Danny and Daphne leave Danny's home, and they look around cautiously for any signs of danger.
"So where is this place with a working car?" said Daphne
"Actually it's a car dealership that has a working car in the garage," said Danny
"Okay,"
"It's just a couple for minutes away,"
Danny and Daphne move down the street moving past wreck cars and debris that are scattered around the streets. Then the ghost bear comes out of the back of the bus. It sees Danny and Daphne, and it runs at them. Daphne sees the ghost bear coming toward them. She uses her new ghost gun against the bear and shoots the bear in the chest and the leg making the bear fall on the ground.
"Woah this gun is great," said Daphne
"Glad to hear," said Danny
Then a swarm of bats flies out of the chimney and flies at the teens, and Danny uses ice power to freeze the swarm of bats.
"I didn't think ghosts could do that?" said Daphne
"I'm a special type of ghost,"
Danny and Daphne come across a destroyed fast food restaurant called "Nasty Burger," and took a breather from fighting ghosts.
"How much longer until we reach the dealership?" said Daphne
"Not much longer," said Danny
"Before we get there do you know if the cars have gas?"
"I'm sure of it,"
"Alright the sooner I get out of this town to find my friend the better,"
"So what's it like out in the wasteland?"
"What do you mean? Have you ever left this town?"
"No I haven't,"
"Why?"
"Let's just say this town remind me of past memories that reminds me about what's life was like before this apocalypse,"
"I kinda understand that," Daphne thought, then said, "the wasteland is nuts with monsters getting deadlier and people trying to make towns that resembles the old days,"
"I see,"
"If you want you can come with me in the wasteland while I search for my friends?"
"I don't know I have to think about,"
Then the two hear horses galloping. They turn to their life and see a gladiator riding in a horse carriage and holding a spear and a shield.
"Seriously a ghost gladiator," said Daphne
"A lot of ghosts came to the human world where there are monster everywhere,"
The gladiator notices Danny and Daphne at the Nasty Burger, and it comes at them. Daphne fires her gun at the gladiator, but he blocks the laser with its shield. Danny flies at the ghost and kicks him in the face knocking the gladiator off the carriage which Daphne moves out of the riderless carriage path, and it phases through the fast-food restaurant.
Danny knockout the ghost gladiator "we need to make move on before anymore ghost shows up,"
"Got it," said Daphne
The two teens reach the car dealership with several cars in the parking lot that look worse for wear. Danny flies to the dealership garage and opens it up to a red 2000 Toyota 4runner with custom off-road tires.
"Kept this car up and running when I ever get bored," said Danny
"I can tell. Now where are the keys?" said Daphne
"They should be on the key hook rack next to those boxes,"
Daphne goes to the boxes, and suddenly a ghost pops up from the boxes, looking like a warehouse worker. "BEWARE!"
"Ah!" Daphne falls back on the ground
"Oh my god Box Ghost how many times do you have to do this?"
"Beware!" Box ghost flies off from the garage
"Who the hell is that?" said Daphne as she gets up from the ground
"That's Box ghost you don't have to worry about him he more mostly harmless,"
Daphne grabs the keys from the key hook and unlocks the SUV; Daphne gets into the SUV. She puts the keys into the ignition, and the car starts up.
"Awesome," said Daphne
"There you go now you can find your friends," said Danny
"So are you coming with me or not Danny?"
Danny thinks to himself for a moment, "I don't want to leave my hometown but Daphne can benefit from help and don't want anything bad to happen to her and her friends could be trouble," Danny sighs and tells Daphne, "I'm coming with you,"
"Really?"
"Yeah, I want to help you find your friends,"
"What about this place?"
"I think I've been here long enough," then Danny thought, "I'm sure the people I love don't want me being miserable,"
"Okay then let's get going,"
Danny gets in the SUV passenger seat. Daphne drives out of the dealership garage and onto the road.
"So where is the last time you saw your friends?" said Danny
"Near a broken freeway not far from here," said Daphne
"You think there are still zombies there?"
"Probably,"
"Great,"
Daphne drives both of them out of Amity Park, and Danny gives the town one last look before turning his attention to the road.
