chap2: Hogwarts express

When I sat down and opened my novel, my compartment door opened and revealed a girl with middle-length blonde hair, she entered the compartment and sat opposite me with a sigh.

"Huft, it is hard to reach this compartment, so many first-year student pupil wander and find a compartment, and why should you have to choose the farthest compartment?" she said while tying her blonde hair.

I lifted my head from my reading and snorted then gave her a look at why you are asking if you know the answer.

Laura puts out her witch weekly magazine "how was your summer?" She asked.

I snorted in displeasure "I don't want to talk about it"

Laura seemed to know not to be on my bad side then said "guess what? I the sixth year prefect" she said while taking out a shiny pin with the lion emblem.

My eyes widen to see that shiny pin "no way"

"Yes way" she said with a proud and mischievous gleam.

"Is Professor longbottom insane? What did you do in the fifth year until he made you prefect." I said still in disbelief.

"hey don't say like all I'm doing is hanging around with some random blokes and just snog them in the broom closet, I tried to keep my attitude during the fifth year and study hard for my OWL"

I looked at her with disbelief and said "yeah you not hanging around twice a week with different blokes and end up in broom closet just to talk about potion essay"

"Hey I just did that the first month, the rest of the year I just studied with Owen, yeah maybe we snog a little and I'm not hex some slimmy sneaky slag anymore" she replied by lowering her voice in the last sentence.

"And now what relationship do you have with Sullivan? Are you both dating? And you didn't tell me?" I said pretending to be angry and hurt.

"We're not dating, not yet, he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend"

"And what exactly he put you on? Friendzone? FwB? Snogg partner? If he just play with you I would curse him with a bat-boggy hex"

Laura's face turned pale at the possibility of what I would do, she knew I was very good with bat-boggy hex.

"Hey you can't do that"

"Yes I can." I gave her a look don't try me.

"Forget about my love, the whole of Hogwarts knows the competition to be Quidditch captain between you and Potter is fierce, so did you get it?" She asks me with her blue eyes sparkling eagerly waiting for my answer.

A proud smile rose on my face. "Oh I know it, I know you Will Made it" Laura said as she bounce herself on the compartment seat. "Oh and you can use the prefect bathroom too, I heard that the bathroom is better than a normal Hogwarts bathroom and they say it has a big bath in it"

I nodded in response "does this mean I can no longer curse the slut and prat slytherins anymore? In case you start to be goody two shoes like my brother, you will take points from me and hand over a detention letter to the head girl and boy as well as the professors? "

"Unfortunately yes, you can still curse them but try not to do it in front of me or any other prefect" we both laughed at her question.

Then our compartment door opened and revealed my twin "Gyllenhaal time for prefect meeting"

Oh I forgot that my twin was prefect this year. With that Laura went and told me that it wouldn't be long as if she didn't convince me like that and leaving me alone would make me cry like a five-year-old separated from her mother in the supermarket.

I went back to reading my novel for 20 minutes and also changed my clothes into my robe until I heard the compartment door open.

"Oh are you back?" When I looked at the compartment door instead of a girl with blonde hair I was faced with a guy with messy brown hair and bright honey brown eyes.

"What are you doing here Potter?" I asked him with a cold gaze and voice-to-face-potter-expect-james-bloody-potter.

He looked at the pin with the letter C and the lion emblem on my robe then nodded "so you are the captain? Have you prepared the tactics for the match against Slytherin? The day to start the try out? Oh and my brother and Malfoy will be taking the trial this year and I'm sure one hundred percent they will qualify for the team.

My face looked annoyed at his words "I know what should I do Potter, you just my co-captain. Your job is to help me judge the try out and replace me in leading the team only if I'm injured and unable to attend, Potter. And thank you for your valuable information, if possible. I want to continue reading "I said with my most annoying tone.

"Fine then" so he left my compartment and Laura finally came back from her prefect meeting.

She saw my face that looked very annoyed and asked "What's with your face like that?"

"That snot bloody Potter just came here and told me what should i do as a proper captain, i don't know why my bloody goody two shoes brother be friend with him"

"I should know it, we haven't even arrived at Hogwarts but you have cursed and the civil war between you and James has started, I can't imagine what will happen to your team." Laura just chuckled and shook her head and took her robe.

"I'll change my clothes first oh and stop making faces like that. You'll get wrinkled when we get to Hogwarts when you keep making faces like that" she was away.

I just snorted lazily. The rest of our trip was normal with the conversations Laura and I had.

Oh you must think I have no friends right? Thankfully I have one friend who can put up with my attitude.

Yes I have been fortunate to have Laura Gebrimova Gyllenhaal as my friend for the last five years.

Can you imagine if I didn't have friends like Laura? Oh i Will stuck up with my twin brother all the time, and he be friend with bloody Potter and if that so i Will hanging around him too then the entire castle Will be burn into dust.
