By the way, in case you didn't know, I extended the first chapter, so it has more She-Ra. If you haven't checked it out, I recommend going back before continuing. It's pretty important for the second half of the chapter. I'm going to have two perspectives go on per chapter from now on, so it's going to take longer to release. Now that we got that out of the way, let's get back to the story.
It's still and quiet in the Kraang laboratory. After the spacecraft crashed through the portal, everyone is looking apprehensive, unsure what'll happen next. Meanwhile, within the ship, three individuals are peeking through the window, taking in the situation.
Upon first glance, they look like just regular teenage humans, one male and two females. With closer inspection, these kids look like they came straight out of a children's story. A blonde girl with a red adventurer type outfit, a sparkly wingless fairy, and a boy of bright colors and archery equipment on his back.
"So, what's the plan, Adora," the sparkling one pipes up to the blonde.
"Well, considering that those robots probably didn't open that portal for a good reason, and their overall vibe just screams bad guys, I'd say we should do the usual," Adora analyzes, as she cracks her knuckles.
"Woah, hang on," the archer infers, "we don't know if these guys are actually bad. We should try talking it out first."
"Bow, are you even looking at them," gestures the glittering one.
"Oh, come on, Glimmer," Bow reasons, "how are we going to make friends if we judge everyone on their appearance?"
Glimmer turns. "Adora, help me!"
Adora glances side to side. "I mean, I suppose it's worth a shot."
Glimmer groans. "Fine, but the millisecond they attack, we're doing Adora's plan!"
Bow smiles. "Thanks, Glimmer!"
Glimmer smiles back, but frowns as he walks out.
"I hope he'll be okay..."
Adora touches her shoulder. "Don't worry, we got this!"
This puts the smile back on Glimmer.
As Bow walks out, he puts his arms in the air, with an attempted smile on his face for good measure.
"Hey, y'all wouldn't happen to know where the space repair shop is, would ya?"
At that, all of the androids suddenly started pointing their guns to fire. Bow yelps as he fumbles to get his bow. Immediately, Glimmer teleports right into action.
"Bow," Glimmer shouts.
"I know, I know," Bow rambles, "you told me so."
"I was actually going to say you're lucky that magic exists on this planet," Glimmer corrects, "but 'I told you so' works, too."
Shortly after, Adora rushes out of the ship with a sword in hand.
"For the honor of Grayskull!"
The words barely left her mouth as a blinding flash of light flows throughout the room. As it fades, the Kraang gawk at the new sight.
In Adora's place is a glowing giant woman, with a longer, flowing ponytail, a white, majestic jumpsuit-like piece, and dorning a shiny golden crown with matching golden accents displayed on the rest of the outfit.
"Aw, yeah," Bow whoops.
Glimmer cheers. "It's She-Ra time!"
After this unexpected demonstration, the Best Friends Squad gets right down to business. She-Ra starts smashing robots while transforming her sword when she feels like it. Glimmer utilizes her sorcery to wipe them out of her way. Bow uses his wide of archery ammunition to penetrate the steel of these droids.
Eventually, the group starts making team attacks. She-Ra launches Bow up into the air, who starts shooting down from midair, stopping Kraang from sneak attacking Glimmer. She then teleports up to grab Bow to give him a safe landing, and bashes some bots overwhelming She-Ra. She-Ra turns her sword into a rope, and she and Glimmer grab both ends to spin around, knocking out multiples at once.
However, despite how they taken out, more Kraang keep coming. Things seem desperate until Bow gets an idea.
"Adora, Glimmer, cover for me!"
She-Ra and Glimmer surround Bow as he sits down, fending off any oncoming synths. He rummages through his quiver, holding all sorts of unidentifiable trinkets.
As Bow digs several pieces out, he attaches them an electronic pad. More and more Kraang kept filing into the base, making it more difficult for the defending duo.
Glimmer grunts. "Bow, whatever you're doing, can you please hurry up?!"
Not a second after this outburst, Bow leaps up. "Got it!"
As he presses a button, a shock wave emits throughout the area. As the electricity touches them, the Kraang fall over. At the same time, these tentacled, brain-shaped blobs omit from the mechanical suits, generating deafening squeals. The gang covers their ears as they wait for the sound to die down.
"Well, you don't see that every day," Glimmer notes.
"Good job, Bow," She-Ra congrats, "now let's get out of here!"
