Metropolis
Ben was standing still with his arms up in the air as the group of armed birdmen approached him with their weapons aimed on him
"You there, human male, identify yourself immediately" one of the birdmen told Ben
"If you do not comply now you will be arrested immediately" one of the other birdmen told Ben
"Easy there fellas, I don't mean any trouble, I just got a little bit lost, that's all" Ben said to the birdmen
"You will still be coming with us regardless" one of the birdmen replied
"Wait, your arresting me, why?" Ben asked confused as he backed away slowly from the birdmen
"Do not resist" the birdmen said
Seeing no other option Ben readied the omnitrix, he didn't want to have to transform but the situation called for it
"Man, I really don't want to have to do this" Ben said to himself
Just then the birdmen readied their weapons and were going to fire them on Ben. Ben didn't look as he scrolled through the omnitrix playlist and selected an alien. He just slammed the core down as it popped up engulfing Ben in a bright green light.
Thangarian Prison Transport
Aboard a Thangarian prison transport ship we find the heroes of this world all in cells designed specifically for them. Flash, the fastest man alive was being held in a cell with increased gravity to prevent him from moving. Superman, the last son of Krypton was being held in a prison that shined bright red sun light on him which took away all of his powers making him basically human. Wonder Woman of the Amazons of Themescira was tied to a pole with her own magical lasso. Martian Manhunter, the last of the Martians was kept in a cell that nullified all of his powers.
The green lantern, John Stewart had his Lantern ring removed and was bound to a wall. Batman, the greatest detective and hero of Gotham was kept in a similar way to Green Lantern. However the Thangarians did not see the detective as a threat so they simply tied his hands behind his back. The heroes had been betrayed by one of their own and now they were going to be sent to who knows where.
"You know, I always thought that I would be in this situation one day" Flash said
"Really now? You thought about being in this situation before?" Green Lantern asked Flash
"Well not exactly like this, it kind of sucked less in my head" Flash answered
"Either way, we are all trapped and there is nothing that we can do about it" Martian Manhunter said speaking up
"Don't think like that, I am sure we will be able to get out of here, some how" Wonder Woman said
"How do you plan on that happening?" Superman asked
"Yeah, how do you? I mean its not like some random guy is going to be bursting through that door to save us" Flash said over exaggerated
Just as the Flash said that, he and the other members of the Justice league could here the sound of fighting and lasers being blasted outside the door. Out of nowhere a large explosion caused the large metal door come off the hinges and get stuck into the wall. A tall Thangarian fell through the door frame, he had burn marks all over his body. As another Thangarian got blasted into the room by a fireball, the members of the Justice league saw something they couldn't believe.
A figure who's body was made of red charcoal like rocks and who's head was on fire walked into the room with a defeated Thangarian in its hand
" That's the last of them" the figure said as it dropped the Thangarian on the floor
The figure looked over at he Justice league members in their cells, the Justice league members looked at the figure then over at the Flash
"What, I didn't know he'd show up" Flash said
" Please tell me that I fried the right guys? Cause I'm already in a bad mood as it is" the figure said
"We're the Justice League, we are heroes" Superman said
" That's great" the figure said
"So um, could you help us out?" The Flash asked the figure
The figure let out a sigh and walked over to the cells, he first walked over to the cell that was holding Superman. The figure melted the glass then broke the bulb that was producing the red light.
"Thanks for that" Superman said as his powers began to return to him
"Don't mention it" the figure said as it moved onto the other cells
Finally after freeing Batman the figure moved onto Wonder Woman who was last. The figure was disgusted to see how the Thangarians bound her like that. The figure put his big hands on the column that the lasso was tied to.
"Please be careful" Wonder Woman said to the figure
"Sorry about that, these things aren't exactly made for the dainty stuff" the figure said
Now that the Justice League was freed from their confinements the fiery humanoid figure was going to leave
"Wait where are you going?" Flash asked the figure
"Away from here, you don't need me anymore" the figure answered
"Please do not leave just yet, we need your assistance" Wonder Woman said to the figure
"We cannot defeat the Thangarians alone" Superman said
Batman looked at the figure silently
"Aren't you going to say anything to him" Green Lantern asked Batman
"If he wants to leave let him, it's not like he can assist us any further" Batman answered coldly
"Reverse psychology isn't going to work on me Batguy, you know what, fine I'll help and prove you wrong" the figure said
Just then the figure hit the badge on his chest which engulfed him in a bright green light. The members of the Justice league were surprised to see the fiery figure in front of them was something else. The fiery figure had transformed into a blue insect like creature, that looked a lot like a phantom.

