As Izuku had taken his shoes and started heading towards the location he heard his phone vibrate in his pocket as he reached it to pick it up.
"Hello Izuku Midoriya here"
"Hello Midoriya senpai how's it going?"
"Nothing to much I'm just running and errand right nothing important then. What's up?"
"Oh, Well I was thinking if you could join me and Mt lady for dinner today, You know she wanted to talk to you and all that"
"Kamui are you trying to make me your wingman tonight?" Asked Izuku eyebrows raised.
There was a thud on the other side and a bit of shuffling as Kamui came back on the phone.
"What No, What would I do that this is just a platonic friendship we share,I can assure you that I'm not romantically interested in her."
"Uh hu, Try saying that when I can't hear the blush in your voice. Well don't worry I'll try to be there but I can't say for sure, My mom's been kinda worried about me."
"Oh uh no problem week then don't let me interrupt you work, I'll be in my way to fight the war to stop the embodiment of evil now."
"Dude the max you're gonna find today is petty theft today, Didn't you hear all might was in the area."
"Oh well anyways guess today's going to be boring then."
Izuku winced a bit as he sympathised with Kamui.
During his debut there had been a decent sized villain attack and All might was at I-Island at that time. So he had gotten a huge popularity boost thus landing him his 45th spot on the hero charts.
Very much unlike his unfortunate kouhai but we'll that's life
"Well anyways I look forward to patrolling with you as we are in neighbouring agencies. I'm fine call later,Bye"
As he put his phone back into his pocket he was suddenly engulfed in what looked like dirty sewer slime.
"Ooh an M sized invisibility cloak, Dont worry I'll take over your body now. And don't panic, It'll only hurry for about 45 seconds."
As Izuku heard this he panicked and compressed the air on his palms and released. As he did this he saw that the small chunk of slime was scattered across the tunnel.
As his panic faded his mind became clear
'My quirk is a hard counter to his this means I can end this easily just stay calm and act.'
As he said so in his head he created a vacuum right where the sludges centre of mass was.
To fill the vaccum the air surrounding then rushed
in. Seeing this he put a hold on the air and started compressing it again.
Super move : Invisible Shockwave
As he compressed and compressed the air and then suddenly released it the air bursting outwards created a an explosion that resulted in the slime being scattered all around the underpass into small pieces.
"You bastard" The slime said slowly trying to reshape itself but failing as the parts of it's body were scattered to for apart and some had been even blown to small bits.
"Should have known better then to mess with a pro hero then, Shame on you,had the element of surprise in you sure but still didn't win"
'Well then I'll have to find a way to restrain him somehow'
Suddenly however the manhole cover burst open as out came
"All might?!?!"
"Hahah I AM HERE...LOOKING AT PECULIAR SCENE" He says as he scratched his head a bit.
"YOUNG MAN HAVE YOU SEEN HUGE GREEN SLUDGE OF VILLAINOUS INTENTIONS IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA??"
Hearing this Izuku sweat dropped 'For the world's symbol of Justice and peace he sure is a goofball'
"All might the villain you were chasing is here"
Said Izuju pointing where the biggest blob of the slime villain was lying with it's eyes and mouth.
"Oh young man is is shameful that civillians have to be involved in my fight against crime, I apologise for that, But I just day you have some quite the damage to him."
" Oh yeah about that I'm a licensed pro hero"
"Oh, I'M SORRY THEN YOUNG MAN THAT YOU HAD TO BE CAUGHT UP IN THIS ON YOUR LEAVE"
"No, no don't sweat it, Well do you have a way to restrain him?"
"Ah yes I do" said All Might taking out 2 empty coca cola bottles from the shopping bag.
"Here give one of them to me I'll make it faster"
As All might passed one the bottles to him he made a vacuum inside the bottle in a way that the sludge would get sucked in automatically. He did this a couple of times and all of the villain was in the bottle
As he finished it up and handed the bottles to All Might and shook his hand to thank him he couldn't help but ask.
"So if I didn't have a quirk that helped me in this were you planning to collect all the sludge by hand??"
"Oh"All might had the decency to look sheepish as he suddenly crouched down and then proceed to jump high . While still holding Izuku's hand.
