In the early years of their daughter's life, both Mebuki and Kizashi kept a close watch on her for any changes as Master Zetsu advised them.
At first, they were relieved to find out that what happened to their daughter was no accident, but they still felt angry all the same at Zetsu for subjecting their daughter to an experiment.
Now, all they need is to observe Sakura.
So far their daughter is acting like any other girl her age.
However, it is only when Sakura reaches the age of six that they start noticing her speaking to someone that they can't see. That's when they begin to ask their daughter questions about her invisible friends.
Yes, friends. Not one friend but many.
"Who are you talking to dear?" Mebuki asks her daughter one day.
"I'm talking to my friend, Mom." Her daughter replied.
"Who is it? What is his or her name? Can you describe him to me?" Mebuki probes further out of curiosity.
For certain, this needs to be reported to Master Zetsu so that the creature can teach Sakura about her possible bloodline limit.
"His name is Clark Kent, Mom. He is six years old just like me. And he has black hair and blue eyes. He also says he comes from America."
"America?" Mebuki says in surprise.
She knows without a doubt that the person that her daughter is speaking to is not from their world. So she prods her daughter further.
"How are you able to bring him here and speak to him, dear?"
"So you believe me then, Mom? You really believe that I am speaking to someone even though you can't see them?"
"Yes, Sakura. I believe you."
"Oh...I'm glad you believe me, Mom.. Because Ino and the rest won't believe me at all when I told them about Clark and the others. They said that Clark and my other friends are not real." Her daughter says in sadness.
"I'm sorry to hear that, Sakura. But you don't need to worry about the other children as long as your father and I believe you…So how are you able to bring this person and talk to them, Sakura? What did you do first to call on them?"
Mebuki watches as her daughter brightens up.
"They come from my dreams of a different world, Mom!" Her daughter chirps. "As for how am I able to do it? All I did was imagine them and call them by their full names. Then, they will come to me."
"That's it? You just imagine them and call their names and they will just appear in front of you? When did this start happening exactly?"
"It happened three days ago, Mom when no one wants to play with me at the playground after I was being bullied by Amane. That's when I remembered my dream and accidentally called Clark."
"I see…" She says contemplatively. "Does your friend, Clark, have powers?"
Mebuki watches as Sakura glances to the side and murmurs something to her invisible friend.
"Should I tell her?" She manages to hear what her daughter says.
And just by listening to her remark, Mebuki already knows that her daughter's friend has power, especially when Sakura is conferring with him to reveal his secret or not.
Mebuki observes when Sakura nods her head at her invisible friend before her daughter faces her again.
"He says I can tell you the truth Mom. Clark Kent has super hearing, but that's what he notices so far. He says he is not certain what other things he can do since he is still six years old and he is afraid to do more than that."
"It's fine, dear. And Sakura...Can you tell your friend to be careful and not to take risky experiments? Because he is still young and he shouldn't worry about his other powers when he still has more years to discover them."
"He hears what you are saying Mom," Sakura assures her. "And he says 'thank you for your concern.'"
"Tell him he is very welcome and I am sure he will become powerful when he grows up."
"I am confident that he will too, Mom!" Sakura says with a tinge of excitement.

.
When Sakura dreams, she catches glimpses of another world. Sometimes the world looks the same as her own world, but other times, it is different from her own. So much different. Like her friend's, Clark Kent's, world.
She still recalls the day when she met him. The day when she imagined him into being.
That day Sakura had been sitting on the swing at the playground and remembering her dreams when she had wished for Clark Kent to be real. Because she had been feeling alone and just wanted someone to play with after being shunned by the other children due to her large forehead.
Imagine her surprise, when the boy materialized out of thin air accompanied by a burst of white light and a summoning circle.
"Where am I?" was the boy's first question when Sakura called him the first time.
They were still in the children's playground when it happened and Sakura had been stunned to see the boy from her dreams come to life.
Afterward, she had been too confused to do anything but watch the boy look around his surroundings before she decided to introduce herself to him.
"Hello, my name is Sakura," she approached the boy.
At her words, the boy had simply turned towards her and stared.
"Why do you have pink hair?" the boy had blurted out in surprise.
"That's rude," was Sakura's only reply with a scowl on her face.
"I'm sorry!" The boy said, flushing, "I didn't mean to be rude! I was just shocked to see that you have pink hair, that's all!"
"Well, you shouldn't have said that. Now, I don't feel like talking to you at all." Sakura said while crossing her arms in front of her.
"Sorry," the boy said as he rubbed a hand at the back of his neck in obvious embarrassment. "Like I said before, I didn't mean anything by it."
After a while, Sakura had then chosen to forgive him and asked afterward, "What's your name?"
"My name is Clark Kent." the boy replied.
"It's nice to meet you, Kent," she smiled at him shyly.
"The name is Clark. Kent is my family name," the boy clarified.
Sakura frowned before she said, "Oh, ok. It's nice to meet you, Clark. My name is Sakura."
"It's nice to meet you too, Sakura."
At first, she had assumed that the burst of light was just her imagination and Clark Kent was just a boy from a shinobi clan who was able to appear in front of her due to some clan secrets.
However, when Clark suddenly asked, "Where is this place?" That was when Sakura realized that Clark Kent was not from Konoha and he was no ordinary boy, especially when the kids in the playground started pointing at her and mocking her for talking to herself.
Sakura thought of him as a figment of her imagination at first until her parents revealed to her the truth of her abilities.
When she dreams, she always seems to follow the lives of people who have potential. People who will become powerful one day. People whom she can rely on for help, like Clark Kent or Peter Parker or the others whom she has seen and spoken to.
The friends whom she has been calling non-stop when she learned about her powers. However, Sakura's parents have warned her not to reveal this power to anyone, so she hadn't and only called upon her invisible friends when only her parents were around.
At the moment, Sakura is speaking to her blonde friend who loves to theorize about her capabilities.
"I have a theory that you are only able to summon people near your age range because you are still young and you haven't grown accustomed to your powers yet. However, when you have increased your power threshold, I am certain that you are able to summon people who are more powerful or older than you. At the moment, you are only able to call those who are close to you in strength and intellect," the seven year old boy, Namikaze Minato, says to her while they are out playing in the backyard.
"Maybe you are right on that," Sakura mutters as she looks at the blonde boy. "Because I can't seem to successfully call Uchiha Madara or Senju Hashirama that one time. When they did appear in front of me, they simply vanished within minutes, not hours...It's probably because they are years older than me when I called them."
"How old were they?" Minato asks her curiously.
"I don't know. I believe around ten years old or more."
"Have you tried imagining them as younger than that when you called them?"
"No,"
"Perhaps you should try that first."
"Ok," Sakura nods her head.
"Why don't you try calling one of them now?" Minato suggests.
"While you are still here?" She asks, frowning.
"Yes," Minato said. "Judging from your comment, I assume that you haven't tried calling more than one of us at the same time?"
"Yes, I haven't tried."
"Maybe this is as good a time as any to try something new. Or you can take me back and you can summon either one of the previous Kages. It's really up to you."
"I think I want to try something new. I want to summon another person from a different world."
"Who is it going to be?"
"I want you to meet Clark Kent."
"Oh, the one you first summoned?"
"Yes,"
"Well, that's a good start. Perhaps we can try him first but we can only hope that nothing bad happens."
"Let's hope so..."
"Ok, go ahead and call him. Do what you normally do to summon him."
"Alright. Here it goes," Sakura says as she closes her eyes and starts concentrating on summoning her other friend.
