At the remains of the avengers base, where Thanos from the past is waging war.

Dr strange was holding back the flood of water from the battlefield. Thanos had just destroyed their chance of sending the infinity stones back to the past. Captain America, Thor, Captain Marvel and Iron man were attempting to stop Thanos from reaching the infinity stones, and failing. This was the moment he had seen, on this timeline, he would have to summon her and pay the consequences later. He closed his eyes, muttering. The ring he had received the day the ancient one had passed started to glow. A burst of white flames gave way to the female figure. The kitsune emerged, her bare feet touching the ground. A few things were different from their previous encounter. Apart from the black dress she now wore, a green dagger rested on one side of her hip sheathed and a closed golden fan on the other side. Her exposed ear below the braids had a silver piercing with chains leading to cuffs on the higher lobes up to the point. A aqua blue teardrop necklace nestled on her chest. No tails were visible.

"How can I be of service?" A smile revealing her fangs.

"Destroy Thanos and all who serve him." he grimaced.

"Your request has been heard and accepted" She bowed before heading to Thanos. There was a burning sensation on Stephens right wrist, when he looked, a black symbol appeared. Signifying their pact.

"Loki." He appeared by her side with a flash of light, the dagger no longer there. "Silki" The ancient one appeared on her other side in a flash, the fan gone. Both wearing navy hakama and grey kimono top. Thanos who had been watching this with intrigue, after knocking his enemies down, asked,

"Who are you?"

"I am a kitsune of earth, an agreement has been made. You are to meet your end. Keep him from fleeing" She inclined her head, the two besides her stepped forward and settled into stances in front of her.

"With pleasure, my lady." Loki said with a satisfied smirk. A white circle with symbols dancing the circumferences appeared beneath Thanos. In an instant he was brought to his knees by an invisible force, his hands outstretched on either side of him, palms facing up. Unable to move an inch. Both Loki and Silki were on either side of him muttering incantations and performing hand movements.

"Lets even out the playing field." Zinira said as seven white snowy tails sprouted from behind her. The necklace glowing. Head held up, eyes closed, muttering. One by one, the infinity stones lifted from the gauntlet, floating over to Zinira. Stopping before the necklace.

"Hannah, lock" The Kitsune demanded, interrupting the incantation. The light grew from the necklace until it engulfed the stone, then returned to its previous form. The stones consumed in its glistening depths.

"What.. have you..done?" Thanos spat, struggling under the restraint.

"Removed your advantage. Now, come Loki. Come Silki." Both returned to her in their weapon forms on her hips. The white circle faded, releasing Thanos.

"You will regret that. I will retrieve the infinity stones, at any cost" menacing aura dripping off him, raising to both feet. The kitsune raised an eyebrow,

"It isn't polite to threaten a deity's regalia." Unsheathing the emerald dagger which elongated to a full sized sword. "It seems, one of them would like to have his revenge."

Thanos picked up Thor's axe. He started to charge towards her, the axe held high ready to strike her down. With inhuman speed, she ran towards him. Footsteps barely touching the ground. When they were about to clash, she jumped up. The axe swung and missed. Thanos looked up her face inches from her own directly above him. Those icy eyes kept him locked in eye contact as she swung the emerald sword. Cleanly decapitating him.

She landed gracefully and lightly a few feet from the now collapsed corpse.

"Satisfied?" she asked as the sword returned to a dagger. At this point, other spellcasters had come to aid Dr Strange, building a makeshift dam. As the kitsune sheathed the dagger, Dr Strange approached her.

"And the army."

"I do not lie or make false promises, human." Turning to the battle. "Where is the best position Meli? … Understood." She knelt, then launched herself up, far above the battle.

"What the hell was that?!" Iron man asked Dr Strange.

"A Kitsune I summoned." Regarding Tony as a child throwing a tantrum.

"And you couldn't have done that sooner?" Thor said panting.

"No, this was the only point it would have been successful."

"Well, what is it doing now?" Cap asked regarding Thanos's corpse.

Before he could answer, they were distracted by the giant white circles dotted all over above the battle. The kitsune could be spotted above them all, suspended in the air.

"Friday, what is she saying?"

"It's an old language originating from Japan, I can give a rough translation boss?"

"Do it."

"Calculating… May the fire of the heavens reign down on my enemies."

With that, giant white fire balls came crashing down.

"Take cover!" Cap shouted over the telecom, bracing behind rubble with the others. Deafening booms shook the earth as each meteor of fire hit the ground. Fire swirled around the battlefield, as if searching. It passed harmlessly over the avengers. Any of the outriders that came within reach were not so lucky. Consumed with fire, to leave nothing behind. It was the same with the battleships, the fire gradually enveloped them all leaving nothing. Within five minutes, there was no trace of any who followed Thanos. When the dust had settled, the avengers tentatively came out of their positions. On a ridge stood loki, the ancient one and another woman in the same hakama with brown hair in a high bun. A white fox was in her arms wearing the same necklace as the kitsune had, curled up asleep. The woman holding the fox peared over her spectacles and said,

"Stephen Strange, you will meet us at the Inari shrine on the outskirts of Takamori in five days to discuss your end of the pact." As if talking about completely normal business matters. Dr Strange merely nodded his head grimley. The woman nodded at the other two, the ancient one drew a silver circle in mid air. Before they could walk through Tony interrupted.

"Hold on just one minute, you're going to have to hand over those infinity stones before you perform a disappearing act." The woman with the bun replied sharply,

"You are going to have to attend her temple in five days if you wish to make any request. Please do come with more etiquette before you present yourself to the lady." She turned and walked through the circle with the ancient one not looking back at Tony's reaction.

"Loki?" Thor staggered forward to his brother. Loki gave him an apologetic smile before stepping through the circle as well. All of the party had vanished.

"Why didn't you wave your magic hands and stop them from walking off with the infinity stones?" Tony started at Stephen.

"Interfering with a kitsune directly would have just ended up getting a curse stuck on us. You heard the Regalia, meet her in five days, you will be able to make a request at the shrine." Tony raised his hands in exasperation.

"We need to return the stones to their correct timeline. In five days, we go and get the stones, no matter what." Cap said with finality.