The poncho like thing wrapped around the creatures body unfolded into four large wings revealing the rest of its body to the heroes
"I'll be back and make sure things are cleared ahead" the figure said before phasing through the floor
"So do you think he's on our side?" Flash asked
"I don't know, its hard to say at this point" Superman said
"Martian, what's your read on him?" Green Lantern asked Martian Manhunter
"I'm not able to get a full read on his mind but I sense a strong feeling of anger and irritation" Manhunter answered
"I wonder where that irritation is coming from" Superman said
"Probably because he's saving the guys who save the day" Flash said
"I think there is more to it then that" Wonder Woman
"Now the only question is who's side is it on" Batman said speaking
"It is best to believe that he is on our side" Manhunter said
"How so?" Batman asked
"From what I can see, every Thangerian with in a mile of us is frozen solid in a block of ice" Mannunter answered
"I see that as well" Superman said using his x-ray vision
Suddenly the phantom moth figure phased up through the floor surprising the heroes
"The area is clear for now, let's get going before anymore of them show up" the figure said
The figure then walked out of the room
"I'm with him" Flash said zooming past the other members of the Justice league
Time Skip
The members of the Justice league and the transforming figure that saved them snuck past the Thangarians searching the area for them. They ended up hiding in a closed department store where none of the Thangarians would look for them.
"So now what do we do?" Flash asked looking around
"We can't get to the tower since the Thangarians are occupying it" Green Lantern said
"Batman, what do you think we should do?" Superman asked Batman
"It is best if we get to Batcave and come up with a plan to stop the invasion" Batman answered
"That's all the way in Gotham and the Thangarians are everywhere looking for us" Flash said
"I am going to assume that is far away" the figure said
"How do we plan on reaching there undetected?" Wonder Woman asked
"It's not like your costumes are exactly discrete, the stick out like a sore thumb, they scream come and get me I'm a hero" the figure said
"I hate to admit this but he is right, there must be a way we can get to Gotham and not stick out" Superman said
"I don't want to say this but we are going to have to go in our civilian disguises" Manhunter said
The heroes all looked at each other for a minute before Superman stepped forwards. He took out a pair of glasses and put them on.
"My name is Clark Kent and I'm a reporter for the Daily Planet" Superman said revealing his secret identity
"I am Diana Prince" Wonder Woman said
"I am John Stewart and I am a pilot for the United States air force" Green Lantern said
"I am J'onn J'onzz" Manhunter said as he switched to his human form
Flash went up next and took off his mask
"Hey there, I'm Wally West" Flash said
"Heh, your name is Wally, really Wally?" The figure asked laughing
"Whatever weird bug thing, I bet your name is stupid" Wally said defending himself
Batman then took his mask off revealing his identity to the other heroes
"Holy crap, your Bruce Wayne" Wally said
"I am going to take a guess and say your big deal in this universe" the figure asked
"You could say that and besides I already knew all their identities even Wally's" Bruce answered
"The dude is like a billionaire, he owns his own company and can buy anything he wants" Wally said
With that out of the way, the members of the Justice league looked over at the figure. Before any of them could as the question to the figure, he answered it for them.
"My turn I guess, in this form I call myself Big Chill but normally, my name is Ben Tennyson, I'm 18 and I'm change into aliens" the figure said revealing who he really was to the heroes
"How come we've never heard of you?" Clark asked Ben
"You probably haven't heard of me because I'm from another universe" Ben answered
The other league members were in shock hearing Ben say that
"This isn't the first universe I've been to before, let's just say I've been around" Ben said thinking about the time he visited Rex's universe and all the universes with different Ben's
"We'll believe you for now but we need to get going" Bruce said
"Agreed, let's get going" Diana said
Ben looked around at all the clothes around them
"Looks like you guys are going to need some new outfits" Ben said
"We will put these clothes and head to the Batcave" Bruce said
"We can't all go there together, the Thangarians will ask questions" Diana said
"Looks like we'll need to split up" John said
"Diana and I will go with Ben" Bruce said
"Yeah, we'll look like a family out on a nightly walk" Ben said sarcastically
"I guess that means John and I will go together" Clark said
"Looks like I'm with J'onn" Wally said
With their plan made all the heroes and Ben split up and headed to Gotham where they would meet up at the Batcave
Time Skip
Batcave
Bruce and Diana along with Ben were able to make it past the Thangarians and made it into Gotham. Ben was amazed by the home where Bruce lived, it was a giant mansion on a hill. Ben knew that Bruce was rich but he had no idea Bruce was that rich. Ben guessed that Wally wasn't over exaggerating when he said Bruce was a billionaire. When they entered the mansion, the three of them were greeted by Bruce's butler, Alfred. From there they took a secret entrance which lead to the Batcave.
The Batcave was full of technology and had trophies all over, Ben had never seen a place like this before. He had always wanted a secret hideout where he and his friends could stay at when they weren't saving the day. Ben wasn't going to say it but he was really impressed with the Batcave and Bruce could see that. Ben walked around and checked out the cave, he stopped by a wall full of suits. He saw that Bruce had a batsuit for every occasion he even saw what looked like an outfit for a sidekick of some sort.
