Another new day in Camden Town, the same old routine at 101 Dalmatian Street: Dylan trying his best to keep the house clean while Dolly tries to do any housework at all by playing with her two younger sisters, Dizzy and Dee Dee, Dawkins seems to be working on a project, Diesel was digging holes inside the house, Dante was telling some of the pups that the end of the world is coming, the Tiple D were posing and taking pictures of himself to give to some of their fans later, Delgado was racing all around the house, D.J. was practicing his record scratching, Deepak was trying his very best to meditate, but with loud noises coming around the house, it would seem impossible with him, Da Vinci was doing her usual paw painting, Dimitri 1,2,3 were wrestling with each other while Delilah and Doug snuggle with each other on the couch as both of them have a day off with Dorothy in the middle. Yep, just another ordinary day at 101 Dalmatian Street.

That was until they heard a honking noise coming from outside. "What the blazed?" said Delilah as she, Doug, Dylan, Dolly, and many other pups headed towards the front window to see what was going on, only to see that across the street there was a car fit for eight people pack with luggage with five young boys, a teenage girl, and an adult lady already in the car while the adult man was standing beside it. "What are they doing?" said Dizzy and Dee Dee at the same time. "Don't you get it, the only reason why they pack so much can mean only one thing: the end of the world as we know it!" shouted Dante in an echoing voice. "Um Dante, I think they're going on vacation," Dylan said. "Oh come on, is everybody going on vacation except for us?" Dolly complain. As she just finishes saying that, a car approaches the Fletcher home, and coming out of the care were eight people: five children (four boys, one girl), another teenage girl, and two adults (one male and one female). The dalmatian family raised one of their ears so they can listen as the two male adults started to speak with each other. "Thanks again for coming from America just to watch the house while we're going on vacation," Adrian said. "That what family is for, looking out for one another," Lawrence replies "plus a lovely vacation in good old London is just what the doctor order,'" he finish as he and Adrian both laugh at the lame dad pun. Doug chuckle hearing the pun while Dolly groans not because of the bad pun, but also learning that this other family here on vacation overseas, which answers her question from before.

As Adrian gets into the car and drove off, Linda begins to speak. "Alright then everyone, as we're staying here for the summer, each of us will be sharing a room," she said which made Candace groan. "Phineas and Ferb will be sharing one room," the stepbrothers high-five each other, "Buford and Baljeet will be in the room next to Phineas and Ferb," Burford chuckles as he pounds his fist into his hand, which caused Baljeet to laugh nervously, "and finally Candace and Isabella will be in the across from the boys," Isabella smile while Candace rolls her eyes, "the room also has its own bathroom" Linda added specifically for Candace so that she wouldn't be all that upset, which work as she is shown with a little smile on her face. Linda handed the house keys to Candace. "Dad and I are going to the famous street markets to get some food for lunch. Candace is in charge." Lina told the kids causing Candace to quietly say yes. Linda and Lawrence step into the car and drove off, leaving Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Buford, Baljeet, and Isabella alone. Candace turns around in front of the kids. "Alright, listen up. Just because we're somewhere new, doesn't mean you can get away with the same stuff as you did back home. And if I do find anything out of the ordinary, you guy will be on a one-way trip to bust-vile." Candace said as she grabs her suitcase, giving them the "I got my eyes on you" fingers, and slowly walk backward toward the house, still giving them the fingers gesture until she vanishes inside the house. "You know, Candace right, starting the summer somewhere new feels a little off, and I know just to do about that," Phineas said as he headed towards the backyard, with the rest of the gang following him.

Back at 101, the Dalmatian Family listens to everything that happens across the street. "It seems that we have new neighbors this summer," Delilah said. "Not like we're going to introduce ourselves to them," Dolly said knowing that humans can't understand animals. "Well it seems someone wants to say hi to them;" Dawkins said in a nervous voice, which made the Dalmatian family look to see that Dorothy made her way across the street and headed for the backyard. "DOROTHY!" yelled Dylan, Dolly, Delilah, and Doug as they rush out of the house to retrieve the youngest member of the dalmatian family.

In the backyard, the kids find themself in a seemingly large, freshly cut lawn. "Why are we in the backyard again?" Baljeet asks Phineas. "In order to have a great summer this year, I think the best way to start is from the one thing where it all happens," Phineas replied. "Which is?" Buford ask. "Ferb'" Phineas calls his brother as Ferb lays his suitcase off the ground, opens it, and pulls out two items: one was a seed and the other one was a ray gun of some sort. During that time, Dorothy found her way into the backyard, and when she was about to interact with the kids, who had their backs turn from her, Dolly grab her by the tail with her teeth. "Gotcha," Dolly mumble as Dylan, Delilah, and Doug made their way towards them. "You got her? Good, now let's get out of here before-" before Dylan can finish his sentence, the five dalmatian saw something so surprising, it cause Dolly to let go of Dorothy as her mouth was left hanging. What they saw before their eyes was a tree that was growing bigger and bigger until it was as tall as the house. "Just like home," Phineas said as he and the rest of the kids look at the tree that reminds them of the one at Phineas and Ferb's house in Danville. Yip! As the kids heard that, they look down to see a small dog wearing a peach color collar. "Hey their little fella, where did you come from?" said Phineas as he picks up Dorothy and begins to scratch her stomach, which it seems that she enjoys by the way her tail is wagging so fast. Phineas stops when he heard some barking and the kids look to see there were four dalmatians. "Probably from them," Isabella said point at the dogs, which cause Phineas to gently put the pup down as she made her way back to her family. The dalmatian with the red collar with a silver star attached to it continues to bark at them. "I wonder why he's barking at us so much?"Baljeet said. "If only there were some kind of universal translator device that understands animals," said Buford as he, Baljeet, and Isabella looking at Phineas and Ferb. "Ferb," Phineas said again as he took out five pairs of earless earbuds from his suitcase and hand one each to his brother and friends. When they all put on their earbuds, the barking soon turns into words.

"Who are you? How did you grow that tree so fast? Are you guy aliens?" Dylan said questioning them. "Relax bro, it not like they can understand us," Dolly said reassuring Dylan. "Actually, we can," replied Phineas, which shock the four dalmatians greatly as they stare at the kids and had so many questions about them. "H-h-how?" Dylan nervously asks. "Universal translator," Phineas simply said. "Who are you?" Dolly questions him next. "I'm Phineas, this is my stepbrother Ferb, and these our friends, Isabella, Buford, and Baljeet. Nice to meet all of you," Phineas said politely to all of them. Sensing that they were no threat, Delilah spoke up next. "It very nice to meet you, my name is Delilah, this is my husband Doug, our eldest children Dyland and Dolly, and our youngest Dorothy." "I gotta say, you have a nice family," Isabella said to Delilah. "Thanks love but have many more pups at home", replied Delilah. "How much we're talking here, five, ten?" question Buford. "Including us, there are 101 us," answered Doug. "That was my next answered," Buford said. "We all live across the street at 101," Delilah said. "Wait, so not only there are 101 dalmatians across the street, but they all live in the address know as 101 Dalmatian Street?" Baljeet said trying to get his facts straight. "Dude, it best to just go with the flow and accept it," Dolly said with Dylan shaking his head in agreement. "Cool, I really would like to meet them," Phineas said with the rest of the kids talking in agreement. "Well if it not too much trouble, we can introduce you to the rest of our kids," Delilah said with Doug agreeing with her. "Awesome! Guys and Isabella, I know what we're gotta do today" said Phineas as the kids follow the dalmatians to their home to meet their new neighbors and new friends.
