Issei looked down at his mom with a smile on his face. He was flying above her using his new fallen angel wings. He had only had them a week at this point, but he enjoyed the ability to fly more than almost anything.

His mother was watching him with a small smile on her face. Her auburn brown hair was in a high ponytail as she wore casual clothes, watching her son have fun flying about. Her warm brown eyes shone brightly. She was happy seeing him so happy with his new wings. She had worried about what his reaction would be but instead of fear and abject horror, he was excited and joyful about his wings.

Her train of thought was broken when her 6-year-old flew into her arms giving her a large hug with a big smile on his face.

"I love you, mommy." He said to his most favorite person.

"I love you to honey. I am also happy you like your wings so much." She said to him with her own smile.

"Like them? No, I love them!" he exclaimed to her. "When watching those hero shows and seeing them fly, I thought that was so cool. I wanted to fly like them too and now I can." He explained to her with a smile on his face.

"I am just glad you are happy to hear. Remember I will always love you." She said as she started to fade.

"Mom, what's going on?" Issei began to panic. His mom had disappeared from his arms and the world started fading.

He looked around and their old house disappeared and now he stood on a shrine and it was on fire. There were bodies everywhere, many missing heads or other parts of their bodies.

Issei looked around taking it all it and soon a face appeared in front of him the man was close and when Issei looked down his arm was sticking through the man's chest. Issei's eyes widened by this fact as he quickly pulled his arm out from the man as the body dropped to the ground.

Issei was panicking he was trying to keep his breathing under control as he tried to look for his mom but couldn't find her. He looked to the burning building and realized she was in there as he ran towards it the building exploded.

"MOM!" Issei howled.

[ISSEI!]

Issei shot up from bed panting. He was covered in sweat as he tried to get his breathing under control. He took in his surroundings and saw he was in his room for the past 8 years since his mother's and his other precious people's deaths. He had finally got this breathing under control.

[Are you alright now?] Albion asked his partner and friend.

"Yeah, I think so, thank you for waking me." He told his friend.

[It is no problem Issei, we are connected and when you suffer I do as well. Another nightmare about your mother?]

"Yeah, another one," Issei said as he glanced at his clock and saw it was 7 in the morning. He decided he should get up. He rose from his futon and stretched; he had grown quite tall over the years and reached 6 feet in height. He had a firm muscular build that mixed strength and speed so he wouldn't be lacking in either. His majority-black hair fell to his shoulders wildly. The small part of his bangs that was blonde fell in front of his face (Think Old Man Zangetsu). His face lost its baby fat and became sharp with a strong jawline. One of the biggest changes would be his eyes, they now are a sharp royal blue. He then walked into the bathroom with a towel over his shoulder.

"It's been six years, but I can never get over my eyes," Issei said as he looked at himself in the mirror.

[When you gave up your humanity you knew there were be changes.] Albion responded to his host.

"Yeah, yeah I know. You took my heart which affected almost everything physically about me. Including my blood, muscles, skin, brain, eyes, and such. It got rid of my humanity leaving me a hybrid yes but a Fallen Angel and Dragon hybrid." Issei said as he started to wash off his face.

[You do remember you are only the second being alive with that genetic makeup, right?] Albion inquired.

"Yeah I know, the first was Samael, but he is imprisoned so it is not like I am ever going to meet him," Issei said nonchalantly.

[You are correct but the difference between you and him is that you voluntarily made yourself half-dragon while he was cursed by the god of the bible.]

"True, maybe that's why I didn't go crazy," Issei said with a smirk as he wiped off his face.

Albion chuckled at that comment, [The jury is still out on that one partner.]

"Now that was just rude," Issei said with a widening smirk. Before Issei could say anything else though there was a loud knock on the bathroom door.

"Ise-nii, mom said it is time for breakfast." A child-like voice came from the other side of the door.

"Alright, I'll be there in a minute," Issei called back as he heard the footsteps retreat away from the door. He then gave himself one last look in the mirror before he walked out of the bathroom, he walked down the hallway and came to the dining room. Where he found almost 3 matching people.

The first his eyes fell upon was a little girl who looked no older than 12 who had golden blonde hair with matching fox ears on top of her head. She had golden eyes and wore a white and red shrine maiden outfit. This was Kunou Uzumaki his adoptive little sister who sees Issei as her cool nii-chan.

The next person Issei's eyes landed on was a very beautiful woman who also had blonde hair and golden eyes. Her attire consists of a yellow kimono, a golden obi, and wore a black pelt, with gold skulls and lines printed on it. The kimono features a white interior and it is open at her shoulders, this showed off her *ahem* very large chest *ahem*. Her hair was held back by a traditional hair ornament, with six golden bira kanzashi and several red kanzashi. This was Yasaka Uzumaki one of the two great nine tail foxes and one of the two leaders of the Japan Yokai faction also one of his adoptive mothers.

Finally, the last person at the table was a man who only stood one inch taller than Issei at 6'1. The person had spiky blonde hair and blue eyes that were just a shade lighter than Issei's. This person was wearing a bright orange kimono with a black sash across his waist he was wearing a body-length short-sleeved red haori with black flames across the bottom. This person is the one and only Naruto Uzumaki husband to Yasaka. He is the other leader of the Yokai faction and one of the only male Nine tail foxes that had ever lived. He is also stronger than her. She could fight off a powerful ultimate class devil, while Naruto could fight off both Sirzechs Lucifer and Ajuka Beelzebub at the same time without too much trouble.

