thought we disappeared, they thought that they have beaten us, they thought that they have finished us off. But that is far from the truth, my brothers and sisters. We were never gone, we hid in the shadows waiting for our moment to strike, waiting to catch them off guard. And now is the time we make our great return, today shall mark the day that we come back stronger than ever. We are the White Masks and this is our mark.

As the speech from the man ended, several bombs were triggered across several parts of the city, armed men came out of cars and vehicles and open fired at any civilian unlucky enough to get caught in the crossfire. As chaos ensued and bodies of the innocent started dropping, they released the chemical gas used during the Bartlett University attack known as Compound Z and enveloped several buildings with gas and killed anyone who inhaled it, with the local law enforcement unable to stop the sudden attacks and with body counts increasing, operators from the Polish special forces known as the JW GROM were sent to deal with the attackers along with CBRN and decontamination units to assist in cleaning the mess. And after a large firefight that ensued for well over 30 minutes the GROM were able to retake buildings and public places held by the White Masks.

News anchor:... With over 500 civilian lives lost and hundreds and thousands worth of dollars of property damage, the recent attack on Warsaw two days ago has been claimed by many as the worst terror attack in Polish or even European history, with regions near the source of the gas being evacuated and with CBRN and decontamination units arriving to the scene along with words of empathy and solidarity from various countries, the government has ordered its people to not panic and to stay strong in these times and to keep the fighting spirit against these terrorists, in other news...

Miles: How's the situation in Warsaw?

Lukas: Fucked up, do you know how it feels to have your favorite place during your childhood be destroyed? This is just... It's saddening

Miles: I assume you're pissed then?

Lukas: OF COURSE I'M FUCKING PISSED, I'D GO OUT AND HUNT THEM MYSELF IF I CAN! DO YOU KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO HAVE SOMETHING YOU LOVE THE MOST DESTROYED BY TERRORISTS!?

Miles: Hey man you need to chill alright? I know you're mad but this ain't a one man mission, we'll hunt them together. And that means you too

Lukas: Sorry I just.. I'm just really mad alright? I loved Warsaw, to see it in this state just made me mad y'know, I'm sure you'd do the same if your hometown was attacked too

Miles: Can't say I won't be mad about that

Lukas: Exactly, I'm gonna go get a drink or something, I need to calm myself down

Miles: You might wanna talk to Eliza after that, she wants to talk to you

Lukas: I'll keep that in mind

He walked into the cafeteria to get some coffee to get his head off things, especially the gas attacks since his fiancee lived there and he was afraid of what had happened to her. When he got his drink he met a man who greeted him there.

Jordan: Hey, you're one of the new ones here right?

Lukas: Maybe, what's it to you?

Jordan: You heard about the attack?, I know it's kinda late but I figured-

Lukas: I already knew about it, just watched it on TV before I came here, why are you asking this anyways?

Jordan: Well I heard that the two sisters were pretty fuckin' pissed about it, I assume you do too

Lukas: No shit, it's my own country of course I'd be mad. That's why I came here so I can get my head off things, also what's your name? Uhh.. Jordan was it?

Jordan: Yep that's me, you can call me Thermite on the field

The two men shared a friendly handshake and sat on the table right beside them.

Lukas: So how long you've been here?

Jordan: 7 years at the most

Lukas: Holy shit, must be one of the OG's huh?

Jordan: Yeah I was one of the first people Six approached during the reactivation, the old one I mean

Lukas: The old one? What do you mean "the old one"?

Jordan: Well there's been a change of leadership so to say, when the old Six was offered a seat in Senate, she chose her right hand man Harry to be the new Six to take over, he started hiring people from shady backgrounds like PMC's, a space agency, hell even a literal thief

Lukas: Did it end well?

Jordan: Not really, the PMC cut the contract since one of my teammates beat the shit outta their boss, she and her crew left ever since, well except for one

Lukas: What happened to the rest? Like the astronaut and the thief?

Jordan: The astronaut well... She lost her leg during a bomb attack on our old base back in Greece, she got hospitalized and I doubt she's coming back. And the thief? Hell knows where the fuck he went

Lukas: So how many people did you lose back at Greece?

Jordan: Well 3 out of 4 of the operators from the PMC left, 1 heavily wounded and 1 MIA

Lukas: Lots of shoes to fill then?

Jordan: That's why you're all here, so we're not undermanned and making sure to fill back all the roles the PMC and the others left

Lukas: I see, well I got someplace to go so I can't chat for long, it was nice talking to ya Jordan

Jordan: Yeah you too man, see ya

The two men left to go do their own business, with Lukas trying to find Eliza and Jordan waiting for Apha at the cafeteria.
