The camera zooms in on the Camp Wawanakwa sign, before focusing on Chris. Chris grins and flashes a smile before jumping out the way, to reveal Lolly with a whoopie cushion in her hand before she runs frantically away from the camera.
"Dear mom and dad I'm doing fine," The camera shows a forest with Flora admiring the trees and Rowan attempting to pick as many different flowers as he can.
"You guys are on my mind," The camera zooms to the right, showing Logan trying to talk to Janine, before being pushed aside and Farley following Janine before pushing Logan down again."
"You asked me what I wanted to be and I think the answer is plain to see," The camera finds Alice in her cabin showing Nina pictures in an old scrapbook. The girls admire the pictures and outfits and laugh together.
"I wanna be famous." Berry is seen singing on a stage. Backstage, Jensen seems nervous and drops all her papers before fainting.
"I wanna live close to the sun," The camera zooms in on Kendrick and Venus playing volleyball. Flash wins and Venus screams. He quickly runs but is quickly tackled to the ground by Venus before she punches him.
"Pack your bags 'cause I've already won,'' Johanna is seen chilling on the beach before Everett approaches her with flowers. However, Johanna notices Johnathon who has a bigger bouquet but runs off with Everett much to Cain's annoyance.
"Everything to do nothing in my way. I'll get there one day," Xander is seen attempting to clean up messes behind the cabins, with his hands full of dirty clothes and sheets with a tired expression.
"I wanna be famous," Chef, clearly annoyed, tries to teach Joe how to make a dish. Joe finishes and makes an average dish. Chef sighs before tossing it into a pile with a multitude of these average dishes.
"Na na na na na na na na na" The camera zooms away from Chef's kitchen and finds Asher comforting Payton who is crying. Asher turns away and Payton quickly flashes a grin toward the camera. Asher turns back and Payton continues to fake cry.
"I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous," The Camera zooms out to find Troom in a handmade hot air balloon sailing above the island. The balloon quickly tears and he screams before falling onto a bench.
"I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous." The group sits together before they all yell at Chelsea who is reading a book. She looks horrified and quickly shrinks in her seat. Amos grins and nods before whistling a happy tune.
The camera opens to find Chris Mclean near the Camp Wawanakwa sign. He sits on a lounge chair and smiles toward the camera. As he gets up, he knocks the lounge chair into the ocean and lets out an annoyed sigh. As Chris walks to the dock, his smile seems to grow bigger.
"Welcome back to Camp Wawanakwa! Today marks the journey of 22 campers fighting for the grand prize of 1 million dollars. You know the rules, each week two teams will compete in a challenge. The campers will then vote for one member until two campers remain." Chris says with a grin. "Speaking of the campers, let's introduce them now!"
A yacht drops off a boy with messy brown hair who runs towards Chris. He waves enthusiastically and Chris and the camera.
"Kendrick! What's up man?" Chris asks.
"Hey Chris! Hey people at home! What's up you guys?" Kendrick shouts excitedly. Chris covers his ears and lets out an exasperated smile as Kendrick runs to the end of the dock.
"Johanna!" A girl with sunglasses on top of her wavy dark blonde hair waves at Chris before jumping off her yacht.
"Looking good Chris! The camp isn't half bad either." Johanna says as she walks down the dock.
As another yacht approaches, suddenly a camper with shaved black hair comes flying out of it and lands on the dock with a make-shift parachute.
"Troom! What an entrance!"
"Thanks Chris! I made the parachute myself and boosted out of the yacht myself! I think" A loud sound is heard and the campers look in horror to see the yacht sinking.
"Oh well. I think an intern was driving it. We can get a new one." Chris shrugs while Troom looks concerned. As Troom walks to the end of the dock, a louder noise is heard. As the yacht gets closer, the noise turns into a song, and a girl with long brown hair steps off, clearing her throat.
"Berry. Don't blast your music. Or your voice." Berry shrugs and turns off her phone and turns to see the other campers who wave at her and joins them.
"Rowan! How are you doing?" A boy with straight brown hair waves at Chris. As he walks, one of his suitcases burst open and a multitude of scrapbooks come out. Rowan screams and tries to pick them up while Troom inspects his suitcase.
"Nice dropping bro. Also welcome Janine!" A girl with blonde curls steps off the boat and eyes Chris and the campers. She shrugs and walks over, standing away from the rest.
"Xander!" A boy with short brown hair and heavy eyebags waves to Chris, while breathing in the air.
"Fresh air. Smells so good."
"Looks like someone needs a vacation. You and Farley!" A girl with frizzy red hair waves at the campers. She notices Janine and immediately rushes up to her, much to Janine's horror.
"Hi! Hi! Hi!"
"Step. Away. From. Me."
As Chris laughs he notices another yacht coming. On it a boy with light brown hair glares at the campers before jumping off.