It is because of this fox that the Yokai of Japan had come into prominence over the past half-century or so. No one wanted to go against Naruto's power. The Shinto Pantheon had even made a pact of non-aggression with the Yokai just to appease Naruto. The Devil and Angel factions were in talks to have a full alliance with them. The first step was the non-aggression pacts which were made with two arranged marriages. So, in total Issei has 3 adoptive mothers. This would be Issei's adoptive father and savior after Issei passed out the day of his real mother's death.

They all roused turned towards Issei as he walked into the room. "Yo," is all Issei said as he rose a hand in greeting. Kunou beamed a smile at him while Yasaka gave him a motherly smile. Issei then felt his danger sense spike as he quickly dodged a flying kick from Naruto who was sailing through the air. Issei quickly gripped his face and slammed him down to the ground.

"What the hell old man!" Issei growled at his adoptive father. "What kind of parent attacks their own kid."

"You have gotten quite good my son…" Naruto groaned out with a goofy smile on his face. "There is nothing left to teach you."

Issei sighed out as a gained a serious face he reared his leg back and booted his adoptive father across the room. Naruto flew through the air and was launched straight through the wall with a crash.

Kunou was giggling like crazy over the violence caused by her big brother and father. Yasaka just sighed out in exasperation with a small smile on her face, she loved both her boys dearly, but they caused more damage than needed.

"I'm just glad I don't have to deal with your bullshit anymore," Issei said as he took his seat at the table.

"Yeah Daddy is quite dumb, isn't he?" Kunou asked while still giggling away.

"Yasaka my beloved! Our children are bullying me!" Naruto flew back through the hole he made in the wall as he launched himself into his wife as buried himself in her chest crying hysterically.

"Oh, hush now," she scolded him but with a small smile on her face. "You caused this now man up, it is Issei's last day here for a while now is it not?"

Naruto instantly shot up a serious expression on his face. He then walked back to his spot at the head of the table and sat down. Once he was situated, he folded his hands in front of his face. His eyes visible over his hands as he looked upon his son.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked his son, his tone giving nothing away.

Issei made eye contact with his father a look of determination on his face. "Yes, I wish to go back to Kuoh, I have been away long enough. I won't run away from my past any longer." Issei finished with nothing but determination in his eyes.

Naruto kept a neutral look as he observed his son. This boy who he had saved 8 years ago and grown into a splendid man. Naruto couldn't be prouder of his son.

Naruto gave one solid nod, "Alright you will move back to Kuoh, your house has already been bought and prepared. You have also been enrolled in Kuoh Academy. Since I have come to power, Japan mostly falls under our control. Kuoh is still under our control and you will be an acting representative there. Meaning any order you give is like it is coming directly from me. You are free to do as you like there. Sona Sitri runs the territory though, so just pop in and say hi to her. Your mother and Sirzechs are the only ones aware that you are going to school there." Naruto gained a small smirk, "It will be quite the surprise for your little girlfriends." Issei narrowed his eyes at his father.

"I don't know what you are talking about." Issei instantly denied it.

Naruto rose an eyebrow at that, "Oh? So, your two little pen pals aren't your girlfriends?"

"I haven't seen them since the meeting 4 years ago." Issei tries to explain away the jab.

"I remember and you had quite the impression on both of them." Naruto's smirk turned into a grin.

Scene Change

Issei had just turned 13 he had gained his fourth pair of standard wings giving him 8 standard wings and 10 total counting his Divine Dividing wings. He when he made himself part dragon a couple of years back his second pair of fallen wings went through a drastic change and became a pair of dragon wings. This third pair that came looked like his first pair of Fallen wings. Now his fourth pair of wings looked draconic like his second pair. When Issei got his 3rd pair Naruto speculated since he was half fallen and half dragon each pair of wings would be the opposite. His theory was confirmed with the fourth pair.

He was with Naruto on the way to the Underworld to meet with two of the Satan's. Sirzechs Lucifer and Serafall Leviathan for celebration over 10 years of non-aggression between the two factions. Naruto decided to bring Issei because the rumors around the secret son of the leader of the West Yokai faction and gotten out of hand, and Naruto brought Issei so the Supernatural world could see his son.

Naruto was in his standard bright orange kimono, black sash, and red haori with black flames on the bottom. Naruto had gotten Issei a navy-blue kimono with a black sash and full-body haori as well. Issei's was white with blue lightning covering the back of the cloak.

They had just gotten off the train and there was a crowd there because Naruto was quite the celebrity in the Underworld because of who he was married to. They had stepped off the train a blur of pink shot into Naruto's arms. This was Serafall Leviathan one of the four Great Satan's and one of Naruto's wives. When they had made the pact, to seal the deal Naruto and Serafall had gotten married. During the talks, they had hit it off and grown closer over a couple of years before their marriage. Yasaka was fine with it as she knew with how powerful Naruto was something like this was bound to happen.

She squealed away as Naruto spun her around. Issei just watched with a deadpan on his face. He glanced to the entryway and the Underworld press were snapping as many photos as possible as one of their celebrities had a reunion with their significant other.

"I missed you so much Naruto-kun!" Sera squealed as she held onto him tightly.

"I missed you as well you should come to the shrine more often. Now I think you should say hello to your son." Naruto said with a smile not knowing how shocked he had made the press when he said that. They assumed that Issei was their child.

Her face lit up even more as she leaped from Naruto's arms and landed on her feet spun to face Issei who matched her in height currently.

