Chapter 2: Home sweet home.

After travelling in the helicopter with surprisingly no accidents nor inconvenient and having returned it to Uncle Donnie, Topher and Dave finally returned to Topher's house, it was really clean big blue house, it had two floors, a garden, and finally they entered, just to find Amy playing videogames. It was 10:00 p.m when they arrived.

Amy has clearly changed her outfit since it could be weird having a cheerleader costume as your casual one. Her appearance also changed, her hair was messier and tied in a ponytail while her clothes consisted in a red leather jacket that was over a white t-shirt, black jeans that are ripped in one of the knees and red and white tennis. She was playing videogames in a console that they had. She was playing a fighting game as a white and purple alien beating a guy with orange clothes and blue hair.

-Hey!-Topher said, making his girlfriend react right after she defeated the guy with orange clothes.

-Sup! Is he here?-Amy asked while there was a "KO" sound coming from the TV

-Yes. Dave, she's Amy. Amy, he's Da…

-Come on Toph, we know each other, same season, he was the simp one of us.- Amy gave him a weak fist on his arm.-Sorry.-The mean twin apologized

-No, it's ok.-Dave replied.- But let's not talk about Total Drama, I want to erase those bad memories.

-Yeah, samey.-Amy replied.

-Eh…

-Sorry, I use to say "samey" instead of "same".

-Oh.

-Yeah. Wanna play Dragon Sphere Fighters S?

-No thanks.-Dave answered.

-Well, your loss.-The girl continued playing her videogames.

-I'm gonna make some cereal, you must be really hungry.

-Yeah, thanks Topher.-Dave replied and then he sat in the same couch where Amy was. She was playing now against the same guy but this time his clothes were black and his hair was rose.

-So… What do you think about Toph?-Amy asked.

-Well, all I can say right now is that I'm grateful, dude gave me a second chance.

-You know… I can relate to you, my life was ruined too because of Total Drama. However, I knew that I was the one who brought myself to that situation.

-But what did you do?

-Only made Sammy's life a real hell.-Dave was surprised by how natural Amy said this sentence.- I fucked her life really bad, hell, I even went to Pahkitew Island just because I wanted to bully her… But you know… Unless you are Sky, karma is a real bitch.

-Could you not mention her?-Dave asked.

-Oh, sorry.-Amy apologized.

They two watched how Amy was beating the guy with rose hair pretty easily, either she was really good or turns out that this guy was countered by Amy's character. Finally she won the match.

-Nice!-And then a kid looking alien appeared to fight against Amy's character.-But yes, my reputation was destroyed after the show. I lost all of my friends, I had constant fights with my step-mom, to be fair, I hated that bitch before the season started and not because of Amy, and I was basically rejected of any chance to get a part-time job that is not with Rodney.

-Man, that's ro…

-Don't say that phrase Dave.-Amy finally defeated the kid and a perfect looking guy appeared to fight against Amy's character.- I totally deserved that.

-But how do you and Topher met?

-Well… It was because he was one of the only people that I met that went to the same high school than me. And he defended me when nobody did. It was like this…

Amy was eating alone. She was eating a sandwich and had a soda with her, she looked really tired, with her clothes being something similar to the ones that she wore right now, just with the difference that her pants weren't ripped on the knee and her hair wasn't tied in a ponytail.

-Fucking dumbasses, can they at least be creative?-Amy was not in a good mood. Her books were thrown to the school fountain again and her desk was full of insuts again, while she was used to the bullying that she was getting because of her actions, this was getting old.- Man, what a pain I have to get photocopies from them again, it's the third fucking time this week.

While she was eating, a group of cheerleaders along with Sammy approached her.

-So… How's the loser's life? Dumbamy.-One of the cheerleaders started to insult her

-…

-My…My… You look really pissed off.

-K' the fuck you want this time Britcha?- There was this group of cheerleaders, Trisha, Monica and Lizzie, Sammy was with them but more like because she felt forced to hang out with them and Amy was insulting Trisha,

-Well.-Monica saw the girl.- We want you to cut her hair.

-Is that all-

-Bald… For the rest of this year.-Monica continued ready to scare Amy.