"Amos, my man!" Amos eyes the campers before edging away from them except for Janine, who he stands next to. She rolls her eyes and cringes in disgust.
"Chelsea!" A girl who looks identical to Amos except for the longer light brown hair and glasses smiles at Chris. She smiles at the campers and notices Amos. She glares at him and he glares back.
"What is that thing doing here?"
"Could ask you the same thing."
As the two begin to argue, Chris sports a mischievous smirk as the next camper arrives at the dock. He has average length brown hair and waves to the rest of the campers. He takes his place next to Chelsea, who continues to argue with Amos.
"Joe! Hello." Joe waves to Chris but is overshadowed by a giant hello. A girl with short brown hair and an explorer hat smiles at jumps off the yacht. She waves at the campers before taking a bow.
"Alice! Welcome to our camp."
"Nice to be here! Woodland forest is looking nice." Alice replies, guestering to the forest to the north.
"You'll get friendly with the forest soon, don't worry about that." Chris smirks. He notices a yacht carrying a boy with a brown man bun who waves at Chris.
"Payton right? Nice to have you here!"
"Nice to be here Chris. Looking good as always." Payton responds, then looks over to see Amos and Chelsea argue. He smiles and whispers something to Chelsea, who glares at Amos even more and starts screaming louder at him.
Suddenly, a loud crash is heard from the forest. The campers quickly turn around to see a girl with her black hair in a ponytail as she waves her phone. She laughs hysterically and joins the campers.
"Good job Lolly!" Chris announces and high fives her. The other campers all edge away from her and Amos quickly edges away from Chelsea, who seems more focused on edging away from Lolly.
"Cain! What's up due?" Chris raises his hand to a high five as a boy with thick brown hair walks toward him. He raises his hand higher for a high five while Chris looks at him puzzled.
"That's not how it works dude."
"I know. Just wanted to do some friendly competition you know?" Cain responds, looking amused.
"You'll get plenty of that later. Besides that, welcome Logan!" A girl with medium straight black hair looks at Chris before half waving.
"Hey Chris. Hey guys." she stutters out, before looking away embarrassed. Janine laughs at her and Farley quickly follows.
"What are you guys laughing at?" A boy with straight black hair asks.
"Asher. Way to ruin a man's introduction." Chris responds.
"Sorry man. But seriously what?" Asher asks again, before noticing Logan's increasing red face. He glances at Janine and Farley before putting two and two together.
"Laughing at someone? Not cool at all." He walks over to comfort Logan, who reluctantly smiles.
"Venus! Welcome." A bald girl quickly waves at Chris and the campers before jumping off her yacht. She grins wildly and runs over, knocking down Logan in the process. Asher glares at her before helping Logan up again.
"Everett!" A boy with blonde curly hair smiles and waves, before winking at the campers. The girls all swoon at his looks while Jonathon gives him the side eye.
"Why hello everyone. How are you fine lot doing?" Everett says, flashing a grin.
"Nothing much," Johanna responds with a dazed expression.
"Glad to hear it." Everett laughs before joining the rest of the campers at the dock not noticing Cain's increasing side eye and murmuring.
"Nothing much Johanna? No you must be doing wonderful." Cain says while grinning confidently. Johanna looks at him confused but shrugs it off and notices the next yacht quickly approaching.
A girl with medium length rainbow hair smiles before opening her mouth. She quickly shuts it and opens her mouth again and shuts is just as fast. She reaches and pulls out note cards before opening her mouth again.
"Jensen! Stop gaping like a trout." Chris yells. Jensen quickly rushes over to the rest of the campers and opens her mouth before shutting it. Asher puts an arm around her and whispers something and she nods before putting away her note cards, which reveal to be covered with introductions to Chris and the fellow campers.
"Nina! Welcome!" A girl with wavy red hair screams and jumps off her yacht. She quickly hugs Chris who looks amused. Nina waves to the other campers, before twirling around to reveal her multi-colored dress.
"Hey everyone!" She smiles, before Alice waves at her.
"Your outfit reminds me of all the outfits I saw in Peru, totally adorable."
"I know! That's where I got it when I went to see my family!"
As the two girls begin talking, a yacht comes into view. A girl with short pink hair waves to the other campers who wave back.
"Flora!"
"Hey Chris! Hey you guys!" She replies with a smile and walks down to the camp.
"Ok campers! Now that all of you are here, I thought to take a page out of the Island book to take a photo of you guys!"
The campers walk to the edge of the dock and pose. As Chris readies the camera, the dock suddenly crashes and dumps all the campers into the ocean.
""OK everyone. Say Wawanakwa!" He laughs as the campers try to stay afloat. "Wow, feels good to be back. Everyone dry off and try to find the cabins. I'll be waiting there."
The camera cuts to the campers looking at the cabins in disgust.
"I've seen better cabins deep in the forest." Alice states, with a horrified expression. "Where no one lived for ten years deep."
