Phantasy Star Ark Rebirth

ESKK: Well here we go the second Chapter I hope you all enjoy it now let's get started.

(Start Location Unknown)

A young man opened his emerald green eyes in shock as he shot up from his bed. He got up fast and began to control his breathing as he tried to calm himself. "It's ok… it's just… it's just a dream." He said as he reached to his head tracing a thunderbolt shaped birthmark on his skin. He didn't know why he always did this but it helped sooth him a bit after some emotional stuff he goes through.

He then saw the lights come on in his apartment as it began to filter in. As the young man proceeded to get up he grabbed his rounded glasses and proceeded to put them on while heading to the Window nearby. Once he got to the window he proceeded to look outside the window and saw a large advanced city staring at him with morning light shining through. Today would be the day he said goodbye to these humble views and hello to new sights. He then proceeded to yawn in response to the morning and thus get ready for the day. As he walked over to the closet he got ready to leave his old flat in favor for his personal quarters in the main Ark Operatives ships. Today would be the day he passed the final test to be a full Ark's Operative.

Still the young man had been having these strange dreams as of late and for him none of it made any sense for the trainee. As he headed out he activated his Mag it looked to be made of gold but with a few key differences to note about it. For Starters it seemed to be more sphere like as it had two wings almost buzzing on either side of it. Another thing to note that it also carried with it an almost avian feel to it like an Owl as seen back on Earth. As the young man proceeded to pack his Mag he gave it a saddened look knowing full well who had it before he got it. It's been some time since their untimely passing but for this Hunter it felt like it was almost yesterday when it had occurred for him. He then sighed and headed out knowing today he would be following in their footsteps at long last.

He gave his apartment one last look before smiling knowing after today if he doesn't die in the field he would have a place to return to for his time off duty. Of course this is all assuming the guy even passes the Certification Test to become a full fledge Arks Operative. The young Arks Recruit then proceeded to take his Mag which he activated and allowed it to rise off the platform it was one before hovering next to his head. He smiled to it before taking his leave and to catch his transport ship.

(Scene Break Ark's Gate way Ship)

After a long trip the young man was on an Arks Gateway Ship that would deposit him onto the planet for his Certification Test. Planet Nevaries was newly discovered by Arks and was commonly used as a place for Arks Recruits to get their feet on the ground or in this case get their Certifications. The young man was leaning against one of the windows looking out it as he saw the vacuum of space go by on their way to their destination for certification. As he stood there he wasn't exactly alone on the ship in fact there were two others with him also. One of them is a young woman a Force class Newman if he's not mistaken with chocolate brown eyes and wild curly hair as well. She was dressed in a flowing dress with more armor on her right arm then her left and a large hat to go with it. She had a wand/rod on her back ready to draw should she have any need to use it in battle.

Not too far away at the supply computer was a large CAST fellow as judging from his Rifle he was clearly a Ranger. His armors paint job showed he was favored of a red and gold based armor and for a minute he saw what looked like a golden Lion spray painted on his chaste. The human of the group the young man smiled to this as judging by the way they carried themselves they might be here to take their Certification Tests as well.

The young man was dressed in black armor with red as a dies color and gold on one of his shoulder. On the young Arks trainee's his back, was a large weapon called a Sword. He often started much of his combat with the sword that he carried with him into battle among other weapons. He also had what looked to be a similar Lion on his outfit's chest on the circular part and the same Lion on his armor's back bringing his look together. The young man smiled a bit opting to keep to his lonesome for a bit and tried to clear his head a bit on things.

At least that was his plan until the CAST walked over to him noticing the young man was by his lonesome. "Hey mind if I stand near you, kind of lonely everywhere else." The CAST asked as he looked to the boy.

"Why not stand near here?" The young man offered being a bit of a loner.

"You seem more interesting." The CAST said as the young man gave a skeptical look but let the CAST be. "Anyway I'm Ronald just call me Ron though." Ron introduced as he looked to the young man.

"Harry… Harry Potter." The not identified Harry introduced himself to the CAST named Ron.

"Nice to meet you Harry… Potter…" Ron trailed off as he looked to be mulling the name 'Potter,' over.

"Is something wrong?" Harry asked as he looked to Ron in confusion as the Newman girl was overhearing the duo as they spoke amongst themselves.

"Not is just the name, 'Potter,' it sounds awfully familiar somehow." Ron said as he rubbed his face plate trying to figure out where he heard that particular name before.