"Ise-chan!" she squealed as she brought him into a huge hug and squeezed the life out of him. Issei was losing the fight for oxygen when Naruto came down and pried his overzealous wife off Issei. Who took a deep breath after he gained the ability to breathe again.

"It is good to see you again La-," Issei was cut off from the death glare of his Devil adoptive mother. "Mom." He finished with an embarrassed smile.

"Hmph, that's more like it if you can call that fox mom then you call me that as well." She said with a rare look of seriousness.

"Ma Ma, dear give the boy a break. He is still getting used to the situation. Now let's head to Gremory territory where the gathering is." Naruto said as he steered both towards the waiting carriage.

They had arrived at the main home of the Gremory's an hour later. Issei just kept looking out the window as Naruto and Serafall chatted about what had been going on in each faction and Naruto shared some of the current pictures of Kunou who Serafall loved like her own child. Issei didn't want to come to this party he wanted to be home where he could train more. He wanted to know how much he could output now that he has his fourth pair of wings.

The carriage came to a stop and a servant appeared to open the door and get them out of the carriage.

Issei was the last one out as he stepped on the ground and took in his surroundings, he saw a huge mansion that the shrine they lived in could be put into multiple times over. He saw two lines of servants bowing to him and his father. They walked forward to the doors and were met by a group of people.

The first was a tall man with long red hair with light blue eyes. He had a matching goatee. He had an easy smile on his face, he wore a white suit with black accents. Issei learned this man was the head of the Gremory family, father of the current Lucifer, Zeoticus Gremory.

Next to him was a woman with auburn hair and violet eyes. She had a figured that matched Yasaka. She was wearing a tan and white dress and had a lovely smile on her face. This was Venelana Gremory wife of Zeoticus and mother of the current Lucifer.

Next to her was a silver-haired French maid with matching eyes. She had a stunning figure as well and was known as the strongest queen Grayfia Lucifuge and wife to the current Lucifer.

Then there was another man who had long red hair and blue eyes. He had a clean-shaven face and a friendly smile. He was wearing elaborate robes that included a large black cape with shoulder pieces. This was Sirzechs Lucifer one of the Four Great Satans, one of the few Super Devils, and one of the few with a chance to beat Issei's adoptive father.

Naruto made a beeline to Sirzechs and brought the devil into a huge bear hug.

"Zechs! It's been too long! You need to visit the shrine more often." Naruto bellowed out as Issei and Serafall came up from behind him the former sighing while the latter giggled away.

Sirzechs gave quick hug back, "You are not wrong my friend it has been a long time." As he pulled away, he made eye contact with Issei who just stared back with a blank face.

They stared at each other for a few moments. Many of the watching servants getting nervous while the Sirzechs parents and wife watched on with curiosity. Naruto looked at his son wondering what was going on in his head.

Finally, Issei rose one hand and pointed at the shoulder pieces on Sirzechs's cape, "You ever knock anything over with those." Issei said with a neutral face.

Servants gasped at the question and rudeness of Issei. While Sirzechs looked at the boy stunned for a moment. He glanced at his wife who while still stoic he could see the amusement in her eyes. That is when Zeoticus started laughing like crazy.

"He's got you there son." He breathed out. "I've wondered that myself honestly." He finished still chuckling.

Issei looked at the patriarch now, a slight cock of the head to the right as he looked at the man.

"Neat goatee, where's the rest of it?" Issei asked completely innocently.

Zeoticus stopped laughing as he looked at Issei with widened eyes and gaping mouth. His wife began to giggle and Sirzechs began to laugh as well. He like this kid, he just said what was on his mind. Naruto was laughing his ass off; he was so proud of his son he couldn't even comprehend it.

Issei then looked to Venelana he began to study her as he did father and son. He then nodded to himself as he looked her in the eyes. "You very beautiful, almost as beautiful as mother Yasaka." He said bluntly never breaking eye contact.

Again, everyone froze at Issei's words. Both father and son dared not react in fear of what the brown-haired princess of ruin to them if they did.

Venelana for her part bent herself forward a little bit to become face to face with Issei and smile on her face and amusement in her eyes. "Oh, you are just adorable." She said as she pinched his cheek with one of her hands. "I have met Lady Yasaka and to be compared to her by her own son is an honor." She said with the same smile. She then rose to full height and clapped her hands. "Now let's get them inside, the party will be in a few hours. They walked as a group to the largest and most impressive ballroom.

Servants were working on setting things up the adults were talking, Issei wasn't paying any attention to them as he scanned the room. Something red caught his eye as he looked over and saw a girl that looked to be his age standing by one of the tables. She had red hair that fell to her lower back and blue eyes she was wearing a deep purple dress that ended at her knees. Issei looked at her a bit stunned by her beauty. He glanced at his father and mother and saw they were busy talking and started to walk towards the girl.

She was facing away from him as he walked up behind her. He leaned in close to her and simply said "Boo."

She shrieked and jumped what looked like 10 feet in the air. Her shriek had caught the attention of everyone in the room. Issei had doubled over laughing at the reaction he got out of the red-headed girl.

"You should have seen your face!" he said between peels of laughter. As he continued to laugh. The girl whose face matched her hair reared a hand back in embarrassment and anger. Before either set of parents or siblings could do anything, she smacked the laughing Issei across the face. This stopped his laughing in an instant. He slowly turned his face to look at her again, his eyes had widened from the shock of the hit slowly narrowed as he studied her.