"It could be fixed up rather easily. Patch up the roof and give it a new paint job and it should look good as new!" Troom says.
"You can do that when you're a host. Now, the cabins are separated by boys and girls. And teams." Chris responds annoyed. "Speaking of teams, you guys will be separated into two teams. Kendrick, Janine, Farley, Rowan, Flora, Lolly, Logan, Asher, Joe, Chelsea, and Amos. You guys will be the Camping Crows!"

"Camping Crows?!" Janine shouts. "What kind of name is that?"
"Forget that," Amos responds. "I'm on a team with Miss Know Nothing? Not gonna happen."
"You put me on the same team as him?!" Chelsea rolls her eyes. "I cannot believe you didn't put Katie and Sadie on the same team at first but us?"
"Yadda yadda yadda." Chris mimics. "The rest of you guys, Everett, Cain, Troom, Jensen, Payton, Xander, Johanna, Venus, Alice, Berry, and Nina. You guys are the Adventurous Aardvarks!"

"We're the what?!" Berry screams. "I am not going to be on a team that has the name aardvarks, those lazy smelly beasts."
"They aren't that lazy or smelly. But they aren't certainly adventurous I suppose." Alice says.
"Whatever dudes. I'm fine with it. Let's give a new name to aardvarks!" Xander says. "Who's with me?" The rest of the Aardvarks reluctantly raise their hands and all high five, while the Crows eye each other.
"We can do it, guys! Just need to remain focused and we can do this!" Asher yells and the rest of the Crows nod, before all high fiving.
"Glad to see that you are making friends. Now, the west cabin goes to the Crows, east goes to Aardvarks. Unpack your things and head to the campfire, I'll be waiting." Chris hands out maps to the campers as they head to their respective cabins. Jensen stops to look at the cabins worried.
"Hey guys. Are these safe? Or will they come crashing down on us?" she asks, her eyes darting around.
"Hopefully not. Never can know though." Johanna replies. "Anyway, don't worry about it. Things are gonna be fine." She leads a worried Jensen to their cabin, while Rowan looks around. He breaths in the air before looking at the ground and immediately running toward some flowers.
"Rowan? You ok man?" Asher looks at him worried.
"I'm fine. Just need to get some flowers. Complete a flower collection, you know?"
"Ok. Just looking out for you."
The camera cuts to the campers wandering in an empty field, most of them looking confused.
"Huh, This is where the map says." Alice looks around. "Unless I read it wrong. Couldn't be though." She continues as she takes out her compass.
"Whatever,'" Kendrick responds. "We get an open field for running! I'm all for that." He runs around the field while the rest look around for some sort of clue of where the campfire might be. Suddenly a loud rumbling is heard and the campers scream as wood stools and a campfire comes out of the ground.
"What is this?!" Venus screams looking around. Suddenly, a shout of pain is heard and the campers turn around to see Kendrick at the end of the campfire, slumped over.
"That dude has a lot of energy." Payton wondered out loud.
"Agree with that." Payton replies. "We need an athlete at least." He chuckles while Payton sides eyes him.
"Kendrick. Glad you met our campfire." Chris says. "You all might be familiar with what goes on here. One-"
"One losing team will come here each day to eliminate a camper. Until the merge where there will be no teams." Cain interrupts.
"Don't interrupt dude. But what you failed to mention was the grand prize of 1 million dollars!" The campers all cheer as they eye the case except for Chelsea who glares at Amos who glares back.
"Can't I change teams? That's allowed right?" Chelsea asks.
"Nope. I quite like the team arrangements." Chris responds, holding in laughter.
"But the rule books-"
"No need to mention them. I make up the rules as we go along. End of story."
Chelsea rolls her eyes and turns around to mumble. Asher turns to her and puts his arm around before talking, as she nods and lets out a sigh.
"Now campers, it's time for the first challenge of the season." Chris says, with the campers leaning in with excitement. "It will test your teamwork and strategy, it is a treasure hunt!" Most of the campers groan, but Alice and Rowan squeal with excitement.
"You guys will follow these maps around the island. Get used to it." Chris hands out maps. "Find different chests with your team symbol and bring them back to the main lodge. Chef and I will be waiting there, and you guys will get a tour of it later."
"Only a treasure hunt? That's boring." Kendrick replies, while some other campers nod.
"Will it?" Chris replies. "Want me to make it more…. interesting?"
The campers look horrified before shaking their heads, and Chris grins.
"Your loss. Anyway, there will be more than three chests scattered around. Bring back any chests your team finds. Oh and you will have to find keys to open your chest. Bring back the wrong key, and no chest for you!"
"How is that fair?" Venus asks.
"It's fair to me." Chris shrugs. "On the count of three, you guys can run off to find any chest. I wish you luck. When the first team comes back, the second team will be forced to come back, no matter how many chests or keys they have."
As Chris counts down, the campers position themselves in determination as the episode draws to a close.
