I rewrote the first chapter so if you haven't read it first, then make sure you do since it's a significant change. Make sure you read it or this won't make much sense.
The next day Naruto woke up in the morning and as soon as he woke up he went outside through the window. He flew to the place where he sensed the most chakra. There were two high chakra signatures with one of them being higher. Naruto went to the highest one first and when he landed he saw a man talking in a weird way.
"I'm taking your tailed beasts," said Naruto as he looked at him. Naruto didn't immediately attack him because he wanted to see how they fight.
The man looked at him confused as to what this little kid was saying. He noticed that this kid looked strange with eyes, horns, and pale skin.
"Bee, don't underestimate him. This guy is..." said the eight tails inside him.
"What?" replied Bee.
"You better come at me with all you got," said Naruto as he in a blink of an eye appeared before him and then continued, "or else you'll burn"
Bee was shocked at his speed and jumped backward. He realized he couldn't even follow him so he immediately transformed into the eight tails.
"Oh? You guys can do that huh. Interesting, I've seen enough though," said Naruto as he flew to the head of the giant beast, kicked him down, and stole his chakra. As he finished stealing it, he noticed people were coming so he quickly flew away. Two people came to where they saw the giant beast and saw Bee laying down not breathing.
Naruto went to the next one. He realized that if he just waited till they attacked him, it would take too long and he wanted to finish this today. With that in mind, Naruto went after every tailed beast and quickly stealing their tailed beasts without attracting any attention. In one hour he had every tailed beast inside him.
"Nice to meet you all finally," said Naruto as he looked above. He was surrounded by every single tailed beast.
"Who are you?! How did you just take all of us away? You bastard killed Bee," said the eight tails.
"Bee? That human? Oh, so the tailed beasts actually can get to like humans. You see that, Kurama," said Naruto looking at them.
"Kurama who is this guy?" asked the eight tails.
"How should I know? He didn't tell me either," replied Kurama.
The tailed beasts were are yelling at each other which annoyed Naruto. "Shut up," yelled Naruto which was the most demonic voice they had ever heard.
They all stayed quiet waiting for him to talk. "I'm Naruto Otsutsuki. I come from a faraway planet and dimension and I've come here looking for the other Otsutsukis, although it seems like they've all perished, like your father," said Naruto.
"Why did you gather us all here?" asked one of the tailed beasts.
"I was curious as to what you all were. All the different personalities seem fascinating. Your father should've been able to continue living as an immortal being but he didn't. Why is that?" asked Naruto.
The tailed beasts stayed in silence not knowing the answer.
"I should be able to resurrect him but I'll hold on to that thought for now. For now however I will show you why I came here and where I'm from," said Naruto. A black staff appeared on Naruto's hand which the beasts recognized to be the same as their father's. With a single tap on the ground with the staff, Naruto showed them what happened to him up until now.
The tailed beasts were mostly shocked. First, his father had a clan. Second, the Otsutsuki were savages which was the complete opposite of what their father was. And third, Naruto only came here because he was bored and curious which annoyed them a lot. However, they couldn't do anything but listen to him.
Naruto left his mindscape and headed to the place he now called his home. For now, he wanted to only observe. Naruto was thinking about this world. This world was divided into several villages. Small and big. The Otsutsuki did things differently. While they were all united but they still ranked themselves from weak to strong. The weak went to smaller and weaker planets while the strong went to bigger and stronger planets.
The space curvature in this planet exceeded sixteen which was an abnormality. Anything above ten was one. If a planet's space curvature exceeded 10, one would have to report to the clan. That was their law. Naruto however didn't have to since he was the only one allowed to eat the Chakra Fruit of that planet.
Naruto now wanted to learn how they did things on this planet. How they were ranked and all of that stuff. He was sitting at the table, waiting for Kushina to finish breakfast. "Kushina," called Naruto.
"Hm?" replied Kushina.
"Where's Minato? I'd like to ask him something," asked Naruto again.
