The sun was slowly getting brighter as it reclaimed the horizon from it's sister, the moon went to rest as her shadow was engulfed by the morning shine.
The city of magnolia was starting to get a move as citizen wake for either a job, a guild, or any other activates. shifting the focus near strawberry street stood the apartment of one lucy heartfilia, who was sound asleep.
The blonde was sorta of a mess with her hair in a frenzy and a small drool leaking at the edge of her bottom lip.
The feeling of pressure on her stomach woke the princess, she sat up and yawned stretching her joints with a click. she blankly stared with squinted orbs at her desk, she started to rub the sleep from her eyes to clear her vision.
she paid mind at her lower half, and noticed an arm being draped over herself. she was about yell in shock before having the events of yesterday returning again, having compose herself, she looked over to her left nearing the edge of her bed was a pink-haired sleeping dragonslayer.
After comforting him from his worries that he had kept because of his previous nature, he was able to let those form into his tears as he cried away. Last night felt unreal to see natsu with tears, it looked painful even for her who wasn't even crying she always saw such a smile from the dragonslayer or his toothy grin but last night...
She almost felt weak when he was crying, it was something unusual for her to see from natsu, he had been sad or angry, but to see him crying well, it hit different. She never thought that natsu would ever care about being smart, but to know that he felt insecure of what he is called sometimes made her wanna apologize, it's not that natsu is dumb to her, he really isn't she knew that. He is kind and innocent almost like a child sometimes, he does lack the brain power, but he never lacked heart.
But right now seeing his precious face, asleep beside her. His face without that same cracked image she saw last night, it fluttered her heart. It's not a lie that she loved him very much, but for awhile she feared of ever saying anything for two reasons.

Because well, he was dense he was very very dense. even now, after that hole incident with the mountain which they still dont have an idea on how to cure poly just said to hell with it.

Well, everyone loves him. To be more precise the woman of fairy tail loved him, why because it's a harem book of course. Okay okay dont hit me geez, because he is loyal, natsu plus betrayal equals none existent.
But more or less, he was the heart and soul of fairy tail. of course to some not all, but out of everything he was natsu. of course now they might have a different one because of his stupidity. But the truth is, it's his stupidity that makes him such a loving and almost relatable person, if you were to cut the property damage part then very much relatable.
Lucy continued her gaze at the relaxed salamander, as his breathing was soft his chest heaving lightly as he was inhaling. the princess slowly leaned in and plant a soft smooch on his forehead.
She softly whispered into his ear 'I love you' Natsu caught that even in his state, and a small blush covered his cheeks.
Lucy sat up right, the memories of yesterday played like a jukebox.
In the arms of the knight of fairy tail was a sleeping natsu, who passed out not along after crying.
Lucy watched as the great titania soothed the beast into a slumber, the scene itself told volumes of the love erza had for him, just her soft expression and loving caress onto his hair was beautiful. Although lucy should feel jealous as the man she liked was in the arms of another woman, she didn't mind, seeing as to how every fairy tail maiden would look at the dragon it couldn't be more obvious that he was popular with ladies, even though none would ever admit that to him but hey if you can make cana like a man you have the deck she wants, heh deck.. whoa lucy dont go there.
"You like him dont you?" Lucy broke the thin ice, which in response nearly made the scarlett drop the person in her arms, well chest if you wanna be more precise.
"Wh-Wha!? n-no! i dont, i dont know why you would assume that!" Her voice went a pitch higher as she tried to deny her very much blatant lie.
"Erza, there is nothing wrong with liking him. i mean who doesn't." She smiled at the red-head.
"We-Well, like... is a very strong word."
"So you love him."
"N-NO!"
"You're pretty bad at lying erza.."
Lucy's eyes expanded ten folds, as erza became cartoonish with her head the size of a mountain and her mouth becoming a maw with her canines.
"YOU WILL STOP THIS BEFORE I-"
"I'M SO SORRY I WONT TELL ANYONE!" Lucy panicked as she waved her hands in a defensive demeanour.
As the air of silence aura took over, lucy and erza only paid attention at one man, his sweet face as he was snoring softly his nose twitching by the breeze that's blowing.
"Why not we make a harem?" Lucy suggested just like the night out of the blue.
"H-Harem..? as in..? like one man and...?" Erza was having a mind-break down as her face was burning with color.
"Yes, like one of you're novels." Lucy finished for the scarlet-haired princess.
Erza was staring into another dimension, as she was thinking about the idea, the scenes of her novels played her in mind making her entire body red with steam coming out of her ears. She had battle of self conflict Erza the knight of manners vs Erza the naughty crimson of desires.
Lucy was watching erza become a tomato as each send passes, is she... shaking..?
Erza cleared her throat after retrieving her composure, and carried natsu in a bridal style. much to the stifled giggles that were trying to leave the sealed lips of the princess, the knight in many armors carrying the salamander. What kind of fairy tale would that be."Lets talk more about it at your place." Erza suggested. Lucy was surprised, but was happy that she was considering to talk about, but the princess of zodiac couldn't help herself and jabbed one more at erza.
"I said built a harem, not you getting married." Erza froze, lucy ran for it as the erupt roar of raging embarrassment filled the night.
"LUCY YOU BETTER HOPE YOU LIVE!!"