"Well of course it should." Came the Newman girl as she walked over to the duo and gave them both a look. When she arrived Harry and Ron could all but feel the bossy air around her as the look in her eyes just screamed, 'know-it-all,' to the two recruits. "James and Lily Potter two of the best Arks Operatives ever seen, James being a powerful Hunter and Bouncer and Lily being a gifted Force and Summoner." The girl said as she then looked to Harry. "I've read all about them some argued they were rivals to the Council of Six themselves." The girl added as she looked to them. "It was a great lost when they died years ago they truly were a horrible blow for Arks to suffer." The Newman girl said as she looked to the duo.

"Yeah." Harry said sadly as the loss was much greater for him then it was for Arks when it happened.

"Wait a minute." The girl began as she began to put the pieces together here. "Heavens your Harry Potter aren't you James and Lily Potter's son." The girl said as Harry then went silent and in turn the girl went wide eyed realizing quickly what her words did and pulled it back. "Sorry I didn't realize." She said knowing that if she had known sooner she wouldn't have brought up Harry's dead parents.

"It's ok." Harry said understanding the Newman didn't know the truth.

"Anyway are you two by chance here for your Arks Certification Exam as well?" The girl asked as she looked to the two aspiring Arks operatives.

"Yeap that we are." Ron said with a nod to which the understood this well seeing as she too was Arks recruit.

"Well then perhaps we shall meet and join up together when we become Arks Operatives." The girl said and in turn Harry smiled a bit to this. "Anyway my name is Hermione Granger a pleasure."

The girl now known as Hermione introduced herself.

"Nice to meet you, Hermione." Harry said as Ron was quiet about this. In turn the Tele pool began to glow signaling they had arrived as Harry saw that space had turned into sky during their conversation.

"Anyway I'll be sure to see you down there." Hermione said before she in turn began to make her way down to the Teletube.

"Well she's a bossy one isn't she." Ron said as the two boys saw her walk off.

"Don't be mean." Harry scolded a bit as he then made his way to the Tele pool to head down to the planet.

"Hey wait up!" Ron called out as he chased after Harry to the pool.

(Scene Break on the Planet)

It seems their Gate Ship dropped its passengers at the same location as they were met with an obstacle course of sorts with training dummies. So as they waited they knew the first part of the Certification Exams was to see if they knew the basics well enough as is. After that they would move on to the practical exams against live enemies from the native wild life on Naveries.

The forest clearing they arrived at had only a singular path perfect for running the initial parts of the exams. Harry saw the Certification exams would be simple enough to run before the practical aspect. In fact even the Newman girl Hermione saw this as did his new friend Ron. The test would be simple for the group, ocular, movement, and actions and after that would be the practical exams.

"Well here we are mate." Ron said as they approached the scene before them.

"Yeah this is the easy part." Harry said as Ron smiled a bit.

"Yeah I suppose." Ron said as he was a tad bit worried over the practical aspect of this. He won't admit it openly but he just barely scrapped through the written portion of it. Ron's Photon use was low but it was expected from a CAST. That was why CAST tended to be more physically oriented then even the Human Race and Beastmen.

Anyway they proceeded on through with the orientation aspect of the exam. The orientation aspect was easy as intended to make sure the recruits were in top health and were well verse on the basics. Needless to say as they went through it was mainly a one by one sort of test so it didn't take long for Harry and Ron to make it through. In fact not much dialogue was needed just a few orders on what they wanted them to do and that was it. Harry and Ron had refreshed on the basics of combat with their basic attacks, perfect attacks, and most of all their Photon Skills.

It was pretty easy and simple for the duo as they made their way through the basics. The Newman girl Hermione wasn't too far behind them while they made their way through all the tests. Of course being a Force Harry was worried that she may not be able to keep up when it comes to physical aspect of being an ARKS operative like them.

Once they got to the main area they stopped once communications came in from Command. "Ok you've succeeded in the orientation exam but now it's time for the practical exam." The woman from command said into the communicator to them.

"About bloody well time." Ron said as he wanted to try his hand at live targets causing Harry to roll his eyes to his friend.

"The test is simple make your way to the end of the course and eliminate any and all enemies that get in your way." The Woman spoke into their communicators and thus they all knew what to do.

"Alright mate ready to move?" Ron asked as he looked to Harry.

"Let's go." Harry said and thus the two were off to get to the end of the course.

They got to the main area and saw how much nature had flourished here but they knew this was simply the calm before the storm. But as they walked they didn't realize that soon everything was going to change for these Operatives. From the shadows of the tree line a serpent watched their every movement as it was most focused on Harry. As it look to him its serpentine eyes followed his every movement making sure that the boy didn't leave its sight for even a moment.

