Chapter 2

Fairy Problem

It had just turned nine thirty five, many families had left the carnival as this was when the more wild crowd of young adults came. It was also at this time when the inhabitants of the supernatural realm come to the mortal realm, however they disguised themselves as humans. Humanoid monsters such as vampires and witches where just regular people, were-creatures were in their human form and mythic creatures such as dragons and griffins were now regular ones such as cats and dogs.

Three of these beings that had came into the human world to spend their Halloween were a trio fairies, their names were Jill, June and Jennifer.

Jill was the oldest at 23, she had short blonde hair and blue eyes. In her human disguise, she wore dark blue jeans, a grey jacket and a light blue top that had a green strip around the middle. She was the tallest of the three.

June was the second oldest at 22, she long had long ginger hair and green eyes. She wore a purple hood with yellow writing that said "Magic Night" and black jeans.

Jennifer was the youngest at 21, she had brown hair and eyes. She wore a red dress that had a pattern of orange dots. She was the shortest of the three.

"So girls, which ride should we do first?" June asked her sisters.

"How about The Flight of the Witch? That looks fun." Jill said pointing to a rollercoaster, which had a picture of a wicked witch flying on her broomstick on the entrance sign.

"I personally in favor of Vampire Lair." Jennifer said, looking a walkthrough attraction. The entrance was made to look like a cave with a employee dressed as a vampire.

"Dose that count as a ride?" Jill said teasing her younger sister.

"At least it's not fast." Jennifer said.

"What's wrong with fast rides?" asked the oldest sister.

"Nothing, I prefer slow rides." replied the youngest sister.

"Well as you two continue this entertaining discussion. I'm going to get me some cotton candy." June said before going towards a cotton candy cart. Whilst her sisters continued their chat.

"One please." said June to the man behind the cart.

"Sorry madam but I'm all out." he said.

"Huh, guess a lot of people love cotton candy." she said.

"I wish, my cart was emptied by just one guy and his dog." the man replied.

"He must have be one hungry guy." June said with chuckle.

"You can say that again. Well I've got to get my cart refilled, enjoy the rest of the night." the man said before he left.

"Thanks." June said before returning to her sisters, who were still debating on what counted as a ride.

"It's not exciting enough to be ride" said Jill.

"Just because it's not fast doesn't mean it's not exciting." said Jennifer.

"It does to me." Jill said.

"So are you two just going to be fight or can we go a ride?" June asked cheekily.

"Just as long as it's not too fast." said the youngest of the three.

They began to walk to find a ride they would all agree on. "Hey, I thought you said you getting cotton candy?" Jill asked June.

"They run out. Some guy and his dog ate the cart." June said.

A group of friends had heard the sister's conversation and began to chuckle, which court the three ladies attention.

"Excuse me, what so fun?" June asked the group.

"Oh we were just watching magic show and some guy had snuck his dog in by disguising him as a old lady." a young woman said.

"Then she pretended to do a trick where she had turned the old lady into dog." her boyfriend added.

"Then when someone asked her to change him back, she straight up admits she terrible at magic." another woman said.

"Sounds like we missed a fun show." said Jill.

"Boy, I'll say. The show should have been called "The Hilarious Elizabeth" instead of "The Amazing Elizabeth." said another man.

"E-E-E-excuses me, b-but d-di-d-did you say her name w-w-was E-E-El-Elizabeth." Jennifer asked in a terrified voice.

"Are you ok? You look like you seen a real ghost." a third woman asked.

"Oh she just saw... one of the spider decorations. She had a terrible fear of them." June said, but she know the real reason why her sister was afraid.

"Well, we better her away for that decoration, bye." Jill said as she and her sisters left. When they were out of earshot, they began to discus about the magician.

"You don't think it could be that Elizabeth, do you?" asked June.

"Elizabeth is very popular name. The chances of it be her are a million to one." Jill answered, but she wasn't very confident in her reply.

"But what it is her? What if she's plan something?" Jennifer asked worrying matter.

Jill thought for a sec, before giving her answer. "We better go, just in case."

Just as they were about to leave, they heard a noise form a tent near by.

"That stupid mutt! Ruining my show! I'll get him! I'll get they all!" shouted a woman.

"The sisters looked at each other, before they went over to the tent. They looked inside to see that the woman was Elizabeth, ranting about her humiliation.

"The only trick your good at is making the audience disappear" she said in a mocking tone before returning to her normal angry voice. "They wouldn't know what real magic was even if it blasted them right in the head."

"It's her." Jennifer whispered in horror.

"We have to get out here!" Jill told her sisters urgently, but still only loud enough not to give them away.

They slowly backed away for the tent, but just as they were about to turn they accidentally bumped into a security guard.

"What you three doing back here? This area is off limits to the public." he asked them.

This court Elizabeth's attention. She looked towards the where the guard was and walked over to him.

"What is going on out here!" she asked the guard in a angry tone.

"These ladies snuck in to this area, I'll escorted them out if you want." he asked.

Elizabeth looked the sisters for a moment, she felt as if she had seen them before. As she looked closer she began to recognize them and an evil smile formed on her face.

"These no need to. I'll handle them myself thank you." she said to the guard.

"Are you shore Miss? I can do it no problem..."

"I said I'll do it!" she shouted.

"All right, all right. Jees some people." he said then left. Elizabeth turned to the three Ladies.

"Well, fancy seeing you three here. So much has changed since we last saw each other." the magician said.

"You haven't." Jill said bitterly.

"Now, now Jill let just put the past behind us." Elizabeth replied.

"What are you doing here?" said Jennifer nervously.

Elizabeth chucked "What am I do here? Why I work here, at this perthitic carnival." She gave an evil smile. "But you three are going to change or that."

The siblings slowly backed away as the magician walked toward. Suddenly Elizabeth lunged toward. June though fairy dust into Elizabeth's eyes blinding the her just long enough for the sisters to get a head start in their escape.

Once she got her vision back, Elizabeth run after the trio. When they were far enough and out of sight of the public the three woman transformed into their normal fairy forms and flew away from the carnival, as fast as they could.

Elizabeth reached the fence and looked up into the sky but saw nothing but the night sky. "I'll find those three. They couldn't have gone far." she turned round and walked towards the exit to continue her search.

The fairies had flown serval miles away from the carnival, they flew as fast as they could. Once they thought they were far enough they stop, hiding behind a tree.

In their fairy forms, they looked most the same with the only real deafferents being their clothing, which closer to that of traditional fairy clothing. Jill's was a blue dress, June's was purple and Jennifer's was red, all of which were made out of flower petals.

"I think we lost her." Jill said

"What are we going to do? If she finds us, who knows what she'll do." Jennifer said shaking with her arms crossed. June looked around, she began to recognize where they were and a plan formed in her head.

"Guys." she said.

"Yes?" her siblings answers, it was then that Jill and Jennifer noted the location they were at. The three fairies looked at each other and nodded, they know exactly what to do. They flew off as fast as lightning, just as they were out of site, Elizabeth arrived. She looked around for the three as she did so, she began to realize she had been here before. A cruel smile formed on her face as she chuckled to herself.

"This is going to be divine. After tonight, magic will once again be mine and there will be no moral realm."
