Naruto can come from a different dimension (ritual dimension) that was destroyed by the fusion dimension (for lore check video by SpellCommander91) and will use Nekroz or any other ritual deck.

Option 2

Is an orphan for reasons was born in the normal/pendulum dimension and can use any deck

Option 3

can be from the fusion dimension that defected and can be (doesn't have to be) Alexis Rhodes brother
