Theodore's point of view Part 1 of 2

Where should I begin to explain this big disarray? I mean... I don't know what mean. All I know is that, that, that...black two tailed girl...boy...GIroy? ...BOirl? Dog...really is my, is my...missing brother. And, and, and, and now, he's stuck as the family's "pet" dog for the rest of his life. I don't wanna believe it because there's just no way on earth...that's...that's, that's even him. It can't be, it just can't be him no matter what Mr. Talbot says.

My brother has been missing for nearly two years now and it...really pains to see what's been done. But why my brother and why do such a thing?! I...I don't wanna believe it and it shouldn't never happened like this. All I want is my brother back the way he was before and be my brother as a chipmunk with his stripes down his back like me and Simon have including the girls. Or any other chipmunk out the in the world.

I don't even care anymore if he uses me for all of his crazy schemes and making me do whatever he wants me to do.

Resembling to dressing me up as a baby girl and making me wear diapers just to get a date with other girls. Getting me all dressed like a Girl Scout and selling Girl Scout cookies with him. Or even when both of my brothers used me a cat bait that one time just to find Miss Croner's cat. Because then I looked like a big mouse with my big Mickey ears on me. My brother even tried using me to start some scam one time and... It doesn't matter anymore okay?

I don't even care anymore if he uses me for all of his crazy schemes and making me do what ever he wanted me to do.

And now my brother has become very dependent on everyone and will stay this way for the rest of his life. He, he, he can't...even feed himself or even take care of himself...anymore. Oh Alvin you have no idea just how much...we all have missed you.

I even forgave him for trading me for some toy that he really wanted to get that one time...but only after I found out what really happened... The truth is, my brother thought I could just visit the North Pole for a few hours and so did I. Not stay to really live their forever. Well after I got back home and put in bed. I saw Simon doing something with my covers in the morning. And of course I tried telling Simon thank you then and I still was very upset with my oldest brother for doing what he did to me.

So that's when Simon told me what really happened and how Alvin totally freaked out when I went bye-bye with that elf. Well I found out that Alvin never left my side all night and he stayed up all night taking care of me because of how sick I became. Little later...Dave found Alvin sleeping on the kitchen floor with wet rags in his hands trying to get me more cold rags for my head. After Dave put Alvin into his bed, I asked Dave if Alvin could be near me until he wakes back up. And so...Alvin got put in my bed with me and after a few hours of sleep, he woke up. We then talked a few and I told him just to shut his trap up. I said, 'Go back to bed and keep me warm for the rest of the day ok.' I knew he got my meaning and we both were good. He was sorry and I forgave him. Because that's what brothers do.

He still drove us crazy with other things, but that's family for you and it's what family does. I know we've had our differences in the past. But I still loved him because he is my brother and now my brother...has needs…

His very basic way of life has forever changed completely. He can't even talk back like he used to. And... OK Fine! I'll admit that I really did wish a few times that Alvin couldn't ever talk back at all. But...not anymore and this is NOT how I pictured it ok. If you blame me, don't and it's not that you never called someone dumb either. But what did they do...did they loose their so called mind or something? WELL DID THEY?

I want to hear my brother talk like he did and not bark at me like some dog. Now my poor brother can't even walk on two legs or even feed himself now. I want to know why someone would do such a thing and he never deserved to be like this. EVER like this!

I mean...what was the real point to do all this and now, my brother won't even let me be near him for anything. Not even to remove those stupid hot pink charm bracelets that Brittany put on his feet last night... We're his family and his family has been looking everywhere to find my brother. Dave has spent lots and lots of money in trying to find Alvin.

So now...I can't even get within eight to ten feet of my brother. Not even to try and help and I wanna know why. What did I or the family do that was terrible, to make my brother...whos also my sister and I'M NOT TO THRILLED THAT HE'S ALSO A GIRL NOW AND IS STUCK AS ONE OK!...to make him stay far from me or us as much as possible and that hurts. I know I have been mad a few times and have wanted...some space for a little while. But not like this or ever to the point like he is now. And now...Talbot is the only person that, can even pick him up. So...what did he do...to earn Alvin's trust. Because I want to know and I'll do anything to attest it to my brother.

I know my brother keeps saying that I somehow changed my eye color to green. But that's not true. I was born with green eyes and that's the rarest eye color a chipmunk can ever have. In fact...only less that two percent have green eyes and me and Eleanor have always had green eyes. So, so, why does Alvin keep saying that I somehow changed my eyes? The last time I knew, I was born with green eyes and they were a gift from mommy.

I guess I should start from the very beginning and explain how my brother went missing from the very start. So here it is...

We all were going to get everything ready...or start someone's birthday party... I mean, we were going to get everything ready to have a birthday party for a certain munk, and that munk is my brother. But there was one problem though...how do you get everything ready when your brother is around and have everything be in red, without him figuring it out that the party is really for him. Well the answer is, you don't and he would have figured it out anyways.

You see, we three brothers do share a birthday. Just like the girls, they also share the same thing as we boys do. So Dave decided to to make a few changes in how we all would celebrate our birthdays together. What Dave came up with was, Alvin would have his own day, and then Simon would get his own day after Alvin's day. Then on the third day was mine to have. The girls were the same as us and that's how we have always celebrated our birthdays. And In a way, I liked it that way. It also made sure that we didn't get jealous of each other, and it made sure there were no favoritism over the same day. But however, we three brothers have always celebrated our official day together as brothers.

