Sheldon runs away on the train at the end of 7.24, what could have happened next?

Six months later
Sheldon woke up at 6.00am in the bedroom he had made for himself in the stock room of the Comic Book Store. He fed the Store cat and then went across the street to the station diner to have his breakfast. After eating, he watched the trains go by for 15 minutes before returning to the store to start another work day.
"Hello there Tucker."
"Good morning Tex, ready for another day selling Comic Books?"
"Absolutely."
"I have your tea ready for you Tex."
"I really lucked out six months ago when you walked into my store and I offered you the job as my assistant. I had never met anyone with such knowledge of Comic Books."
"Glad to be of service to a fellow Texan, OK it is time to open the door, there are some customers waiting to come in..."
Sheldon helped to close the store at 6.00pm, went back to the station diner to eat his evening meal and watched more trains go by. Then he went back to his Comic Book store bedroom to do his real work of the day, Physics!

In Pasadena Amy opened the door of her apartment to see Penny and Bernadette
"There she is Bernie, Hi Ames, we haven't seen you for weeks. Are you OK bestie?"
"Please come in ladies, sorry I have been a stranger. Work has been hard and I must admit that without Sheldon I thought that you wouldn't want me around any more."
"Don't be silly, we are all missing Moonpie, it hasn't been the same without him. Anyway we have a wedding to plan, I can't do it without my maid of honour Amy. Have you got those wedding brochures Bernie?"
"Here they are, can I put them down on this table Amy?..."