The girl for her part still had a look of anger on her face, slowly began to look more and more nervous. She started looking around the room until her eyes landed on her parents and big brother. She saw the look of shock and slight fear each had in their eyes, even her brother. That shocked her, then she noticed all their eyes glanced at the tall blonde-haired man with them. The girl widened her eyes when she recognized the man as the leader of the Yokai faction Naruto Uzumaki, someone who was stronger than her brother. She then made the connection in her head that the boy who scared her was the hidden son of the Yokai leader.

Her eyes quickly went back to the boy who she noted was around her age. She noticed his long black hair with some blonde bangs that fell on his face. She found his hair cool. He was still studying her. Her nervousness spike exponentially when he took a step forward. He was still scrutinizing her, finally, he spoke, "What is your name?" his voice was calm as he asked the question.

She swallowed and responded as calmly as she could. "I-I am Rias Gremory, heir to the Gremory family." She said as she kept eye contact. The boy just nodded a couple of times taking a thinking face.

He then made eye contact again and a smirk appeared across his face. "I like you, Red." That is all he said as he turned and looked at his father who made eye contact with him, "I like her, she has some fire." He then turned back to Rias and gave a small bow, "My name is Issei Uzumaki. It's a pleasure to meet you." With that, he turned on his heel and started walking back to his father. All eyes followed him to his father as he stood in front of the towering man. He raised his head to meet his father's eye who only raised a single eyebrow. "You were right that I would have some fun."

Naruto gained a smile at that. "Just stop causing problems my little dragon."

Issei smiled back, "No promises." Issei then breathed deeply and froze his eyes snapped open. "It can't be," he mumbled out. As he started to turn away from his father and started looking around the room franticly.

That is when a crashing sound was heard everyone turned their attention to the commotion and there was a girl who appeared to be the same age as both Rias and Issei. She had long black hair in a ponytail that was tied with an orange ribbon. She had violet eyes and was wearing an elegant black kimono. She was looking at the group with a shocked face as a hand covered her mouth. Issei took a step towards the girl all eyes on the two of them.

"Akeno?" Issei asked his voice barely a whisper as it carried across the room. The girl's eyes widened at that.

"Ise-kun?" she asked with nothing but hope in her voice.

"Akeno!" Issei yelled as he rushed the girl.

"Ise-kun!" She squealed as he reached her and wrapped her in a tight hug and lifted her off the ground as he spun her. Everyone was in a state of confusion even Serafall. When the group around Naruto glanced at him, they all saw something shocking. He had a sad smile on his face and a tear going down his face.

Before anyone could question it though he called out to Issei. "Issei!" his son turned to him while Akeno looked at Naruto curiously. "You two must have a lot to catch up on. How about you go to a private room to discuss what you need to discuss.

They were taken to a sitting room where they could talk. Akeno told Issei about how the explosion had flung her out of the house and was knocked unconscious. She told him when she had awoken to see her father cleaning up the mess. He had explained what happened, making Akeno furious at her father for not getting there in time. She then ran away from him and then wandered around making money by getting rid of curses and hiding from her clan. That was until Rias had found her and made her queen of her peerage and part of her family. She also told him how she rejects her fallen angel half.

Issei told showed her Divine Dividing and how he discovered who his father was and rejected his fallen heritage. He told her how he had given up his human half to make himself half-dragon. He told her to keep his fallen and sacred gear a secret as he isn't ready to reveal those things. He told her that his cover story is that he is a half-breed dragon. Akeno agreed to it as she hugged him tightly like if she let go, he would disappear.

After their talk, they went and found Rias in the ballroom again, and Akeno properly introduced them. Rias asked if she could call him Ise, to which he agreed. But he never called her by her name though and was only calling her Red.

Rias stamped her foot on the ground while pouting at Issei. "Why do you keep calling me Red?! I have a name and it's Rias Gremory!" She exclaimed Issei only lifted a single eyebrow at the rant while Akeno giggled into her sleeve.

"It's simple," Issei began catching both their attention. "Everyone calls you Rias or Lady Gremory. I am the only one that is going to call you Red. The reason being I find your hair beautiful and have never seen anything like it before." Issei explained as he looked directly at her.

Rias's anger melted as her face matched her hair as she grabbed a few pieces and started playing with them. She had been called cute and pretty before, but never beautiful, and never had someone been so honest when they said something like that. She started feeling all flustered and didn't know what to do. "T-Thank you." That is all she could manage to squeak out.

Akeno who had long since stopped giggling had gained a jealous gleam in her eye. She then latched herself onto one of Issei's arms pushing her developing body up to him. He turned to her with a raised eyebrow. "Ise-kun you only call me by my name don't I get a cute nickname," she asked giving him the best puppy dog eyes she could make. Issei has a weakness for them gained a small blush as he looked at her.

"O-of course… Hime." Issei said with slight hesitance.

Akeno gained a bright smile on her face. "I love it. I can be your princess." She told him as she pushed herself against him more.

Rias having recovered from her flustered state latched herself onto Issei's other arm and gave Akeno a stern look. "What are you doing Akeno? Can't you tell you are making Ise uncomfortable?"

"Ara ara, Rias I am just catching up with a childhood friend we haven't seen each other for so long. We used to play together all the time; this isn't bothering him. You on the other hand seem to be bothering him, why don't you let go of him?" Akeno said as she gave a smile as she closed her eyes. Everyone watching could tell that was not a kind smile though.

Rias gained a small blush as she glanced at Issei who looked like he was completely done with the situation. "I-Ise would say if me holding on to him was bothering him so I don't have to let go either," Rias said.