What we did and how we did it...was fun for the three of us. We would put a few birthday presents under our beds the day before our birthday and we had a few rules that we had to follow. We all agreed to it as brothers. We could only give each other one gift and in a way, it had to come from the heart. But however there were some acceptation's to that rule as well. We could only buy one item from the store and we also could make us something that could go with it. So that made it fair for us. With that being said, my brothers made me an unforgettable birthday that I still love very much to this very day. And even though Alvin did break...a few rules then, it still was ok by me and Simon that he did that, that one time. In fact...the year before that, Alvin made Simon feel like he was a real super hero on his birthday. Anyways...this is what he or they did for me and Simon a few years ago before Alvin went missing.

"Come on, come on, it's the B day Teddy," said Alvin as he was shaking his little brother awake at 3:15 am on April 11th.

"Alvin... It's too early to be morning and can't it wait for a few more hours until it is morning with the sun up."

"Theo..." Said Simon cutting in after his little brother. "Just make him happy and get up already. Alvin already got my my tired ass up by throwing some frozen rag on my tummy and when he did that...I instantly shot out of bed really fast trying rip the frozen rag off of my fur... And yes, the mischievous brother even unzipped me and got me out of my pajamas. So if Alvin really wants you up in a hurry, he will find a way to get you up."

"All right, alright I'll get up then. Then we can do the B day thing and afterward, go back to bed. But why does it have to be at 3:15am anyways. Can it be like... 7:15 or something else instead?"

"Theo... I already went through this with Alvin already and yes he can give you an answer why. You see...we were all born five minutes apart from each other. Alvin was born at 3:05am, I was born at 3:10am and you were born 3:15am. And how Alvin knows this...mom told him in a text last night. But however Teddy, we all can go back to bed and get more sleep when we finish."

"Simon's right Teddy. We'll all go back to bed after we do the B thing and I promise it's well worth the wait this time."

"...Alright. Let's get this over with and then get more sleep," I said rubbing my tired eye.

So with that, I got up with me in my green onesies footie pajamas. Alvin was wearing his red onesies footie pajamas and Simon was back in, in his blue onesies footie pajamas. So when I looked under my bed, I saw my birthday presents wrapped with green, cartoon teddy bear wrapping paper, Alvin's was in red rock and roll wrapping and Simon's was in blue dinosaur skeleton wrapping paper. At the time, I really couldn't tell if he was up to something or not. Because Alvin wasn't in a hurry to open his up yet and he was doing something with his phone. But then again, I was still very tired from not getting enough sleep.

As ordered, Alvin told me and Simon that we could open up our gifts first and Alvin's gifts last. But me and Simon had to do it together at the same time when we opened up his gifts. So me and Simon opened up our gifts that we gave each other. I got Simon a chess set and Simon got me a new cookbook. Well...new to me, but it really was an old cookbook from the mid 1800's. Then we watched Alvin open up his gifts. Simon got Alvin more comic books and I got Alvin the "need to speed 4" race game that Alvin had been wanting the whole time.

So when it came to our last gifts that came from Alvin...and I'll have to admit this morning was a bit trippy when it came to Alvin's gifts...and I can't believe he pranked us like that then. Anyways...me and Simon opened up our gifts at the same time. Simon then let out a high pitched scream when a life-like snake pops out of the box with Alvin laughing in the background.

Simon said, "AAAH! ITS A LIVE SNAKE! And its gonna...its gonna...get...me...now?" Spoke Simon after realizing that is was a fake rubberized snake in a small box. "Alvinnnn! Why'd you do that for?"

So when I opened my gift, I got 'Scooby Dooby Doo snacks' and I said... "What am I supposed to do with these. Just pretend these are cookies and, and actually really eat them for real. Some birthday present this is." By now Alvin was laughing very hard again and again and again when he saw the pictures that he must of took with his phone... After we calmed had down some...from being angry with our mischievous of a brother. (But still mad at him.) Alvin did show us what we looked like when we saw our self's.

He only showed us on the condition that we wouldn't delete the pictures. But after we saw our self's again, we had to admit that is was funny to see our reaction like we had. Well...Alvin was just about to delete the pictures when Simon spoke up and said that we should save them for the brother hood photos. This is when Alvin sent them in a email to Dave's computer. Like Alvin promised, he gave us our real present then.

"I'm sorry brothers that I did that to you both, but I couldn't help it and you both know I love puling pranks. So here's your real birthday present Simon," said Alvin as he walked over to Simon bed and lifted up the mattress. Revealing two rectangular package and a small sack addressed to him that Simon had been sleeping on his own gift the whole time and Simon just couldn't believe it then.

"I can't believe I had been sleeping on my own gifts this whole time... Um Alvin, is this...for real or is this fake to?"

"Simon...just open them up and I promise that it's a genuine present. So no tricks this time ok." So with that being said, Simon opened his up and he got rocks, a Sherlock Holmes first edition of the series and one of Shakespeare's books.