Luckily for lucy, she lived although that was only because she reached her apartment. after erza had cool down they had the conversation of 'The hareming'
Both girls respected the idea, of course needing the lead girl but that was up to natsu on who he'd choose, though he might play the nice guy card and say they all are in there own way, his queens...
Lucy was flushed just by the thought, of course this is up to natsu if he would want it, and if he did, who would be in it is completely up to chance and who natsu would want, or would want natsu.
She just hopes, it doesn't go anywhere to just random females but she highly doubted that thought, natsu is like a rich person, he has taste for finer things mostly the guild and fighting.
The sound of shuffling removed lucy from her thoughts, and looked back at the pink-dragon who was starting to stir awake from his wonderful slumber.
Natsu begun to stir, his eyes lifting heavily as it tried refusing the morning and go back to the abyss of peace, but.
He wasn't familiar with his surrounding's though his head was laying on something soft and nice, his arm draped across..?
Natsu suddenly aware that there was another person beside him, and is he on a bed?
His sleeping state was replaced with shock, natsu looked over her body, and when he reached the chest area he immediately looked up at the person.
"L-Lucy..?" He stuttered as his body relaxed, his nose catching her scent tension was put to rest as he now remembered yesterday, he passed out after crying.
"Where is erza." He asked, as the last he remember was the scarlet-haired knight holding him till fatigued washed over him and then blank.
"She went home of course, why would she stay at me house." Lucy smiled as her fingers ran through his rough sleeping hair.
"Oh.. How did i even get here? did you carry me..?"
"No, erza did. We had something to talk about." Natsu purred slightly as felt his body react to the blonde princess playing with his hair.
Lucy smiled seeing the dragonslayer enjoying her touches, she used her nails to give him a ticklish sensation which did wonders as his body quivered with pleasure.
The two stayed together like that, lucy just playing and receiving positive reactions such as a low growl that made her giggle.
"You're so cute sometimes.." She whispered that to herself, but natsu caught that with his abnormal hearing that came as a side passive of his slaying powers though he might have the strongest hearing and smelling out of all dragonslayers even thw worst motion sickness.
"Meow." He jokingly sounded like a cat which made lucy bust out laughing and smacked him gently across the face for being such a goofball.
"We should get up, dont wanna be late for the guild." Lucy shined him an adorable smile that made his heart race like time was against him.
natsu looked around the room, he found that something was missing.
"Lucy, did you see happy?"
"Uhm, no? why?"
Natsu could only smack his palm directly on his forehead, he forgot about the blue exceed because of yesterdays events..
Yesterday...
Natsu blushed but also cursed himself for looking so pathetic, it's not like him being stupid bothered him, it was just... it felt... it, it was the just moment he was in. While he did wish he was abit smarter, he never knew he would be so upset over being.. him..
A gentle graze brought him back to reality.
Lucy had the back of her hand caressing the side of his cheek with a small smile, her eyes held warmth of one angel, and her sight made the negative of yesterday's memories vanish.
And spoke with a small tune that reassured him, natsu dragneel that he is not stupid, and his stupidity will never be the reason of why he will be alone, because he never will be, lucy swore no matter what he has done even the worst of the worst she will make sure, she promised.
Natsu will not be alone.
Somewhere near the lake, sat a blue exceed with bones of fish, but dead not so freshly fish was still cascading down the stack he had hunted yesterday.
"I-I Will not, quit..." Said the sleeping cat, who had a fish in it's mouth half eaten.
Oh happy, what are you doing. Is it worth it for this? will carla finally notice you?

The walk to the guild was peaceful as the streets were now starting to fill with the citizen's of magnolia.
As they reached the guild doors, natsu looked over at the celestial wizard who nodded with a smile.
As he pushed the doors with his arms instead of kicking it.
The dragon and the wizard walk into a bar.
"Hey good morning gu-"

Half way near passing out was the dragonslayer who had been smacked by a bucket by the early morning guild brawl, everyone paused looking at the direction of the door.
"N-Natsu!" Lucy shouted, at the positioning he gracefully and painfully fell into
His arm that was frozen stiff, the fingers that were going to wave to his guild mates, was now twitching his face gobsmacked as he struggled with his hand to give a thumbs up.
"G-Goo..." And there he goes.
Mira who was behind the counter could only smile with her eyes closed a hand covering her mouth.
"Oh poor natsu, hmhm." She winked at the wall before snapping her fingers.
