One day, Mario was humping spaghetti, Luigi and Bowser are reading Justin Bieber magazines, and Melony is sleeping as usual. Suddenly, SMG4 slammed the castle door open, panting, then rushed into his room. 'I wonder what happened to SMG4,' said Bowser. Mario then said, I think he knew he was adopted—' 'Stop it, Mario!' Shouted Luigi. He decided to find SMG4 and ask him what was going wrong.
When he opened the door in the memelord's room, he was really shocked. SMG4 was building a gun-like machine! 'Whoa, that's amazing!' Exclaimed Luigi. 'Thanks,' SMG4 replied. 'What's that for?' Luigi asked. SMG4 sighed. 'To find back my childhood memories,' he said, 'E. Gadd refused to give me his machine that makes one remember things since he said that it was too risky, so I decided to make one. You know, everything before I was in Peach's castle was a blur. What my childhood actually was is a mystery that bothered me these days.' 'Well, good luck for making that,' said Luigi, as he watched SMG4 build the machine.
After a while, SMG4 finally finished the 'gun'(or the Memory Recoverer, as E. Gadd calls it). 'Will that work?' Luigi asked. 'I think so,' said SMG4. As he clicked on the button, something zapped him. However, nothing happened except SMG4 had a headache after that. So, Luigi and SMG4 decided to find E. Gadd for that.
'Well, I didn't expect you to make the Memory Recoverer, SMG4,' said E. Gadd after Luigi explained the situation, 'But you got some of the things wrong. The headache happens often after you zap yourself—'
'E. Gadd, I'm not having the usual headache,' interrupted SMG4, 'I'm feeling that something is—like, biting my brain instead of the natural pain.' 'It's an unusual situation, and sorry that I can't help you,' E. Gadd answered , 'However, I can sense that that's when the bad things start to happen…'
