Jigsaw's Legacy II – After: Spiral
It was cold and the horrendous smell was gone. William woke up sited and tied to a chair, there was little resistance on his part since he quickly understood that there was no use, he instantly knew that this was no amateur work. He took a quick look at the room he was in, a couple of buckets, some straw on the ground, hanging lights, and a bunch of tools spread around, it was clear he was inside a barn, but it was something else that caught his attention, a strange contraption laying in what seemed the working table of the one that brought him here. Everything made sense for him now.
"You don't seem surprised at all." Said a strong man's voice from behind him. William tried turning back, but he wasn't able to see anything. After noticing how well planned was his capture, he giggled a bit.
"Why would I be?" replied William. "I pretended to be a renewed version of Jigsaw. It was just obvious that his so secret apprentices would soon come after me. I was just amazed how fast it happened."
"John Kramer is dead. And so are those who you call his apprentices. Jigsaw is no more." Replied the man.
"Yeah, yeah, that is what everyone said, right? Amanda Young was found dead inside the same room as Jigsaw five years ago. And sometime after that, detective Mark Hoffman took the mantle briefly, just to "suddenly" stop never to be heard again. I've read the police record dozens of times."
The man also giggled a bit. "You don't sound convinced at all."
"I certainly would be, if I didn't know about your existence, of course. Logan Nelson, the first apprentice, is a pleasure to meet you."
Logan reacted fast, moved quickly in front of William, holding his arms with fierce strength. "So, you know me, there's only one way you know that. Tell me where it is." Demanded Logan without hesitation. "Where is John's legacy? Where is Jigsaw's book?"