Bow's eyes widen. "Wait, what?! But what about the ship?!"
"We can come back for it later," She-Ra reasons, "right now, we need to move it before whatever those things are come back on!"
"I agree with Adora," votes Glimmer, "besides, didn't Entrapta program Darla so we can practically summon her at will?"
Bow points at the wrecked ship. "The navigations system got broken down during the crash, but I get the point. Let's go!"
However, as the squad make their way to the exit, Bow catches something in the corner of his eye. Halfway buried under rubble and severely bruised, Donatello slouched against the wall, completely unconscious.
"Guys," Bow calls, "hang on!"
Glimmer huffs with frustration. "Bow, we don't have time for this!"
"Someone's injured," retorts Bow.
She-Ra glances around the room. "Yeah, the weird alien things we were beating up two minutes ago."
"No, over here!"
Glimmer and She-Ra's eyes dilate at the gruesome sight.
"Well, at least he's alive," Glimmer evaluates.
Adora puts her hands on Donatello. As she closes her eyes, their bodies become outlined with golden light. Her sword floats into the air, and the light illuminates the space. As it fades, it becomes evident that most of his wounds have been healed. Donatello coughs and looks at She-Ra.
"Oh, no," he moans, "I'm dead, aren't I?"
She-Ra chokes. "No, you're alive. I just healed you."
Donny attempts to get up, then winces.
"Yeah, that explains why I still feel pain."
"She-Ra can heal most of the serious stuff," Glimmer explains, "but it's still going to take some for a full recovery."
Bow nods. "Believe me, I know from personal experience."
As they talk, Donatello takes in his surroundings. "Wait, who are you people? What's a She-Ra? How did you get in here, or find this place? What happened to the Kraang? Did the portal get shut off? And where did the spaceship come from? Hang on, why aren't you guys freaking out?!"
"Okay, introductions," Bow concludes, "I'm Bow, this is Glimmer and Adora, but she is known as She-Ra when she looks like...this."
Glimmer is growing impatient. "Can this wait until later? We got to get out of here the robots come back-"
Suddenly, an army of Kraang burst through the doors and envelopes the quad, aiming laser guns on all sides.
"-on," she finishes.
"The one known as the turtle known as Donatello, and the ones that have intruded this place, submit to our place known as the holding cell, or you will be submitted to the place known as the holding cell by the might of Kraang."
The trio looks confused as Donatello face palms.
"Guys, meet the Kraang, aliens from another dimension trying to invade the Earth. Kraang, meet..."
"The Best Friends Squad," announces Bow, "and we were just leaving."
The Kraang process this. "Very well. The ones who wish to be called 'the Best Friends Squad', as well as the one known as the turtle known as Donatello, will now be removed from this place that they're currently residing in, otherwise known as life."
However, as the Kraang aim at the quad, they get abruptly cut off as two figures drop from the ceiling.
"Sorry, Kraang," mocks Leonardo, "but the ones known as the Best Friends Squad and the ones known as the turtles are going to-"
"Leo, can you try practicing your Kraang impression til after we get out?"
Leonardo looks sheepish. "Sorry, April. Let's move!"
After that bumble, he drops a smoke bomb. Just like that, the newly formed allies have disappeared from the province.
"Booyakasha!!!!!!"
Three young boys are doing skateboarding tricks on the roofs of Chinatown. Similar to Donatello and Leonardo, two of them are giant mutated turtles with ninja weapons. On the other hand, the third guy looks like a regular kid, with the exception of his sports weapons and hockey equipment.
Eventually, they take a break on top of a building, laughing from all of their stunts.
The turtle with a yellow bandanna pumps his fist. "Oh, yeah, this definitely beats Leo's training!"
"I can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree, Mickey," admits the red bandanna turtle.
Michelangelo gasps and leans toward him. "Really, Raph?!"
Raphael slaps Michelangelo, who yelps and retreats to the other side of the structure.
"Yes, really. And thanks for the idea, Casey."
Casey snickers. "Careful, Raph. You might start going soft."
Raphael rolls his eyes. "The day I go soft is the day Mickey stops eating pizza."
Michelangelo gasps. "Dude!"
Casey glances over. "Oh, come on, Mickey. We all know how low the chances are for either of those things happening!"
Mickey shakes his head and points. "No, look over there!"
In the distance, Super Pal Trio can be seen across rooftops, clearly running from something.
Michelangelo scowls. "They're stealing our thing!"
