Midoriya's heart was beating so fast, he thought the whole class might've heard it, but they were too busy freaking out. All his friends were now on their feet, unable to sit down. He couldn't stand up though; his legs weren't responding.

The unsettling feeling I had earlier... Midoriya thought, clenching his fists to stop them from shaking.

His chest was getting heavier with every breath, causing dizziness to take over. Millions of thoughts ran through his mind in an overwhelming manner.

Calm down, Izuku.

"Police Investigations are underway, but they have already confirmed that the League of Villains are involved in the escape based on Eyewitnesses."

This is bad, really bad!

Class 1-A was in a panic, but Iida did his best to keep everything under control. Ashido and Hagakure seemed more upset about movie night being ruined. Some students reacted louder than others while a few focused on the news.

"The following areas will be closed until further notice..."

In the corner of his eye, Midoriya noticed he wasn't the only one sitting down. A distraught Bakugo was on the edge of the couch with clenched fists from across the room. Midoriya knew deep down that he was just as nervous as his classmates. He could tell he was trying not to show too much emotion, but considering everything that's happened to him recently, Midoriya couldn't help but worry for him.

As if they could read each other's minds, Midoriya and Bakugo's eyes met. They knew exactly how bad this was when everyone else didn't quite understand. The students at least understood how dangerous and powerful he was. They knew AllMight had trouble defeating him, but that was about it. None of them knew the truth.

All for One...One for All...

The front doors flew open, making Class 1-A jump out of their skins. Mr. Aizawa and AllMight came rushing inside, finding the students in a panic. Noticing the TV was on the News Channel, the teachers knew they didn't have to explain too much.

Midoriya almost ran over to AllMight, but stopped himself before it was too late. Sweat was beading down his forehead and coughing up a little bit of blood as he stood beside their teacher. AllMight and Midoriya locked eyes with each other, both feeling a tiny bit of relief.

"Good, all of you are here," Mr. Aizawa said, almost out of breath.

"Mr. Aizawa, AllMight, what's going on?!" Iida demanded, blue eyes full of concern for everyone's safety, "How'd he escape? Why'd he wait til now? Is everyone-"

"Iida, calm down," Mr. Aizawa interrupted, placing a hand on his shoulder to show some support, "We need to stay calm and focused in this kind of situation."

There was a moment of silence as Iida and everyone else took a deep breath in... and out...

It almost helped the whole class, almost. Midoriya tried to relax, but knowing more than most people wasn't helping.

"Right now, all the teachers are checking in on the students to make sure everyone's in their Dormitories. We'll be adding extra security all around campus," Mr. Aizawa told them, breaking the silence, "No one leaves their dorms until further notice."

"WHAT?! WHY?!" the students cried in unison.

Bakugo, surprisingly, didn't respond.

"We need to make sure all of you students are safe," AllMight said with a subtle glance at Midoriya.

He clearly wants to talk to me alone about this situation, Midoriya thought as the tension between them grew every second.

Bakugo could sense it as well.

"Al-AllMight," Uraraka said with a horrified look on her face, "Do you think All for One's going to..."

More silence.

Midoriya knew right away what she was getting at. AllMight gave another quick glance at him, his eyes filled with fear. After a long second between them, Midoriya realized the fear in his eyes wasn't for his own safety, but for his successor's.

AllMight turned his focus towards the entirety of Class 1-A, all eyes on him.

"I don't know," AllMight confessed, feeling defeated, "It's a huge possibility, but..."

The tension was rising as he trailed off.

Midoriya could tell he was trying his best not to mention One for All, but part of him wondered if it was better for everyone to know so they understand the situation much clearer. He bit his lip more and more, trying to stop himself from saying anything.

I can't just let him shoulder all of this on his own. I'm his successor, so it's my burden to bare, too. I should be standing up there with him.

Bakugo noticed the determined look on Midoriya's face, and his body moved before he even realized what he was doing.

"There's nothin' we can do right now!" Bakugo said out of nowhere.

Kacchan?!

"All we can do right now is wait and prepare for anything."

Everyone's eyes grew wide, completely thrown off by Bakugo's spur of the moment decision. Even Kirishima was at a loss for words. Not one person dared to add to his statement.

Midoriya was taken out of his state of mind completely and didn't know what to do. Before he realized what he was doing, Bakugo caught him staring and glared back as he grabbed Midoriya's wrist.

"C'mere, Deku. We need to talk," Bakugo said in a low tone. He pulled him away from the conversation, not giving much time to react.

"Um... okay?"

As the two walked away, Bakugo gave AllMight a subtle glance that he understood right away:

You too.

Thank you so much for sticking with the story! This chapter is a little shorter and less jumping around, but I think it turned out pretty good. Lots of staring in this one, LOL! I can't wait to share more!