-No.- Amy answered coldly and started to leave, but one of the girls,, Monica slapped her and as a response, Amy as a gentle response according to her, punched her face, making her lose a tooth. In that moment one of the teachers arrived and saw the moment when Amy hit Monica, the rest of the cheerleaders with the exception of Sammy screamed trying to get his attention.

-Mr. Roger!-Trisha made an act of her crying.- Amy punched Monica in the face

-Amanda Williams, to the principal office, right now!

Amy knew what was about to happen but she just didn't care anymore. She knew that she was going to be expelled… Sammy didn't say anything, some students that watched the moment didn't say anything. In a moment like this, when someone is really hated, nobody defends them.

However… This wasn't the case.

-Hold on! Monica started it!-A voice was heard.-Amy didn't have the fault.

-Amy was caught out of guard with that statement, just to see how Topher was pointing at Monica; Monica was really pissed off because she had a crush on him.

-What happened Topher?-Mr. Roger asked.

Then Topher spoke, explaining everything. Monica was really mad, she even said that he was lying and made another version of the story, Topher continued explaining what he saw and listened until the discussion stopped.

-Enough! Monica, go to the principal's office now. Topher, Amy, you two will get detention after class.

-Wait, what the…-Topher saw Amy for a few seconds before saying his F-bomb.-Fine.

Amy was surprised, Topher got himself in trouble just for her, it was new for her that someone actually cared for her because usually she was either ignored or bullied, but she was glad that at least, she had someone on her side.

Once they 2 entered in detention after the classes were over, the teacher who was supposed to check the class slept.

-I hate this job.-Said the guy while he was sleeping.

Topher and Amy just looked at each other until the girl finally spoke.

-Why?-Amy asked.-You got himself in trouble because of me.

-Sometimes… Someone who is in a bad moment of his life needs a hand.-He said.-Sorry, I just couldn't let you get expelled. At least not for something that is not your fault.

-Ah?

-It would have been unfair, you know, everyone hates you, I mean, you totally deserved that, no offense. But nobody wants to be on your side and your teachers didn't let you have a chance to defend yourself. So why not having a friend that you can count in?

-I thought you liked Sammy.-This phrase caught the former Chris wannabe out of guard

-I thought you referred her as "Samey"- Topher commented.-Also, no, I don't like her as a girlfriend, she is a good friend though.

-Oh right.-Amy just saw started to check her phone.- I just don't call her like that anymore because I want to avoid everything about Total Drama. I still hate her though.

Topher saw the girl for a few seconds while she didn't look at him. He wanted to say something, but considering how bad her mood is right now, he decided to just say one phrase before end his talk with Amy.

-You know… I can sit with you during school and we could go to places you like to go, you know… to not feel alone.

The blonde girl didn't say anything for a few seconds, but she accepted.

-Sure.

-After that, many things happened between us and my step-mom who wanted to make him break up with me, but that's another story.

-Don't worry, you can tell me that story another day.

-Yeah, thanks.

-Dave, I made you cereal.-Topher said while Dave didn't suspect about him taking too much time making some cereal.

-Oh, wait a minute.

After Dave left to the kitchen, Amy continued playing.

-What do you think of her?

-She is cool, I guess.-Dave answered.

-She will be friendlier with you once you know her better. Wait, I'm gonna show your room, it is in the basement

-Ok, let's see it.-Dave smiled, he was sure that since Topher was rich, his room would be so good.

And then what he saw was a dirty and messy room. Sure, it has a nice bed and some good stuff like its own sofa, a TV, a freaking ping pong table, even its own bathroom. However, watching a dirty room like that made Dave almost have a panic attack.

-What the hell?!-Dave whined about the disaster that he got for room

-What?!

-It's dirty!

-I didn't have time!

-How am I gonna clean this?!

-Look, I have classes tomorrow, today its Sunday. If you want, you can clean this room today or tomorrow, but I have classes really early, and Amy is going to work. Sorry, I couldn't do It earlier, but it took me a whole month to plan this and get Uncle Donnie's help.

-…-Dave didn't react.

-Dave?

-Sorry that I was rude to you, I still had my thing about wanting everything clean. I just need the cleaning stuff to start with it tomorrow.