They both started a back and forth trying to get the other to let go of Issei. Issei just let it happen as he was smart enough not to get involved.

Naruto from across the room was chuckling as he watched the situation. His son had already gained two admirers and from the look of them now they would be quite the lookers in the future. He glanced at Sirzechs who was also watching the situation with an amused smile.

"Say Zechs," Naruto started as Sirzechs turned to Naruto who was still watching the situation.

"Yes, Naruto?"

"Want to listen to an idea I have?" Naruto said as he looked at, the redhead devil king out of the corner of his eye.

"What kind of idea?" Sirzechs asked perplexed by what Naruto was inquiring about.

"Alright here's the idea…" Naruto started telling his idea to Sirzechs who soon gained a knowing smile on his face as he nodded his head.

The party was in full swing. Almost all devils from high society were there. Even if they were racists, they knew not to piss off the leader of the Yokai, Naruto. They knew his power could match the two super devils at the same time. When they saw the young teenager next to the powerful leader, they instantly knew that was the son of the great Fox. Many came to greet both and some compliment them shamelessly. Naruto kept an easy smile and let them do as they wished while Issei would just keep a neutral face and barely react except for a curt thank you. He kept looking around for Rias and Akeno, when the party began, he got pulled away from them by his father and Serafall.

He was overjoyed to see Akeno again. She had become quite beautiful in their time apart. He had noticed that she started acting like her mother, which scared Issei a little bit, but it would be worth it to be able to be with her again. He felt different looking at her now, it wasn't just friendship that he felt as a child. It was something more. He couldn't put his finger on it just yet. He would ask mother Yasaka later.

Then Issei's mind turned to the other girl he had met that evening, Rias Gremory. Her hair caught is attention as well as her fiery personality if angered or embarrassed. It was adorable and it made him smile. Now that they are on good terms though her cheery disposition and kindness to the servants caught his attention. She was close to the opposite one what he was warned about devils. The whole Gremory clan was like that Issei noticed and he liked that about them.

Issei after everyone had made it through giving compliments and introducing themselves Issei was left alone as Naruto became busy dealing with them. He didn't like these parties, so he snuck out of the ballroom and started wandering around. He didn't know where he was going but he began to hear crying.

He then followed the sound until he found what looked like a 3-year-old redheaded child sitting against the wall crying. Issei approached the boy.

"Are you alright?" He asked the child who was in pajamas catching the child's attention.

He looked up at Issei and seeing the gentle expression the little boy began to wipe his tears, "I-I had a ni-nightmare, and I can't find my Mom or Dad. I can't even find my Grandma and Grandpa." He said hiccupping the entire time.

Issei looked the boy over and could tell he was a Gremory he when he said grandma and grandpa, Issei made the connection that this is the son of Sirzechs Lucifer.

"I can take you to them," Issei informed the child as his face lit up.

"Really?!" he asked.

"Yes, by the way, what is your name?" Issei asked as he scooped the boy into his arms.

"I am Millicas Gremory. What's your name?" He asked as he looked up from Issei's shoulder.

"I'm Issei Uzumaki," Issei said with a small smile as they got back to the ballroom.

Issei opened the door and tried to find this father from across the room but couldn't He know of a way to make people move but he didn't want to scare Millicas. He looked down at the boy and shook him a little bit to get his attention. When the boy looked up at him, he warned the boy that he will feel a chill but just snuggle into him if needed. The boy nodded his head and put his face into Issei's shoulder.

Issei took a deep breath.

'Hell of a way to make an entrance isn't it, Albion?'

Issei then unleashed one of his strongest techniques. Apex Predator, an ability he learned from Albion. It is to show his superiority over those since he is the White Dragon Emperor. Albion also informed him that Ddraig's host could have it as well, only if Ddraig taught it to them as well.

The pressure that filled the room was suffocating. Everyone felt a chill down their spines. Some began to feel nothing but pure terror. Everyone began to look for the source all except Naruto who had felt the pressure before. He turned to the entrance and others followed. What they saw caught everyone by surprise. There stood Issei with glowing blue eyes it looked like a flame was coming out of his left eye. His pupils had become lizard-like slits, and he was holding onto a red-headed toddler.

He then took a step forward and it sounded like a giant made the footstep. Everyone stepped out of his way. He walked forward and crossed the room to Lucifer. Sirzechs was looking at Issei and his son in the boy's hands with nothing but open curiosity. He felt a chill by Issei's aura and that impressed him but that wasn't at the forefront of his mind right now. He was wondering why Issei had his son in his arms and how he had gotten his son.

When Issei stood before Lucifer and looked at him directly in his eyes.

"I found him crying in the hallway," Issei started as he held the child protectively. His action caught many off guard. "He told me he had a nightmare and couldn't find his parents or grandparents. And since I never met anybody other than your parents, I assumed you were the father."

Millicas snuggled deeper into Issei, who glanced down and noticed the child was falling asleep. Issei formed a small smile at that. He started rocking the child a little and started humming a lullaby for the child in front of everyone. No one knew what to do in the situation, it was unprecedented.

That is when Grayfia appeared next to Issei. Everyone was shocked by the small smile on her face as she looked at both Issei and her son.

"Thank you Issei-sama. I shall take him back to bed." Grayfia with a hint of warmness in her voice.

"Yours I am guessing?" Issei asked while Grayfia nodded.

Issei lifted the child away from him as Grayfia took him into her arms. Millicas began to fidget. "Nii-sama…" he mumbled out loud enough for most the hear him.

