Kal'sit Pov
After a long day, the doctor comes to his room to get some well deserve rest but for some reason he is just standing right by his door as she ruminates for the cause of this a certain vampire calls her attention.
"Heeyyyyy! Kal watcha doing here?" says Closure while striking a cute pose.
"Is that some crude attempt at being hip Closure? We're at work, talk properly" as Kal'sit addresses her behavior.
"Let her do what she wants Kal there's only the three of us here" says Warfarin as she watches the same monitor as Kal'sit.
Currently the 3 of them are in the surveillance room. Kal'sit called the 2 of them for the purpose of observing the doctor and help him if possible. That's Kal'sit is a bit irritated that Closure asked for something that she should be doing as well.
"I'm currently observing the doctor, he's been standing there for a good 5 minutes already" says Kal'sit.
"Closure don't we have an audio for these? Maybe doctor is saying something" asks Warfarin
"Oh that's right we actually do, wait a sec I'm turning it on now".
Doctor's POV
"It seems that I'm in my sleeping quarters now, odd I don't remember walking here" the doctor monologues.
"I'll start by taking my clothes off I guess" the doctor starts stripping everything and then decides to take a bath after.
As he was changing clothes in front of his mirror by the wall following his bath, he finally got a good look of his body.
"Some of my hair is turning white now and I got a lot of scars for a tactician and my body is pretty toned too" Doctor is the kind of tactician that comes to the battlefield so some attacks reach him from time to time although the frequency of this is really far from between.
Kal'sit POV
"THANKS FOR THE SHOW DOCTOR! WOOOOO! I wonder if I can sell this footage to the other operators" says Closure.
"Give me three copies when you do decide Closure" says a hyperventilating blushing Warfarin.
"Doing that would break our code of conduct not to mention the doctor's relationship with the other operators may be jeopardize so refrain from doing that both of you" reprimands a really cold, and so slight that you won't notice unless you pay close attention blushing Kal'sit then they were alarmed by a loud bang and the sound of glass shattering from the speakers.
Doctor's POV
"WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY DO I KEEP ON THINKING ON SACRIFICING SOMEONE TO DEFEAT THE ENEMY FASTER!? WHY!? WHY DO I KEEP ON THINKING THAT THIS IS THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY!? WHY!? WHY!? WHY!? WHY!? I CAN'T, I SHOULDN'T DO THAT! I DON'T WANT TO LOSE ANY OF THEM, I WANT TO PROTECT THEM! I KNOW THAT! SO WHY!?" shouts the doctor as he keeps on punching the wall where his mirror hanged. He cares neither for his hurting hand nor his bleeding knuckles. He just keep on pounding the wall with all his might
"I DON'T WANT TO LOSE ANYONE ANYMORE SO WHY!?" as he slowly slumps down to his knees.
"I don't want to see Kal'sit sad anymore, I don't want to burden Amiya anymore than this, I don't want to hurt ■■■■■■■ anymore than I already did….. who?" he quietly mutters, as the doctor was on the verge of remembering something important his consciousness was cut off abruptly and fell down hard on the floor.
Kal'sit POV
"Dr. Kal'sit, what's the meaning of this? You told everyone that the doctor is stable and can physically contribute to Rhodes Island without any speckle of doubt" asks Closure while glaring at her old friend.
"Even I don't know Closure, there are times that this kind of thing happens, the first time I noticed this was after he came back from Lungmen and it escalated to this after the events of Chernobord" replies Kal'sit as she looks at Closure in the eye.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T KNOW!? YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE WHO'S ALLOWED TO EXAMINE HIM! SO YOU DON'T GET TO GIVE US THAT KIND OF REASON! NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK AT HIM, HE IS NOT MENTALLY STABLE ENOUGH TO WORK ON THE FIELD" shouts Closure as she stomps closer to Kal'sit.
"It doesn't matter whether he is stable or not he is necessary in the battlefield and you know that" Kal'sit states in a matter of fact tone.
"Calm down Closure, the reason we're all here is to actually discuss this, remember Kal'sit asked for our helped" interferes Warfarin.
"(sound of breathing) Yes, you're right, I'm sorry Kal got a bit worked up there" says Closure as she bows a little bit while scratching her head, but the look on her eyes says otherwise as her gaze still lingers at the monitor where the doctor lies lifelessly on the floor.
"Hmm, I tried giving him counseling but he refuses to talk, I also gave him some medications but this still happens" hums Kal'sit as if in agreement and told them her actions prior to this meeting at the both of them as if to tell them it's all water under the bridge now.
"We're there any instances where this didn't happen after an expedition?" asks Warfarin
"Yes, there were. Namely the time when Ifrit, Amiya, Rosmontis, Suzuran, Shamare, Ceobe, Projekt Red, Gummy, Coura or Popukar asks to sleep with him" answers Kal'sit.
"Uhmm.. is the doctor a lolicon?" asks Closure timidly
"No as there were times when Skadi, Gravel, Eyjafjalla, Mudrock, Bagpipe, Utage, Blaze, Ambriel, Mostima, Astesia, Ch'en, Hoshiguma, Savage, Angelina, Siege, Praminx, Skyfire, Platinum, Gitano, Jessica, Dobermann, Indra or Specter"
"Deyyyyyyymmmmm! The doctor gets around!" celebrates closure.
"No, believe it or not they just literally sleep trust me I watched the footage" retorts Kal'sit to Closure amusement and areally smug face while staring at her
"So you're saying that the doctor does not have episodes like this in front of others? Then shouldn't we let operators sleep with him on regular basis?" asks Warfarin
"No, the will destroy the morality of this place and you know what our doctor is capable of, If someone manage to honey trap him and help their cause the doctor wiil be able to achieve it for them" reprimands Kal'sit.
"There really is no way of solving this right now besides the things you're already doing Kal. All that we can really do is watch over Doctor as he fights his demons… Although one of us here can actually help him with that more than others" teases Closure.
"I guess it can't be helped, from tomorrow on I'll start sleeping with doctor" Suggested…. By Warfarin
"Restraining order, this meeting is adjourned" Kal'sit retorts, as she stares sadly at the doctor still lying down the floor.