"Alvin...why the rocks and...How did you know...because I...sorta kept quiet about these." He was shocked and so was I when I saw the books and rocks. My brother went out of his way to get them somehow and it'd be something that Simon would keep for all time.

"Simon...I found out from the librarian when you kept asking the same question...and you also told me in your sleep... By the way Simon and you too Teddy. You both do talk in your sleep when you're sleeping. So that's how I knew what to get you and so you know...that book was very, very hard to get. In fact, I had to go to a collector just to get one. So when I talked to him…me and he made a deal with each other. I'll just be busy mowing his lawn all spring, summer and fall this year and I wanted you to know... Even when I drive you crazy all the time, I still love you as a brother. As for the rocks...there not ordinary rocks. They're thunder eggs and I knew you'd really like them as well."

"Oh Alvin...you didn't have to go to the extreme like you did and broke the rules that we had... I'll tell you what Alvin. I'll even help you mow the guy's lawn this year. And...Thanks for getting me the rocks and the books. I now look forward in cutting them open to see what they look like. As for the books, this is what I've wanting for a very, very long time. So thank you very, very much Alvin."

"You're welcome Simon and Teddy...you don't have to really eat the...Scooby Dooby Doo snacks you know. Because I'll eat them up instead and besides...the snacks definitely are delicious to eat. How I know... I um...lost a bet with Brittany a few months ago and now I can't seem to stop eating them. But however. You should open up the box to see what's inside. Because you might find something that you...may have been really wanting to get for a while."

So with that being said...I found the first card of the complete, of all series of Talking Teddy. With a small note telling me where to find the rest of them. And of course, I had to go looking under my mattress to find all three hundred and sixty-six trading cards of Talking Teddy. I then ran over to my brother and gave him the best hug I could give. But that's not all I got. Because there was more for me in store that I soon found out when my brother spoke up again.

"I'm glad you like them and...Again, here's your other real birthday present as well Teddy," said Alvin as he handed me a map with a riddle and my first clue. "And yes this is the real deal Teddy. But however, if you need help trying to solve any riddles or clues that may come up, Simon can help you. As for me, I'm just your hound until you finish and then it'll be all over. I'll only speak up when I need to. Also...I'd like this to stay between us at the same time. So do we have a deal Teddy?"

"YOU BETCHA Alvin." (And yah...I know said it like my brother. But I also was very excited at the same time.) So with that, I reach for his right hand to shake it and when I did, I noticed that his nails were painted red. "I see you lost another bet with Brittany. So how long are you in for this time?"

"Only until this week ends on Sunday Theodore. So if you done asking me questions, are you ready to begin?"

"Oh yes and sorry" So with that being said, Alvin then handed me a map with his painted nails and I got the first riddle and a clue to solve. Then he gave me a red leach with a dog collar with the name tag that said FIDO on it. I couldn't believe it. My own brother was doing something embarrassing just for me and only for me then. Then I realized that my brother had spent quite some time planning all this out, so I could have a fun adventure at home. And yes...Alvin was playing the part very well. He even barked like a dog, got down on all fours, even down to his birthday exposing his white birth, that's on his right butt cheek that we three brothers share and have. I knew then my brother was dedicated for my fun adventure.

That's when Simon got the idea to video tape my fun adventure with his phone. So with Simon taping my adventure, I got stuck on my first clue and riddle then. Because my first clue was...more than a little hard for me to solve. That's when Alvin spoke up and said. "See Simon. I knew your clues would be too hard for Teddy to solve on his own. Now brake then down like how I told you from the start. Besides that, I don't wanna spend all day doing this." So Simon then broke it all down and made it easier for me to solve. Then I gave my brother another a hug for doing what he did. All I got back was a few barks and a smile.

So from then on, my riddles and clues became much easier to solve. But also they were challenging at the same time and from time to time my brother would...just point me in the right direction that I 'really' needed to go. Alvin would just point like a dog and I would have to figure out why he was pointing like that. Well my map took me to our tree house, the basement, the kitchen and all over the house. Each stop that we did, I found more items that either helped or were for something else that would come in handy latter.

Finally my map took me to the big scary place that had cross bones and that was in the attic. And yes there was a real treasure chest at the end and inside the treasure chest was my real birthday gift. By now I was so excited that even if I wanted to go back to sleep, I couldn't. I was wired down to the core from all the fun and excitement that I had so far. And inside the treasure chest was my birthday gift with a new 'talking teddy 4' that...hadn't been on the market yet.

But my talking teddy also came with the complete golden disks series and you DON'T want to know just how HARD those are to even get. Let alone to really look at them in first hand. I knew my brother out did himself this time and he brock all the rules. So...it made me wonder just how on earth my brother even got me this teddy bear in the first place that wouldn't be out on the market for another nine more months.

Well...I couldn't bring myself to ask and I did want to know HOW. But I later did find out that Alvin sent over several-thousand letters in about four months before the company just gave up and sent him the bear just to shut him up. But that wasn't all I got either. I finally got a costume for me and for my teddy bear out of my whole adventure that I just had. And everything I found along the way was for me and my teddy bear.