"Oh, well, he is the leader of this village so he is busy with work. You can ask me," she said smiling at him.
"I'd rather learn this from someone with a high rank but fine. Teach me how this planet works," said Naruto.
"So you really do come from another planet," said Kushina finally confirming it.
"Yes, didn't I tell you yesterday?" asked Naruto.
Kushina shook her side to side saying no.
Naruto thought a little and then said, "Well, since I'm going to live here for a while I'll tell you," said Naruto. Naruto then activated his Byakugan to see where Minato was. He saw that he was on another building alone so he opened his third eye, opened a black portal to his side, and put his hand inside and when he pulled back out, Minato came out of it.
The two were both shocked again at what he just did. 'This is space-time Ninjutsu,' thought Minato with a shocked face realizing this is on a whole different level from his own.
"Oh right, you guys haven't seen this or know about teleportation," said Naruto.
"No, I can use space-time Ninjutsu but this is on a whole different level," said Minato with his eyes wide open.
"You can?" asked Naruto surprised.
"Yes, I can show you it if you'd like," replied Minato to which Naruto nodded.
Minato explained how it works and made a demonstration.
"You created this?! You, humans, are full of surprises," said Naruto shocked.
"I didn't create it. I did, however, improve it," said Minato laughing a little.
"Someone else created that? Who?" asked Naruto.
"He was the second Hokage. We call Hokage the leaders of this village and I'm the fourth Hokage right now," said Minato.
"So he's dead... He must be quite the human to have created a technique like that. You called it Ninjutsu right?" said Naruto.
Minato looked at him and laughed a little. "Yes, I'm surprised you don't know about Ninjutsu," replied Minato.
"Oh, yea, which brings us to the reason why I brought you here. First, I'm going to explain to you two who I am and where I come from. And second, I want you to teach me about this planet," said Naruto.
Minato was excited. He really wanted to know where a being like this would come from so he nodded. Naruto looked at the two and then started telling them everything. About the Otsutsuki clan, how they go planet to planet and eating them. And the reason why he came here. The two were shocked at what they were hearing. Living beings outside of this planet and they were going to eat this planet too but something stopped them. Naruto himself didn't know how but they somehow were.
"Is there anyone stronger than you?" asked Minato. He was kinda scared, if a being stronger than Naruto existed then who knows what would happen.
Naruto thought a little. "Don't think so. The only one who was equal to me when I was born was the Otsutsuki king but since then I've eaten countless Chakra Fruits so I don't think he stands a chance against me," said Naruto as he saw the sigh of relief coming from them. He didn't know why that was but right now he didn't even want to know.
"So, when are we starting?" asked Naruto.
"Naruto, I'm sorry but I have work to do for this village," said Minato as he saw Naruto was starting to get a little mad. "But, there is a place just for you to learn stuff. The academy" said Minato.
'The academy huh...?' thought Naruto. "If it's a place made to learn stuff then fine I'll go there. When can I start?" asked Naruto.
Minato smiled. "Tomorrow. Oh and Naruto, please don't use powers or kill anyone," he said as he laughed a little. It felt weird to say that to a little kid.
The rest of the day Naruto explored the village while Minato worked in his Hokage mansion. He saw the villagers look at him weirdly. 'Is it the horns?" thought Naruto. He ignored their stares and continued to explore the village. He just walked around the village and before he noticed, it was already dark. 'Time sure does fly fast here,' thought Naruto.
The next day Naruto woke up and quickly got dressed. He could finally start learning what his world is about. He ate breakfast which Kushina made and headed out. He was still fascinated by the food they made here. In the academy, he saw a teacher looking for him so when they met the teacher showed him to his class. He was introduced as the Hokage's son and just like that he suddenly was Mr. Popular. Naruto observed the class and noticed that the children in his class were overly childish. All except one. He saw a young man with black hair and eyes. He felt sensed something different about him so he sat near him.