(Later during the Practical Exam)

The duo were easily making their way through the local wild life that attacked them. It was mainly these monkey like creatures who were attacking but the two ARKS recruits made a good double team. Harry swung his sword at them mixing in his Photon Skills while Ron fired his rifle at them with short bursts. While Ron wasn't good with written stuff the young CAST excelled in practical combat.

But he was shocked to see how well of a fighter Harry was in practical combat. He was surprised to see how fast Harry switched out his weapons in the middle of combat. One minute Harry had a sword the next he had wire blades. Harry's method of combat was to keep his enemy guessing none stop on weapon choices. He didn't have a set pattern and from the looks of it the weapon switch was seemingly at random.

This form of combat took Harry a great deal of time to master for practical use. It required a great deal of reflexes, hand to eye coordination, and to think quickly. All of this combined into a deadly form of combat that made him a menace to all of his foes. As Harry went at it Ron supported him by firing his rifle at the monsters as they went on attacking the two young ARKS recruits.

It was evident that they were succeeding in this as it would be no surprise if they both became ARKS Operatives. But eventually as they travelled the area they came across a large open clearing. When they arrived they opted to take a short break to recharge a tad bit.

"Blimey that was bloody amazing." Ron said giving Harry words of praise for his skills.

"Thanks you weren't so bad yourself." Harry responded as he looked over to Ron smiling.

"Ah shucks." Ron gushed a bit at his friends praise. Just then the two heard a roar and looked to see the situation. They saw Hermione was here no doubt having advanced faster on her knowledge as a Force alone. "Hey it's her again!" Ron called out as he looked and saw the Newman Girl.

The girl was using her power casting Photon Skills at the foe as she ran around keeping her distance. Humans were the most well rounded race hence why Harry too full advantage of that. The CAST were more of the muscle so it's rare for anyone to find any CAST Forces or Summoners out there. The Newmans were perfect roles for Forces, Summoners, and Bravers which Harry saw Hermione took full advantage of that fact.

"Good you made it." A voice from Control said as Harry and Ron listened in on the woman who spoke. "Your final test is to subdue this Rock Ape using all the skills you have honed up till now." The woman spoke as Harry and Ron listened to her instructions.

"Ron you have my back?" Harry asked as he looked to Ron.

"Y-yeah." Ron said as he was still a tad bit worried to face this foe rampaging near them.

"Ok draw its attention we need to give that Force some room to breathe!" Harry called out and thus he charged in as Ron then quickly took aim.

At the battle Hermione was trying her best to subdue this foe. She had read about them and new where its weak spot was located. But trying to hit it after it performs a large attack was proving to be difficult for a lone Force to do. As she fired of a Photon based fire spell the monster was proven to be weak against fire based attacks.

Just then Harry came in and fired at the monster with a gunblade as Ron fired at it with its rifle. Hermione saw this and in turn Harry looked over to the curly haired Newman. "Get out of there!" Harry called out as he looked to the girl in question.

"Right!" Hermione called out and moved out of the way taking a sense of familiarity from all of this here.

The monster saw them and roared before attacking them. Harry acted fast and switched over to his sword and blocked the attack. The attack caused Harry to slide on the ground a bit but Ron came in and with his boosters helped Harry keep his ground. Once the attack was over Harry and Ron managed to push the monster back before Harry switched over to the Knuckles and punched the Monster multiple times with it. He then used an uppercut which sent the massive beast tumbling back as the result.

Ron then came out and switched to a cannon weapon and began firing to keep the massive beast at bay. Harry responded by running over to Hermione to see her casting a healing spell on herself for any injuries received. "Are you ok?" Harry asked while Ron kept fighting off the monster in the background.

"Yes it's just a scratch." Hermione said and thus Harry nodded to the young Newman.

"That was reckless of you to face it alone as a Force." Harry began to scold her but before Hermione could retort Harry continued. "If we want to beat it then our best plan would be to work together." Harry said knowing full well together they had a good combination of combat roles. Harry can tank this, Ron can provide Damage per Second or DPS as it's called, and Hermione can provide them with support.

"The beast is weak at its rear end." Hermione began as Harry looked surprised to hear her say this. "I read about them and their rear is where they are weakest if we can get it to perform a large attack it will be left vulnerable for a brief moment." Hermione explained and thus Harry had an idea which was the same one Hermione had. "Harry if you can get it to perform such an attack Ron and I can provide you with aid and once its open we can attack its weak point with ease." Hermione said and thus Harry nodded to this plan.

"Ron!" Harry called out getting Ron's attention. "Fall back and attack from a distance I'll make an opening for us to attack, Hermione support us." Harry said and thus Hermione nodded in agreement to this.

