Yuki had never expected Ino's reaction.
She wasn't disgusted or upset. Ino still saw him as a person. She even recognized him as a kindred spirit!
"This is my secret base." Yuki said shyly.
"It's really nice." Ino said. "My family has a flower shop. I know plants very well."
"So you...don't mind...about the..."
"Rat thing?" Ino smiled. "It's a secret isn't it. It's alright. I've seen something like this before. We call it Jinchuriki where I'm from, only instead of animals its...more like...demons."
"Wow." Yuki said, thinking of what she'd say if she found out about Kyo's true form. "So it really doesn't bother you?"
"Not a bit." Ino smiled.
Yuki sighed. "They still might wipe your memory."
Ino shook her head. "I don't think they could. I'm pretty good at breaking genjutsu. So don't worry Yuki." She kissed his cheek. "I won't forget you."
