In the middle of Tokyo
The group landed in the middle of Tokyo. Cars, motorcycles, and other vehicles swerved to avoid the formerly dead. People were already rushing to the scene to see the Demon Emperor, the Massacre Princess, and many others previously thought to be dead alive.
Orpheus Zevon, who somehow got sucked into the living world with the group looked around his environment. "Uhh guys, why are we-"
"What a headache. One moment I was having tea, the next I am here with the rest of these buffoons." Andreas Darlton groaned who somehow got transported with the rest of the group.
"Clovis, is this seriously the best clothes you can find?" Asked the group. They all wore a three-piece suit with the women having pencil skirts. Their neckties are their favourite colour with Lelouch having a purple one, Euphemia with pink, etc. Aviator sunglasses in front of their eyes, blocking the rays of the bright sun.
"What? It's fashionaaaaaable!" Clovis hollered with extragavance.
They were about to raise their voices when a large tv screen displayed a breaking news symbol.
"This is John Freehard reporting live in front of The Tokyo Imperial Palace where an extremist group has held Prime Minister of Japan Kaname Ohgi, Empress of The Holy Britannian Empire Nunnally vi Britannia, The Imperial Family, Zero, and many more VIPs hostage. What was supposed to be a day of celebration for the Prime Minister's wedding has now turned into one of horror. We will be keeping updates on the current situation. God Save Us All."
"So they have Villeta hostage?" Asked Kewell who was gritting his teeth.
"Her Highness Cornelia must be there as well." Darlton said with slight fear. He knows that while she is a trained soldier who is equipped with knowledge for this kind of situation, she is still human and one wrong act would send the hostages' souls into the afterlife.
"To have my daughter hostage?! Those vermin!" Marianne shrieked.
"My sister in danger?" Naoto whispered with a worried look on his face.
"The hell are we supposed to do? Waltz in there guns blazing?" Dorothea joked to lighten the mood.
"Yes." Lelouch answered plainly. The rest were staring at him as if he grew two more heads due to his solution of defusing the situation being killing every terrorist present in the palace.
"What? Lulu, while we are not against the idea, where are we gonna get guns?" Shirley asked.
"Z-Zero, we aren't even equipped to handle such a situation!" Yoshida said.
"Rolo." Lelouch called.
"Of course Brother. I have been secretly stockpiling some LMGs, SMGs, rifles, and ammunition somewhere in a safe house somewhere... There!" Rolo shouted as he pointed to a nearby Pizza Hut.
"Wait for a tick, I should have some helicopters lying around in an airfield nearby!" Darlton said.
"Do they come with the song we wanted to play?" Asked Naoto.
"Of course." Darlton grinned.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's get the good stuff, go to the Palace, and spill some blood." Said Luciano while Carine nodded as she too was also a fan of violence, bloodshed, barbaric acts... You get the gist.
"But what about my 18-" Monica started only to get interrupted by Lelouch.
"My sister is being held captive and you want to talk about books?!"
The two would quarrel about the situation while the rest just dragged them to get their gear.
Tokyo Imperial Palace - Third Floor - A few minutes before the attack
Tokyo Imperial Palace. Once the Imperial Family of Japan's home has now been turned into the bureaucratic workplace for high ranking government officials. On this day, the party for the wedding of Kaname Ohgi and Villeta Nu would be held on its third floor with many friends and officials attending.
"Nunnally! The lasagna here is great!" Milly called. She is followed by Nina and Rivalz. They are on a table not too far from the married couple.
Nearby, a loyal cyborg, two knights, and a ninja maid stood near Villeta and Ohgi.
"Well Villeta, congrats on love. Perhaps I should set my sights on someone and venture into the unknown." Jeremiah chuckled while Villeta thanked him for the kind gesture.
"Sayoko is still single you know." A petite pink-haired girl sighed. Jeremiah blushed from her words while Sayoko and Gino laughed.
"My my Gottwald." The ninja maid smiled.
Cecile, Rakshata, and Lloyd were busy drinking some wine. Kaguya was busy chatting with Tianzi and other UFN leaders. Tamaki and other Black Knights officers were on the buffet table Chiba, and Todoh and Kallen were talking with Cornelia and Schneizel. Nonette was surprisingly there and was having fun with the chocolate fountain with Rai. Zero was by himself, drinking some sake.
This would go on for a few minutes until a large group of armed masked men entered.
"What the devil?!" Gottwald, Gino, Sayoko, Chiba, and Tamaki cried out.
"Who are you?!" An enraged Kallen yelled.
They did not answer but instead started tying them up. Without their weapons, the attendees had no choice but to comply.
"It will be fine Nunnally." Cornelia said as she tried to keep calm her half-sister.
Nunnally could only nod, while one of the masked men started walking up to her.
"You." He... she... spoke. The person's voice was distorted, but the body was quite slender.
"W-What is it? What do you want?!"
"Your death."
"NO! Not her! Please, kill me instead!" Zero pleaded.
Before any words were spoken, music was heard outside. They all gazed at the television near the door, showing the news and helicopters.
Outside Tokyo Imperial Palace
There was a crowd of reporters and witnesses outside the palace and while the police had succeeded in keeping them out, many were still fearing for the worst outcome. The screen outside was displaying the events inside thanks to some hidden camera so when they heard the masked person asking for the Empress of Britannia's death, they started screaming bloody murder. All hope was lost until helicopter noises and guitar music was heard.
BRITANNIA! BRITANNIA!
Cameras started to point to the source of the commotion and showed... Dead people (People who should be dead would be much more accurate.) armed with guns and riding helicopters to the palace.
BRITANNIA! HELL YEAH!
COMING AGAIN TO SAVE THE PROPER BLOODY DAY!
BRITANNIA! HELL YEAH!

The helicopters hovered around the palace and began firing their rockets into the walls, creating a giant hole for the second and third floor.

All of the rescue squad then jumped into the hole and landed on the second floor. The crowds outside were silent as they were all watching the Massacre Princess, the Demon Emperor, the Knights of Round, and many more entered in guns blazing against the masked terrorists, a few remaining to stay in a helicopter.

"Rook Squad, give us some heavy support!" Lelouch called.
"Right!" Euphemia, Odysseus, Clovis, Carine, Marrybell, and Guinevere then ducked for cover behind the pillars and rubble. They then started blasting their LMGs to the masked men guarding the stairs to the third floor.

Missile launchers appeared from the stairs and took aim at the helicopters that are being piloted by Charles, Marianne, VV, and Darlton.
"Knight Squad! Destroy those launchers or our evac is compromised!" Lelouch ordered.
"Yes, Your Highness!" Dorothea, Monica, Luciano, and Bismarck aimed their SMGs and fired at the missile launchers' operators. Their ride to the ground for the hostages was safe.

They all arrived on the third floor. The helicopters hover around the massive hole on the wall. As they all barged into the room, the terrorists began aiming their weapons at the hostages. Pleas of begging and mercy were heard nearly everywhere.
"Bishop Squad, take the shot." Lelouch whispered to his earpiece.
"This is Bishop Squad, taking out the hostiles." Orpheus, Rolo, Shirley, Naoto, Kewell, Inoue, and Yoshida answered. With their scoped rifles, they to aimed for the terrorists' heads and pulled the trigger synchronously. They all dropped dead.

The room was a mess and there was only one casualty, the Tokyo Imperial Palace's structure.

Lelouch turned to Nunnally. His was face trying to hold a smile but it failed tremendously. A grin was formed instead.