In turn the plan began as Harry came in with his Wire Swords and began attacking the large monster. As Harry did this he made sure to keep up the upper hand against this foe. Once Harry finished up with the Wire Blade he switched over to the Partisan and swung the weapon around and bringing it down on the wild beast of this planet. Harry was then over the monster before he switched over to the Twin Daggers and came back down spinning around with the two blades before hitting the foe. Once this was done Harry switched to his knuckles and gave the monster a right proper uppercut.

"My word how is he doing this?" Hermione asked as she saw this while Ron took aim and fired off his rifle at the beast.

"When we all get out of this lets ask him." Ron said as he never seen anyone switch weapons in battle as fast as Harry.

Once Harry finished up with the knuckles the weapons vanished in a flash of light only to be replaced by a staff with two energy blades on both its ends. Harry spun the weapon around with the blades humming as they flew through the air. Harry then attacked the foe making sure to do as much damage to it as he could as it roared in pain against the Hunter.

Harry then jumped back in time to avoid an attack from the beast. The Monster then roared and bashes its meaty hands into its chest and thus prepared a larger attack to use on them. "Now!" Hermione called out and thus she and Ron ran around the monster before they attacked its roar end. Harry acted and slid between its legs before he proceeded to attack its back as well. Harry had switched to his sword once more and attacked the foe with all he had to bring it down.

Ron had switched to his cannon again and fired the weapon off as the combination of their attacks began to do some real damage here. Hermione with her Photon skills, Ron with his ranged weapons, and Harry with his skills. Eventually the group got their desired results and thus the monster fell down. Harry had jumped back to avoid the monster landing on him as it fell but they knew it was now or never. With a mighty roar Harry charged in before he jumped up to the air as high as he can. Harry swung his sword and stabbed down into the monster causing it to roar in pain before it turned into a death roar. In turn the large beast went limp on the ground showing that the trio had finally killed it.

"Yes we did it!" Ron called out as he smiled in response to their victory.

"Thank goodness." Hermione sighed as Harry headed over to rejoin his two fellow ARKS cadets.

"Yeah we might as well be ARKS right now!" Ron called out but Harry cut the CAST off on that.

"Don't count your chickens just yet Ron." Harry said as he walked over to which Hermione nodded to the CAST.

"Yes we still need to receive our grades for this." Hermione said knowing full well that they needed to get a certain score before they can be considered ARKS Operatives.

"Come on we need to go." Harry said as their next stop was the Collection Point to get off this planet and back to Oracle.

"Right." Hermione said and the two headed off leaving Ron behind for a brief moment.

"Hey wait for me!" Ron called out as he chased after the two organic beings he had teamed up with. Unaware to them the Snake was still hiding in the shadows observing Harry as he and his new teammates headed to the collection point.

(Later)

The trio were making their way through the Forest to get to their Collection Point. Once they arrived at another area they had to stop as their communicators started going off with an urgent notice. "What's happening?" Ron asked as he heard the alarm from their communicators.

Just then Harry cried out in pain as he grasped his head when a ringing sound went off in his mind. "AHRRG!?" Harry cried out as the pain he was feeling was causing him to stumble.

"Harry!" Ron called out as the CAST looked to the cadet with great concern.

"Emergency Message from General Control to all ARKS operatives: A Code F order has been issued for Nevareas dangerous Photons levels detected. I repeat A Code F Order has been issued for Nevareas spatial corruption has been detected." General Control contacted as it was clear they were going to be here longer than any of them had intended.

"A Code F?" Ron asked with fear evident in his voice and his body language.

"That." Hermione said and in turn the trio saw shadows form and form it insect like creatures crawled out and glared at the three Cadets.

"This has to be a joke they just popped into existence!" Ron called out as he saw them all appear.

"Falspawn Presence confirmed!" General Control called out as the group faced the Falspawn. "They are exceeding the tolerable limit. Be advised all ARKS Operatives this is a top priority order: Neutralize Falspawn on sight." The Order was given and in turn the three Cadets had to start acting like fully realized ARKS Operatives right now.

"Wait these are Falspawn the same monsters who're trying to consume the entire universe?!" Ron cried out in pure shock to this clearly not expecting to be facing the Falspawn so soon into his career. "Why are they showing up here of all places?!" Ron asked in absolute pure shock with his rifle at the ready to fight the Falspawn.

"There shouldn't even be any on Nevareias!" Hermione called out with her rod at the ready for combat as well.