By now I knew my fun adventure was over and I ask Alvin if he could still be the hound unit we got back to bed to catch up on more...needed sleep. With a nod yes and a few barks, we headed back to bed and that's when Alvin got back up, got back into his red onesies footie pyjamas and said. "Happy birthday little brother and I hopped you had lots of fun this years." I said yes and I thanked him again for the fun that I had. But before going to bed, we three brothers decide to sleep together in the same bed for the remainder of the night until morning.

By now I kinda felt a little guilty about his prank present that he gave me. So then I decided that I would try one of the Scooby Dooby Doo snacks. And well...Alvin was right. The snacks definitely are delicious to eat and now I'm hooked on eating them as well as Eleanor and Brittany. Simon and Jeanette also like then to, but they called them dog biscuit and not chipmunk treats like me, Alvin, Eleanor and Brittany..

Anyways...as what I saying again. Simon and I were trying to plan the best birthday surprise party for Alvin this year and it's because of what our brother did for us last year. We knew what we wanted to do and surprisingly...Dave and all the girls were all on board to make it happen. After all...this year Alvin has been very good, in keeping out of trouble...well most of the time and keeping his grades up...with some help from his brothers. So now...we were down to the wire in trying to get everything ready. That's when Simon got the idea to have Alvin detained for a few hours by someone. But I still saw it as Alvin getting munk-napped on his birthday and this is what Simon said.

"Theo... Alvin is not getting munk-napped ok. He's only getting detained for a few hours and there's a difference between the two."

"Call it what you want Simon. But first answer my questions."

"Alright fine! I'll play along."

"Did Alvin get taken?"

"YES. But..."

"Did Alvin know he was going to get taken?"

"No. But..."

"Is Alvin being held...without him even knowing it."

"Yes. But..."

"Does..."

"Alright, alright, you win, you win already and I know where this is going to end. Alvin got munk-napped and I'm a dirt bag for setting this up. There I said it. OK! And you are so like Alvin, because he would find some, some.. loop hole and would use my own worlds against me."

"See I told ya. Alvin got munk-napped and I don't trust him Simon. Because there's...something odd and strange about him that I... I don't know what it is but I didn't like the way he looked at me Simon. And...why couldn't it have been Officer Dangus instead. Or better yet, you could have just sent Alvin to the movie theater and that would have been just as good you know."

"Theo... Officer Dangus can't and the movies... just know that Alvin will be fine. Besides, I happen to like this new recruit that just joined the police force. Agent J.S. is nice and neat. Although...I have to admit that he is a little bit different. And...I did ask Officer Dangus to check him out first. But however, Officer Dangus hadn't gotten back to me. So I just assumed that everything was ok."

"Simon...put your glasses back on will ya. Anyone can see he's...the Mayor of Crazy Town, MR. Churchill and kinda is like the Terminator all at once. He was trying to give people tickets because there, lawn was too high. Besides that...you didn't see the way he had that evil smile on him, when he smiled at me because he had Alvin in the car with him and so you know...I have a bad feeling about him."

Simon had to admit that the way that I put it, was almost creepy and a very good description of him. "Well maybe your right Theo. But did you see how happy Alvin was when he got to play with all the buttons in the police car... Right now, I bet Alvin is having a time of his life and is have fun on his birthday. So what better way to start his birthday, than riding around in a police car, with him playing with every single button, including the police walkie-talkie. And Agent J.S. said he'd bring him back in three hours. So that gives us plenty of time to have everything ready for his birthday surprise party."

"Alright Simon. You do have a point and Alvin must be having fun. So let's get going."

Soon we all had everything ready and when Simon called the number that was given to him by Agent J.S.

It said. 'The number you have reach has been discussed or no longer is in service. Please check the number and redial it again.' That's when...reality hit everyone really hard and Alvin really had been munk-napped from the start. Simon was now panicking and didn't know what to do next. Dave was just as upset along with everyone and that was the worst birthday surprise we ever got in our whole lives.

By now...Dave had called up the police station and when he did... The Chief and Officer Dangus came out to talk to us. We all learned that a police uniform and a police car had been stolen a few weeks ago. As for the new recruit that just joined the police force called Agent J.S. Nobody has even heard of him and there weren't any new recruits this year. So...who was he really and why Alvin. With Officer Dangus and the Chief asking us questions, we soon had given what this...Agent J.S. looked like. While the chief talked to Dave, Officer Dangus had talked to the rest of us and we all found out what his name was.

"Simon," said Officer Dangus. "I told you I would give you a call no matter what. As what I have came up with so far... His real name is Agent James Suggs and he used to be some...airport marshal before getting fired. Plus something about some kids letting some animals go in a plain one time that caused a plan to be grounded... And that's all I know little man. So for now...all we can do is wait to see if the kidnappers make contact with your family."

When I found out his real name, I then understood why I had strange feeling then I saw him. As for the kids letting animals go on the plan, that was my fault that one time... Well we looked and looked all over for Alvin and all we found was his red hat, a police uniform with a badge that said Agent J.S. and a police car at the airport. With a big airplane that went missing from the airport and the big airplane...just vanish without a trace. So know body really knows what really happened to the big airplane because it never got found. And so...days turned in to weeks, weeks turned in to months and finally...mounts turned into a few years down the road. We never got no random note, nor did we never find out who was really behind the whole munk-napping thing. All we knew was Alvin gone and Simon took it really, really hard.

