A/N: Welcome to Part 2! I wasn't planning to do this, but it was requested so here it is! I hope you enjoy!

"Shit, shit, shit, shit!" Biana exclaimed. "Sophie! Your garlic bread is on fire!" She tried blowing on it, but she had a phobia of fire and was not prepared to do anything with a flaming piece of oily bread. "Sophie!"

And then Sophie appeared beside her and Biana gladly skittered away. She heard Sophie swear under her breath, and then grab the pot holders. She reached into the oven and pulled out the tray, with the burning bread on it. Sophie ran it over to the sink and doused the bread with water. Biana shrunk away, speeding into the living room. She could still watch, but was far enough away for her to feel comfortable enough. Sophie made sure the fire was completely out before stopping the water. She sighed and sagged back against the counter.

"It's safe to come back out here." She called.

"Are you sure?" Biana asked.

"Yes."

Biana hesitantly returned to the kitchen and peeked at the sink over Sophie's shoulder. Sophie turned to her and smiled.

"See? All clear." Sophie's smile made Biana's brain die for a second and she had to remind herself where she was and that she probably should respond. Her cheeks flushed as she stuttered,

"Oh- uh yeah. All clear." Sophie grinned and Biana found herself grinning back. But then her mind focused on something a little more important at the moment. "Wait. What's that smell?" She asked.

Sophie looked to her left, to the burner on top of the oven. "Crap." She said, rushing forward. She looked down at the meat (Plant based because Sophie hated the thought of hurting animals- and Biana agreed) and sighed. "It's burned."

"Well shit." Biana said. "What are we going to eat? We haven't gone grocery shopping in almost a week! What else can we cook?" Biana whipped open the refrigerator to find it with only half an oat milk container, a fat block of cheese from CostCo and seven sparkling waters. Nothing else.

"This was what we were going to eat." Sophie said unhelpfully. "But luckily, I have a little extra money. We're eating out tonight." Sophie moved gracefully out of the kitchen to the key holder, where she grabbed the keys to her car. "Ash! Come!" She called to the dog. Ash lifted her head up and jumped to her feet when she saw Sophie grabbing the leash. Biana followed Sophie to the door, taking Ash's leash.

Biana had quickly figured out how to leash train Ash, which had solved Sophie's problem of having a poop stained dog every day. She'd even taught Ash some tricks. (What could she say? She just had a way with animals) Ash sat obediently as Sophie put on her leash. Sophie looked up at Biana, and Biana felt her heart twirl in her chest as she met Sophie's gorgeous brown eyes. Biana forced herself to pay attention and she followed Sophie and Ash out the door. Sophie had an old, beat up car, but it worked. She sent Ash to the backseat, which the dog was clearly offended by. Biana took the passenger seat.

Sophie was still teaching her how to drive since (surprise) her shitty family hadn't wanted her to learn.

Don't think about them. They don't matter. Biana reminded herself. She rolled down her window as Sophie started the car and leaned her arms against the door. Sophie started driving, and Biana's hair began whipping in her face. She sighed and tried to push it behind her ears which failed. Sophie snickered as Biana struggled to keep her hair out of her face.

"Where do you want to go?" Sophie asked.

"There's that place- the one that has those super good burritos." Biana said. "We ate there like, two months ago?"

"Yeah I think I know what place you mean." Sophie replied. They drove in silence for a minute before Sophie took her phone out and plugged in the AUX cord. She handed Biana the phone. "Can you play some music?" Biana took the phone and signed in (Sophie hadn't even tried to keep Biana from knowing her password) and went to Spotify.

"Hmm… You know what, let's go with some nice girl in red music." Biana said, searching up the artist and clicking on we fell in love in october. Sophie grinned and started moving to the music. She rolled down her own window. Biana found herself captivated by Sophie. She moved with such freedom and confidence. Biana envied her. Sophie started singing along to the song, and Biana smiled. Sophie was actually pretty good at singing, and Biana closed her eyes and listened (partly to not look like a creep).

"Come on Biana! Sing with me!" Sophie said happily.

"Uh, I'm not good at singing." Biana replied, looking out her window again.

"I'm sure that's not true, but-" Sophie cranked up the volume and raised her voice. "Now no one can hear it and we can just sing!" Biana gave in, and started singing along with Sophie. (Ash joined in as well and added her own part to the song) Sophie turned to stare at her and Biana felt her face burn.

"See? I told you I was bad." She explained. Sophie shook her head.

"What? Are you insane? Your voice is incredible! Girl, we need to start a fucking band!" Sophie exclaimed. "Have you ever taken voice lessons?"

"Well yeah, I did. My teacher always told me I sucked." Biana said uncomfortably.

"Well your teacher's a fucking idiot." Sophie said. Sophie didn't swear that often (unlike Biana, whose every other word was either shit or fuck) so when she did, she was serious. We fell in love in october ended and the next song (unsurprisingly girls) came on.

"I feel like this should be titled 'gaylist,'" Biana said. "Like- how much do you like girl in red? Do you like her, or do you like like her?"

"Oh I like like her." Sophie replied. "If she were on tour here, I would totally go to her concert. As soon as those tickets went on sale I'd be buying tickets for us." Biana tried not to think too much about that "us" but her mind had focused on it and would probably never let it go. Sophie smirked at Biana and Biana looked out her window, embarrassed.

Oh shit. She knows. She knows. Oh fuck what am I going to do?

