''Maybe we could go to the Pig Pit later?'' Supergirl asked after she glanced at the restaurant.

Amos began to shrug his shoulders. ''I guess.'' He approached a general store. ''I also guess I could pick up a few things for Jonathan and Martha here. Are you going to join me?'' He watched while she shook her head. His shoulders went up another time.

Supergirl viewed Amos walking into the general store. She remained near it and floated. She wondered if there was going to be a giant animal for her to battle. Confusion appeared in her eyes the minute she heard objects crashing in the shop. A sudden cry from her preacher father. ''Hm?''

After Supergirl flew into the general store, she gasped. Wide eyes were on Amos while he shook his head in disbelief. She began to turn to a giant raccoon while it bared its fangs. ''A hungry raccoon?''

Scowling, Supergirl flew to the animal and lifted it by its tail. She carried it out of the store as it struggled. Supergirl continued to fly until she was in one empty area. After she lowered the raccoon, she returned to Amos.

''Did you buy anything while I was gone?''

''No. I'll return to the general store tomorrow. Hopefully there won't be any other giant animals again.''

Supergirl smirked. ''You could have texted for help if you had your own phone.''

Amos tilted his head to the side. ''Well, you appeared to begin with.''

One sudden frown replaced Supergirl's smirk.

Days later, Amos attempted to disregard Kara texting as he performed a sermon marathon. He just smiled and focused on every word.