In turn Harry began to regain himself and thus glared at the foes before him. "I don't know why or how they're here." Harry said as he took a battle stance ready to fight. "But we have our jobs take out as many of these things as we can!" Harry called out showing he was not going to let the Falspawn overrun this planet and consume it like they have done to so many others.

"But Harry aren't you?" Ron began referring to Harry's earlier episode.

"I'm fine, Ron. But we have bigger things to worry about." Harry said and in turn Ron and Hermione both knew Harry was right. But before any combat could begin against these invading monsters out of nowhere the beasts had slash marks going through them from a new arrival. As they looked to the source of it the trio were left wondering just where it came from until they heard the sound of boots skidding on the ground.

When they looked they saw a man with shaggy black hair and a well-kept mustache on his face. In his hand were twin swords as he smirked a bit as he looked to the cadets. Another Falspawn was about to appear but the man was ready as he switched to a Gunblade and fired the weapon off at the Falspawn at point blank range. The Falspawn died instantly from the attack as Harry instantly recognized the man who aided them.

"Sirius!" Harry called out when he saw Sirius standing there.

"Oy pup glad to see your still standing." Sirius said as he smiled to Harry while joining with the trio.

"Wait you two know each other?" Hermione asked surprised to hear how familiar the two were speaking to each other.

"Long story but first we'll have to be fighting our way through these Falspawns!" Sirius said as he pointed the Gunblade at the attacking Falspawn. "Right now we don't have much time for any talking. We need to get you three to the collection point up ahead." Sirius said as he shouldered his Gunblade.

"Wait we're also going to fight those bloody things?!" Ron cried out in shock and fear when Sirius had said this.

"It's what we signed up for when we enlisted." Hermione scolded as she looked over to the Cast among them.

"Of course and it seems Harry here is more than ready to fight." Sirius said as he looked to Harry who glared at the Falspawn clearly ready to fight them.

"We don't have much of a choice if we want to get to the Collection Point in one piece." Hermione mentioned to which Ron knew they had a point there.

"Bullocks." Ron cursed as he realized this was going to be a long day.

"Well then pup let's get out of here, stay close your all still rookies." Sirius said as he took a battle stance ready to kick ass. In turn the group of four charged into the fray knowing full well they had to get pass the Falspawn to get to the collection point. Ron was right this was going to be a long day for them all.

And thus the struggle for them began as they had to fight their way through every monster they happened upon. It was clear there was a great number of Falspawn on the planet surface right now but that only made it more important why they had to clear them out. Harry's combat style was proving to be a big help as Hermione noted there was no pattern to his style and that made him unpredictable. The more Harry switched weapons the harder it was for his opponents to predict what weapon he would use next.

The battle continued as Harry was proving to be a powerful fighter in this struggle against the Falspawn. Ron was also proving to be a great help as he fired his rifle at them as they attacked the ARKS Operatives. Harry charged in and slashed them with his sword taking out multiple foes at once. Harry then whipped out his gunblade and firing it off at the Falspawn around him before slashing them with the same weapon. Once that was done he went for his Wire Blades and slashed his foes down with trained succession.

Hermione also pitched in firing off elemental attacks as the Force was proving herself to be an adept field caster. Photon Skills flew out from Hermione's staff as she fired the spells to bring down the Falspawn and aid her allies whatever way she can. They continued to fight as they ran down the path to where the collection point was located at in hopes of making it off the planet and away from the Falspawn. It was clear that Harry was doing all he can to handle the foes but thankfully he had aid from a Veteran ARKS Operative.

As they went on they were unaware of the serpent watching their every hidden in the shadows of the woods. It continued to watch their every move making sure to identity and memorized every Tibet of information during this incursion. It then followed them as it kept a close eye on Harry knowing its master will want to hear more about the Boy with the thunderbolt birthmark on his head.

(Meanwhile nearby)

While the group was fighting their way through the Falspawn a masked figure in a duster saw the event play out. As he observed the battle it was clear he paid attention to Harry and the way he was fighting. As he looked the wind blew by as he then turned to the side sensing something else. What it was he cared little because the boy the one with the birthmark… he sensed a power most familiar to him.

But that shouldn't be possible if that was the case… then by all logic he should be like… No the only thing that is important is his current objective. Thus with that mindset he turned and took his leave to locate his primary goal. But if that boy becomes a threat to them… he will proceed to eliminate him with his own two hands.

(Later with the ARK's Group)

They had continued to fight their way through the great number of Falspawns against them. There was a great number of them but with the Veteran ARKS Agent it evened the playing fields for them. Sirius was proving to be a major help for the trio as they fought their way through the Falspawn who stood against the three cadets.

