Note:hey guys thanks for liking the first chapter so I work Monday through Friday so I'll be posting once a day but on the weekends I'll try and post twice a day so thanks you and enjoy this next chapter. Umeko stood there looking at the ruins of the manor she stood there in the center of the village "Dam I came all this way for this fate sure is crue"said Umeko to her self "pardon me young lady but do you need some help we dont often get strangers visiting the village"said the old man standing behind her "I am looking for a boy named Subaru" said Umeko to the old man "Ah I see well he did live with the lord but now after the fire I heard him and the others are currently living with the lords cousin"said the old man "Thank you that wonderful news I think I'm going to head to the ruined manor to look around "said Umeko "well I would be careful who knows how sound the building is after the fire"said the old man "I'll be careful then thank you"said Umeko.
So she took her land dragon and rode to the ruins of the manor the place look creepy nasty yet sad to Umeko and so she made her way in side to look around she saw the body's of magic beast but to her they didn't seem like they were edible actually to her it made her sick and she didn't know why. She then she slowly got up and began to explore the ruins of the manor as she began to explore the manor she noticed that some of the doors that weren't destroyed were left open some had been destroyed but there were a few left some what intact Umeko could feel a familiar aura coming from one of the doors so she continued to fall the aauras signal then she came to a charred door and she opened it to reveal a destroyed library.
Umeko walked in to what was left a a great library there were book that were destroyed beyond repair but there in front of the door was a table a chair and a book on the floor to Umeko the book looked familiar it brought back memories from her past as soon as she touched the book
"Umeko can you come with me please there is someone I want you to meet " said the familiar voice "ok mommy "said young Umeko and the two went into a different room were there was a young looking girl was sitting and reading "Umeko this is your big sister "said the familiar voice "Are you really my big sister "asked Umeko " I suppose I am "said the other familiar voice "will you play with me sister "asked young Umeko cheerfully "No "said the other familiar voice "come on Beatrice dont be that way she's bored and has no one to play with "said the familiar voice "alright i suppose I can play with you for a bit " said Beatrice "ya thank you big sis"said Young Umeko and the memories showed them playing together having fun and Beatrice teaching her how to read and in that memory she remember her mother working on a black book.
its was getting on sun set when Umeko had woken up but she had gained something while she slept she could now feel the aura of her sister no matter where she was or how far away but she didn't know if her sister could feel the same but she knew her sister was far away and it would take days for her to walk the distance to get to her sister. she got up and looked around the rest of the room she saw a mirror hanging on the wall to was covered with ash so she cleaned it up and this was the first time she had seen that she looked just like her mother but for just one difference then something else reflecting in the mirror caught her eye on a book shelf at the back of the room on the middle shelf was a red leather bound book with the symbol for the sun and moon it had look like the fire burned every thing around the book and the book it self was spared from the fire as if by magic. Umeko grabbed the book and it felt as if it was a hundred pound and when she tried to open the book she felt the blood in her hands and arms begin to boil she then managed to close the book before any real harm could be done to her self "I guess I dont have enough power to open amd read this book right now but I'll still take it with me it could be useful one of these days"said Umeko to her self and so she put the book in her satchel and she walked out of the manor .
As she stood outside the manor she was thinking to her self that maybe she could use her own magic to fly to her sisters location. So she began to summon her most powerful wind spells along with a few other spells she began to lift off the ground but the magic was becoming more unstable as she tried then she heard a voice "I'll help you out this time so dont expecte me to help you out all the time "said the familiar voice and soon after Umekos magic stabilized and off she went at crazy speeds towards her sisters location.
Standing on the balcony enjoying the last bit of the setting sun were two people one was a young man and the other was a young woman "Subaru isn't the sky so pretty with the pinks and purples in it "said the women "the purple reminds me of your beautiful eyes Emilia"said Subaru staring into Emilias eyes then Emilia began to blush "now dont be creepy Subaru "said Beatrice walking up to them "Oh come on Betty dont be that why I was complementing Emilia "Said Subaru Beatrice then proceeded to walk to the handrail amd look out to the horizon "what it is your never usually this quiet Betty "said Subaru but she didn't say anything just kept looking at the horizon as if she was searching for something "just as I felt its getting closer "said Beatrice "what is getting closer "said Subaru getting concerned "theres a powerful mana aura coming this way very fast we got to act quickly we need to get the others to could be a attacke from the witches cult"said Beatrice amd so the three of them ran to get every one who was able to fight.
Every one who could fight was out side of Roswaals cousins manor Beatrice was standing at the head of the group "here it comes get ready this opponent is very stong"said Beatrice jusybas she said that everyone could see in the distance a little dot getting bigger and bigger and not beforr long a great dust cloud had engulfed the entire place then they all heard amd felt the fround shake and through the dust a silhouette of a person could be sen walking towards the group and what through the group of defenders was when the silhouette spoke it was a womans voice "I finally found the both of you,you dont know how long i have been looking"said the silhouettes voice "at first Beatrice couldnt quite place the voice but to her it was very familiar and then the dust cleared and whatbthey saw shocked the group.
"No why it cant be her how!?"said Subaru he spoke for everyone there for everyone was speechless Standing before them was a woman who was wearing a white outfit and carrying a brown satchel but it was her face that everyone was looking at she had a soft round fave long white hair with black streaks throughout her hair and she had black eyes with white pupils "is that you Acidna?"asked Emilia the woman look at Emilia and smiled "No thats not my name but Beatrice here knows who i am so why dont you introduce me sister"said the woman "it it cant be its impossible you should be dead !" shouted Beatrice "Beatrice who is that!?" shouted Subaru "I see you dont believe your own eyes sister"said the woman "if tour really her then what was our most special moment together?"asked Beatrice "we were sitting by the river bank by oir home when you decided to go look at the river more closely and then as you git near the bank gabe away and you fell in and so i went in after you to save you and then i realized how shallow the riber was and we were both soaking wet when mom came out she looked at us and just laughed "said the woman.
After the woman infront of Beatrice said that she began to run towards her woth her arms out "Umeko!!"shouted Beatrice "sisters im so glad i finally get to see you again "and with that Umeko began to black out and fall towards the ground and the lasy thing she saw before she passed oit was her sister running to catch her Umeko never felt her self hit the ground.
(Hi writer here so i just hoped you liked this chapter sorry it was shorter than the first one but im jusy trying to keep with the flow of the story here and so i might end a chapter were it makes sense to me were it should end but if you guys prefer longer chapters please comment and let me know ill try and do my best thank you again from the writer.)