Biana was spiraling and spent the remainder of the drive brainstorming ways to deny the questions that were sure to come. Sophie turned down the music as she pulled into the parking lot. They left Ash in the car, planning to get the food and go to a park to eat. The restaurant wasn't that busy, save for a few cars and one really fancy blue car that Biana didn't pay much attention to. She followed Sophie inside and stood beside her, eyes on the ground.

"Biana?" A sickeningly familiar voice asked. Biana's head shot up and she locked eyes with a tall, dark haired, teal eyed man.

"D-dad?" Biana said, stepping back. Sophie's eyes widened for a second before narrowing into a glare at Biana's dad. Biana took another step back.

"Biana, what are you doing here? Where have you been?" Her dad asked, his voice rattling Biana's remaining confidence.

"I-I-" Biana panicked, not knowing what to say. She'd never imagined this would happen. Anger burned through her, but fear quickly replaced it. Her breathing quickened, and she had to back away more.

"And who's that?" Her dad asked, eyes flicking over to Sophie. His face darkened.

"That's Sophie." Biana said. "I live with her now." Sophie was about to add something when a boy a few years older than Biana appeared at her father's side. He looked unnervingly like their father, except his skin was darker, closer to the shade of Biana's.

"Biana!" Fitz exclaimed. He took a few steps forward, as if to give her a hug, but their father grabbed his arm. "Hey!"

"Don't go near her!" Their dad snapped, as if being queer was contagious. Fitz's face contorted with anger, but he stepped back. "Biana, you need to come home right now. It's not safe for you to be out in the world with a random stranger!"

"I'm not a stranger to her!" Sophie growled. "And I'm a better family to her than you ever have been or will ever be!" Biana had never heard Sophie more angry. "She's not going back with you when all you'll do is make her suffer! You should never judge someone because of who they choose to love and you should never try to change them!" Sophie's voice had risen.

"You're just a stupid little child." Biana's dad retorted. "You don't know what's best for my daughter, and neither does she." Biana's eyes drifted to her brother, and he stood, looking down, very, very, uncomfortable. She wondered briefly if he would say something, but he probably wouldn't. He was as much a victim as Biana, except he hadn't had someone to turn to.

"You don't get to control her life anymore." Sophie's voice was like a command. "Only she does. Biana, what do you want?" Sophie turned to her, and Biana met her eyes. Confusion, anger, fear, and shock were all coursing through Biana, but she did know one thing.

"I never want to go back to you. You didn't accept me for who I am." Biana said, her voice quiet.

"Biana, I'm not taking no for an answer!" Her father stepped forward and wrapped a hand around Biana's arm. Fitz's shock was evident on his face. Sophie looked furious and panicked all at the same time.

"You let her go right now you fucking pile of shit!" Sophie yelled. She shoved Biana's father, and kicked him in the leg (quite hard). He stumbled back but Sophie wasn't done yet. She stepped into his personal space, her eyes wild. "You fucking asshole! Get out of here right now! Never come for her again! She's not your daughter anymore! And even if she was, you still don't get to control her! She's not an object! You don't get to decide who she loves!" Sophie shoved him again, and he stumbled into Fitz.

"Girls can love girls and boys can love boys! Non binary people can love whoever the hell they want! People of any pronouns can love whoever they want and you can't do anything about it! So suck it up, and don't be dick! That's what I say to you and your fucking bigotry. So take you and your ridiculous ass out of here and never, ever, try to convert someone, or make any remarks about their sexuality or gender identity. It's none of your fucking business and you can keep you revolting opinions to yourself."

Alden didn't know what to say to Sophie's outburst and seemed to notice that literally everyone else in the restaurant (all three people) were staring at them. One person even had their phone out and was probably recording it to post it on TikTok. Alden glared at Biana and shoved past her and Sophie on his way out the door. Fitz trailed behind his dad, but stopped next to Biana before leaving.

"I'm so sorry Biana." He said. "Dad shouldn't- he's wrong. I'm happy you're out of there."

"Fitz! Get out here now! Don't talk to that girl!" His dad yelled.

"Thanks Fitz. Don't give up either." Biana gave him a quick hug and he ran out the door to catch up to his dad. Sophie turned back to Biana and stepped closer.

"Are you okay?" She asked. Biana could see her hesitate before slowly taking her hand in her own. Biana nodded. She felt relieved, but also incredibly grateful. She threw her arms around Sophie and tugged her close. Sophie was surprised, but didn't hesitate to hug her back.

"Thank you." Biana whispered.

"Biana, I will gladly fight for you. I will always support you. I promise." Sophie whispered to her. (That comment brought tears to Biana's eyes) They pulled apart, and Sophie smiled. "Now, are we getting some burritos or what?"

A/N: Thank you to Sapphicrwby (on AO3) for requesting a second part. I really enjoyed writing this (it totally isn't 12 in the morning right now). I also thank one of my friends who stayed up kinda late with me in a call and beta read/reacted to my story as I wrote it. They were quite angry that I had the scene with A*d*n but I was planning to do that. It can't all be fluff. I'm sorry Biana. But I really loved Sophie putting A*d*n in his place. And I was very much fangirling over my own fanfiction when I wrote "Biana, I will gladly fight for you. I will always support you. I promise."

My friend also said, "What kind of girlfriend would she be if she didn't fight for her significant other?" And I had to explain that Sophie and Biana are very much oblivious and they don't realize that they like each other. Anyways, thank you for reading!