-If you want, you can sleep today in the sofa and then you can clean the whole room tomorrow.

-Oh ok.-They two went to the living room, Amy already went to her room and finally Topher left just to return some minutes later with a blanket and a pillow to give them to Dave.- Good night man, I have to sleep.

-Yeah, thanks… And Topher, thanks.-Dave said before trying to sleep while his friend left to his room.

While Dave was sleeping, he could only see one single thing in his dream. He was watching his past self, a green Dave that wore the clothes that he used in Pahkitew Island. He was sitting in a log like the one that he sat on the finale when he realized that Sky only used him. The past self talked.

-So… How's life. "Keith"?-The green Dave asked.-

-…

-What, are you worried to see a green man? That's racist.-The green Dave commented while acting as if he was insulted.

-Who the hell are you?.-Dave was the one who asked

-I… Am you

-And what do you want?

-I'm just here, to remind you of something that you would love to hear.

-Eh?

Suddenly the green Dave turned to Sky and then it multiplied to the point that they were hundreds of them.

-And I'm really miss my boyfriend Keith….-Said one of the Skys

-I used you…-Said another one

-I left you…-And another one, this one with Jasmine's voice

I don't care about you…-And another one with Shawn's voice.

-No, no. NO!-Dave wanted them to stop until he finally woke up without screaming.-Holy shit… What was that?-He realized that he was sweating a lot, so he checked the clock in the room.

4:00 a.m

-I have to sleep again.-Dave tried to hit the sack but he couldn't until an hour later. His nap was comfortable this time, he didn't see that annoying green Dave in his dream and he could sleep well for at least 3 hours. It was until the sounds of the news coming from the TV in the living room woke him up.

-Breaking News- The reporter started to talk about a new that involved an image of sky and the title "Back to Canada".-The Gymnast Sky Kennedy announced that she will return to her loved Canada because her sister just got a baby called Cloud. Her sister Rain Kennedy, a former gymnast until her premature retirement due to a neck injury mentioned on Birdtter that she is proud that her young sister will be in the Olympic Games and get a gold badge in Janeiro 2016. She believes that Sky will do it great because "Nothing bad ever happens to the Kennedies"

-Oh crap, she is going to Canada, I hope to not see her, wait a minute. What the hell did I miss in this two years?-He asked, thinking that he was alone.

-You missed a lot of shit, also fucking finally man.-Amy answered, she was behind him preparing herself to go to work.- Toph left 30 minutes ago. He left you all the stuff that you will need to clean the room in the basement and I called the twins to help.

-Wait. Topher has twins?

-No, Rodney has little twins, they are called Romeo and Roman, two complete douchebags but they will help you to fix your room.

-Oh.-Dave answered.

-I mean, they are douchebags in a "we are annoying as fuck" way, not that they are jerks, those 2 are pretty cool guys that just likes to annoy people a lot, Imagine Spongedon Circlepants and Francis Star from that TV show. You will meet them in an hour. Oh, before I go.-Amy went to her room and gave Dave a bag with some clothes.-Those are some clothes that Topher used when he was slimmer, he won't need them, so you can use them, don't worry, they are clean.

-Sure Amy, thanks.

-No worries Keith.-She winked him.- Hah, just kidding… Can I still call you as Dave?

-As long as we are in the house or nobody see us, yes.-He smiled and the girl left. Dave was alone, so he went to the basement, took a bath and changed his clothes to a white shirt, blue shorts and green sandals. He found some boxes, but didn't do anything with them because they were too heavy. During the hour before the arrival of the twins, Dave managed to clean all the dust his room looked better but it wasn't really good, especially because many things needed to either be repaired or painted

Finally, it was 9:45 a.m. So many "ding dongs" were heard with the purpose of annoy Dave and it was finally when those 2 arrived. Romeo and Roman Robinson. Rodney's younger silblings.

-Wassup man.-Said one redheaded man, he looked like Rodney but without being that muscular and that tall, he even wore similar clothes than him, with the exception that his overall was just a pair of blue jeans and his shirt was yellow while his hair was short, the other twin had long hair and a green shirt.