"All Might you're s..s.till holding my hand"
"Oh apologies young man I'll let get at once"
"I'm pretty sure if you let go now I'll be hospitalized"
"Oh that's a fair point I guess"
As soon as Izuku landed on the roof he couldn't help but wheeze in relief as he got back his breath
"You could atleast check that I was..still shaking your hand."
"I'm sorry for that young man but now I must go"
"Wait"
"No I won't wait"
"The villain. It's gone"
Hearing this All Might panicked as he checked to see.
As he did so he felt his muscle form fading as a giant explosion of steam took place.
Izuku was looking around for the bottle in the roof when suddenly All Might exploded into...steam?? and out of the steam came a fragile and bony looking man.
"An imposter" Izuku shouted as he pointed his palm towards The person and charged up his quirk to the max.
He knew that this power was enough to rip through metal with ease but he didn't want to take a chance against somebody who had the power to jump so far and high.
"I'll need your to put you hands where I can see them and your head on the ground"
"Listen young man, I am All Might"
"Stop joking around All Might is a hero that saves everybody with a fearless smile, And he is also a 250 kilo hunk that has muscles the size of my head"
"A fearless smile huh well that smile's got plenty to fear." Yagi said as he lifted his shirt to reveal a massive scar.
This caused Izuku to tense at first but the he relaxed seeing the man sit down. However he still wasn't convinced that this frail looking man was All Might.
"If you are All Might then you must have access to then you must have access to the Hero Network right?"
"Rigghttt." Said Yagi as he began panicking.
'Oh god when was the last time I posted there I can't even remember '
"When was the last time you posted there All Might"
'Well...Fuck'
"Uh when I went to I-Island??" Yagi said questioning more then answering
"Wow so you really are All Might"
Toshinori couldn't help but release a relieved sigh as he finally got a moment to breath.
"So that injury, How did you get it? I can't see anyone hurting you"
"Well I got it from a villain 5 years ago"
"Toxic Chainsaw??"
"No, He didn't have enough power to even touch me, No The fight wasn't made public. The world would lose it's symbol of peace and justice if they found out that he's a fragile and bony man most of the day."
"Most of the day??"
"Yes you see what is commonly seen as All might is actually just my hero form, But Most of the day I'm stuck in the form. Due to that not many people know if my identity or my quirk."
"Wow that's quite the story"
"Yeah I guess it is young man, Well I hope that you won't share this anywhere as this information could lead to major conflict."
"Yeah I understand"
As Izuku was about to sit down he heard a giant explosion near him.
"Oh shit the villain got away and we totally forgot."
"Don't worry All Might I defeated him earlier it won't be that hard"
"Yes but let me come just in case."
"Ok let's go"
As he said this Izuku dashed towards the scene.
At the Villain attack
'Ok so there's no gas station or a source for and explosion there which means it probably has a hostage. It could possibly use it for leverage considering he already had been revealed. Which means it's wise to cut it it's escape routes.'
"All Might can you power up right now??"
"No, Not as of now, I think I can barely mange one punch right now."
Hearing this Izuku nodded "Go to the back and hide. Be ready for a quick attack. I can't rely in you fully but you're my backup plan"
Hearing this Yagi nodded as he went to the other side of the commotion.
As he made his way to the front of the crowd he saw Kamui and Death Arms holding back the crowd.
"Kamui" He shouted to gain his attention.
Hearing the shout Kamui turned towards him and told Death Arms to let him in the front.
"What's happening right now"
"Slime type quirk, Hostage situation, Hostage is resisting, No heroes with quirks suitable for the operation"
Hearing this Izuku nodded. In his last year Izuku had decided to make a code for how to convey situations to fellow heroes as quick as possible and had come up with this:
Type of Villains quirk, Current condition of the scene, Reaction of people affected by the crime, Reason why the heroes are having trouble
"Don't worry I've taken him before do you think you can hold back them on you own without Death Arms?"
"Yeah sure" Kamui said as he tree his branch liked hands more to hold back the crowd.
"Death Arms, Your quirk allows you to have super human strenght I'm your arms right?"
"Right" Said Death Arms giving a firm nod.
"Then I'll give you an opening to grab the child and run lets go."
