Eda landed outside of a building. She explained that this place was the Boiling Isles, a place full of witches, demons, and magic. She would be more surprised that a world like her book actually exists, if it wasn't for the fact that she can shoot lightning from her finger's. Not much surprised her.
"Okay, so what do you need my help with?" Luz asked.
"That will be explained more inside. Follow me."
Eda walked up to the door, where Luz met the single most despicable creature of all time.
"Hoot, Hoot! Password please!"
Eda pressed her fingers into Hooty's eyes.
"We got no time for this Hooty. Let us in."
"You never want to have any fun! Ouch! Hoot!"
He... it, opened its mouth and they walked inside.
"Well, Human, welcome to… the Owl House!"
Era snapped her fingers and brooms started to move them selves and the ceiling started to light up.
"Wow, this place is amazing!" Luz said.
"It's were I hide from the pressures of modern life, also the cops, also ex-boyfriends."
"Do you live here by yourself?"
Luz felt the ground start to shake and instantly put up a Firebender stance.
"Who dares intrude upon me?! The king of demon?!"
Luz dropped her stance and ran over to him.
"¡Ay, que lindo! Eda, he's so cute! Who's a widdle guy? Who's a widdle guy? Is it you? Is it you?"
"I don't know who your little guy is! Eda, who is this monster!?"
"Oh, this is a Human that found her way through the portal. She's here to help us with our little, problem."
"Oh, hooray!"
"Wait, what kind of problem?" Luz asked.
"Just... let me explain. King was once a mighty king of demons, until his Crown of Power was stolen, and he became... this."
"You mean this little bundle of joy?" Luz said, holding onto King.
"The crown is being held by the evil Warden Wrath and locked away behind a magical force field that only a human can break through." Eda said, "We need you to get through that force field, and if you do, I'll give you your book back."
"So, I don't really have much of a choice." Luz said, "Fine, so where do we find this place?"
"Oh, don't worry about that. We already know where it is. All that we need is you… Human. What was you name? You never told me."
"Oh, I'm Avat… I'm Luz. Just Luz the Human."
"Alright." Eda said, "Let's go."
She picked Luz up and carried her out the door.
"S-s-so, where is this place we're going?"
"Somewhere fun!" Eda said.
Luz definitely had a different definition of "Fun" than Eda. She was looking at a prison that held the crown.
"So, it's in there?" Luz asked.
Luz at first thought it would be easy if she just blasted her way in there. Honestly, who in the world would mess with the Avatar, but she wasn't sure that would be the best idea.
"Yep. It's simple, I distract the guards while you and King go up to that tower and-"
"That tower? Up there? How do you expect us to reach that?" Luz asked.
She hasn't mastered Airbending, so she can't fly and her Firebending only can give her a small boost to make it over gaps and stuff like that.
"Leave that to me." Eda said.
She made a Spell Circle and a platform below them started to lift them up.
"See you at the top!" Eda said, flying away on her staff.
Luz waited for the window to be in reach and she jumped into the prison.
"Hey." A girl said, "How'd you get out of your cell?"
"I'm not a prisoner, even if I was, they can't keep me in." Luz said.
"I shouldn't be one. I didn't even do anything; all I do is write fanfiction of food falling in love." She said pulling a book out, "I like food, I like love. Just let me write about it!"
"I was put in here because I like to eat my own eyes." Another said, eating an eye.
"And then there's her." The fanfic prisoner said.
""We are agents of fwee expwession! They will never siwence us!"
"If you can't tell, she's into conspiracy theories."
"The world is a simuwation! We are but pwaythings for a higher being!"
"T-t-these aren't crimes. You didn't do anything, wrong!" Luz said, "I'm getting you out of here!"
The second Luz touched the lever, she heard movement.
"It's the Warden! Hide!" The Fanfic prisoner said.
Luz and King dove into a cell that was free and closed the gate. The door was slammed open and the Warden walked in.
"I can hear you. What are you freaks talking about?" He looks at a wanted poster of Eda that fell off the wall when he busted the door, "Ah, Eda the Owl Lady, you may be free for now, but it's only a matter of time before I capture you!"
He slammed his hand, which morphed into a hammer, into the gate. He starts to look at Luz when the conspiracy prisoner started to speak.
"Fight against the oppwessor! We will wesist! We will conquer! We will never be afwaid of you, you old cweep!"
Warden Wrath walks over to her cell and opens it. She stares at the opening door.
"Hooway! I'm fwee!"
Warden Wrath grabs Tiny Nose, his fist fitting around her entire body. He holds her up and points at the other two prisoners.
"Let this be a lesson to all of you. There's no place in society for you if you can't fit in."
