Chapter 2
The next year, Astrid and Cassius had decided to try dating. They were both fifteen years old and figured why not, they both had crushed on each other.
And then the Chamber was reopened and when Cassius tried asking his parents about it, they didn't have an answer for it.
But Draco said that his father had information but wasn't sharing with him. So Cassius knew that his parents had more knowledge than they let on.
During the year, the muggle-born students were being attacked and left petrified. Cassius agreed with everyone around him that they would be better off dead.
And he wished that George Weasley would get attacked next when he found out that he and Cassie Zwart had started to date. He threw himself at Astrid Hexum, who was more than happy to accept him with open arms.
Then Ginny Weasley, and Cassie Zwart were taken to the Chamber of Secrets and any thoughts of Astrid and Cassius making it out as a couple were out the window. Cassius wouldn't stop thinking about her.
Even through the summer when Sirius Black escaped.
At the time… Cassius fretted that he would go after Cassie even though he knew that she wasn't who he would go after.
Until it was revealed that he had a daughter that went to Hogwarts with Harry Potter…
That's when he went to the library and found out about her lineage…
How the Zwarts are a family of Seers with the power passing through the women.
He also found that Zwart was Dutch for black, so he kept that knowledge to himself.
What a weird sense of humor to have a child with someone with the same last name as you. Even if it was in a different language.
That was the year that Professor Snape introduced the 'Metamorphas Magigas' potion. Cassius was finally able to see the flames that Cassie was rumored to have on her left arm.
He didn't expect to see herself covered in little scars…
Cassius wanted to ask her how she got them, what happened to her to have her body marred like that.
That summer, Cassius told his parents what he found out about Cassie Zwart.
And his parents shared a look and that was when he was allowed to sit in on the meetings that were held at the Malfoy Manor.
Cassius wasn't supposed to say anything about Cassie's powers, but the Malfoy's already knew. And that was part of the reason why they adopted her. And Cassius's heart would race when he entered the Manor.
Knowing that she was in the same house as him made him nervous and he still hadn't said a word to her.
Cassie's cat, Ariel, would wander into the meetings and Mr. Malfoy would sniff in disdain at the sight of her. But she loved Mrs. Malfoy and Mrs. Malfoy was more than pleased to have Ariel in her lap.
Cassie remembered when the whole school went looking for this cat. Cassie was worried that Hector Smith would use her animal against her. And either he wasn't smart to do it, or he had some morals he denied.
That same year he was grateful that Weasley and Cassie had broken up. No one knew the real reason, but there were rumors going around that it was something to do with her being Sirius Black's daughter. There was nothing confirmed though.

Guest: It looks like you deleted your review because I cannot find it attached to my story. Unfortunately for you, the FanFiction website sent me an email with it attached for me. So I still have it. I will not be moving this story to anywhere else because even though Harry Potter is not the 'Main' character, he is still a part of this story. Also, if you have such a problem with all of the stories where Harry Potter is not the 'main' character, I'm sorry but you should probably stick with the books written by J.K. Rowling. You are still more than welcome to stay and read what I have to offer, but if you don't like it then do yourself a favor and ignore it, I am not moving my story because it does belong here.