"Master Tennyson, master Bruce and the others are ready for the meeting" Alfred said to Ben
"Alright Alfred, thanks" Ben said
"Don't mention it master Tennyson" Alfred replied
As Ben walked over to where Bruce was the other members of the Justice league began to enter the Batcave. Wally walked and looked around, he stopped and looked at the giant tyrannosaurus in the cave.
"Hey, that's a Trex" Wally said pointing at the dinosaur
"And I thought master Bruce was the detective" Alfred said sarcastically
Ben did his best to hold back a laugh but he did like the butler's sense of humor. Finally now that everyone had made it to the Batcave it was time for Ben and the others to come up with a plan to stop the Thangarians. First they needed to figure out why the Thangarians were there in the first place.
"From what I've seen, these Thangarians are not exactly the saviors they claim to be" Ben said
"That was made apparent when they apprehended us" J'onn said
"Now the questions is why they are here" Clark said
"Earth isn't in any danger so why are they building the force field?" Diana asked
"I can answer that, they aren't, their building a hyperspace bypass generator" a voice answered
Ben and the Justice league members turned around and saw a female Thangarian standing there. Ben didn't know who she was personally but from what he was told, the Justice league members were betrayed. One of their own turned on them and sold them out to the Thangarians. It was Hawkgirl, she was the one who betrayed the Justice league and sold them out. Ben not wanting to take any chances quickly transformed into a large red skinned four armed alien.
He then charged at Hawkgirl and grabbed her by the neck and lifted her up off the ground. With his lower two arms, he grabbed her wings and was about to rip them off.
"You better give me a reason to not make you a flightless bird" Ben told her
"Please…I came here…to help" Hawkgirl pled as Ben squeezed her throat
"Ben, put her down and let her talk" John told Ben
Ben listened and let go of Hawkgirl's neck but he didn't let her go anywhere
"You have a lot of nerve coming here after what you did" Diana said to Hawkgirl
"I know what I did was wrong but honestly I came here to help you" Hawkgirl said
"Yeah, we should trust you because you've been a real big help as of lately" Wally said
"I know but I know what the Thangarians true plans for Earth are" Hawkgirl replied
The heroes were unsure if they should believe Hawkgirl but Ben could see something in her
"I say we should let her explain herself" he said
"Look, the Thangarians aren't actually here to help Earth, they are building a hyperspace bypass generator which will destroy Earth and kill everyone on it" Hawkgirl explained to everyone
The Justice league was in shock to hear that, Ben couldn't believe that those Thangarians were lying to everyone and were simply going to wipe them out
"I have the data on this chip that has all the information" Hawkgirl said as she handed Bruce a data chip
"Why are you telling us all this, aren't you one of them?" Wally asked
"I may be a Thangarian but I had no idea that this was their true plan, I thought I only came here to help the people of Earth and my race" Hawkgirl answered
"I will take this data but I want you to get out" Bruce said walking away from Hawkgirl with the other members of the Justice league
Ben could see the sincerity in Hawkgirl's voice, he could see that she had no intention of betraying the heroes. She was torn between her duty to her people and her friendship with the Justice league. Still Ben left with the other members, only John remained with Hawkgirl.
"Why aren't you leaving like the others?" Hawkgirl asks John
"Last time I let my guard down and you punched me in the jaw" John answered
"It wasn't personal, believe me" Hawkgirl said
"I don't exactly believe you when you say that" John said
"I only did what I believed was right, as for warning you, I feel that is the right thing to do now" Hawkgirl said as she handed back John his power ring
John didn't say anything as he took the power ring and Hawkgirl flied out of the Batcave
Small Time Skip
John walked over to the others with his power ring as they were discussing their plan to defeat the Thangarians
"So if what the info on that chip says is true, then someone is going to need to find the ship that is protecting that bypass device" Ben said
"Someone else is going to need to take back the Watchtower" Wally said
"How do we exactly plan on doing that?" John asked
"I wish the solution would just come crashing into the room" Wally said
Just then a large force of Thangarians busted into the Batcave and began to attack Ben and the other heroes
"Geesh Wally, what is it with you today?" Ben asked as he avoided a laser blast
The members of the Justice league readied themselves and began to fight back against the Thangarians. Ben rolled behind some cover and began to activate the omnitrix and scrolled through its playlist. When Ben found an alien, the faceplate slid back and the core popped up. Ben slammed it down and was engulfed in a green light as he transformed into the alien he selected. Ben transformed into a blue monkey like alien that had four arms and wore a combat vest that had the omnitrix symbol on it. The alien also had multiple eyes like that of a spider.
