LordDelsol49, Unholy Knight and former World Champion of Múspellsheim, realise that something had a change since the timer that would signify the end of Yggdrasil reached zero. One of the most fundamental changes was that he was stuck in his game character body and the world around him Real, further making the situation he was in more bizarre.
He could now smell (no matter how bard It was to believe) the trees, dirt, the odour of the wildlife passing him by, and vastly more smells than he was used to backing home. He could feel the cool night air on his face and the weird lightness of the armour he wore. Many more sensations assaulted his nose and mind that he wasn't accustomed to.
The discarded world champion was aware of the aching in his throat and gut, it was subtle, but he could tell already tell what it was. As a Vampire, he could be bound to the Race, weaknesses and curse, for Immortality, Enhanced stats and various other benefits that with his race, he was continuously bombarded with the need to drink the blood of the living.
'I'm thirsty'. Lord Delsol thought as looked at the human in front of him. The human and him we're walking for hours until they pass the forest they were into the desert. He felt hungry for blood the moment he came to this world, when he first came to this world three minutes had passed since he claimed he forest at his own, and therefore stood proudly then the men showed up and said their God had wanted to converse with him.
He wasn't quite sure how they found out he was in the forest because he had only been there for thirty minutes before they came. Maybe they had tracking Magic placed on him but he ruled that out because he just came and there was no evidence of that. The second suggestion that his mind provided was the possibility to trigger a detection spell the instant he appeared in the world. The next possibility was these men were in the vicinity at the time of his appearance and their God inform them of him. Many other scenarios ran through his mind.
He spent hours pondering how they could have known about him so soon. It has to be some detection spell, though he didn't sense any magic in his self-appointed territory, it could have been triggered by him somehow without him finding out. He had counter section spells placed on him by the items he bought from the cash-shop-item store, so he was at a loss as to how they detect him.
The next conclusion was that they had a strong magic caster with them or they had a deity on their side. Delsol had face gods before in Yggdrasil and learned that they were incredibly difficult to deal with, when he had first became world champion, he had faced many Gods and Godlike entity's daily, then when he finally became a World enemy and joined the ranks of the seven deadly sins, he had the power to annihilate them with little effort.
However, it was different now, his world enemy account had been deleted by the game developers on the day of his defeat. He couldn't make another account for the game show decided to buy someone else's account, the player who traded him the account had informed him about the race but he didn't care, along with as he got to play Yggdrasil again.
He didn't know how powerful God was, which would make his encounter much riskier. He didn't want to appear arrogant and get eradicated by the supposed 'God', but at the same time, he couldn't allow himself to look weak.
The problem with that intention was the fact that the god could have some ridiculous cheat like unlimited magic power like he had or unlimited health parallel to what he had. That what bothered him the most, the god could have so much power that he would ant in comparison.
The former champion Knowing that he would probably discover the answer did something that he was against, he knew that this would possibly make the one walking in front of him, question his newfound belief in him, but he won't allow himself to roam in an unsettling situation.
No one in their right mind would face a god without absolute certainty that they could undoubtedly defeat the deity. He wasn't going to make any immediate conclusion without evidence to back up the claim.
Nevertheless, the human could relinquish his faith in him if he didn't appear as the all-knowing and powerful God that this human must have thought he was. The thought made him laugh inside, when had he begin to think of himself, as a god. The only reason he spares the man's life was that he saw an opportunity. He didn't know how to pretend to be a god, but he was sure it was almost the same as role-playing and one thing that he knew how to do was role-play.
After five hours through the sandy path that led to the city, Lord Delsol was sure that this Human wasn't fully human, he understood he couldn't run out of energy, because of the perks that associated themselves with his race. Yet these human-made Olympics runners bow they're in shame. The man appeared to no even be winded by the exertion that came with running for hours without stopping.
The undead felt more and more thirsty as the time when on, if it wasn't for the fact that he needed the man, he would already consume the human's blood and left him in the desert for the creatures to have something to tear apart in the night but he held himself back and decided to drink from the first human he found alone.
The human name that he didn't know tried to give him water but he denied it, water wouldn't quench his thirst, only blood could. He had glanced through his inventory if there were blood potions that he could drink but to his great disappointment, there was none. If he knew that he was going to be in this situation, he would have bought a vast amount of them to situate his appetite.
Additional confirmation came to Lord Delsol mind, after the human defeated several beasts three Times his size, in a battle with only his bare hands, Delsol was sure that this wasn't a human or at least not fully. There was something in his physical presence that was deliberately scream Not human. His eyes focused a little bit too far on the horizon like he could see further than normal. His metal staff looked so heavy that it shouldn't behold with one hand but he did it anyway and he made it appeared like it was light as a feather. His full metal armour seems to be light as a t-shirt on his body.
The former Champion was sure that no matter how tough or how manly you think you were, you weren't going to wear full metal armour in the desert which was so hot it could fry you like an egg in armour, and don't cease the speed he was going at for even a second. Not even sweating for all the freaking time they were running.
He wasn't able to quite place his species as of yet, but he was sure that this man had to be a race greater than regular humans from Yggdrasil. This man did things that would be impossible for him if he was still a human, he could train for decades and still wouldn't possess even a quarter amount of this man stamina as a mortal.
That left an unimaginable wide range of creatures to choose from. When he thought about it and use the spell [detect species, it came back as [Jaffa, he was sure that there wasn't a race like that in Yggdrasil. Delsol concluded that they must be mutated somehow.
Two more hours passed in relative silence, neither of two men speaking as they jogged through the desert at a speed that would put the fastest man on earth to disgrace. They arrived at a massive mountain, made of jagged rock formations that overlooked the Valley below.
"This My Lord, is the city of Nikheb, home of the False God Heka"
"Hmmm"
There stood a hidden city of pyramids and places untouched by the ruins of time, and generations of grave robbers. Great buildings that Pierced the sky, that would have made architects of many countries feel inadequate. Buildings we're Glittering with Gold and white marbles that further complemented the enormous structures. This made the former member of the seven deadly sins stared in wonder. Marvelling at the scenery, however, didn't go unnoticed by his newly believer.
"My lord, all of this will surely be yours to command when you defeat Heka." This was said with so much confidence and certainty that Delsol almost pleased that he hadn't drained the man dry.
"You think so?". This was said with ample amount of amusement. Yet the man was unperturbed.
"I do, my lord."
"Well, let's not keep heka waiting"
They made their way over to the floating buildings that gravity seemed to have no hold over, thousands of tiny pyramids shape vessels flew overhead in and out of large pyramids without any signs of being damaged by the collision.
Delsol was at a loss when he had first come to this world and massacre the soldiers he thought could have a medieval world with magic and swords. But now he could be certain that this was advanced technology or insanely powerful magic, he leaned towards the first opinion.
This world had advanced thousands of year's ahead of Earth, these pyramid looked as if they were going to float till the end of time itself. They had an extensively amount of power, probably unlimited. Now he was anxious what if they had some high tech that could hurt him.
This was going to be dangerous from here on out.
I am going to split this into two parts.
Review that would help considerably.