Harry jumped up and slashed down on another Falspawn before switching to his Gunblade and firing it at another ones face at point blank range. The shot killed it instantly before Harry went back with his sword and blocked another attack that came his way. Nearby Ron was firing his gun off at any foe that was attacking as it was clear he was trying to hold his ground to the best of his abilities.

The battle went on as Hermione stayed close providing aid via healing or attack based photon skills for a Force. Just then Hermione went wide eyed as when she turned a Falspawn was pouncing on her. Harry hearing this acted fast and fired off his Gunblade against the destructive monster. The bullet hit it and caused its demise allowing Harry to run over to Hermione with concern for the Newman.

"Are you ok?" Harry asked as he looked Hermione over.

"I'll be fine." Hermione responded with a nod and thus Harry got back up and rejoined the battle against the Falspawn. Once Harry did so Hermione got back up and went to rejoin the fight. They in turn showed they were an excellent team as they proceeded to fight through their foes. Ron providing ranged damage and Harry constantly switching his weapons made him difficult to predict. From the looks of it he favored the Wire Blades, his sword being a close equal of not second for it, and finally his Gunblade was the one that took the final spot for his top three go to weapons.

Unknown to them the Snake finally getting what it needed began to slither off into the forest. It made sure to avoid any Falspawn on the way to its one true master.

(Later with the Snake)

As the Snake slithered forth it arrived at the feet of its master wearing what seemed to be an ARK's uniform judging by the crest the outfit currently had. As it slithered forth the figure kneeled down and allowed the snake to slither up his arm and coil around.

"What did you find?" The man asked as his voice came out as hissing sounds to those who would come across them.

"I found him speaker I am certain of it, after so long he has been found." The Snake responded and thus the man made a sinister grin no doubt having waited a long time for the one the Snake had found.

"Good out of all my past and failed servant you never cease to fail me Nagini." The man said and in turn the Snake nodded and hidden herself within her masters cloak. She knew well enough that they had to keep hidden less they arouse any suspicion.

"Now Potter the time will come that you will face your mortal enemy one last time." The man said as he began to take his leave just before a few Falspawn attacked. In response the figure made quick work of them before he continued to walk away from the sight. "There is only room for one immortal in this galaxy." The man said as he vanished into the dark forest.

(Back with the group)

The group continued down the path as they knew whatever they saw was probably going to be a Falspawn trying to get in their way going to the areas evacuation point.

Eventually they came upon a clearing after a good while of fighting off more Falspawns. As they got to the area it was clear they were almost at their destination. But something wasn't right and as they entered the area Harry felt the same feeling from before return. Harry once more cried out in pain as he stumbled once more as the ringing returned in force on him.

Harry fell to the ground causing the group to go wide eyed when they saw Harry collapse. "Harry what's wrong?!" Hermione asked as the Newman tried to heal whatever it was that was causing Harry the young cadet such discomfort.

"I… I don't know." Harry struggled as it was clear something was causing this pain.

Following it up was the sound of something large landing causing them all to look and heard the creature in question roar. As they all saw it the group saw that it was clearly a Falspawn insectoid in origins and clearly intent on killing them. "Well that is not at all a disturbing image." Ron said as he always hated bugs especially arachnid based creatures.

"Harry can you still fight?" Sirius asked with concern over the boy with the lightning bolt birthmark on his forehead.

"I'll try." Harry said as he wasn't about to give up so easily but he almost fell over from the pain he was feeling. It was hard to describe it but looking at these Falspawn… no just being around them is causing a presence inside the boy to stir violently. But Harry wasn't about to give up so easily and in turn stood up ready to do battle against it.

"I say we should bloody well run! We can't take that huge Falspawn on!" Ron cried out clearly wanting to turn tail and run from here.

"Sirius!" Came a new voice causing the group to listen in on their communicators. "I'm going to get the telepod ready for you but you have to deal with this huge Falspawn first." The female voice said sounding like it was about Sirius age.

"Alright Amelia I suppose a Photon Blast should do the trick." Sirius said as Harry hearing this nodded and thus proceeded to stand his ground. But as Harry stood back down he nearly stumbled again causing Sirius to grown concerned for the newest Arks operative.

"I know that look." Harry said taking note of Sirius concern over the young man. "And I'm fighting this pain or no pain." Harry said as he forced his body to stand and glared at the Falspawn standing before him.

Seeing that he had no other choice Sirius had to accept it. After all Lily had the same look in her eyes whenever she set her mind on doing something. "Don't over exert yourself Harry." Hermione said as the young Newman Force walked over to her fellow ARKS cadet. "Stay close to me in case I need to heal you." Hermione added and in turn Harry nodded to the curly haired Newman.