-Howdy mate!-Said one of the twins with an accent that made him sound like if he was a cowboy, but he ended sounding with an Australian accent.-Name is Roman.-Said the twin with the green shirt.

-Mine's Romeo.-Said the twin with the yellow shirt.

-And mine is…-Dave tried to reply but Roman who put one of his fingers on his lips stopped his response.

-I know, Romy told us, Keith Mason, right?.

-Right…-"Keith" answered.-Wait a second. Who's Romy?

-That's how we call Amy, she was a mean twin, so we are mean with her… Just kiddin' we just like to annoy her.-Explained Roman.- She told us to help you man and she is our boss.

-Oh, well, we should start.-Dave commented and after that, the guys started to check the room in the basement, the brothers were really surprised that Dave actually did a progress.

Dave's room right now had a bed, some bookshelves with some of Topher books, some of them that are really popular as Parry Hotter, Lady of the Rings, Robin Food, etc… but most importantly, it had some books about how to be famous and not ruin it. His bed was a single bed which is surprising considering the size of his room, he also has an old computer that is surprisingly in really well conditions, outside that, everything else was dirty with things that Dave couldn't clean.

-Well little man, we had a lot of work to do.

-Yeah, I know.-Dave replied because of how the room looked.

-Well, shit, boy, I'm gonna go for some newspapers and paint, I'll be back in 30 minutes.-Said Romeo

-Don't screw the car idiot.-Roman joked, or maybe not.

-Yeah, yeah, I won't do this this time. I'll be back in 30.

Dave and Roman waited for 30 minutes, which made them know more about each other, and thankfully, Dave's fake backstory was bought by him, a new guy from the States who wanted to start from scratch.

-Man, your friends and family were total jerks.

-…-Dave didn't answer, he was already feeling bad that he was probably lying to Roman, something that the redheaded guy noticed.

-Sorry, I didn't want to make you feel bad, it's just that ya' know, Romeo and I were really close since we were born, I mean, we lived in the same room for years, we supported Rodney when he went to Total Drama, man. But you know, it's never too late.- Roman smiled, scratching his head a little because this was one of the few times that he was being serious.

-What do you mean?

-I mean, yeah, your life and reputation was completely ruined Keith, but you can change for the better, I mean, are you dead?

-No, but…

-See, it's not too late

-You are a weird guy Roman.

-That's what she said.

Both Dave and Roman laughed a little until they realized that 30 minutes happened and Romeo arrived.

-I'm back bitches!.- Romeo appeared with many newspapers and cans of paint.- Now guys, let's start this whole thing, BABY LET'S GO! KEITH, PUT SOME MUSIC IN THE COMPUTER!

-Ok, gimme a second.-Dave went to the computer and put some music from a video about "Travel music". Then they started to clean the whole room, first of all, they started with the boxes, first, by taking them to the living room and then opening them just for mere curiosity. They found out some stuff that seemed to be useless for example Topher's school books from high school, notebooks with his notes, and some diplomas coming from him due to him being the second best average in his high school. However, the next boxes were more interesting. One of them had a box inside about a cat tree; Topher probably bought this, but gave up on trying to open it, so they opened it to see if they can try.

-Hey, this could be good for Topher's cat.-Said Romeo.

-Does Topher has a cat?-Asked Dave.

-Yeah, its name is Chef.-Answered Roman.

-Oh, I thought he didn't have a cat

Then what they did was painting the walls and the pool table, they were extremely careful with not painting the rest of the things in the bedroom. It was all fun and laughs until Romeo drew a moustache on Dave's face, something that made him almost have a panic attack, and go to the bathroom to clean his face. The 3 guys needed some hours to paint the whole room with really good yellow and red colors and make the ping pong table like a brand new one.

After that, they checked the third box, and this caught them by surprise.

It was a freaking pool table and it was a brand new one. How the hell does Topher had no idea about this? It even has balls, all of them. Dave and the twins checked this and realized that Dave's room would be now a game room.

-Do you want to…- Dave tried to ask but both twins interrupted him.

-YES!

