The very next day, January 1, 2028, New York, New York

Mackynzie and Micah, 15, and Rayne, 14 headed to Betty and Jughead's Apartment.

Mackynzie was steamed. She needed to know. Rayne opened the font door. "Mom! Dad, I'm back."

Betty smiled. "Hey sweetie."

Rayne gave a smile. "Mom, this is Mackynzie and Micah. They were the ones I ran into last night."

Betty nods her head as she looks at them. Micah had brown hair and brown eyes and Mackynzie had blonde hair and blue eyes. She looks at her husband, who was looking at them in shock, like he knew something.

What is happening?

She smiled. "Hi, Mackynzie. Hi, Micah. Nice to meet you." She says softly.

Mackynzie paused as she walks up to Jughead, who was staring at her with wide eyes.

Is this my daughter and son?

He looks at Mackynzie with tears filling up in his eyes. She had his blue eyes. Fuck, he couldn't keep the secret anymore. It has been 15 years. She deserves to know that he is her father. Betty deserves to know who she married, his real name. Rayne deserves to know they are her half sister and brother.

"Mackynzie? That's your name?"

Mackynzie nods her head. "Yeah, that's me." She looked at Micah. "That's my twin brother, Micah." She looks at him. "Was your name Cody Martin?" She asks shakily.

Betty's eyes went wide. "What is she talking about, Jug? What does she mean by 'your name was Cody Martin'?" She was deeply hurt, confused and staring at her husband. "Jug?"

Jughead sighs, standing up from the couch and pinched his nose with his thumb. "Betty, I need to tell you something."

"Great, I'd love to hear what the hell is going on! Why is she say your name is Cody when I have no idea who that is!" She yells.

Jughead sighs. "I had changed my name 15 years ago. My name was Cody Martin. I was from Boston, Massachusetts. I have a twin brother, Zack. I had a girlfriend, Bailey Pickett..."

Mackynzie's eyes went wide. That's her mother's name! "That's my mother's name..." She says softly.

Betty was streamed now. "And, you haven't had the desire to tell me that your name isn't really Jughead? You've been lying to me for years? Who the hell did I marry? This Cody person or Jughead?" She ran her hands through her hair. She glared at him. "I can't believe a damn thing that comes out of your mouth now. I have no idea who you are anymore..."

Rayne just stared at her parents in shock. "Mom? You don't have to get so mad. You have to-"

Betty glared at her daughter. "Rayne, I don't have to do anything you say to me! I'm your mother for Christ sake! You listen to me, and right now, I'm so pissed that I can't progress this so fast..." She turns back to Jughead. "I want you out."

Jughead's eyes went wide, Rayne looks at her mother. "Mom..."

"Shut your mouth, Rayne or I swear to God you'll be grounded! Go to your room!"

"No! You can't kick dad out!" Rayne yells back.

"Room now, Rayne Elizabeth!" Betty glares at her daughter.

Rayne glares at her mother as she goes into her room upstairs.

Betty glares at Mackynie and Micah. "I want you two out of my house! You don't come in here and say he's your father when he's my husband and has a different name! Do you have proof? Huh? Do you not think your mother lied to you? What do you know?"

Mackynzie knew she had tears in her eyes, she was playing with her fingers and looked at her brother. "I...I...I'm sorry! I just thought..." She says through tears.

"You probably thought wrong. Get out!" She yells, Jughead looks at his wife. "Betty..."

"No! They don't need to be here any longer! They're probably sad that their daddy left them, so they are trying to pin you as their father!"

Jughead shook his head. "They are telling the truth, Elizabeth! Don't tell me that they're wrong because I'm the one who left them and their mother! I didn't even know about them until now. They deserve answers."

"That's great, let them find them elsewhere then! You are probably lying to me right now, trying to get her to know someone who isn't her father!" Betty yells as she walks out of the room and into her bedroom, slamming the bedroom door.

Mackynzie wiped her eyes and Micah stared at her. "Let's go, Mack." He says in her ear and she nods as they head to the front door and walk out into the hallway and toward their apartment.

Jughead watched them walk away from him and he starts to pack his clothes up. "I'm leaving. You need to work on your fucking attitude, Elizabeth. I'll tell you everything, but not now because you treated my kids with disrespect!"

"They're NOT YOUR KIDS!" She yells. "Don't pull that shit on me!" She watches him walk out of their bedroom and towards the front door. "I can't believe I married someone who can't respect my fucking past! I've made mistakes. I'm sure you did to, and you won't tell me because you can't face them!" He shouts as he slams the front door closed and starts walking downstairs and out of the apartment building.

Meanwhile, Mackynie and Micah walked into their apartment and Bailey saw the look on her daughter's face. It was something Bailey knew so well, and it hurt her so much.

"Baby girl, what's wrong?"

Mackynzie sniffed softy. "I don't...I don't..."

Zack looked at his niece. "Mack? What happened? Please talk to us."

Mackynzie wiped her eyes and they were falling down her face. "I found Dad..."

Bailey's eyes went wide. What? She found Jughead? Cody? Whoever he is now. Oh God.

"Honey, what do you mean you found him?" She says, trying to hide the fact that she saw him too.

"I found him with his wife, Betty. She didn't know about his past. She didn't believe me when I said I was his daughter...She-" Mackynzie was now shaking, crying heavily as she buried her head into her hands.

Micah groaned, Zack saw the look on his nephew's face. "Buddy, tell me what happened and I'll take care of this..."

After telling his uncle everything, Zack headed to find his twin brother, Cody, he thinks he won't find him but if there's a chance, he has to take it.

AN: I'm back with this story. I got a new phone so I've been getting used to it. I really like it. It's a pixel 3 XL.
