When Iseda jumped through the portal that the Sage of Six Paths opened for him, he was expecting to end up somewhere a little bit more colorful and full of life, but where he ended up was nowhere near what he expected. Iseda found himself in an icy biome, more specifically right outside of what seemed to be some sort of icy city that was being protected by a gigantic wall of ice.

"This place seems to be just as heavily fortified as some of the villages back home" Iseda thought to himself. "But not that fortified"

Iseda pumped chakra into his feet and took off with amazing speed towards the giant icy wall. Blurs of blue and white flew by Iseda as he increased his speed. Once he made his way in front of the wall, he noticed what seemed to be the citizens of this city standing in front of the wall in a protective stance. One of the guards noticed him there and spoke out.

"HALT! WHO DARES TRY TO ENTER THE NORTHERN WATER TRIBE!?" The guard in a blue parka demanded to know with his booming voice. Iseda, however, wasn't intimidated by the man's booming voice in the slightest and simple stared at the man before speaking.

"I come in peace." Iseda stated. "I am looking for a boy called the Avatar. Do you know where he might be?"

The guard and his comrades paled slightly when Iseda mentioned the Avatar and immediately attacked him, bending water into their hands, they threw the water in a fluid like motion at Iseda, who dodged all of their attacks.

"Interesting...it seems that they have the ability to use the elements without any sort of hand seals. I guess this is what the old man meant when he said that they do not use chakra in a sense like we do as shinobi"

Another male guard made whips out of water and tried to strike at him. Iseda dodged his attacked and charged at him, punching the guard in the stomach and then kicking him in the face, causing her to fly back onto the ground. The guard from earlier became enraged at the sight and used the water he had and turned it into ice and shot the block at him.

"Fire Style Fire Dragon Flame Bullet!"

Iseda breathed fire out of his mouth and a dragon made of fire divided into three separate dragons. One of them the dragons destroyed the ice block that was heading towards Iseda, while the other two attacked the other guards, burning the guards to ash on contact.

"HE'S A FIREBENDER! SOUND THE ALARM! THE FIRE NATION IS HERE!"

"Firebender? Fire Nation? Hmmmm...perhaps I shouldn't have used a Fire Style jutsu here. These people seemed to hate fire" Iseda mused. He then looked at the remaining guards that were still in front of him.

"Four guards left...If it wasn't for the fact that I had just recently gotten the Rinnegan, I would've used one of the Paths, but I still do need time to recover, especially since I just used the Fire Dragon Flame Bullet"

Iseda looked at the guards and weaved through another set of hand seals.

"Wind Style: Gale Palm!"

Iseda clapped his hands together as a gale of wind appeared and knocked by all of the remaining guards into the icy wall, causing them to become unconscious.

"I should've left one of them alive or at least awake to answer my questions." Iseda sighed. "They did seem to pale when I asked them about the Avatar. Perhaps the boy is here. If only I could use the Rinnegan right now, I could use the Human Path and read their minds, but they would die afterwards and considering I just turned two guards to ashes, I don't need to cause any more trouble."

Iseda let out another sharp sigh before turning his attention back towards the icy wall. Pumping chakra back into his feet, Iseda ran up the giant wall all the way to the top. Once he landed on the top, Iseda was giving a view like no other. A view of a beautiful city made completely out of ice.

"Such a beautiful city." Iseda commented. "It's hard to believe that this world is apparently in the midst of a war and requires someone to help it retain peace."

After staring at the city for a little while longer, he jumped down off of the wall and landed on the ground gracefully.

"When I was standing on the wall, I saw a giant palace-like structure in the distance. If anything, I bet that is where this world's 'Kage' is at." Iseda mused. With his chakra enhanced speed, Iseda ran towards the icy city and jumped onto one of the nearby buildings. He continued jumping from building to building before he took one gigantic leap and landed right in front of the palace he saw from earlier. Once more he noticed guards in front of the palace.

The guards got into a tense, fighting stance as Iseda approached. "HALT! WHO GOES THERE?!"