"Alright mates keep this bastard distracted while I charge up a Photon Blast." Sirius ordered and thus they all had their orders here.

"RIGHT!" The ARKS cadets all called out ready to move out and kick some ass. Thus they all charged in to begin the battle Sirius relied mostly on his Gunblade while Harry kept his wits about him during the struggle. They made sure to keep their wits about them but it was difficult for them. Ron hovered around firing his rifle upon the Falspawn while Hermione fired off Techniques to keep the Falspawn at bay. As they continued on with their attack the insect like Falspawn fought back against them.

It was massive and powerful to be sure but it had a weakness that can be exploited if done right. They pressed on with their assault intent on bringing down this powerful foe. They could not and would not allow it to roam and cause chaos and destruction for the rest of ARKS ops that were currently in the area. Ron hovered around the foe firing off his rifle upon it while chipping away at its insect based exoskeleton. Next up came Harry as he charged in with his sword and slashed at the leg armor noticing how it didn't handle the damage how it was expected of it to.

Taking note of it Harry jumped away in time to avoid another attack by the massive Falspawn. In response to this Hermione then performed a Photon Technique to cover Harry. As Harry saw Hermione covering him he ran through the attacks she made and in turn went full frontal on the beast before him. Switching to his Glaive he slashed the beast with the weapon before switching to his knuckles. Harry reeled back a fist and proceeded to punch the Falspawn in the leg causing the armor on it to shatter upon the attacks impact.

The massive Falspawn insect stumbled before it fell on the ground dazed and disoriented from its defensive armor being breached. This in turn gave them the chance to move in and thus they all charged into the fray. Hermione provided aid via enhancing based techniques while Harry went for the core weak point on the back of the bugs head.

It wasn't long before the beast got its bearings and forced the group off it. Once that was done it proceeded to attack them causing them to jump back away from it. They tried their best to avoid it but the Falspawn began summoning forth attacks on them turning the tables on the ARKS Operatives. This continued for a good while longer before they could not keep up with the onslaught. One by one they were hit forcing each of them back from the Falspawn.

Ron was his first as he was hovering around. He rolled on the ground before hitting a rock to stop his rolling. Next up came Sirius who managed to block the attacks while he continued to charge up Photon Blast. Harry and Hermione were the only ones left standing as Ron was trying to get his bearings back from this. Seizing the opportunity the Falspawn roared out and in turn the boy was wide eyed in shock to all this. Harry felt his body pulse once more as the pain quickly followed from the pulse. As Harry fell Hermione was wide eyed to this and went to check on him.

"Harry!" Hermione cried out as she tried to help Harry back to his feet and to safety. The Key word being "tried," as the Falspawn acted and attacked Hermione just as Ron was about up.

"HERMIONE!" Harry and Ron both cried out and for a brief moment Hermione's form changed in Harry's eyes. She was more or less the same girl in that brief moment but her ears were rounded as a human and was dressed in odd clothing as well. But the key difference was her eyes were wide in shock as a green energy hit her in the chest from an unknown source. As she fell it was clear to Harry this other Hermione was dead and thus the pulse grew stronger within.

As it began to grow its tempo increased as a crest appeared over his chest. A triangle with a circle inside it, and a straight line going down it. As the pulse increased the crest in turn began to make itself known through Harry's armor. The world around Harry began to grow dark and still as he focused on Hermione as she fell clearly hurt. The scene began to replay itself before Harry's eyes as it even changed around to show some sort of prison cell around the two ARKS. As the scene continued on replay Harry fell to his knees as soon a dark energy began to form behind Harry.

It began to take the form of some sort of winged creature that had the same crest around its body. It had winged like a bird that were clearly retractable and shoulders with lion heads. On its back was a large sword, ready to draw at a moment's notice, as it glared down upon Harry through bio visors. Soon the creature's darkened eyes flashed emerald as on its forehead was what looked to be a runic lightning Bolt crest.

"I HAVE FOUND YOU!" The Creature announced as all Harry saw were its feathered/armored feet before looking up to see the creatures face wide eyed. The Creature then flew at Harry and proceeded to wrap its arms and wings around the ARKS cadet almost protectively.

In turn it all went black for Harry as he only had one thing sot say. "Come To me…" His voice whispered as whatever this thing was… it was his to wield.

As light returned to the world Harry stood up not even drawing his weapons as he glared at his hated foes. As he stood there his eyes began to give off a glow while energy began to form around him.

"Come On." He began with his head lowered.

*Ba-dump

"Come on!" Harry continued with his voice raising and his fists clenching.