And they started to install the pool table in Dave's room, it took them a while, but they had it finally installed and even played pool for some hours, sure, they had no idea about how really this game works, but hey, they wanted to have fun and they clearly had laughs, smiles and one total entertainment

For the first time in years, Dave wasn't worried about either his parents or whatever the hell could happen once he left.

Finally it was 6:00 p.m, Romeo and Roman were leaving with some painting stains on their shirts.

-Man that was cool.-Dave said.-I wish I could hang out with you more guys.

-Yeah Keith, you can always meet us in "Ro Steaks". It's the family business and the place where Amy is working.

After Romeo mentioned that, the door was opened, it showed Amy who has holding Topher's hand, after she was seen holding her boyfriend's hand by everyone, she started to blush a lot and then hugged Topher.

-Mine.-Amy said.

-Ha, Romy has a boyfriend.-Joked Romeo.

-Call me like that again and Roman won't find your body.-Amy replied.

-I won't do it anyways.-Laughed Roman.

-Man, Romeo, Roman. How are you guys?-Topher asked.

-Nice, we found out the pool table.-Smiled Roman.- It's now on Little K.'s room.

-That's me.-Dave answered a little bit nervous.

-His room looks really cool now that "mua" fixed it.- Bragged Romeo just to be hit on his head by Roman.

-Shut the heck up you dumbass, I did everything.-Roman insulted him

-No, me.-Started Romeo

-No, me.-Continued Roman.

-No, me.

-No, me.

-SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU TWO!-Amy screamed and then laughed a little.- So, there's a pool table, right?

-Right.-Answered the twins

-Well then.-Amy was going to the basement.-Last one to go doesn't play. See ya fuckers!-Amy mocked both Romeo and Roman while she we.

-Hey! Stop right there Romy!-Screamed Roman and Romeo, following the mean twin to the basement where Dave's room is, Topher and Dave stayed alone and Topher put a backpack that he had in on his back on the couch.

-So… How were those 2?

-I had more fun with them in one day that with my family and friends before meeting you during my whole life.

-Was your life that boring?-Topher looked concerned after asking that.

-Something like that. Also, I found your computer. I should recommend you to check the stuff you have there and delete whatever you don't like everyone else to see…

-Nah, it's fine, I already did that when I changed my computer some months ago, it's really old, so I guess you can use it. By the way, now that you got it, you could try finding an online job

-Wait a second; can you get a job online?

-Sure, it's not that hard to find the offers, but don't worry about it for now, because first, for a job what you need is.-Topher touched Dave's chest with his finger.- Presentation, man, I'm your friend and all of that but with those looks, you are a nono. We are going to buy you some clothes tomorrow after I leave from school and the next Saturday we will go with Courtney to change your name. "Keith".

-Ok, thanks Topher.

-So come on, let's go with Amy and the guys, I'm gonna show them how good is the Topher Experience with pool.

-Yeah!

And after that, the two guys left to have a good time playing either ping pong or pool in Dave's new room, they had a great time. For him, it was like if he found his own "home sweet home".

Somewhere else in an airport, a figure just showed up, it was a small woman, apparently around the 5'0. She had short dark brown hair; her hair was messy, white and yellow shirt and shorts, long socks and a pair of white and purple tennis, she had some bags.

When she arrived, not many people knew that she would arrive in that hour, considering the time, it was 3:00 a.m, the girl looked tired, and she travelled all the way from England to Canada. She was in England because of a conference about how a person can be a winner if they try a lot. She was looking for a sign until she found it.

"SKY KENNEDY"

The person who was behind this sign was a woman, she looked like a student, blue vest, white shirt, red skirt, yellow socks and dress shoes. This girl was a white blonde girl with blue eyes wearing glasses and she had eye bags. Something odd from that girl was that she looked like Amy.

-Sammy!-Sky run to hug her friend and Sammy corresponded it really excited. - I have missed you and the guys a lot.

-Yeah.-The girl now lessened the mood to the shy Sammy that everyone knew.- Let's go to your home, Shawn and Jasmine are waiting for us.

-Ok.-And with that the two girls left the airport.

Hey, thanks for reading guys, I have not too much things to say about this fic. I managed to make a chapter quickly because of me having a Spring break of 1 week from university, but now I think things will be slower. Don't worry, I'll continue this story.