"If I openly say that I am looking for the Avatar, then I might get attacked again. I guess I'll just have to change up my style a little bit."

Iseda raised his hands in a mock surrender. "I just killed some of your friends and knocked out the others on the other side of your icy wall! Bring me to the Avatar so he can bring forth my judgement!"

The guards immediately stiffened at his remarks. The main guard looked at his other two subordinates. "You two! Go make sure that this intruder is telling the truth!"

The guards nodded and ran off in the direction towards the icy wall. The main guard then came up towards Iseda and put handcuffs made out of ice on his wrist. He then looked at another guard who was standing idly by.

"Take him to the jail house! I shall inform our the Chief of this intruder along with the Avatar!" The other guard nodded his head and began to walk Iseda towards the prison.

"Phase One complete." Iseda mused to himself as he was guided towards the prison. Once they made their way inside the prison, the guard pushed Iseda into his cell and closed the icy door behind him and walked away, leaving Iseda to muse by his loansome.

"If everything goes as planned, I should be brought forth towards the 'Chief' and the Avatar. They will be wary to trust me though, especially since two of the Chief's warriors are nothing but ash and the rest are knocked out. Hopefully, my body should be fully recovered by then and I can take off the bandage that's around the Rinnegan."

Forty minutes have passed since Chief Arnook of the Northern Water Tribe was alerted by one of his guards that a unknown firebender wearing a black cloak with red clouds and a bandage over his right eye had infiltrated his city and not only attack some of his guardsmen, but killed two of them no less as well. Too top of it all off, the unidentified man even had the audacity to ask for the Avatar's location before he killed his men.

"Chief Arnook." One of the guards appeared before him.

"Yes guardsmen?"

"The Avatar and his friends have arrived." Arnook nodded at the guard.

"Let them in." The guard bowed and opened the icy doors revealing Avatar Aang, his friend and waterbending master, Katara, and his non-bending, but strategical helpful friend, Sokka.

"Chief Arnook." The three bowed towards the man who bowed in return. "What seems to be the problem."

Arnook let out a sigh. "Well Avatar there is no easy way to say this-"

"Sure there is! Just say it." Sokka interrupted, earning him a glare from Arnook and a smack upside the head from his sister.

"Earlier today, my men were attacked and two of them were killed." The Chief's revelation caused a gasp to come out of the mouths of Katara and Aang.

"Really?!"

"What happened?!"

"Who killed them?!"

Arnook raised his hands, signaling the three to stop their ranting. "It seems that a firebender has, for the first time, infiltrated the Northern Water Tribe."

"That's impossible!" Sokka and Katara scream at the same time. "The Fire Nation aren't arriving for a few days! I doubt that one lowly firebender made his way here!"

"Tell that to my two dead guardsmen who were turned to literal ashes!" Arnook yelled.

"Where is the firebender?" Everyone turned to look at Aang, who had a serious expression on his face. As an Air Nomad, Aang knew that killing was an unjust thing despite of the war that is currently raging on. Taking a life was something Aang could not stand for, no matter what.

"The firebender is currently locked in our prison. So far, the young boy has been very cooperative which is very unlike any firebender." Arnook mused.

"He could be trying to gain your trust and then plotting to take you out." Katara stated.

"That is very true as well, Ms. Katara." Arnook then turned towards the guardsmen from earlier. "Guardsmen, bring the prisoner here. We shall pass judgement for his crimes."

"Right away, Chief Arnook" The guardsmen bowed and quickly walked out of the palace.

Iseda had been sitting in his cell for over forty minutes. He has been sitting in a meditative position during that time. His chakra reserves were almost had full capacity and his Rinnegan was almost at full capacity as well. Iseda was contemplating on whether or not he should just break out of the prison and go find the Avatar himself instead of speaking to the Chief, but he decided against as he can already tell that he has caused enough trouble, especially with the death of those two warriors from earlier.

"Oi, ashmaker." Iseda opened his eye and looked up to see a guard standing right in front of him."

"What is it?"