"I'm Naruto Otsutsuki. Nice to meet you," said Naruto. Minato and Kushina wanted to change his last name and much to their protest, Naruto didn't want to. Even though he didn't really like the clan, but he still was proud of being one.
"I'm Itachi Uchiha. Nice to meet you too," he said. Itachi was also kinda curious at the strange appearance of Naruto.
Naruto noticed that Itachi was also really popular in the class, especially among the girls. After class was done, Naruto went to Itachi and asked for a spar. Itachi didn't really want to but Naruto asked for a second time so Itachi agreed since he was also interested in Naruto due to his strange appearance. His eyes and the horns weren't normal in this world.
Itachi rushed at Naruto using his Taijutsu style he learned from his father. Naruto dodged all of Itachi's kicks and punches. After a few moments of dodging, 'That's all huh...' though Naruto ah he went in, to counterattack. Without Itachi noticing, Naruto rushed at him, grabbed him by his head, and threw him down on the ground. All in what had seemed, a second. Itachi was also really shocked at this. He didn't even notice him move and in one second he was about to attack and the other he was on the ground with Naruto on top.
"Hmm. Do you use the strange techniques you call Ninjutsu," asked Naruto.
'He doesn't know about Ninjutsu? Did he train on Taijutsu only?' thought Itachi. "Yes, I do" answered Itachi.
"Oh? Show me some," said Naruto.
Itachi was a little confused but went on to show him the Shadow Clone and the Fire Ball Jutsu.
"A clone of yourself? That seems really useful. What are those weird things you do with your hands though?" asked Naruto.
"You mean the hand signs? It helps us mold our chakra. Have you never tried to do Ninjutsu before?" replied Itachi with another question.
"I haven't. Those Clones seem really useful though," said Naruto. "How do they work?" he asked.
Itachi explained how the Shadow Clones work and Naruto nodded. Naruto concentrated a little and then a few Shadow Clones appeared near him and every second a new one came out.
"Interesting. I should probably stop though if I don't want to fill the place," said Naruto as he then dispelled the clones too.
Itachi was now shocked with his eyes wide open. Naruto was way too fast even for Itachi and he can even use Ninjutsu without hand signs even though it's his first time. "Can you do the Fire Ball Jutsu too?" asked Itachi now curious.
"Probably," said Naruto. Naruto then made a ring by the thumb and index finger and blew through it. Out of it came a giant sphere of red hot flames and as it made contact with a tree, it turned to ash in a matter of seconds. Naruto then put both of his hands forward and water came out of them going in the direction of the flames. As the water made contact, it put the flames out and a small area was covered in mist.
'Fire Ball Jutsu too? And water?! All that without hand signs," thought Itachi. "Can you use all five nature releases?" asked Itachi.
"Well, yea..." said Naruto. He forgot he wanted to hold his powers back for now but he got too into Ninjutsu.
After this, Naruto and Itachi hung out together after school. Itachi trained a lot after school so Naruto decided to join him too. He wanted to learn the Taijutsu styles they used because they looked interesting but also all kinds of Ninjutsu that were possible. Shisui, a friend of Itachi's, joined them sometimes. Naruto came to respect both Itachi and Shisui. Especially Shisui since at a really young age he was known and feared by other villages. Itachi was, like Shisui, a prodigy amongst the humans which Naruto related to the two because he himself was a prodigy among Otsutsuki's.
Because of Naruto, Itachi and Shisui grew stronger. Naruto pushed both of them to their limits. Shisui and Itachi have noticed that Naruto never really tries and he seems to never get tired. The theory they came up with was that Naruto himself is a prodigy and had strongly inherited the Hokages powers and during the years he trained really hard with the Hokage which they thought was the reason why he went to the academy so late.
Naruto had noticed that every elemental Ninjutsu was pretty easy for him and he had the strongest Genjutsu so he thought he'd try the Sealing Jutsus. He didn't really like the sealing jutsu since it wasn't something he'd use in a fight. He did however quite like the storage sealing and when he learned how to use it, he got a pretty nasty idea.
