Ben was at a loss.

Hinata didn't like video games, she didn't even seem to know what they were. She recognized the TV and seemed to understand the phones, but it took some coaxing to get her into the Rust Bucket.

She needed to see Ben be a hero! But he wasn't sure if he WAS a hero anymore. Without Feedback.

Ben decided to start with Heatblast, as they passed a burning apartment.

He looked at Hinata. Her eyes were doing that weird thing again. "There are three people in there."

She was out of the car before him, but she stopped when he pressed the Omnitrix. And stared. With those eyes.

Even Byakugan could not penetrate fully what was happening. His chakra was changing, morphing into another creature, but it still retained Ben's chakra.

Hinata couldn't begin to understand or explain, but she knew that was her friend, under all the fire and heat.

So she took off for the building.

Ben, as Heatblast, flew out in front of her, pushing down the flames, so she could get the people out.

Hinata healed them as best she could, and Ben changed back watching.

"You're more of a hero than I ever was." Ben sighed. "You really care about these people. I guess I got a lot to learn."

Hinata laughed a little. "You got me in there. Kept me AND these people safe. If that's not a hero, what is?"

"Yeah." Ben said. "What is?"
