2. First Notes from the Author

This story will be based in one of the roleplays that my online friend Rika and myself have done. To avoid a bit of "awkwardness" when it comes to pairings, my OC Cecelia is the last Sacred Dragon Slayer and her character Rika will be a fairy princess related to King and Elaine.
