The author here with a small note to put in. I used some sources from a chapter of the Dragon Ball Super manga. Though I add some differences with my own words and played it out with a different outcome. Still I hope you enjoy and have a good day. Chapter 2- The Emperors Brother

Frieza arrived on Planet seventy-nine and soon went inside his quarters. There he had his servants get a table set with food and a fine glass of wine. He sat down on the chair and a few minutes later the doors open. Frieza gave a smile and said.

"Welcome brother, it has been so long since I've last seen you. How have you been?"

His brother examined his area and soon sat down.

"I've been alright."

They began to eat the food that were served to them. As they were eating, Frieza's brother finally asked some questions.

"How is it that you are alive once again?"

"A few of my loyal subjects risked their lives in using the Earth's dragon balls to restore me. Well most of me but I made a full recovery and planned out my revenge on those Saiyans."

"Hmm and how did that plan go?"

"Well let's say it didn't go to well. Either way, I have learned a lot of new things from those monkeys."

"And that is?"

"You remember father telling us that there are two beings to never face in battle?"

"Yes, it was a thing called Majin Buu and Beerus the Destroyer God. What about it?"

"I've come to learn that the Saiyan that defeated me also took out Majin Buu."

"What!? How is that possible?"

"The Saiyan's powers are almost limitless to an extent but that's not the only thing. Turns out he also obtain a new type of form known as Super Saiyan Blue."

"Blue?"

"What I heard is that he tap into the power of a Saiyan god from long ago. And with it infused the Super Saiyan power. I do hope you got the reports of the Super Saiyan powers?"

"Yes I did, still acquiring power that is god like? It sounds too made up Frieza."

"I can assure you Cooler that it is all true. Actually take a look at this."

Frieza opened up a holographic screen and showed footage of Goku's battle against Moro. Cooler was stunned by this and at the same time he noticed the other Saiyan.

"Is that Prince Vegeta as well!?"

"Yes and he also obtain the same powers of that Saiyan. Yet, they are on a different level."

Frieza stopped the footage and continued on the conversation.

"Like I said before, these monkeys have been a nuisance for too long for me."

"Just who is this Saiyan that defeated you?"

"His name is Goku and has always been a pain in my spine ever since."

"Hmm, I don't understand how this one Saiyan can cause so much trouble."

"Believe me, I asked myself that but Goku is unlike any other Saiyan. He tapped into powers that are beyond our understanding. This power I speak of is something that reacts on instinct. Still I believe he hasn't fully mastered that so we should be fine for the time being."

"I see but another thing I notice. You have been in your final form this whole time. Why is that?"

"I've come to terms that my other forms have no use to me anymore. Hiding my powers is a useless tactic but I'll be honest, I've been training."

"You? Training? That must be a funny joke brother."

"Oh believe me, I am must stronger than you even know."

"Is that so?"

Cooler stood up while Frieza did the same. They walked towards each other face to face. They were just looking at each other till Cooler smirked. He transformed into his final form and gave a cocky remark.

"Don't forget brother, I was the one who discovered this additional form to our race. Something that you and father won't be able to achieve. Even with your so called training, I highly doubt you'll even reach this far. Hahaha!"

Frieza just smiled and transformed into his golden form. This really gave Cooler a shocked look. Frieza just laughed and said.

"What do you think brother? I call this Golden Frieza. Just a nice fitting name for something that I newly discovered."

"How did you find this power?"

"I'm not so sure myself. If father was around maybe he might have known of this. Either way, I know you can feel the immense power radiating off me."

"Hmm."

Cooler turned back into his other form and said.

"So you brought me here to teach me how to achieve this form?"

"Yes and something else."

"What else is there?"

"There is a technique known as fusion. You heard of it right?"

"Yes, I am aware of such techniques. But to do it is beyond my knowledge."

"Well one of my encounters with the Saiyans, they fused their powers together to make one singular being. Their powers were multiply to a high extent that I've never felt."

"So I'm guessing that you learned this technique?"

"Yes and it is a bit embarrassing to do but it is worth it in the end. First though, we must train and once you acquired your own golden form and mastered it. We can move forward with the fusion."

"Fine, I'll do it. Just don't try anything funny."

"Brother, you are the only who I can rely on at this point. Now let's start with our training."

As Frieza and Cooler start off their training, our two warriors are on the home planet of Beerus with training of their own. Goku and Vegeta were sparring around for the time being. Then Whis took Goku aside.

"Goku, I would like to test something."

"Sure, what is it Whis?"

"I want to train you while you're in Ultra Instinct."

"What are you serious?"

"Yes, as you may know us Angels are far stronger with the technique. Though the one that's truly is strong with it is my father."

"Wow so where does that make me?"