It got so bad for us that the paparazzi wouldn't even leave us alone anymore. They went everywhere, where we went. And Finally...Dave had to pull all of us from school, to where we all could be home schooled from then on and we kinda still are home schooled to this very day. We get to go to school for three days and the rest of the time, we are home schooled.

When Alvin went missing from the munk-napping, it really changed everyone. Everyone became devastated and it was really hard to keep going, or wanting to keep moving forward. Brittany and her sisters no longer wanted to be in the tree house that's in front of the house because of the whole munk-napping thing. And I understand where they are coming from. They're...just scared and still are in a way. They still have their differences, but they work through it every day.

As for me and Simon, we now spent about...seventy percent always together. And yes...we even take baths and showers together as well. It was um...Dave's idea that we started doing that and Dave doesn't like us going outside, but he knows he can't keep us inside all the time either.

So when we want to go somewhere, we have to tell him where we are going and how long we are going to be. We even have to call him up every ten minutes and I know but Dave has kinda always been this overprotective parent. But this has even changed him as well. And in a way, we all grew eyes on the backs of our heads because of what happened and we became super cautious of stranger's.

Dave has spent everything he can spend just to try and find Alvin. In fact, Dave had to take out two home mortgages and did quite a few auctions just to try and find his missing son, my munk-napped brother. The last auction that we did….. it was about or around nine months ago. We all pulled together and entered just about everything we had. I gave up all my teddy bears, the trading cards and more, Simon gave up his Sherlock Holmes books and more, all the girls pitched in and gave up things as well. When the auction was over, Dave had raised nearly half million dollars and the people that bought our stuff... Just gave them back to us and said don't ever give up in trying find Alvin. Dave used some of the money to pay off most of his bills and he put the rest in, into an account... Like a trust fund, but not a trust fun. The account fund would be used to fine Alvin. Even Mom has sent most of her money to help find my missing brother.

And finally the day came when... Well it was very late when Talbot showed up around 9:00 pm with a munk-sized black German Shepherd in his arms that was sound asleep...with the biggest paws that I have ever seen on any dog and I thought. 'Oh the poor thing. These paws are just about as big than my feet put together side by side and I have big feet.' That's because me having six toes on each foot, just like Eleanor. (And yes...me and Ellie have the same size of shoes as each other and NO I'm not goin to tell you how I know that.)

Talbot didn't give Dave a choice if he wanted to take care of a black munk-sized German Shepherd. Mr. Talbot told Dave flatly he had to do this whatever he wanted to or not. We all were told that the government had pick us out to care for this very rare special dog and it's what we have been looking for, for a very long, long time now. But we couldn't treat munk-sized black German Shephard like a dog either. WE couldn't even walk the thing, or even put leashes on the thing either. We even had to start calling the dog by the name tags that is was given.

So when I looked at the sleeping munk-sized black German shepherd and the name tags that came with it. I thought it was a girl because I didn't see any boy parts like I got at first with the name Alver. So why did the government pick us out to car for a girl munk-sized black German Shepherd that had a boy's name. But the weird part was we couldn't even treat her like a dog at all. We had to start treating her like...a real chipmunk that has special needs. And the other weird part was we now had a new computer in the basement that only the dog could use. (And trust me when I say this...we all tried our best to make the ting work and it wouldn't go for anything. No matter what we did.) So it made me wonder just how smart was this girl dog that had the name Alver. And again...why Alver and it should be a girls name right? Well I don't no for sure, but there's something about that name that I can't quite put my finger on yet. But its there and I just know it is.

And then it made me wonder if I could really talk to her in dog language. You see...I had to do something just to keep my mind occupied and off of things when Alvin was gone. So I started walking Dogs and then I found a game app that...well it um... I somehow learned how to speak dog language and I became a better dog sitter because I could speak and understand dog language... You might say I was born with a gifted tongue and it made since because I picked up Spanish and sign language really easy. While it came not so easy for Brittany, Simon and Jeanette. But Eleanor did find out that she too had the gift...just like me!

So Again...why the name Alver on the munk-sized black German Shepherd. Lilly would have been much, much better in my opinion. Then again, the name could have been like a code name and that made sense to me. Because on the back side of the red stainless steel dog tags had lots of number, dashes and dots plus a scanner bare that look like what you would see on any box of cereal. I also found out when I picked up her big paws, they are indeed are very heavy and it felt like I was holding...lead because of how heavy her paws were to me.

And so I started to pet her very softly and I...somehow felt really, really bad for her then. I also spotted her earrings, her ear tags in her ears and a small hole on the middle of her nose, but between her nostrils. My first thought was... 'How cruel and why would someone intentionally put permanent red ear tags and permanent red earrings on her ears. Plus how did she get that small hole on her black nose.' That's when I remembered Talbot told us that the special dog had been rescued from somewhere that he couldn't say. As I was talking softly to the girl dog, Eleanor must have hear me then. Because she came up behind me and started to do something with my long hair that's in a drummer stile pony tail.

"Hi Ellie and by the way...what brings you out and about?"

"Quite, or you'll wake the dog up. But if you must know, I...needed a break from Brittany. So...is that a him or a her Teddy?"