"And who knows what else," Casey concludes.
Raphael moans. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but let's move!"
As they pull out their weapons, the gang proceeds to follow the outsiders. Eventually, the Trio hides in an alleyway, peeking behind the corner.
Scorpia looks frantically at the street. "Think we lost them?"
Catra squints. "Not sure. I'd say we try to lie low, bide our time. Maybe we can leave without something crazy happening."
"Hey, ladies," Casey quips, "I don't what convention you're going to, but you'll have to refund when we're through with you!"
The group turns, confused and disarrayed, at first. Raphael groans at the comment.
"No, of course it can't be that easy," Catra mutters to herself, then turns to Scorpia and Entrapta. "Ok, guys, time for plan B!"
She pulls out her whip and goes straight for Casey. However, Raphael steps in line, causing her weapon to wrap around his sai. Taking advantage of the situation, Raphael pulls his arms sideways to catapult his feline opponent.
On impulse, Scorpia moves to help, but gets interrupted by a battle and whirling chains. Looking up, she catches one of Michelangelo's nunchucks within her pincers and crushes it. With a yelp, Mickey turns his other nunchuck into a kusarigama, countering the scorpion with slashes and kicks.
After slamming into the wall, Catra transitions to land on top of a closed dumpster. Retracting her claws out, she moves all over the alley, disarraying Raphael in the process. Once she gains the upper hand, she moves up close, knocking the sai out of the turtle's hands, and kicks him across the pavement. With their weapons out of reach, the two red fighters partake in a brutal brawl on a nearby roof.
Meanwhile, Casey Jones is dazed by the chaos unfolding, eying Entrapta warily. For a while, they stand around awkwardly, staring at each other.
Entrapta waves. "Hi!"
Casey is confused by this casualness.
"Umm... hey?" Another moment of silence. "So, are we going to fight?"
"Oh, I don't fight," Entrapta blurts, "that's more of Catra and Scorpia's thing."
Michelangelo overhears. "Woah, you two are named Catra and Scorpia?!! Those are the coolest names I've ever heard! Oww!!"
Scorpia gets flustered. "Oh, sorry. But really? I don't know if it's all that... wow, is it hot out here? Ack!!"
Mickey chuckles nervously. "Oops, sorry bout that."
Casey feels even more disoriented. "Okay, hang on, if you're bad guys, why are you two being so nice?"
"Oh, we're not bad guys," Scorpia explains as she casually holds Mickey by his arm, " I mean, not anymore. There was this one time in the Horde where we were sort of... wait, aren't you bad guys?"
"No way, Scorpette," Michelangelo reacts, "we're like superheroes around here!"
Entrapta tilts her head. "So does this mean you don't work for the skeleton dog?"
"Skeleton dog?" Mickey's face lights up.
"Ohhh, you mean Rahzar! Yeah, that guy's a jerk!"
"Well, if you guys aren't with him, and neither are we," Entrapta ponders, "it would make the most sense to stop fighting, right?"
Everyone mutters in agreement to this conclusion.
"Alright. Then we should probably stop Catra and the angry amphibian before they break a window or something."
Casey scratches her head. "You mean Raphael?"
Mickey's eyes dilate. "Oh, yeah! We forgot to introduce ourselves!"
Entrapta snaps, using her hair like two fingers. "Oh, yeah! How rude of me. My name is Entrapta!"
"Ahahaha-I don't get it. Anyway, my name is Michelangelo, and this is Casey Jones."
Suddenly they hear a distant crash.
"Okay, now we really need to get going," Casey stresses.
As the newfound team maneuver to find the violent duo, the werewolf figure spots them alongside robotic ninja.
Rahzar chuckles. "Ah, perfect. The trespassers and the turtles in the same place. Now I can crush them both at once."
Hey, sorry it took so long to make this. I suffered a two-week writing block, plus other factors. Rest assured, I promise I will not leave this story incomplete, as I know how annoying that can be on a personal level. However, keep in mind that I'm doing this for fun, so don't expect consistency in updates. With the first chapter, I updated the two POV's of chapter separately, for I didn't know what I was doing. But, from now on, I'll only release the chapter when it's completed. If you don't know what I'm talking about, good. Also, I decided to have magic work in this cause there were points in TMNT where magic did happen, like that one ghost guy that tried to take April's essence or something. Anyway, thanks for reading. I hope you enjoyed.