"The Chief will be passing judgement on your crimes along with the Avatar. I am here to escort you to the palace. Do you understand?" The guardsman somewhat sneered his words at Iseda, but the Rinnegan-wielding shinobi wasn't fazed.

"I understand."

The guard then used his bending to open the prison cell. Iseda was forcefully stood upright and was walked out of the prison into the city. As they were walking, people were starting to stare at Iseda and his handcuffs as well.

"It seems that the news of my arrival has started to spread, but these people don't seem to be afraid of me. Perhaps the full details of my exploits haven't been revealed to the public." Iseda mused as he saw more and more people begin to look at him. It then after a two minute walk, Iseda was brought in front of the palace. Stepping up towards the door of the palace, another guardsmen opened up the palace door, revealing the inside.

The inside was very, very simple despite the fact that a Chief/leader lived here, but Iseda was not one to judge. Inside however, Iseda saw multiple people inside the room. He saw a dark skin girl wearing a blue dress, a boy who looked exactly like the girl wearing a blue-warrior like outfit, a dark skin man wearing what seemed to be royal clothing, but what really caught Iseda's eyes was the boy with tattoos on his arms and head and his clothes. They were orange and yellow. Just like Naruto's

Iseda had found him. The Avatar.

Iseda was then guided to the front of the room and stood before the Chief, while the guard who escorted him stood back, but not too far from him.

"What is your name?" The Chief asked.

"Tell me yours and I'll tell you mine."

Arnook scowled at the boy before speaking. "My name is Chief Arnook of the Northern Water Tribe. I am the leader of this tribe."

"Norther Water Tribe eh? Seems like their way of life and civilization is somewhat similar to the Nations and their villages."

"My name is Iseda."

"Well Iseda, you have committed heinous crimes against the Northern Tribe! How do you plead?" Arnook asked.

Iseda shrugged his shoulders. "I'm not going to deny what I did, if that's what you're trying to say. I honestly didn't mean to kill your men or knock them unconscious."

"LIAR!" Everyone in the room turned towards Katara. Iseda, however, didn't know the girl.

"And you are?" Iseda said with a raised eyebrow.

"My name is Katara of the Southern Water Tribe and I know for a fact that you are lying!"

"Southern Water Tribe? So there are two Water Tribes. Hmmm...interesting. Whenever I get out of here, I will have to read up on this world's nations." Iseda commented to himself.

"Sorry to tell you Katara, but I am not lying." Iseda replied coolly.

Arnook raised his eyebrows. "And how can you prove that?"

Iseda shrugged. "I can't. My original plan was to sneak into your Tribe and find baldy over here." He said, pointing at Aang.

"Oh? And why is it that you were searching for the Avatar? Are you planning to kill him?"

Iseda shook his head. "No actually, I'm here to join him."

Iseda's revelation caused gasps to come out of Aang, Katara and Sokka, while Arnook merely raised a curious eyebrow.

"Why do you want to join the Avatar?"

"I can't outright tell these people that the God of my world sent me here to join them. They'll think I'm either insane or lying. I guess I can mold the truth around." Iseda thought to himself before speaking again.

"I was sent here by a vision I had. The person in my vision told me to come here and search for the Avatar to join him in his cause and bring peace to the world." Iseda said firmly.

"How can you speak of peace when you killed those two people!" Sokka yelled angrily at the boy.

"As I said earlier, it was not my intention." Iseda said.

"And how are we supposed to believe what a firebender says?!" Katara yelled angrily as well.

"There goes that word again. Firebender...it seems that the people of this world are not heavily fond of people who use fire, meaning that the people who are causing this war are firebenders. Well...this just made things more complicated."

"I am sorry, but I am not a firebender." Iseda revealed.

"YOU LIE!" Everyone turned around to see one of the guards that Iseda knocked out previously. "I saw you use fire!"

"You also saw me use wind as well." Arnook and Aang's eyes widened.

"YOU'RE AN AIRBENDER?!"

"YOU CAN USE TWO ELEMENTS?!"