"Spidermonkey!!!" Ben said transformed as he made some monkey noises
Ben as Spidermonkey swung around and webbed up as many Thangarians as he could. The ones he didn't web up he would jump on them and kick them out of the air.
" Wally here you go" Spidermonkey said tossing some webbed up Thangarians at Flash
"Thanks kid" Flash said taking out the Thangarians with a high-speed punch
Now that the Justice league were able to fight back, the attacking Thangarians were not a match for them. Once it was over, only one Thangarian remained, it was the Thangarian known as Kragger. Ben as Spidermonkey webbed his body to wall so he couldn't escape them.
"Free me now" Kragger said demanding the heroes let him go
" Sorry birdbrain, no chance" Spidermonkey said
"You are going to tell us what we want to know" Wonder Woman told Kragger
"I won't tell you anything" Kragger said
" Fine then, it's a good thing I have a few transformations that can make you talk" Spidermonkey said
"No need, we can use their ship to get us to the Watchtower" Green Lantern said speaking up
"Are you sure you can even fly that thing?" Spidermonkey asked Green Lantern
"Yeah man, I mean I know you're a pilot and all but that is an alien craft" Flash said
"Don't worry, I can fly anything" Green Lantern said walking over to the craft
As Green Lantern tried to pilot the Thangarian craft, he wasn't exactly having the easiest time doing it. He may of said he could pilot it but the alien technology was to hard for him to use. Defeated, Green Lantern got out of the Thangarian craft. Before Flash or Spidermonkey could say anything, Green Lantern stopped them.
"Do not say anything" he told them
"So now what do we do? It's not like we can get him to pilot it" Spidermonkey said looking back at Kragger who was still webbed to the wall
"Ben you're a genius" Wonder Woman said
"I am? I mean of course I am, how exactly am I a genius?" Spidermonkey asked confused
"We don't need him to pilot us, we just need the knowledge in his head" Batman answered
"How exactly do we plan on getting that knowledge? He isn't going to tell us anything" Spidermonkey asked
"I have the ability to enter one's mind and see their memories and much more" Manhunter answered
"Great, you go and do that" Spidermonkey said
Martian Manhunter walked over to Kragger who was struggling to get free from the webbing. Manhunter then put his hands on Kragger's head and entered his mind. Spidermonkey and the others watched as Manhunter began to go through Kragger's thoughts and memories. For a second they were worried when wounds began to appear out of nowhere on Manhunter's body.
"Martian are you okay?" Green Lantern asked
"Do not worry, I have fully gained access to his mind" Manhunter answered
With in seconds, Martian Manhunter got all of the information he needed from Kragger's head. With that Manhunter left Kragger's mind leaving him in a catatonic state.
"Remind me to never get on his bad side" Spidermonkey whispered to Flash
"Do not worry, normally I need permission to enter someone's mind but since he wasn't willing I had to force myself in" Manhunter said
With that, Ben and the others now had a plan on how to stop the Thangarians and their invasion. Ben, Wonder Woman, Superman and Green Lantern would go after the ship that contained the hyperspace generator and shut down the force field that contained it. Batman, Flash and Manhunter would infiltrate the Watchtower using the Thangarian ship with Manhunter impersonating Kragger. With the plan set Ben and the others began to go out and enact their plan.
A/N: Alright readers, there is the end of part one, part two will have the ending of the Thangarian invasion. Ben has teamed up with the Justice league and now they are going to put a stop to the Thangarians once and for all. I know this chapter is coming out today instead of yesterday, I can explain the reasoning behind that. I was planning on publishing it Sunday but as I uploaded the document I was facing trouble with it not uploading or it not saving what I wrote. Luckily that problem is fixed now and I won't have to worry about it for now. As for everything else, I know how this beginning playing out is like the Incredible Muffin's story but after part two things will differ further.
Now, I am going to be responding to some comments from the last chapter since there isn't any questions to answer. Bromega2477, Zatana is a good suggestion but I don't really think she and Ben are a good match. I don't want this to happen but I feel like I may have to pair Ben with Supergirl. Yogurt, my A/N's are usually long so that's why I post them at the end of stories. I also think you were the only one who was confused by that. Chad, like I told Bromega2477, there isn't really a vote and isn't Huntress the Question's girl? joshua.feijo10, thank you and don't worry you will see plenty more. TFG, I was already thinking about doing that and as for the non cannon transformations, I don't know about all of them. I was already kind of planning on adding a Highbreed transformation and a few others that are confirmed to be in the omnitrix. Also heads up, next time you have a suggestion, please don't make it sound like a demand. Maximum Rhapsody, losing loved ones is like the original driving force for heroes. When it comes to Ben losing everyone, it helps make him more serious then his normal goofy self. I mean at least I didn't use the whole killing himself ploy that would end up sending him to the DCAU.