"Its a her and she has a name Ellie."

"Lemme guess, T.J.S. (That's Theodore Jamison Seville.) Right? But Lilly would be a much cuter name for a girl dog you know."

"Nope, not this time and that's what I thought as well. But she already has a name and its...Alver. So if you don't believe me...look at her name tags." And of course, Eleanor had to looking as well. But however Ellie's reaction was the same as mine when I saw the name.

"Why Alver? And what's up with the weird code on the back of the tags."

"You got me Ellie, and Ellie... Do you get the feeling that something really bad happened to her? I mean like...morally bad."

"Now that you mention it, yah I kinda do and... Oh just look at the poor thing, I bet she got abused by someone or by a small group at most. And who on earth would even consider putting permanent ear tags and permanent earrings on her ears like this. As for the red earrings, I think they look cute on her. But it'd be better if they weren't soo permanent. As for her nose with the small hole in it, it kinda looks it was a..." Just then I saw Ellie made a fist with her right hand and both of her eye brows get close like they do when she get mad before saying something. And I quote... "Those ***** bastards! How could they even think to even do such a thing to her like that? "

"Ellie...calm down and...you said a bad word. Manners please. Also, what are you talking about."

"Theo... Sorry and I'm just mad because they did something else to her. I... I know how and where that hole came from that she has on her nose. Also...it's a very, very cruel thing that they did... You know when we go the fair and you see rings on cows and on pigs noises."

"Yes and what about them," I asked innocently, not understanding where this was going.

"Well the rings on pigs actually keep the pigs from digging in the dirt and the rings on the um...boy cows really help the owners control them better and it's for their own safety at the same time. The reason why the boy cows are fitted with nose rings...it's because they can become very unpredictable at different times. Like they can become very, very mean like bullies. So that's why the boys cows have to have them. As for her nose that you see that has a small hole on it...they put a ring on her to be mean to her and...Probably make her do things the way they wanted Alver..."

"You...you mean that they were being BULLIES to her just to be bullies," I said cutting Ellie off. "That's...but why... Oh you poor thing," I said petting Alver and feeling really, really bad for her now more than ever. "We promise to give you the very best home that we can give. Isn't that right Ellie."

"Of course we do Teddy and as for her paws, she's got some really big major paws on her."

"You got me Ellie and I know I shouldn't be petting her like this, but I couldn't help myself. But the strange part is...it's like I have a a strange feeling that I have always been around her all my like and I know that not true. Maybe it's...because I miss my brother that much and would like her to take his place or something... I don't for sure...but I do know I want my brother back home safe and sound more than anything right now. I...really miss him being at home you know.

"And then we all can be a family again like we used to be. Including Alvin driving all of us crazy and up the walls as well. But truthfully...I miss him too and I even miss him driving me crazy as well. And Teddy...I'm done with your hair for the moment and sorry as well. I um...couldn't help myself and I put some ribbons and bows in your hair and on your tail as well."

"Ellie! Why not just paint my nails, add more bows to all of me and even put green charm bracelets on me as well. Its bad enough that I have to go shoe shopping with you and even have to try them on for you at the same time. For that matter, you might as well put green dresses on me and make me start wearing them. Plus make Alver look cuter with ribbons and bows like me! Wait...that not what I mean...to say."

"Its too late my cute little Teddy bear that will look soo cute wearing green dresses and... Oh I can't wait to see how you look wearing baby clothing as well. Because now you just lit a fire underneath me and now I really want to do all those things and more."

"Me and my big mouth... Vey well then. I might as well go along with it because if I don't... You'll just use your sad green kryptoniting boohoo eyes on me anyways."

"I promise you'll look real cute when I finished Teddy. But first, I'm gonna do up Alver and make her look cute. In fact, I thing I'll use my colorful rainbow ribbons and bows on her!" squeaked Ellie

Well a few minutes later, Ellie was right. Alver did look cuter with Ellie's colorful rainbow ribbons and bows on her. Not too much, but just the right amount and they really looked good on Alver. Like...show quality in a dog show and I was surprised that Eleanor didn't add more to her. But she didn't and little did I know, Brittany would add some stuff to Alver when she was sleeping. And in a way...Alver was filling a void up that had been missing this whole time. Or that, it gave all of us something else to occupy our minds with...with our missing family member being gone...so long.

"Come on Teddy and let the poor thing sleep. We'll have plenty of time to bond and play with Alver in the morning. Besides I don't think she's going anywhere right now.

"All right I'm coming. I just was hoping to spend a little bit more time with her for a little bit longer." 'Man...This is the strangest feeling that...that I'm getting right now and I don't know why. Why do I have this feeling that she's always been part of my life? I get the same feeling that I get from Simon and the girls. So again...why do I get this triplet feeling that I'm getting off of Alver. I just wish I understood why I'm getting that feeling.'

"Teddy... Just put a blanket over her and then you can come back later when I'm finished with you."

'WOW... Theodore really doesn't want to leave her there. But then again...I'm getting... I'm getting the same feeling that I get from my sisters... The same feeling that twins feel and... It's like a family bound that we all share. So again...where did she really come from and...I can see this is no ordinary dog. Because she's gotta be the world's smallest black German Shepperd ever and she's even a munk-sized black German Shepperd with big long ears.'