Arnook turned towards the guard. "Guardsmen, is this true? Did this boy use not only fire, but wind as well?"

"Yes Chief." The guardsmen grumbled. "He did this weird things with his hands and caused air to appear out of them and he did the same thing when he used his fire as well."

The guardsmen's response caused everyone's eyes to shift by to Iseda, who was currently staring at Aang.

"Can you show us a demonstration?" Arnook asked.

"Of course." Iseda broke through his ice cuffs, causing everyone to stiffen slightly at his movements.

"Wind Style: Gale Palm!"

Iseda weaved through his hand signs and clapped, causing another gale of wind to flow throughout the palace. He then weaved through another set of hand signs.

"Fire Style: Fire Dragon Bullet!"

Iseda shot forth a stream of fire from his mouth before quickly dispelling it.

Everyone's eyes widened even further at the fact that this firebender just used two elements.

"THIS IS A TRICK!" Katara yelled. "Aang is the Avatar! There is no way that this firebender can use two elements!"

"Technically speaking I can use five elements." Katara looked at the cloaked boy in shock and disbelief.

Arnook stared at the boy in awe before turning towards Aang. "Avatar. What do you make of this boy?"

Aang turned to look Arnook and then back towards Iseda. At first, Aang was ready to cast judgement along with Arnook on this boy for killing those two people, but after not only seeing his display of two elements, but also possibly having the ability to use five?! Aang honestly didn't know what to make of this boy.

Meanwhile Iseda was looking around the palace to see if there were any escape routes he would have to take just incase he was attacked. While Iseda knew he could take them all on and even kill them if he wanted too, he knew he couldn't. One of the reasons he was looking for escape routes was because of the Katara girl who looked at him like he was the enemy.

"Well I did kill two people and infiltrate this place like it's nothing" Iseda snorted.

"Well Avatar. We are waiting on an answer." Arnook said, snapping Aang out of his internal conflict from earlier. The Avatar looked back at Iseda, before walking out into the open right in front of Iseda.

"AANG! Get back here! This guy is dangerous." Sokka yelled.

"For once I agree with Sokka, get back here Aang!" Katara shouted as well. Aang, however, ignored both of them and stared directly into Iseda's unbandaged eye. For some reason, Aang felt safe around the boy despite the crime that he had committed and knew he wouldn't be hurt or worse.

"You said you wanted to join me in order to bring peace to this world right?" Iseda nodded.

"More or less."

"Are you going to kill even if you join us?"

"More than likely." Was the response he got, which made Aang frown. The young Avatar let out a sigh before turning towards Chief Arnook.

"Chief Arnook. I would like for you to place Iseda under my watch. I can gurantee to you that he will not pose you any problems and will not kill anyone else of this Tribe." Aang said boldy and confindently.

"Aang you can't be serious!" Katara yelled. "This guy is our enem-"

"I'll allow it, young Avatar." Arnook said surprising not only Aang, Katara, and Sokka, but the guardsmen as well. Iseda on the other hand just smirked.

"Chief with all due respect, you're joking right. After everything this ashmaker has done to us?! Killing two of my closet friends?!" The guardsmen from earlier yelled. He was going to yell again, but a slight glare Arnook stopped him in his tracks.

"My decision is final, guardsmen." Arnook said in a deep tone. He then turned back towards the Avatar and Iseda. "Avatar Aang, make sure this boy stays out of trouble. He is too stick by your side no matter what is that clear?"

"Yessir."

"And as for you, Iseda." Arnook turned towards the boy. "If you so much as step out of line, you will be removed. Is that clear?"

"I hear ya, but I doubt you can actually stop me." Iseda said. Arnook and him glared at each other before Arnook dismissed the guardsmen and he got up from this throne and went into another room. Aang then let out a heavy sigh and turned towards Iseda who turned towards him as well.

"Welcome to the team!" Aang said with a smile and stuck out his hand for Iseda to shake.

"Thank you, Avatar Aang." Iseda replied back with a smile and handshake of his own.