Many eyes widened at the son of Lucifer calling this boy his brother. Grayfia's eyes even widened slightly in surprise. Issei just smiles slightly as he pats the boy on his head. "We are allies, I'll come back to visit you."

"You promise?"

"I do little brother," Issei said warmly. This made Millicas smile sleepily as he snuggled into his mother.

Without looking back Issei turned on his heel and walked to his father who was watching his son with a neutral expression which his son matched.

"Do you always have to do this my little dragon?" Naruto asked his son.

"Do what?" Issei said poorly hiding his amusement.

"Cause trouble."

All Issei did was smirk at his father and the room slowly started to back to normal. Both Rias and Akeno came and dragged Issei away. This was noted by many prominent figures.

Issei had been hanging out with Rias and Akeno since he had returned with Millicas. He was aware of the looks he had been getting from the nobility at the party. Some looked at him with pure curiosity, some of respect, and some of superiority. Issei didn't care about those though Sirzechs was the strongest devil and his father could wipe the floor against that man in a one-on-one fight. Issei wasn't a pushover either with 4 pairs of wings not counting his Divine Dividing.

"Ise!" Rias loudly said making Issei jerk a little bit as he looked at her. "Are you even listening?" she asked with a pout that Issei only thought was "Cute."

He shook his head, "Sorry Red, I got lost in my thoughts." He gained a slightly embarrassed expression. "What were you saying?"

She sighed and looked at him with exasperation with just a hint of amusement. "Nothing important, by the way, you handled little Millicas like a pro earlier, why is that?"

"I have a little sister at home Father and mother Yasaka's daughter Kunou. She is quite a hand full. I remembered how to handle her when she was three." Issei informed her as he gained an easy smile. Rias smiled as well, happy to see him happy as well.

"Rias!" A voice called out. Both Issei and Rias turned to see a tall young man who looked to be quite muscular. He with black hair with bangs that swept to the right. He had violet eyes and was dress in a button-up black shirt and black pants.

"Sairaorg!" Rias called back as they met with a hug. Issei's eye twitched at that but otherwise had no outward reaction. Akeno caught the eye twitched and gave Issei a look he hadn't seen since Aunt Shuri.

"Are you jealous Ise-kun?~" Akeno asked with a purr in her voice as she got closer to him.

"No, I am not," Issei said as he took a step forward to introduce himself. "Red, you going to introduce me?" Issei asked Rias with a small smirk on his face.

Rias whipped around to look at Issei a small blush on her face. "Oh, Ise! Sorry, this is my cousin Sairaorg Bael."

Issei's eye moved from Rias to the taller boy next to her. "Cousin huh?" Issei put out his hand, "Issei Uzumaki, nice to meet you Sairaorg Bael." Sairaorg took his hand with a small smile.

"Nice to meet you as well Issei." They shook hands both noticing the strong grip each had. They made eye contact and both smirked.

After they both got their hands back Sairaorg asked a question that he had for the past half an hour. "What was the spell did you use earlier when you came back with Millicas?"

Issei decided to tell a half-truth because even though it is an ability taught to him by Albion and used by the Dragon Emperors. His father has a similar ability that makes anyone affect suffocate from the unbridled negativity, be it hatred, despair, rage, and so on. "It was an ability my father taught me. He has a version as well." Issei informed Sairaorg, Rias, and Akeno.

"I actually have a request for you Issei," Sairaorg stated as he gained a look of determination.

"Oh, and what would that be?" Issei asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Would you consider having a spar with me?" Sairaorg asked not straying from Issei's eyes.

Issei studied the older teenager before him. He seemed strong for his age and Issei doesn't have anyone to spar with that will actually try other than his father who still holds back a lot.

'What do you think, Albion?'

[I say fight him; he could be a good training partner in the future. You need more of those.]

Issei then cracked a smirk, "Sure sounds fun, I've been in need of a good sparring partner. Let's go talk to my Dad." With that Issei turned and started heading toward his father, Sairaorg, Rias, and Akeno falling behind Issei. Issei saw his father talking to another group of devils, these looked like they could be related to Naruto with matching blonde hair. 'Phenex.' Issei noted.

When Issei got close he called to his father. "Yo, Old Man!" Issei called getting the attention of everyone in the vicinity. Naruto turned to his son with a look of confusion.

"Issei? Something the matter?" Naruto asked his problem child.

"Yeah, this guy wants to fight, and I agreed. That cool?" Issei said as he pointed his thumb over his shoulder at Sairaorg. This caught everyone's attention. The rising star of the new generation wanted to fight the son of the acclaimed leader of the Yokai.

Naruto glanced at the boy who straightened his back after noticing Naruto's gaze. Naruto then looked back at his son. He swears his son just does what he wants at the drop of a hat. His mostly a serious boy with a hobby of training and fighting, but he learned from Naruto how to pull pranks and they cause more trouble than Naruto would like to admit. They were hilarious though.

Naruto then turned to Sirzechs who was only a few meters away. "Zechs, you got any place for them to duke it out. We could make it tonight's entertainment." Naruto said nonchalantly.

Sirzechs looked from Naruto to the boys and sighed a little bit. "Sairaorg are you sure you want to do this?" Sairaorg just nodded. "His he aware of what you are lacking?" Sairaorg stiffened a little at that.

Issei looked curiously between the two. "What is he missing?"

Sirzechs glanced at Sairaorg then looked back at Issei. "He is missing a mana pool so he can't use magic."

