"Match found boss!"

It was midnight and FRIDAY had just loudly announced that a match had been found, so Tony, obviously not asleep, rolled the chair he was sat on in the lab to the computer.

As he looked up at the screen he was shocked by the results.

"Is that a match for Peters father Mr Stark?"

Vision floated down from the floor above as he looked at Tony with interest.

"FATHER: MR STARK!

UHH

NO!

It's a match on eBay for the parts I need, but the wrong size soo...

Yea...

I'm gonna turn that off, and go to bed now."

"Okay, I shall do the same sir."

Vision floated back up as Tony closed the tab on the computer and looked up to be greeted by DUMMY who seemed to have stowed away in the truck this morning.

"What?"

"I will tell Peter first is all."

"I know what I said but this must have happened while I was a student at MIT."

"Good night DUMMY!"

Tony left turning off the lights as he went feeling confused and excited about what might happen.

He liked Peter, man he is a great kid, but was Tony a good parent.

As Tony sat on the couch he pondered ways he could be a good dad to a teenage boy.

"Morning Mr Stark!"

Peter ran into the room and yelled at his mentor as he attempted to keep up with Vision who had already gotten way ahead of Peter in whatever event was happening.

But Tony barely noticed as he had been freaked out all morning, like when he first woke up and Steve and Natasha were talking:

"He is a good parent-"

"NO I'M NOT!

WHERE DID YOU GET THAT INFORMATION FROM NATASHA?"

"Not everything is about you Stark."

Things like that, the mere mention of children set him off!

It was as Happy walked in saying he brought the kid here from school, that Tony fell out of his trance and realised that it was half three and all the dirty coffee mugs he assumed where his, about forty, littered around the floor and table.

"AWW MAN!

HAPPY WON THE BET."

That was the first sentence he had actually processed all day, he then processed the pen on his face and the hat on his head.

"HEY!

YOU ALL NEED TO LEARN TO LEAVE ME DEEP IN THOUGHT!"

The group laughed at him before Steve cut in.

"Guys, Tony needs his space sometimes and you should know that now, so just leave him."

"Yes Steve."

Tony then realised that Peter was here and then set on his task Tony stood up, walked around all the mugs he needed to clean up, and set out on his task to tell Peter the results.