He created a Shadow Clone and as it appeared, it opened a portal and went away. With the Clone away for a while, he sat in his bedroom thinking what his next move should be when he heard Minato come into his room.
"What is it?" asked Naruto.
"I just got summoned to a Kage Summit. Something about the Tailed Beasts suddenly gone and their Jinchuriki dead," said Minato as he looked at Naruto.
Naruto had already done some studying and with the help of the Shadow Clones, he already knew quite some stuff about this world. "Well, that's nice. With the tailed beasts gone, no one has to suffer from carrying a tailed beast. I read about all the hatred they carry. Plus the balance is back and no one is going to suddenly be very strong just because they got lucky to have a beast inside of them," said Naruto.
"So were you the one who did that?" asked Minato already guessing he did that.
"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't. Who cares, you humans just robbed of someone's freedom yet you talk about peace. You just stole them and bound them with chains like animals. Anyways, I will be the sole Jinchuriki of all the tailed beasts and that is my first decision as the god of this planet," said Naruto as he flew a little higher, opened his third eye, and looked down on Minato.
Minato was shaking. The presence Naruto had was immense and could barely even stand. Minato thought about what Naruto just said made some sense. Didn't make it right, at least in his opinion but he couldn't do anything against him. "I'm sure you know then that you shouldn't use or tell anyone about the tailed beasts inside you. If information spreads out that the Leaf has all of them, then war against four Great Villages will begin," said Minato.
"I'm not a fool but even if they did start a war because of the tailed beasts, I will protect this land as it's the place I live in," said Naruto as he calmed down and flew back down while closing his third eye.
Minato looked at him while thinking. "Thank you that you want to protect the leaf and that you think of it as your home, but if you want to live here then you will do so under my rules as I'm the leader of this Village," said Minato as he looked at Naruto. Minato forced himself to say that, just because he wanted Naruto to grow as a person and not think he can get all things his way, which he probably could. He wanted to help Naruto grow as a human and thought this might be a good way to do so.
'Hehe, not bad, human. I respect you and your will strength,' thought Naruto. "Very well, I shall respect you as my leader for now and act as a Shinobi and your son," said Naruto. He himself was shocked at what he was saying but if he wanted the full experience then he should do so.
Minato was shocked at what he was hearing as that wasn't the answer he expected. He thought he would be dead by now.
Shukaku started laughing. "What happened to being the god of this planet?" he said as he started laughing even harder.
"Shut up you beast. I came here curious about this world and if I want to know what made this planet so good then I have to live here as an inhabitant of this planet. Doesn't matter, any slight inconvenience and I'll destroy this whole world with you in it," said Naruto with a serious tone.
"Just tell them that the tailed beasts simply disappeared and the Jichuriki come back after a while because of the way they disappeared. I'll handle the rest," said Naruto.
"Thank you, Naruto," replied Minato.
Naruto then headed out to find the bodies of the Jinchuriki. He didn't want to bring them back but it was his fault that they died anyway. After he found their bodies he brought them all back at the same time with the help of Shadow Clones. He was happy to realize that he didn't intervene this time.
'With that out of the way, war shouldn't be an option now. Especially after not having their Jinchurikis,' thought Naruto.
A year passes with the villages being in peace. Naruto had grown to like the village and how the Leaf treated their comrades with kindness, unlike the Otsutsuki. Naruto helped Itachi and Shisui train and they grew stronger every day because of it. Naruto liked the two of them which Naruto was also surprised when he first found out. He never thought he'd come to the point of liking humans. He was also happy to know that Itachi had been offered to graduate early from the academy but declined because Naruto was still in it.
'I'm changing at a ridiculous rate and I don't know if it's a good or a bad thing. The Sage of Six paths wasn't human yet he cared for them. Am I going to turn out to be like him?' thought Naruto as he clenched his fist. He didn't even know what he wanted right now. All he knew was that he didn't want to go back to the boring ways.
