"I'm here I got food ,"was all you could hear as Touma walked into his apartment sweating ."Index,"a sudden movement caught his attention , the nun named Index was slowly moving here way to Touma"Touma,"she said then she suddenly bit him . "WHAT MISFORTUNE," he yelled . Meanwhile on the other side of town Mikoto Misaka was slowly walk back to her dorm ."I can't believe he just ran off when I was so close to ,"she said . Misaka was still flushing hard as she walked because the only thing on her mind was the thought of Touma asking her "what she was doing at the vending machine ," . Misaka would just have to expect what she had done and move on while staying alert if he was around .
--A week later --
Touma had just finished his classes slowly walking along the park when he heard a voice "Idiot," . He looked up to find Misaka right ahead of him a bit flustered but it was to hard to make out with the sun ."It's Touma Kamijou , not idiot also what's wrong you need something," his reaction didn't surprise her after there last encounter he had still shown compassion to her when she was being rude ."I j-j-just wanted to ask you a question," Misaka said slowly turning red all over "Okay then what is it ," with a sudden change of heart " i-is it a-all right if I call you Touma,". The boy looked a bit confused that she came all this way just to ask him that "I guess , but you didn't have to come all this way to ask that you could've just started calling me that ," ."Yeah I guess you got a point,"with a sudden urge of courage ,"also I like you I mean like like you ," she spat it out before she could have second thoughts . The boy was obviously blushed hard now due to being confessed his first reaction was to say something to break the silence ."This isn't elementary school,"he said smiling "why you ," Misaka said blushing ."It's alright I like you to maybe not in the same way but close enough , how about this let's just focus on becoming better friends and from their we'll see ,". Misaka was happy that she wasn't totally rejected "o-okay better friends," she said "yeah and if the times right then we'll see from there" as Touma said that he knew on the inside he was freaking out for he had never had a girl confess to him he just decided to play it off as the cool guy ."Sure we'll I gotta go My T-Touma ," she said slowly going from a jog to a run . Touma was left there with a confession in his head ,soon he noticed he better get home quick to cook dinner .