*Ba-dump

"COME ON!" Harry roared out and in turn the energy formed around him.

"Harry!" Sirius gasped at what he was seeing from Harry. The Dark energy formed around him changing into some kind of aura. The aura formed to a visage of some sort of creature that he could not make sense of as it formed.

Harry cried out in pain as even the Falspawn eased away in fear of what Harry was calling forth. As Harry held his head in pain the power began to reach its peak and there was only one way it can go and that was outward. "It's here. It's here. It's here. It's here." Harry repeated causing Ron to grow concerned as Hermione rose some. "IT'S HERE!" Harry roared out showing whatever he was calling forth was powerful. His eyes were glowing and even his birthmark was giving off a dark glow from his head.

"Harry?" Hermione asked in both fear and worry for Harry. Thus Harry roared in fury and in turn the energy formed into a pillar of power no doubt detecting by ARKS and anyone with some connection to it.

The man felt the burst of power and in turn went wide eyed as his snake was also in shock to it. "Good… Good Potter, let us see what you can do in this life." The man said as his eyes glowed a cruel crimson color.

(Masked figure)

The masked figure saw the entire event play out as he glared upon the scene. "So… Harry Potter it begins once more as it always has." The man said as he had his arms crossed and simply walked. His emotions unknown from behind his dark violet mask.

(Back over with Harry's group)

The creature Harry had seen soon formed as it glared down upon the massive Falspawn before it. It was small but its power was saturating the air itself. It looked at its hand as a sadistic laughter was heard from Harry. It then clenched and flexed its hand to go with the laughter of Harry testing the new limb out. It then directed its glare at the Falspawn and in turn went for the attack. As the creature was soon upon it the Falspawn had little time to react before it was at the creature's mercy.

The onslaught was brutal and without any mercy. It smashed and clawed at the Falspawn making sure it suffered. As the creature continued to cause the Falspawn pain the trio left behind were horrified at such savage brutality. IT was as if something about the Falspawn caused the creature a deep state of rage causing it to react and slaughter any Falspawn it faced. As it attacked the Falspawn tried desperately to escape from the creatures attack but it death grip was too powerful. As The Falspawn tried to get free the creature let go and allowed it a few moments of escape.

Sirius had never seen a Falspawn run away from a fight. But the beasts escape was short lived as soon the sword on its back flew off and multiplied before launching at the escaping Falspawn monster. The blades all skewered the monster turning it into a living pin cushion and thus fell from the creatures attack. The creature then flew over to the falls Falspawn and in turn extended its claws before it proceeded to tear into the fallen insect Falspawn.

Hermione, Sirius, and Ron felt sickened at what they were seeing occur before their eyes. The level of brutality and savage rage would even put the Falspawn themselves to shame. The Falspawn tried to let out one last roar as it was torn to shreds but it fell silent when its throat was crushed by the new arrival. Despite this the creature kept its assault going blow after blow it unleashed nothing but pure rage upon it unfortunate Falspawn victim. In the end the Falspawn fell silent and vanished into its dark particles commonly found when a Falspawn dies or there is heavy activity of Falspawn in the area. Once the Falspawn was dealt with it then directed its attention to the trio who all got into a defensive stance. At least until Hermione saw the look in its eyes. A glowing emerald color that held a deep yet ancient rage but at the same time a deep ancient pain.

Just then it charged at them but before Sirius or Ron could move to intercept Hermione went in and got in its way. "HARRY STOP!" Hermione called out and in turn went for the creature's mid-section. It was crouched for attack and in turn flew right into Hermione's arms. Somehow be it fate or a miracle it stopped in its tracks in Hermione's tight hug. The creature was then met with images of another time of a similar girl doing the same for a boy similar to Harry long ago. The creature began to give off an aura around the eyes that were almost like tears before it was covered in an energy.

Soon enough the creature vanished and in its place was Harry who was clearly unconscious and limp. Hermione went to her knees with Harry as she had no idea what had compelled her to do something so reckless. But it got results so she would question it later but for some reason it just felt like the right thing to do. Sirius and Ron both saw this and in response Sirius proceeded to call it in. The result was instant but for many questions reigned on their minds. What was that, what kind of power was it to make a Falspawn cower in fear before it? And most of all why did that thing possess such a deep stated hatred for the Falspawn to attack them with such utter violence and brutality.

Many questions were roaming and Sirius feared the only one to have them were Harry and his deceased parents. But a part of him worried that Harry himself wouldn't even have the answers here. For the time being they could only carry out their duties as ARKS and continue forth. One thing was for certain ARKS had just received three Agents fully ready to be recognized as ARKS agents.