"You are still on the bottom of the list. But I have some hopes that maybe you could reach the potential of an Angel."

"Okay but I don't want to be an emotionless person like you."

"Oh don't worry about that. Now Vegeta, do you not mind this?"

"Hmm, do whatever with him. I can find my own ways to get stronger."

"Alright then."

So Goku activated Ultra Instinct and began his training with Whis. Vegeta just stood there watching them go. At the same time Beerus showed up with a small remark.

"Hmm, interesting that he obtain that kind of power. Yet, why is it that you don't seek the same?"

"I want to find my own route. Obtain power that isn't something of a copy like him. Because I'll still be one step behind him."

"I see, well I hope you know that Ultra Instinct isn't the only technique of the gods."

"What!?"

"The technique Goku uses it only special to the Angels while we Destroyers, have something else of our own."

"Then I wish to know about this technique of yours?"

"I'm not much of a training type of person but fill free to follow and if you see something you like, go ahead and steal it."

Beerus began to walk away while Vegeta followed behind. Goku took notice of it and asked.

"Hey Whis, what is Beerus going to do with Vegeta?"

"Well it seems he's taking the Destroyer path."

"What?"

"Besides Ultra Instinct, there are other techniques that the Gods of the twelve universes use."

"Wow really?"

"Yes but you aren't fun of destroying things are you?"

"No not really. I get your point though. I'm pretty excited to see where this goes for Vegeta."

"As am I."

Beerus walked over to an edge of a cliff and while Vegeta stood and watch for something. Beerus then asked.

"How many planets have your people destroyed?"

"It's hard to even say but it was the only thing we know about. Which kept racking up our own sins for it."

"Huh and if it wasn't for Frieza, it wouldn't much of a business dealing now would it?"

"Pretty much, we profited off on planets that we put onto extinction. Didn't much care of how others felt."

"And do you blame your wicked ways on Frieza and his people?"

"Not at the very least but it did lead up to my people's demise and extinction."

"Ridiculous."

"What?"

"I said that's Ridiculous!"

Soon Beerus shot an energy ball towards a planet and it instantly was destroyed. The shockwave shook their area around them leaving Vegeta stunned. Beerus just gave a smile.

"You see on my mind it's only destruction and nothing more. We destroyers were made for this purpose. Our powers are limitless and I'll be honest with you. Frieza didn't just destroy your planet because he was afraid of the potential threat your race has on his empire. It's because I told him to destroy it."

"What?"

This news was something Vegeta wasn't aware of or known of.

"That's right, your own planet was destroy because of me. So go on and try me. I'll just obliterate you."

"You…you bastard!"

Vegeta in raged turned into his Super Saiyan Blue evolved state and charged at Beerus. With every swing Vegeta throws Beerus easily dodges them with ease. So Vegeta tried launching some ki blasts towards him and during that he charged forward once more to land a hit but Beerus disappeared. In a flash he pinned Vegeta down to the ground. Beerus then said.

"Everything those saiyans did in the past…what does it got to do with you!? The more you are stuck in the past, you'll never reach any kind of level beyond Goku's or yourself! You're just nothing now."

Vegeta tried swinging an arm at him but Beerus jumped out of the way. Once again Vegeta threw a hit but Beerus caught his wrist. He put the palm of his hand on Vegeta and said one word.

"Hakai."

Then a big blast erupted on Vegeta sending him flying into the air. Goku took notice and was in shock.

"That was Lord Beerus's signature move. I remember trying to use it on Zamasu but I messed it up."

"Hmm, it still has that much power even if he tweaked it to only destroy Vegeta's armor. Though it is a power that's not easy to master. Now then shall we continue where we left off?"

"Sure thing."

Beerus walks over to a crater that was created from Vegeta. Beerus just smiled on and said.

"And here I thought your evolved state could match up to a Destroyer God. Though Toppo's Hakai energy wasn't close to our level. Still If you wish to learn this kind of power, you'll need to destroy any kind of stray thoughts and recreate them from scratch. Remember, before creation comes destruction."

"I see now. Then I'll try my best Lord Beerus."

"Splendid, now grab some rocks and practice. Imagine the rock as Frieza and your trying to erase his existence."

Vegeta did so and focused his energy. In an instant the rock was destroy. Beerus shook his head.

"No that is all wrong. You used your own regular ki. Here let me show you."

Beerus grabbed a rock and when he did it. It release a bigger explosion which gave Vegeta some shock.

"You see when using Hakai, it generates a much bigger blast. Because it's been wipe from ever existing."

And so Vegeta did so once more and this time he generated a much bigger blast which put a smile on Beerus's face.

"Excellent, now continue on doing that to those other rocks and maybe you'll be ready for the next step."

"Alright."

