Inuyasha stared at Rei. She was beautiful in her senshi uniform. She smelled of smoke and flame. She smelled wonderful.
"Rei..." Inuyasha stepped over to her. "What are you?"
"I am Sailor Mars." Rei said. "I am a senshi."
"What is a senshi?" Inuyasha asked, staring at her.
"It's a warrior, a guardian of justice." Rei said softly. "I used to be part of a group."
"What happened to them?" Inuyasha asked.
"Nevermind that." Rei said. "I'm with you now, that's all that matters."
Rei kissed his cheek. Inuyasha blushed.
