Tanya had been ordered by her superiors to take a small detachment of the 203rd and scout the area 19 kilometers north of the Rhine front as that section of the front has suddenly gone silent without explanation.
"Major, do you know what we will be up against?" Weiss asked Tanya as the flew over the sky.
"I don't know, however be prepared in case if this is a trap set us by the Francois troops in that sector." Tanya told her men.
"Roger!" They called out.
After minutes of flying they finally reached their destination, and the muddy field was littered with bodies, from both the empire and the Republic troops.
"What happened here?" Asked Visha as she looked around the field.
"I don't know, but keep your guard up." Said Koenig as he looked around the field of dead bodies.
"Keep your guard up men, this may be a trap and the bodies may be just clothes filled straws." Tanya said told her squad.
Suddenly 6 rapid gunshots were heard which hit their power box units causing them to fall to the ground at high speed, but thankfully they had their parachutes which softened their landing, and hit the muddy ground safely.
"Who fired?!" Asked Glanz as he pulled out his Modragon aimed it at where the fire came from.
"Hold your fire Glanz and don't waste ammo, they are still hiding!" Tanya ordered him.
And suddenly a cylindrical grenade it their position and grey smoke came out of it, causing the soldiers to cough hard., then silent foot steps were heard, and one by one until Tanya got knocked to the ground and found herself at the point of what looked like an M16A1 assault rifle, which was 45 years to early for that variant of the rifle, heck the rifle itself is decades to early.
"Who are you?" Asked Tanya as she looked at her assailant, she was wearing a black coat which had 4 ammo magazines, a pair of boots. a yellow shirt with some armored plating around her ribcage and clavicle, she had silver-ish grey hair with some orange patches, an amber colored eye with a deadeye look and the right was an eye patch with orange lines, she seemed to be in her early 20s.
"Name and rank." Said the young woman, as she looked at Tanya, but the Major of the 203rd didn't answer.
"Not answer are we?" Said the woman as she raised an eyebrow.
"Fine by me, I have ways to make you talk, but I do wonder how your squad is doing right now." She said as she pulled out a wire which made Tanya quirk her eyebrow.
"A wire? What's that going to do?" Asked Tanya with a humorous tone.
"Well you may find it funny, but your men won't." Said the 20 Year old as the smoke cleared and she saw each of her solders having what looked like m67 grenades strapped to their bodies.
"You are using my soldiers as hostages to get info out me?" Tanya asked the woman with an angry tone, and the 20 year old simply nodded.
"Yup, now little girl talk, or your soldiers bite it." Said the woman as she strengthened the grip around the wire and keeping Tanya at gun point.
"Fine." Tanya said reluctantly.
14 months later.
"This is Revenant, I report that the AA and costal defenses are down, send in the Helgoland, Ostfiresland, and Nassau." Said Ann as she called over the radio comm whilst disguised as an Entente soldier with a blue winter coat.
"Roger that Revenant, Pixie out." Said Tanya over the radio.
"Hey what are you doing?" Said a man as saw Ann talking over the radio.
"Shit." Ann cursed in her mind as she charged at the entente soldier with the intent to kill him, and her charge as so fast that he didn't have the time to react and her punch was strong enough to cave the man's skull, and she went back to the radio.
"Pixie this is Revenant, make it quick my cover is blown, I'll try and capture Councilor Abensoll. Over." Said Ann as she closed the radio.
With Tanya
"Pixie this is Revenant, make it quick my cover is blown, I'll try and capture Councilor Abensoll. Over." Tanya hear Ann say as the latter closed the radio.
"Understood, we'll assist you as soon as we can. Over. Visha, what's the estimated time of arrival?" Asked Tanya.
"We are almost there Major?" Weiss said when suddenly Grantz was shot down.
"Grantz!" Shouted Weiss as he saw Vooren fall to the sea Baltic sea.
With Ann 35 Minutes later.
Councilor Abensoll along with his cabinet, was hopping up on a submarine , why? Well... the Entente situation was dire and was loosing is fight with the Empire, and so as a last ditch effort they agreed to send Abensoll to Commonwealth mainland in order to make a government in exile.
Suddenly a Motorcycle engine was heard and his guards fell to the ground as they were shot to the head.
And he turned around to look at Anna as she was charging in with a motorcycle and threw her handgun away.
