Hello. I've come back with another chapter, but I wanted to clear up some things first;

If you found bits of the first chapter kinda confusing, I'm just replacing parts of the movie plot with a plot of my own.

Strictly speaking, I know it's not that great, but I believe that's what Reviews are for. Please let me know your opinion, and I'll try to rectify my mistakes so that the story is up to your taste(s).

The confusing bits will be explained as we go on with the story, so please don't give up on me as of yet(LOL, jk).

And I know that this story is pretty much the same as the movie, but there will be a lot of differences you'll come across in the later chapters.

Oh, and before I forget; thank you guys so much for the wonderful reviews I got for It's all worth it! Meant a lot to me.

I don't own Kaichou wa Maid Sama! or any of its characters.

Training was hard work. Especially if you were training to become a cop.

15 years later...

She had saved up enough to enter the recruitment program. But turns out, money wasn't all that was needed.

You had to be a male, too.

Well, they hadn't mentioned that females weren't allowed, per se, but with all the furtive glances and downright staring, she couldn't help but think that way. Misaki found herself to be the only female trainee in the entire campus; which was supposedly terrifying, but with her blinding determination, the disapproval shining in the others' eyes went unnoticed.

Her focus, thankfully, was rooted on the trainer, who, with a whistle hanging around his neck, was listing, or more like reciting, the rules they had to abide by; as if he'd done so for years now.

"Well be having tests to see your strength, endurance, and agility. We have sections based on the different environments you might find in the big city when you qualify; that is, if you qualify. There's the desert and tundra..."

Misaki hung onto every word the man said, not noticing that he kept glancing at her during his tirade with questioning looks.

"...Now go!"

All the trainees gathered around the grounds, ready to make their mark.

Tiresome.

Painful.

Sore.

Losing in all the tests sure gave her a sting.

Not that it would deter her, of course.

Because she would train hard and pass these tests, because she wouldn't accept any other outcome. Not if her life depended on it.

"I am proud to announce that, as an outcome of the training initiative, we have the first girl officer, Misaki Ayuzawa, who has the passed the tests with flying colors. And it will be my pleasure, to say that she and the other top 5 trainees have been selected to serve in the heart of Zootopia, in the Zootopia Police Dept."

The Mayor, Richard Walker, kept droning on.

And her parents, being the worrywarts they were, had...well, worried expressions on their faces.

Refraining from smiling was pretty hard. Especially when you've achieved you're dream. Which was quite true in Misaki's case, however uncharacteristic it was.

Anyone who had witnessed Misaki's training would have certainly said she went from being, well, awful, to being no.1 in her class. A stellar improvement .

"Um, , her badge...?"

"Oh, right!"

The short and bubbly Deputy Mayor fumbled around on her person, before producing a badge, which she clicked on to Misaki's uniform. "Congratulations, ."

Misaki bowed her head in acknowledgement, all the while fighting the urge to squeal.

"This has been my dream since I was a kid after all."

"We're gonna miss you Misaki. Take care of yourself in the big city!"

"Yeah, daddy'll -sniff- miss you!"

"Ugh. Sakuya, hold yourself together."

"Right...but will you be okay?"

"Dad, come on. I've been training for this my whole life! And trust me, I know my limits. I'm not a small girl-"

"But Misakiiii! There'll be an enormous population of blonde people!"

"Seriously Dad?"

Her expression was quickly turning into one of irritation.

"They aren't that dangerous anymore."

"No, I think your father's right about that one, Misaki."

"See!"

Her look of indifference turned back to her father. Ignoring it, he continued, "So that's why...I packed a little kit for you! See, there's a chilli spray for the eyes-"

"That might work!", her mother pitched in.

"-a switchblade-"

"If worst comes to worst...", her mother trailed off.

"-and a Taser!"

"Oh, Sakuya! That isn't necessary...", her mother scolded.

"Okay, okay, fine. I will take only, and only, the chilli spray, to keep you from talking. Okay?"

"Yeah, that's great! It's a win on both sides!"

The chime of the train screeching to a halt finished their conversation. She bade all her family goodbye; spotting her dad bursting into tears, and her more composed mother patting his back, rolling her eyes. As the train hooted itself out of the station, she waved one last time; and then proceeded to her seat. Clicking away on her phone, till she came across the song by Tamami, 'Try Everything'.

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh

I messed up tonight
I lost another fight
Lost to myself, but I'll just start again

I keep falling down
I keep on hitting the ground
But I always get up now to see what's next

Birds don't just fly
They fall down and get up
Nobody learns without getting it wrong

I won't give up
No, I won't give in till I reach the end
And then I'll start again
No, I won't leave
I want to try everything
I want to try even though I could fail

I won't give up
No, I won't give in till I reach the end
Then I'll start again
No, I won't leave
I want to try everything
I want to try even though I could fail

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh

With the music blasting in her earphones, Misaki reflected on what she'd done to get herself till here. It sure hadn't been easy...

But she felt herself singing these lines, because it reflected her personality quite well.

Zootropolis was wonderful.

But for a countryside bumpkin like her, this was paradise.

Skyscrapers loomed above her, neatly trimmed bushes and trees lining the pavements. Almost like the skit, except it isn't night-time yet. I wonder how it'll be then...

There were people everywhere, all from different races and countries. She saw a brown-haired man in a business suit, busy talking on the phone; a red-haired woman taking out the trash from a cafe; and so many others, all with varying personalities and their own dreams to chase.

And she was like them, one of them, and she was forever glad that she had chosen to come to the glorious city of Zootopia.

An elderly lady was there to show her to her flat.

"Ohmigosh, you must be the new resident! I'm Satsuki, please feel comfortable to make yourself at home!", she squealed.

Misaki wasn't really sure how to address the older woman, what with the flowers popping out and her dreamy expression. Was this lady really as old as she looked like?

"Um,...thank...you. Uh, could I have my key please?"

Satsuki, who had been staring at Misaki with stars gleaming in her eyes, blinked out of her stupor, and said, "Oh, yes, of course! Here you go!"

Plopping the keys in Misaki's hand, she bounced away, as if she was having a pair of wings attached to her back. Entering the flat with an unsure step, Misaki came up to the table standing on one side of the room, pushed against the wall. Examining the room, she mumbled to herself.

"Dusty walls...rickety bed...-"

"Hey, you shut up!"

"Nah, you shut up!"

"-... crazy neighbors...ooh, I love it!"

Flopping onto the bed, she couldn't help but sigh in relief. I'm finally here...

I realize that Try Everything was, in the movie, sung by Gazelle, but i just replaced her with my own character.

Hope you guys liked it. I'm hoping for a few Reviews too!
