A/N: Okayyyy yet another friend has climbed aboard the making of this fic! I'm so thankful for both of their help and hopefully they'll continue to put up with me until this fic is finished!

"Ohh I don't know… Maybe the way you look at each other? Maybe the fact that the date was the day you and him had that dance routine? Because the lyrics are "We say we're friends, we play pretend"? Any number of things Julie!"

"Honestly Luke-!"

It was too much. It was too much like what Reggie remembered. And it all came crashing down

"Ohh I don't know… maybe it's because we've been here before! You do this again and again and this time? You know what? THIS is the last straw."

"Stop being so dramatic Jill it's nothing-"

"Nothing?! You're wasting our money and my time! Getting her everything she wants? Don't you care about your family-?"

"I- Not this one!"

"Are you kidding me- GET OUT RICHARD. GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!"

Reggie was crying now. Reliving those moments when he covered his little sister, Raina's ears. Bringing her to his room. Placing headphones on her head and playing a Sunset Curve CD. Holding her in his arms while they cried, not saying a word. Doing anything to help her block everything out because she was only nine and she didn't deserve this. Because he hated seeing her cry.

Alex was holding him, but Reggie didn't notice. He had collapsed, sobbing in Alex's arms, remembering the night that he couldn't take it anymore. The night that he grabbed his bass and rode his bike as fast as he could to Bobby's house. The night he left Raina.

Okay, this was out of control. Reggie was crying and Julie and Luke were too busy fighting to even notice! Alex was furious.

"You guys- Oh my god. HELLO?!"

Julie and Luke turned to look at Alex, surprised at his existence and annoyed at the interruption.

"What."

Their eyes widened at the sight of the quivering cinnamon roll that was Reggie, tears running down his face and sobs wracking his body.

There was a moment of silence before Julie broke it and rushed over to Reggie and Alex.

"Oh my goodness, Reggie! What happened?"

Alex blocked her way, guarding Reggie.

"You two happened. You both need to figure this out. I don't know what happened. I don't know if we can help. But I know that you hurt Reggie, and that is never okay."

A/N: So...this is going to take 1 or 2 more chapters to finish. It's no longer just a 2-shot...oops. Oh, well. Hope y'all enjoyed!