As both he and Death arms ran forwards Dekiru was forced to dodge some tendrils that the slime was sending to their side as the hostage was still struggling.
'Now I have to be precise so that I don't end up hurting the child but also have to expose their body enough so that Death arms can grab him. That means I should aim...'
As Dekiru searched the sludge to find a sweet spot he saw that the slime next to the hostages head was very thick but not thick enough that he couldn't remind it from there.
As he compressed the air infront of his palm he decided to take aim
'THERE'
As Izuku shot the compressed air to the slime a huge chunk of it was blown away as the hostages head and shoulder's were fully exposed.
"Now" Dekiru shouted as cue for Death arms as he grabbed the child and bolted back with him to leave Dekiru along for their fight.
"It's over villain I already defeated you once, Come easily or else you will be injured"
"You bastard I don't need a body to desire a puny hero like you"
"As if. Ready to get your ass kicked" Dekiru didn't wait for an answer as he created a vacuum in the front of both his palms as air started rushing towards his hand's.
'Compress, Compress take it to your absolute limits' He thought as the air became so dense that it was paining Dekiru to hold it back.
'Then reach your target and'
As Dekiru brought both of his palms infront of the villains main body the sphere for a moment glowed an angelic white.
'Release' As Izuku released the compressed air the resulting explosion that ended up making him blast towards the crowd where luckily death arms had caught him.
And it resulted in the slime's body being blown into small bits and pieces. With it's main body where the eyes and the mouth were barely surviving.
"You alright Midoriya senpai" Kamui asked as he saw wheeze for air.
It took Izuku a full minute to regain his composure and sit up on his own
"Y.yeah I'll be alright don't worry. How's the hostage?"
" Heroic as always I see, Well he fine funny with we'll get the villain to the police station." Said Kamui as he helped Izuku get up.
"Where's the hostage can I talk to him"
"Oh yeah he's over there" Kamui said as he pointed towards a small crowd "By the way are you staying for the Interview??"
"Maybe,maybe not I'll decide in a minute" Said Izuku as he regained his composure enougjt to stand still.
Kamui nodded and went to the other side where Mt. Lady was holding the citizens to check on then and ensure the capture of the villain.
As he turned to the crowd and went there what he found was...concerning.
A small time pro was trying to convince the hostage that just got rescued to be part of his agency.
"You were real tough out there kid, And with that quirk of yours, Consider becoming a a sidekick at my agency when you go pro."
As he was doing this he was constantly touching the child putting his hand on his shoulder or hair. The hostage was trying to not show it but he was in discomfort which was understandable.
"What going on here" Izuku asked in a stern voice.
"O..oh nothing just you know scouting"
"You were scouting somebody who isn't even in Middle School and were constantly touching him every though he was involved in a villain attack a few minutes ago??"
"Oh..um well you se-"The hero tried to justify his actions but couldn't find anything.
"Were you not taught that it's basic protocol to comfort victims first and then ask questions"
Having heard enough the hero turned around and walked away as Izuku only sighed as he crouched down next to the child.
Now that he noticed him he saw that he had blonde hair and red eyes, he was also wearing a scowl of discomfort on his face.
"Hey buddy you alright??" He asked to him in a comforting voice trying to remove the unease from him.
"Yeah", The blonde grumbled as he looked away.
"Are you comfortable with me touching you?"
Testing this the blonde stubbornly nodded as Izuku put his palm on his shoulder and squeezed a little.
"You did great out there Ok. Nobody blames you for anything. Are you feeling alright?"
"Yeah I'm alright. What could happen to me"
Izuku decided to ignore the cockiness as he got up once again
"Will you be able to walk home, If you want I can drop you off."
"No I'll be fine" grumbled the blonde as he got up and took his backpack.
"Ok then be safe and have a good day." As Izuku said this he gave him a thumbs up and shot him a bright smile.
"Hmm guess I'm not really free right now so maybe I'll not do the interview"
As he walked away from the crowd he heard his phone ringing and sighed.
"Hello Mom"
"Oh Izuku did you get the documents??"