And so Vegeta's training has begun with the same as Goku's. Back on Planet seventy-nine, Frieza and Cooler were in an isolated location training hard. Cooler who was in his final form threw some hits while Frieza dodged and counter some of them. They went at this for some time and Cooler gave a response.

"Imagine this…two of the most feared brothers…training together. Father would probably…be smiling by now."

"Oh brother…I'm sure he will…but he was the same as I."

Frieza tail whipped Cooler sending him back to a wall. Cooler was a bit stunned and Frieza continued on.

"Father only cared for himself and nothing more. As much as he spoiled me, I grew into following too much into his teaching. Now it's just I, Frieza. And you brother as well. The universe is endless but outside that are more worlds to discover."

"You mean there's more than just this?"

"Exactly, my eyes have been open and this and all other universes shall know our name soon."

"Intriguing yet those monkeys will be a problem."

"Exactly and now let's continue our fight."

"Gladly."

They charged at one another and continued on where they were at.

Back on Earth, Bulma who was working on a gadget got a call from an old friend.

"Hello?"

"Bulma!?"

"Oh is that you, Jaco? How you been?"

"I'm fine but meet me outside. I got urgent news to bring to you."

"Okay."

And so Bulma stopped with what she is doing and headed on. Once outside she found Jaco studying the fishes in the pond.

"Hey!"

"Hello Bulma."

"So what urgent news you have to tell me."

"It's Frieza, he's-"

"Again really? Sheesh, this guy just doesn't know when to quit. After that one event I could of swore he give up on Earth. Whatever the guy just doesn't care. How long till he gets here?"

"Actually you have enough time to prepare but listen there's more to it!"

"Okay, what is it?"

"First off, are Goku or Vegeta here?"

"No, they are on Beerus home like usual."

"Alright but anyways, yes Frieza is coming here but he won't be alone."

"What?"

"Our spy within his ranks told us he was seen with his brother Cooler. And together they are training and soon will possibly come for Earth."

"Frieza has a brother?"

"Yes, he was next in line to take his father's place but once Frieza was born. King Cold grew too fond with Frieza and had him take his sector of this galaxy. While Cooler took over a different sector. At first, when news of Frieza's death was spread out it was thought that Cooler was to take his place. Instead, he just waited or didn't do anything. Beats me on why he didn't bother to come and take over. Either way, with those two together this can really bring some problems."

"You're telling me but how long till they get here?"

"Unlike last time, I'll say maybe three months."

"Three months?"

"Yes, you should inform the Saiyans about this."

"Alright and is there anything else?"

"No, and so I'll take my leave."

"Really? Not going to stay?"

"I have my own duties to attend too. Now good day citizen."

Soon Jaco leaves and Bulma just sighed off. She went back into her office and fetched the communicator that Whis gave her. With it she started to contact Whis. It didn't take long but he soon answered.

"Ah Bulma. What urgent food do you have for us today?"

"Nothing about food. I need you to get me, Goku and Vegeta."

Goku and Vegeta stopped with what they were doing and listened to what she had to say.

"Goku? Vegeta?"

"Yes were are here. What is it woman?"

"So Jaco came by and told me that Frieza is planning on coming to Earth again."

"Ah, you serious? I would have thought he learned his lesson from last time."

"I thought so too Goku but listen to this. Turns out Frieza is working together with his brother."

"Frieza has a brother?"

"Hmm, if I'm right his name was Cooler yes?"

"Yeah, how did you know Vegeta?"

"Back during my time on Planet Vegeta, he would pop around on some occasion to meet with Frieza. They would discuss on deals to work with and offer up planets. If they are together then this could be a problem."

"Yeah, Jaco said we have about three months or maybe longer until they come. As of now, they are training together."

"Oh I see. That means Frieza is going to have his brother achieve his own golden form and we can have an epic fight. Oh man I'm so pump for that!"

"Hmm, honey we'll talk later. I need to discuss with this idiot real quick."

Vegeta turned off the communicator and looked over to Goku who was giving an excited look. Vegeta reassured him.

"Kakarot! Cooler is not a being that is easy to take out then Frieza!"

"I guess that but aren't you excited?"

"You don't get it. When I first met him, his power was something we feared. It was stronger than Frieza during that time and with the golden form it can mean something else."

"Okay I get it but still I'm quite excited. Either way, with my Ultra instinct and you learning Destroyer powers. I'm pretty sure we can handle them."

"I still think something else is to come from this. Let's head back to Earth while we still can."

"Alright, we'll catch up with you guys later."

Goku and Vegeta instant transmission away with Beerus filled with curiosity.

"Frieza and Cooler…now isn't that swell. Come on Whis, let's leave to Earth and pick up some food."

"Right away sir."