Issei's eyes widened at that. He then turned to the boy behind him who was currently looking to the side. "You fight without magic?" Sairaorg just nodded at that. "That… is… Awesome!" Issei announced loudly catching everyone off guard no more than Sairaorg who was giving a great gaping fish impression. "I can feel how strong you are and if that is all physical strength you must be strong!" Issei continued. "In order to make this match more interesting, I won't use my magic and fight you with just my body as well." Issei declared catching everyone off guard again.

Naruto started to chuckle making everyone turn to him. "Don't worry about my son he may be a prodigy in certain elemental magic, he has a very tough body. I should know I spar with him almost every day."

Issei and Sairaorg were standing 10 meters apart from each other while they stood in the middle of a little sparing ground the Gremory's had near their estate. The Devils high society were standing of a few different Balcony's looking over the area getting ready to watch the match. Issei took off his haori and folded it over an arm as he looked up to the balconies. He made eye contact with Naruto and gestured at the cloak in his arms. Naruto smirked and shook his head. Issei just deadpanned at his adoptive father. His eyes traveled then and landed on the two girls he had spending the day with. Rias and Akeno were standing next to each other both trying to hide their worry. Issei shot his eyes to Naruto who's smirk only grew. Issei sighed as he turned his attention back to the girls.

"Yo Red, Hime!" Issei hollered out. "One of you want to hold this?" he said as he gestured to his haori. Both took a second to register his question. When they did they both brightened

"Yes!"

"Of course!"

Rias and Akeno said at the same time and then gave each other a slight care. Issei sighed at this. Akeno reacted first though as she jumped over the railing wings spreading out behind her as she glided to Issei with a warm smile on her face. She landed before and he handed the cloak to her as the smile never left her face. She brought it up close to her face as she stared into his eyes and before she could say anything, he beat her to the punch.

He smiled warmly to her like when they were kids, "Thanks Hime, I can always count on you."

Akeno's cheeks erupted with a blush that she tried to hide as she made a quick retreat. Issei saw her reaction and chuckled a little bit, teasing those two was so much fun.

"You done flirting?" Sairaorg asked Issei as he was rolling up his sleeves.

Issei turned back to him and grinned. "Why jealous?"

Sairaorg matched the grin, "No, I already have someone I have my eye on." He saw Issei's eye twitch when he said that. "Don't worry it isn't the one you call Red." He said with a smirk.

Issei's eyes narrowed slightly but then turned back to their standard sitting position. He nodded then stepped into a sparring stance. Sairaorg followed suit as both glanced up at the Balconies waiting for a starting signal.

Naruto raised a hand and pointed at the sky. A small dark purple orb appeared, no bigger than a marble. He shot it into the sky, and it caused an explosion the size of a small car.

When both fighters heard the explosion, they shot forward. Meeting each other in the middle the two fighters launched two straight punches that met. This clash of fists caused a small shock wave to happen to cause a gust of wind to spread out around them. They started throwing more and more punches each meeting each other head-on. With each clashing fist, they caused more and more shockwaves. Each punch was getting stronger and stronger as the fight continued.

With each punch, Issei's grin grew. It soon became a crazed look as he and the Bael heir kept going at an even pace. Sairaorg was smiling as well, this was someone who he could test himself against. Soon with the punch's kicks were added. Each meeting each other equally nothing giving way.

Everyone watching was shocked by the power the two young fighters were showing. What was also shocking was that with each clash the force behind each hit grew as well. They were also in awe of how even they were, neither was gaining nor losing ground.

Rias and Akeno both were gaping at the power the two combatants showed. They both knew Sairaorg was powerful, he was the rising star of the younger generation. What was most shocking was that Issei was matching him fist for fist and kick for kick.

The two fighters broke apart after 5 minutes of continuous clashing. Both were panting lightly. Issei's manic grin was still there as he started chuckling and soon began to truly laugh. Sairaorg matched him in that laugh as the observers had nothing but confusion on their faces. They all took glances at Naruto who only had a small smirk on his face. This confused the partygoers even more.

"Issei!" Naruto suddenly called out getting the attention of everyone. Issei looked up to his adoptive father. "Go wild." Naruto simply instructed.

Issei's eyes widened at the command but nodded, nevertheless. 'Albion, I have an idea to show off a little bit'

[Oh?]

'Take a peek into my mind.'

[Hmm let's see, oh hehe, now that's a little flashy partner.]

'I know that's what makes it fun.'

[Alright let's do it.]

Issei smirked as he snapped his fingers and a white magic circle appeared in the sky above everyone. Many wondering what it did.

"Here I go. SHAZAM!" Issei called out as a bolt of lightning shot out of the circle and struck Issei. There was a flash of blinding light. Everyone looked away, and when the light died down what they saw truly shocked everyone.

Issei stood there in a relaxed stance. His pupils now slits, he had white scales surrounding his eyes. His hand now had razor-sharp claws and his hands up to his elbows were covered in white scales. Issei stretched his back and a pair of white dragon wings appeared. When Issei grinned, everyone saw the razor-sharp teeth he had. Everyone could feel the aura of power Issei gave off.

"This is my dragon battle form." Issei started to explain. "This is so I can use my dragon bloodline to its limit. I can fully use my dragon speed and strength in this form, and my defense skyrockets as well. I have only taken this form against my father."

Everyone watching was shocked by this form Issei had taken none of the devils here had seen anything like it before. They all looked at Naruto for an explanation, even Sirzechs.

