Thor Blood and Gorr

Chapter 2

A beam of energy in the colors of the rainbow shine and blast down from the heavens onto New Asgard as the returning Thors Odinson and Jane Foster arrive home on New Asgard.

"I saw you both coming" said Lady Sif.

"Of course you did. Your the Allseer after all." said Thor.

"Oh and I've been instructed to inform you that your friends have arrived to see you" said Sif.

"I wonder who they could be" said Thor resting Stormbreaker on his shoulder.

"Kara Zoe-El, Diana Prince and William Batson" said Sif.

"Wait. Wonder Woman and Shazam of the Justice League are here along with Kara?" Asked Jane.

"Yes Lady Jane. I'm afraid they've also bring word of a threat. Come. I shall escort the two of you to them at once" said Lady Sif.

Diana was at the New Asgard clinic as her wounds were being treated and she was receiving bandages as they were being wrapped around her body.

"You think you're good to go against this Gorr?" Asked Billy.

"I don't know Billy. He was truly more powerful than anything of the likes we've faced before. Who've I've faced before." said Diana.

"That's why we're all here ain't we? Obviously we can't beat him singlehandedly so maybe we have a chance as a team."said Kara.

"Ever the hopeful one. Just like your cousin from my earth" said Diana remembering Clark Kent.

The doors open as Sif brings with her the Thors.

"Thor!" said Diana getting up and hugs the Gods of Thunder.

"Diana? Batson? Kara?" What brings you to New Asgard?"

"Diana and Billy just came to this Earth earlier today. After of course the little adventure some I was on prior." (Read Danny Phantom Ghostly Avenging for reference)

"Thor, Jane. There is a threat unlike either of us have ever faced. A threat to all the worlds and the Gods themselves" said Diana.

"Woah Woah wait wait? The Gods?" Asked Jane.

"Yes Jane Foster. This threat as already slain the Gods of Olympus on my Earth. I wasn't strong enough to stop him" Explained Diana.

"Who is this threat?" Asked Thor.

"Gorr The God Butcher" she answered.

That name sent a chill down Thor's spine at the mere mention of the name.

"Thor? Who's she talking about?" Asked Jane.

"I thought him dead years ago. Perhaps he survived" said Thor.

"Wait. You know about this Gorr guy?" Asked Kara.

"Indeed friend Kara. In my youth, albeit brash full and often drunken, before I was worthy of the hammer, I've had my encounter with The God Butcher. Long ago I came here to Midgard and I have heard tales of Gods disappearing. I've seen them slain and left to hang on meat hooks as their blood dripped from their own bodies. And that was when I saw him. Gorr. He had told me he was on a crusade against the Gods after being forsaken by them his entire existence. How his wife and family died in a harsh world when all they would do is pray to them. So we fought and I stood absolutely no chance. Until I was able to slay him with an axe through his chest. At that time I thought he was dead. Never to hear from him again." Thor explained.

"But now he's back. Thor with every God he's slain the more powerful he becomes. He still possess the All Black Necro Sword. I couldn't stop him. But together! We might have a chance" said Diana

"If Gorr the God Butcher still lives he cannot be allowed to any more for the sake of all the Realms."said Thor.

"Okay so... What's the plan then?" Asked Billy.

"Friend Batson. You are quite possibly our one hope. Your powers are of that of the Greek Gods meaning that you might have the best chance out of all of us. So we shall seek him out across the cosmos. Take the fight to him." said Thor.

"Uhhhh sure. No pressure." said Billy as he nervously laughed.

"Kara, you have proven to be worthy of the Hammer yourself. If either myself or Jane have fallen in battle we trust that you shall wield the power of Thor and end Gorr if needed. Diana Jane and I

shall lead the charge." said Thor.

"And what of New Asgard?" Asked Sif.

"Beta Ray Bill is your next chosen defender as is with you. I trust you both shall defend at any cost?" Asked Thor.

"Your trust is placed well my oldest friend" assured Sif.

"Good. Then we shall be off then" said Thor.

"But Diana is still hurting" said Kara.

"Kara. You heard him. Gorr must be stopped at any cost. We cannot afford to waste any time. If Gorr comes to this earth, it's all over" said Diana.

"Thor. You sure about this. It sounds like Gorr packs a punch" said Jane.

"Honestly no. But have to take the fight as far away from here as possible. I've already lost one home. I will not lose another" Thor said.

"Everyone ready?" Asked Thor.

Diana grabs her sword and shield.

"Ready!" she said.

Outside as Thor was about to summon the Bifrost with Stormbreaker, Sif then used her all seeing sight as she noticed Gorr was indeed on his way to earth. But not New Asgard.

"Thor wait! It's Gorr. He's coming. But he's not en route to here" said Sif.

"Then you shall call in the Bifrost and take us to him!" said Thor.

"Get ready!" said Sif as she powers up the Bifrost with her sword as the rainbow beam of energy falls and takes the group with it.

"Good luck. May the Allfathers give you strength.