"No I'm on my way though uh you see there was a bit of a ...Villain attack I guess"
Inko gasped as she heard this "Oh Izuku are you alright did you get hurt,was there any damage do I need to be there"
"No Mom it was actually a pretty harmless attack you see. And you don't need to fret over me like that, I've been a pro for 1 year now
"Ok then don't worry I can send somebody else to get the documents"
"Oh no Mom I'm fine I'll be alright you just take care ok."
As he said bye to his mother he went on to got towards the location if the documents.
'Damn that was like a long side quest. Well atleast everything is All right in the end.'
As He was walking suddenly from an alleyway to his left came
"All might what are you doing here??"
"HAHA YOUNG MAN I AM HERE TO THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE YOUNG BOY"
Hearing this Izuku blushed as he rubbed his neck. After all getting praise from your childhood hero is flattering even if you found out that he is a bit it a dense goofball a few hours ago.
"Ah it's nothing, I was just doing what my heart told me to. Wait is it ok for you to be in your hero form right now??"
"OH NEVER MIND THAT. WHY?BECAUSE I AM -"
as he was about to continue he again changed into his normal form spitting a stream of blood
"All Might"
'Man the transition between personalities really isn't smooth is it?'.
"However I also want to give you an offer"
"What offer" Asked Izuku confused
"I want to offer you..my power"
"My power??"
"Yes, You see there have been many theories regarding what my quirk is, Some say it's super strength, Other's say that it's invincibility. In reality however my quirk is One for all."
"One for all??"
"Yes, One for all is an ocean of strength and energy that can be passed down from user to user. Each user cultivates the power and gives it to the next one. All of it is done in hope that One
power will be able to be used for all of the world's wellfare."
Hearing this Izuku froze up in shock and confusion.
'A quirk that can be passed down??!?!One for all?'
As Toshinori watched her face the young man a minute to regain his composure after which he spoke
"Why me??"
"What do you mean why me?"
"I mean there must be a lot of people or there who must be worthy of working such great power. Then why me.I mean there must be a better option right?"
"sigh Midoriya shonen you might be right that there are other people out there who might be more suited to wield this power of mine, But I did not choose you because you are suitable ,No I chose you because you were worthy."
"Yes but.."As Izuku tried to object he couldn't form words properly not as his mind was still a bit confused.
"Listen Midoriya, I did not ask you to take this power because I thought you would be able to punch the hardest using this quirk of mine. No I told you to take this power because I decided that you because you are worthy of wielding it. Always remember Suitable and Worthy are two very different criterias. And I, All Might declare you worthy of wielding my power. So then boy,Will you accept it?"
Hearing All mights mini speech made Izuku fill up with determination.
"O.ok then I'll do it, I'll become you're successor then"
"An answer with 0 hesitance I see. As expected of my successor. Well then meet me near the U.A gate the day after tomorrow. Now I must be off. As they say, A hero never takes a rest"
"Ok then bye All Might"
A few minutes later.
As Izuku was walking home he realized he was getting a call from somebody so he picked it up without realizing.
"Hello Izuku Midoriya here"
"Hello" Came a voice from the other side as Izuku realized it was the vice it hit employer Air Jet.
"So I just watched the news and"

This will Allies the user to manipulate air in 2 main ways.
One in which the user compresses the air in front his palms and release it as a bullet of sorts. It's most powerful shot is easily able to go through most quirk armor.
Second in which the user can make a vacuum in which air rushes to fill it's place. The most Izuku is able to consistently get out of this aspect is to be able to pull 1.5 kg of mass.
Izuku is able to use this with his air compression ability to be able to surpass his normal limits of air compression allowing him to create huge blasts that can be used defeat most villains.

Do that was the second chapter I finally got my shit together. Now for those of you wondering, I won't be sound a 10 months of hell training because I find it lazy and I feel like if I do that I'll be stealing from Canon. As you could tell from the first chapter, This isn't exactly my hero 'academia'I plan on Izuku bring involved with U.A a bit but I don't plan on him being a teacher there or anything like that. The next arc will be an original arc with Izuku doing hero work. But it will be related to and effect canon very much. As you might see I'm trying to make an open world here instead of focusing on the confined walls of U.A.What I mean by that is you know how all fanfictions operate on a basic formula of chapters like this
