A/N: This is where the real plot begins! And introducing a few familiar faces ;)
Also, the first few chapters are gonna be quick since I scripted it in my head already.

"Cheeri," a female voice crooned to the magic mirror "Has my dear Prince Austin changed his mind on marrying me?"
Upon those words, an image on the mirror began to fill with red smoke. A head appeared eye-level to the woman with a stoic expression on its face "My queen, he will be getting married…"
"Drop the suspense! Is it me?!" the queen's eyes widened and a grin began to form on her lips. After all these years, Prince Austin would finally marry her!
"Unfortunately… No, my dear Queen Brooke…"
"No?" Even if it was one single word, the way Queen Brooke said it made the mirror tense. It paused for a moment before showing an image of the prince riding off into the sunset with the princess.
The queen's eyes narrowed as she wondered aloud "So this is the little princess who thinks she can steal my one true love?"
Queen Brooke stomped her foot and as if on cue, a large wall of fire began to surround her as she bellowed angrily "Never!"
Chuck recoiled from the door, afraid of the queen's outburst. He was so scared, instead of being 'scaredy-cats', people would call them 'Chucky-cats'.
Finally, after a long moment of silence, he hesitantly knocked on the door, feeling himself shake. There was another painful silence, however, Chuck knew that it meant he could finally come in.
"My queen, I am at your service…" the man bowed at the woman, afraid to look her in the eye.
"Good! Then I have a proposition for you…" Queen Brooke purred, flipping through a large spellbook.
"Anything you ask, you shall receive! In fact, I'm so reliable, people would come to me first for help!"
"Get rid of the princess on the day of the wedding…" the queen smiled deviously as a plan began to form in her head…
The next day was the wedding of Prince Austin and Princess Piper. Every single royal on the planet was invited to the joyous union of two bluebloods. However, Chuck wasted no time trying to help with the queen's plan, but first, he had to make up an excuse…
"Your highness, I… need to do something,"
"What is it?"
"I… need to do some business…"
"Oh?"
"Yes," Chuck felt himself blush beetroot-red.
"Ohhh…. Ohhh! Ohhhh!" the prince's expression transformed from confusion to realization "I get it now! Just be back in time for the wedding! It's bad luck for the groom to not have a best man!"
"A-alright sire!" and without hesitation, he dashed off to carry out the queen's nefarious deed.
"So…" Princess Piper raised an eyebrow at the short man "Why… are we here? I don't mean to rush but… we have a wedding to catch!"
"Oh, um… Yes! You see, there's an old woman who needs your help! She got lost and then…" she could see his face begin to flush as he stumbled over his words "Got trapped inside a wishing well! Which is why we're heading this way!"
"Hmm…" for some reason, she couldn't buy the man's story but alas, they were already there at the palace garden "But… I'm not so sure what you mean?"
"Oh, alright!" he sighed in defeat "I'm… your biggest fan since I heard stories of how you saved so many of your fair subjects! I…" she noticed his eyes shift to the side "I just brought you here for… an autograph and to spend time with you! I'm such a big fan, that instead of saying 'I'm your Number One Fan', they say… 'I'm your Number One Chuck'..."
"Um… alright?" Princess Piper cocked her head, slightly confused but awed. It was honestly something creative "But… I have nothing to write with!"
"Why not I help you with it, dearie?" a voice crooned. She gasped before seeing an old woman wearing a cloak "Just close your eyes and…"
Austin tapped his foot impatiently, wondering what took so long. Chuck and Piper were missing and he was starting to worry. The wedding was about to start and there was no sign of them! He had to search for them!
"Mother, I'll be gone for a while! Can you keep the guests busy?"
"What? You can't see the bride before the wedding!"
"Please? Princess Piper and Chuck are missing and I'm worried…"
"Oh-"
"Thanks!" he didn't wait for an answer, desperate to find the two.
He dashed around the palace, searching for his bride and best man. At last, he found the two but… there was an old woman too and Princess Piper was dangerously close to the well!
"Oh no…" he whispered in fear before dashing to the palace gardens…
"Close your eyes now, dearie! And when you open them, I will give you the pen…"
"Ok?" Piper decided not to question the old woman despite her suspicions. As she closed her eyes, however, she felt someone shove her away.
"Piper, NO!" And before anyone could react, Austin fell into the mouth of the well before a beam of light shot up into the heavens, blinding the three and causing them to shield their eyes.
"W-where did you send him?" Chuck whispered to the old woman while covering his eyes.
"A place with no magic…"