So when we started to leave, I somehow felt better about putting a blanket over her. But why did I? Well I don't know why yet and maybe it's because I want her to feel like a real family member. Anyways we were on our way to the other extra spare bedroom that Dave has in the house. The same bedroom that mom uses when she comes for stay and sometime one of girls bedroom when they want a short break from each other. We still have the girl's tree house in the front yard. But...it hasn't been used since the day that my brother went missing. So When I saw Simon, I decided to give him a complement about his... new fashionable stuff that he had on.

"Hey Simon. I just love your new accessory that you have on your tail and in your long hair. Now all you need is a blue dress to go with them including getting your nails painted blue and getting your ears pierced.." I said with a tease with a slight giggle for fun.

"Theoooo... You're not helping and...never mind. You already got your ears pierced because..."

"Simon," said Jeanette that was calling from down the hallway before she started walking to see Ellie and me. "Where did you go? Because we're not done with our experiment yet and we have more to do."

"Great...I gotta hide before she finds..."

"He's over here trying to hide in the linen closet Jeanette," I said cutting Simon off and pointing to the closet as Jeanette was getting closer and closer to us.

"Traitor!... I can't believe you sold me out like that Theo!"

"Actually Simon, I'm just repaying you back when you sold me out that last time when I was trying to hide from Ellie and how she wanted to take me shopping with her... And now you know how it feels being sold out."

"..." 'Great...and I guess I shouldn't have seen this coming along,' Thought Simon.

"And while you're doing your scientific experiment with Simon," said Eleanor to Jeanette as she was standing with us. "You really should try putting a blue dress, get his nails painted bright blue and get his ears triple pierced with blue earrings and maybe blue charm bracelets as well. In fact, he'd look cute with them on and I bet...you and Simon are about the same size as each other and he probably would look super to sooo cute wearing some of your purple dresses that you have in your closet. And you know what else Jeanette...you should get him to try on your Purple Easter Satin Dress with Flower Embroidery on lavender fabric as well...that you wear for Sunday church."

"..." KARMA! Will you stop already and I get the message loud and clear...And good God I can't win with either one of them right now,' Thought Simon as he listened to the girls and his brother talk.

"OOOH! Great Idea Ellie!" said Jeanette that was getting very excited about the Idea of Simon wearing dresses and looking cute to her. "Can't wait to try that. So come on Simon and let's continue our experiments."

"Ellie! I can't believe you would even...say that," said Simon.

"That's for selling me out the last time when Theo wanted to take me to see the... 'Talking teddy' movie plus do a few other stops as well. And by the way Teddy, the movie was...um...'fine' to see. It just...had lots of Talking Teddy in it."

'What's so bad about seeing the Talking teddy movie? Because I thought it was a great movie to see,' thought Theodore.

"Wow! Now I'm doomed for and might as well get used to wearing dresses for a while...and the next time that either one of you want to hid, I'll definitely help hide you guys no matter what."

"Hey guys..." Said Brittany as she came walking up to her sisters feeling little badly about herself. "Before guys you go. I um...wanna say...I'm sorry about what I said earlier today," Said Brittany while fidgeting with her hands.

"Oh come here Brittany and get a hug from your sister. Because we still love you and all. But for now...we just need a little break from you," said Jeanette.

"Jeanette's right Brittany and we'll talk about it in the morning as sisters."

"Ok guys," said Brittany feeling a little bit better. "And I kinda overhead about what you said Ellie and you're right. Simon would look soo cute wearing the dresses with the works for now and for a while." And soon the three girls giggled among themselves endlessly of the thought of the boys wearing dresses to school and every where they go.

"..." 'Isn't anything good in this house?' thought Simon.

"Say Britt, would you like to help me do up Simon's nails with me."

"Sure... That's if it's all right to do so and...I'll even do up yours while I'm at it," said Brittany to Jeanette before looking at her little sister.

"You can do mine up in the morning while we talk it out, ok Brittany. But not right now because I'm gonna be busy with Teddy and giving him...somewhat of a makeover." Said Eleanor and wanting to be with her bestest friend.

"Ok it's a deal" said Brittany giving her little sister a hand shake. "By the way, where is the...munk-sized black German Shepperd. And does he or she need to go outside and maybe do his or her thing?"

"Actually," said Eleanor. "It's a her and she already came with a name. As for going outside right now, she's sound asleep, sleeping with a blanket over her. That's because Teddy thought that she might sleep better. Anyways you three should go see her and find out what her name is for yourselves. And yes the name will be shocking when you see it, but remember what you see will be her name no matter what you think or any of us think."

"I understand Ellie and again...I'm sorry." Said Brittany as I watched Brittany give her little sister a hug.

With that being said, Brittany, Simon and Jeanette all went down stairs to look at the munk-sized black German Shepherd. And they too were all shocked to see the name Alver on her name tag. So again...why Alver and they got the same feeling that me and Eleanor got. That something really bad and morally wrong happened to her? In fact, all three of them spent a few minutes with her and trying to make her feel like a family member.