"Issei isn't my blood son," Naruto began. "I adopted him when he was nine and after he killed the one responsible for the death of his mother. He is half-dragon. I have been personally training him over these past 4 years. I will say this if he could use his magic, he wouldn't need this form." Naruto stated with the utmost confidence.

Back to the fighters, Sairaorg gained a look of determination on his face as he took his stance. Issei just grinned back. When he took this form his Dragon Instincts begin to start taking control. They are currently shouting at Issei to fight and he will.

Sairaorg shot forward preparing a fist to strike Issei. Issei on the other hand didn't move an inch as he watched his opponent get closer. Sairaorg launched his fist forward as Issei brought his hand up and caught the fist shocking everyone. When Sairaorg tried to pull it away Issei's grip tightened as he crushed the hand. Sairaorg yelled out in pain.

Issei then launched his own fist forward and struck Sairaorg directly in the gut. Sairaorg folded over the fist a little as he coughed up a little blood. As he tried to lift his head, Issei grabbed it and brought it down to his rising knee. The contact shattered Sairaorg's nose. As his head flew back Issei let go of his hand and launched a palm strike to his chest. Everyone watched as the strike looked like it caved his chest in as Sairaorg shot back 20 meters before he hit the ground.

Issei stood there for a moment before he started walking towards his opponent. The grin still on his face. Sairaorg was trying to get to his feet but was struggling. By the time he had gotten into a sitting position, Issei was in front of him. Sairaorg looked up at the dragon hybrid. When their eyes met Sairaorg knew as outclassed.

"I concede." He said as he hung his head.

"None of that," Issei spoke in a new guttural voice. Sairaorg rose his hanging head to look at Issei. Whose hand was stuck out aimed at the Bael heir. "You did very well, and this battle may have gone to you if I didn't take this form. You are a worthy opponent and I hope to fight you again someday." Issei said with a warmer kinder smile.

Sairaorg looked between Issei and his hand for a moment before he shook his and with a small smile and grabbed the offered hand. Issei pulled him to his feet. When Sairaorg was on his feet Issei turned back into his normal form.

"That was a great match Sairaorg. I can't wait to fight you again." Issei said with a small smile.

"That it was, I look forward to it as well," Sairaorg said with a matching smile.

The two of them received a round of applause from the watching devils. Both took a bow. Each High-class devil there looked at these two young men in a new light. They will be quite formidable in the future.

As Issei's eyes scanned the crowd, he gave both Rias and Akeno a charming smile making both smiles back with a hint of pink on their cheeks. As he continued to scan the crowd his eyes landed did on someone else. A petite-looking girl who seemed to be around his age. The girl had her long blonde hair in twin tails with a drill spiral. She had blue eyes like his father's and was wearing an elegant pink dress. Issei recognized her as a Phenex as of who the people she was with. She already had a little pink on her cheeks when looking at Issei, but when he showed her the same charming smile the blush grew and deepened.

Unnoticed by both those two, both their parents were watching the brief interaction with slight interest.

The party had ended and Naruto and Issei were about to leave the Gremory estate. Naruto was thanking the hosts while Issei was saying goodbye to Rias and Akeno. They both hugged him tightly. They both wished him well travels, and each said they would send their familiars with letters. Issei said he would write back.

When Naruto and Issei were back in the train heading out of the underworld. Naruto breathed out a sigh as he looked at his son.

"Did you have fun?"

"I did the fight was quite interesting."

"That is not what I am talking about."

Issei looked at his Dad confused.

"What do you mean?"

"You seemed to have gotten quite close to the Gremory Heiress and her queen."

"Well Akeno is an old friend and Red was nice too."

"Ok if that's all you're going to say, what about the other one?"

"Other one?" Issei said with some annoyance in his tone.

"The blonde you smiled at after your fight."

"That was nothing, just being kind."

"Whatever you say, you know it's fine if you notice some pretty girls," Naruto said with a wide grin.

Issei growled and looked out the window trying to ignore his chuckling father.

Scene Change

"If I remember correctly you had quite the evening with them. As well as the Phenex you made quite the impression" Naruto said with that damned smirk.

"It was nothing," Issei lied. He knew he grew attached to Rias and Akeno, and he had stronger than normal feelings about them. He also knew the Phenex caught his eye, but he didn't want to give his old man the satisfaction.

"Whatever you say, now I need to speak to Albion," Naruto said gaining a look of seriousness.

[Good day Lord and Lady Uzumaki] Albion spoke.

"We have been over his Albion you can just call us Naruto and Yasaka," Naruto said with a sigh.

[My apologies, what do you need to ask?]

"What is your estimation on Issei's strength?" Naruto asked.

[Well, Except for one of my partner's chosen mates-]

"Hey!"

[Everyone is to think he is a half-dragon human hybrid. We won't reveal ourselves as the White Dragon Emperor until the situation calls for it. Even still Issei without the Divine Dividing I estimate with the boy can handle a low-tier to mid-tier Ultimate class devil or a 10 wing Angel or Fallen Angel. He may not win unscathed, but he will win. He will be using one of his pair of dragon wings for flight until we reveal ourselves.]

Naruto hummed in thought at that explanation. He looked at the gear on Issei's back. "How about with Divine Dividing without balance breaker?"

[He would be able to easily match and defeat a mid-tier to high-tier ultimate class then as well as a 10 Angel or Fallen Angel.]

"So, he will be able to handle anything thrown at him?" Naruto asked.

[Quite easily]

"Ok, I am reassured. You are ready to head out later today. You have school tomorrow after all." Naruto said.

"Thank you, Dad," Issei said with a small smile that Naruto matched.
