Authors note: whoop whoop! back again with chapter 2, I am aware that some people might not like this Scott. But i am a firm believer that everyone is capable of great good and great evils, and thought it would be interesting to write. i will also be taking a different rock song titles as the names of the chapters. Very similar to my pour some sugar on me story for twilight. sorry for the long note! Enjoy!

Chapter 2
Your Kiss is on my list
Scott enjoyed the thrum of the engine in his ears. The whip of hair around his face. The woosh of cars going by.
If Scott enjoys Bikes so much why the convertable you might ask.
The answer is simple. It fit better with the boyscout Scott persona.
But riding had a certain freedom he enjoyed.
A small freedom he hadn't known he was missing until that moment.
At the moment he was on the hunt.
Riding around to ease his nerves was ok but one thought remained.
Lance Alvers'
Scott had checked the usual places. Only to be left at a loss. He'd even ridden my the Brotherhood house itself and the others signature jeep was no where in sight.
His patience began to wane just as he passed the others jeep on the side of the road, hood up. He drove ahead the intention of turning around obvious, But instead found the object of thoughts walking along the shoulder.
He rode by slowing and stopped ahead of the other by about 5 feet.
Taking more than a bit of pleasure in the fact that Lance was rolling his eyes and scowling.
Scott just smiled and popped the kickstand. Leaning against the machine arms crossed.
"You know, if I didn't know any better i'd say you were stalking me Scott." Lance smirked.
Scott just made a slight noise of dismissal.
"Jeep broke down again?" he asked teasing and Lance growled out loud this time.
"Stupid damn battery. Probably one of the cells. Not much I can do about it today" he shrugged.
"You want a ride?" Scott asked waggling his brows slightly. Lance laughed shaking the hair from his face and raised an eyebrow of his own.
"On that? Um no. What would your professor say."
He was mocking him, Scott knew it. But if he knew the other, and he did, he would accept the ride. know this he stood and swung his leg over the side, hovering over the seat.
"The professor is out of town for 2 months on personal buisness. And as for the others, what they don't know wont hurt em." he said simply.
"Even your girlfriend?" Lance asked.
But Scott just nodded and offered Lance a helmet.
And then grinned as he put it on.
"Ok so how do I do this" He asked. Scott to his credit kept as straight of face as possible.
"Put your hand on my shoulder, step up on the peg and swing your leg over. And be careful of the pipes. Their hot."
Lance did as told settling in behind the other.
"You better hold on!"
He didn't give Lance a second to respond taking off at full speed.
Lance held on to Scott for dear life. First time on a bike.
Yup. And it showed.
But Scott didn't give him an inch. Going way faster than neccesary. The feel of the others arms around his waist suddenly way more exhilarating that the Bike itself.
And giving a sense to for once live a little dangerously.
Was it smart? Why no, of course not.
Unbelievably exciting. Oh yes.
Lance weather he knew it or not, felt it too.
It didn't take long to arrive at the Brotherhood boarding house.
Same old house Scott remembered. Only a bit more repaired and put together. Less trash and broken bits of the house laying around to clutter the yard.
Lance slid off the Bike less than elegantly. His legs were numb. His heart was pounding in his chest.
"Thanks." He said and Scott smirked nodding slightly.
Their was a small but akward silence, and then "Do you wanna come in or something?" Lance asked and Scott had never seen him look so unsure.
"Yep!" he answered easily and then dismounted himself. Following the other into the house.
It was cool inside. Much cooler than the outside and surprisingly clean. The last time anyone had seen the place it had been hell. There was still a large crack in the kitchen wall but otherwise it look hella better.
Lance must have noticed him eying the place and huffed out a breath. "Yeah I know. It looks better. Took some work to get the others on board but so worth it." he said.
Scott nodded tracing a hand over the large crack in the wall, "you did this?" he asked.
Lance snorted reaching into fridge and Scott being a man admired the nice view before taking the bottle of water offered to him. "Yeah. You know me. One hell of a temper." he grimaced.
Their was another akward silence. It stretched out for at least a minute or two. Scott could see the other was deep in thought. Lance had the ability to show every emotion on his face as it passed through him. It was all to easy to read him.
"Ok Scott Ill level with you ok. And I don't want you to think I'm doing this to be a dick because I have been before but, I would want someone to tell me if I was in you shades so here it goes.. . Jean is cheating on you with Logan. There I said it."
Scott blinked, and blinked again. Had Lance just been the first one to look him in his face and tell him the truth. The other looked uneasy and almost guilty.
"I know." he answered in a breath, And Lance looked reasonably surprised.
Scott walked forward as the other took steps back , until he was neatly pressed against the wall Scotts slightly taller form hovering over him.
"Ive know for about six months actually. I think everyone else knows too. I kept waiting for someone to say something, anyone. But of course it would be you."
Lance let out a shaky breath at the others closeness. There was no reason for him to be that . .
And then Scott was kissing him. Lance raised his hands to push the other way even as the other pressed forward pushing his tongue into his mouth.
Seeming to give up he wrapped those arms around the others neck.
It wasn't any more or less weird than the last kiss they had shared.
And it certainly lasted longer than the first that was for sure.
When they broke apart they were both panting hard.
Lance snorted and gave the other a light push needing his personal space back. "I knew I wasn't imagining things this morning. Scott Summers a closet case, who would have thought."
Scott laughed, he couldn't help it, the other would diffuse the tension in the air with a chide like that. "Like your one to talk." he taunted lightly back.
"Look Scott i'd love to be the one to help you explore this new part of yourself and all but that shit cant happen. Screwing Wolverine or not you have a girlfriend. And good little boy scouts donft cheat. Its not your thing."
Only Lance could let him know he was interested while shooting him down at the same time.
Why was he bothering again? Oh yeah.
"Well what if I'm tired of always being the good guy, what if just this once I was the bad guy?" Scott bit out. Lance barked a dry laugh and rolled his eyes.
"you don't have a bad bone in your body Scott, I don't know what to tell you."
Lance walked steadily from the kitchen even as he insulted the other, plopping down on the old worn sofa.
"Look I know it seems crazy but why the hell not! Trust me I know its wrong but maybe I just don't give a damn anymore. Honestly being Mr. Nice guy hasn't got me very far."
Scott was beginning to think the other would send him away but Lance just pursed him lips slightly, emotions flickering across his face.
"You wanna cut loose. Be the bad guy for a bit fine. Your welcome to hang around ok. But know this Scott, dont get the me and you thing twisted. You wanna get her back for lying to you fine. But I'm warning you now that this is dangerous. OK?"
There was a warning somewhere in there, Scott could tell. But he only nodded.
"Would it help If I told you are un-deniably good looking."
Lance rolled his eyes skyward and stood face to face with the other.
"You talk too much." he teased pulling the other into a rough kiss.
Oh yeah.
This is something Scott could do.