As promised, Brittany helped with Simon's nails and she even painted Jeanette's nails as well. While they waited for their nails to dry , Brittany and Jeanette talked for a few minutes before leaving Simon and Jeanette so they can continue to do there scientific experiment and I can only imagine how Simon is now feeling right now. But that's karma for you and because Simon would tease me from time to time whenever Eleanor took me shopping. As for me...I was sitting down and waiting for my nails to dry. Eleanor even put cute green little charm bracelets around my wrist and ankles...plus she made sure I couldn't really remove them on my own and not without getting help to remove them.

So I was going to be stuck with having to wear green charm bracelets around both of my wrist and ankles for a while and I was starting to get antsy from having to sit so long. So Eleanor gave me a short break and I took full advantage of it. I then went to see Simon and to see how he was doing and well... I couldn't help but to giggle and laugh at him. I had to admit, he really did look cute what he had on and Simon only just gave me a 'don't you dare glare' look in return. I then left Simon and Jeanette and went to see Alver. When I did, Brittany was sitting, petting Alver and talking softly about some private stuff that she still had on her mind. I then decide to make some noise upstairs. But not loud enough that would wake Alver up.

After I did, Brittany then turned around with her face being a little red from embarrassment after seeing me just stranding in the hallway. She then smiled and thanked me for letting her know that someone was nearby. Her smile soon grew more and more when she saw me with my charm bracelets and painted nails. It was like someone had lit a fire underneath her and Brittany came to me and simply gave me a hug and thanked me for the inspection before speaking up.

"Theodore...thank you for the inspection that you just gave me and... I know you can speak dog language. So...if Alver really doesn't like what she has on in the morning. Tell her that...I'll pay for her to get all groomed up with the works, the way she wants and such. I'll even pay for whatever charm bracelets she would like to have. That's if she wants charm bracelets or even getting her nails painted. Also tell her that I... I um... would like to spend some quality time in doing up her nails or anything that she would really like to do, or with me. But however, it would be very helpful if I know what color she would really like having on her and not forced her to have something that she doesn't like. So... Can you do that for me. ...(sited)... actually Theo, nevermind."

"I know what you're saying Brittany and I also know you miss having a partner in crime... By the way Brittany, Alvin... He really did liked you, you know. But he just had a harder time trying to show it to you. And I guess...you and Alvin were like the yin and yang to each other. The two dynamic duo that always had to outdo each other somehow. Plus he also showed it with his pranks...even when you got mad at him for it. And Brittany, we will find my brother again someday. So don't ever give up. Ok?"

"Oh Theo..." She then started crying on my shoulder because of just how much she has miss having her partner in crime. (Namely my brother.) And I know it has been very hard on her for the last few years. And in a way, she kinda has lost heart, spirit and spark on stage and has been lost when she is singing. But mostly, Alvin was her rock and she really missed having him there. "Your right Theo, because I can't give up now and I'll be very nice to Alver when I do up her nails and put charm bracelets around her wrist...ankle...PAWS.. For that matter, I might end up sleeping with her down here and I'll make sure she is very comfortable all night."

"I'll tell Alver how you really feel and how you like spend some quality time with her... So if you... I'll see you in the morning Brittany and I better get going before Ellie hunts me down and takes me to her teepee." 'I just know I'm going to wind up wearing dresses for a while and whatever else Ellie wants me to put on, or try on.'

"Thanks Theo...And tell Ellie That I really look forward in...Talking and spending some girl time with her in the morning. Ellie will understand what I'm trying to say and Theo...Thanks for the talk because it really helped you know."

With that being said, Brittany went upstairs, got a few pillows and blankets...and her other stuff as well. The first thing I saw was Brittany smiling and giggling again when she was painting Alver's nails. And which I haven't seen her do that for quite some time and it was good to sees that again. Next came Brittany's favorite hot pink charm bracelets that she had and she even cut them up so they would fit on Alver paws better. Brittany did that so the charm bracelets wouldn't slip off. when finished, she even put a small pillow under Alver's head and covered both of themselves up for the night. And I thought...

'Wow...Brittany really was serious and she even destroyed her own favorite hot pink charm bracelets just for Alver to have. Now that something special siting right there and I guess Brittany really needs this kind of bonding... In fact, we all do.'

As I went back upstairs to get more torturing done to me...well maybe not torturing for say. I just know it's not gonna be fun and I was right. I went back to the bedroom with the teepee in it.

"Oh there you are Teddy and you got lucky because of how late it became. So I guess you don't have to try on any costumes or any dresses for me tonight," said Eleanor.

"..." 'Yes... I'm off the hook and in the clear again. So no more of this...torturing,' Thought Theodor.

"But however Ted, I got a much better idea on how we can have fun tonight. I'll just dress you up as a baby and I'll make you look soo cute after I'm done. Then in the morning...we'll play dress-up and you'll look cute with the works. So...what do you think of those Idea's Teddy?"

"..." 'I knew it was to good to be true and I wish...the girls were back together again.'

"See, I knew you'd like them. So lets get you all done up and looking soo cute with the works before its bed time. When I'm finished making you look so cute as a baby... You then can go to bed."

'Whoopsie...just what I always wanted to be. Being dressed up as a really baby before bedtime. OH GOD I sure hope Brittany and Eleanor have that long talk in the morning. Then Eleanor can...finally leave me be for a while,' thought Theodore.
