Preface: Alright, so this chapter is where the story starts to tie in with the upcoming Into the Corruption! arc of Minecraft Maniacs RPG, with this one set after Chapter 39, so if you wanna wait until that one is up and running, I won't judge you.

Chapter 1:
Dancers

[Party Selected: Bluey, Bingo, Muffin, Socks]
[Current World: Dream-a-tron World]

It was a few weeks later, and Bluey and Bingo were off on a new adventure with Danny and Liam, which is being shown in the Glitch'er Things saga of Minecraft Maniacs RPG. After the scary first day in the Corruption, there was nothing the two wanted to do more than sleep it off. Thankfully, Kevin had given Trixie the Dream-a-tron 5000s again, so they eagerly put them back on and went to sleep.

Opening her dream eyes, Bluey found herself and Bingo back in the purple void from a few weeks ago. "Hey! They still work!" she said, excitedly. After a few seconds, Muffin and Socks popped into existence as well.

"Hi, Bwuey!" Muffin said, eagerly. "Mum gave you the headphones, too?"

"Yeah, she did!" said Bingo. "We went to this strange world where everything's all weird."

"And we met Sonic the Hedgehog for real life!" added Bluey, her tail wagging with excitement.

"Wow!" said Muffin, impressed. "I can't wait to heaw mowe!" She looked around at the portals. "But can we get to these magicaw dweams now?"

"Oh, yeah!" said Bluey, her tail wagging a little more. "Which one should we do?"

"BAND!"

"Actually, I think we should let Socks go first," said Bingo, pointing to the baby, "since she's the littlest."

"But-"

"Muffin, you know we have to compromise, right?"

Muffin stopped and looked at her sister, who was panting with excitement. "Oh, yeah! That's wight!" Suddenly, she remembered something. "Oh, and Bwuey? Mum said that 'ooga-booga' can be used in a not-nice way, so…" She held her bare hand out. "I will take ten dowwawbucks, pwease!"

"What? I never heard of-" But Bluey decided arguing further wouldn't get them everywhere, so she placed her hand on Muffin's and pretended to give her ten bucks. "Okay, Socks! Which one should we do?"

Her tail wagging, Socks ran to the indoor stage portal and barked. "Bawwewina! Bawwewina!" she shouted, jumping up and down.

"Good choice, Socks!" said Bingo, joining her little cousin.

"Well, I awso wike being a bawwewina," said Muffin. "Okay, let's go!"

Everyone looked to the fourth wall and shouted "Hooray!", except for Socks, who simply barked with excitement. After that, they all jumped through the dream portal, ready to try doing something together.

[Location Change: Dancers Dream]

The four found themselves on the stage pictured in the portal. Ceiling lights shined down on them, revealing empty audience seats. "This is the Dancers dream!" Kevin's voice intoned. "Make your dancing dreams come true as you pretend to dance in front of a live audience! And if you want a real surprise, peak behind the curtain!"

Bingo looked around, her tail wagging. "An entire theater all to ourselves!" she shouted. "What should we do first?"

[BGM: Joff Bush - Bluey Theme Song]

"MUSICAW STATUES!" Muffin shouted. She ran over to a boombox and pressed the play button. The melodica stylings of the Bluey theme song began to play, and Bluey and Bingo began to do their dances from the opening sequence, as Muffin and Socks simply jumped happily. When the pause in the song came, everyone but Socks stopped, leading to everyone pointing at the puppy and shouting "Socks!"

The music resumed, this time on an electric guitar beffiting Dave McCormack's roots. Bluey and Bingo resumed dancing as Muffin started shaking around. When the music stopped, Muffin was the one who didn't stop, so Bluey and Bingo pointed to her and shouted "Muffin!"

As the music changed to a jazzy breakdown for Bingo, Muffin angrily stomped off. "Why does evewyone else stay wongew?" she shouted as her cousins kept dancing. Her mood quickly changed as she noticed Socks sniffing the curtain. "Hey, watcha find, Socks?"

"Bingo!" Bluey shouted as the music stopped, but not Bingo. The music changed to sound more like an orchestra as Bluey wagged her tail a bit before transitioning to a ballerina twirl and leaping into the air as Bingo shouted "Bluey!"

As Bluey touched ground, she realized something she didn't before. "Hey, wait a minute! That was exactly like the title!" she said.

"Oh, yeah!" said Bingo, and the two sisters giggled. But then they noticed that certain someones were missing. "Hey, where are Muffin and Socks?"

[BGM: Joff Bush - Charades BGM]

"We'we behind the cuwtain!" shouted Muffin. "Come ovew hewe!" Convinced, Bluey and Bingo ran behind the blue curtain, and found what Muffin and Socks had. It was a prima ballerina wannabe's paradise, with all sorts of tutus, headresses, accessories, and even old ballet records.

"Now we can be ballerinas for real life!" shouted Bluey, her tail wagging with excitement.

"C'mon, wet's pick some stuff out!" said Muffin, grabbing the two's hands. Eagerly, the four ran into the clothing and began to rifle through, picking out how they wanted to look.

After deciding, they went to the four dressing rooms in the back to change. Stepping in with her outfit, Bluey admired how well-designed the clothes were as she slipped into her outfit. At first, she was excited to have one of her dreams come true, and now she looked the part. But then, she looked at her reflection in the mirror and frowned.

Ever since the show began, it had never mattered that Bluey was a girl. She danced, she dressed up, she gave her dad makeovers, but no one judged her for being messy, either. But that didn't mean she was a tomboy - she was just Bluey. And her sister was just Bingo. She even heard that some people thought the two were boys! But now, staring at how she looked in the mirror, Bluey suddenly felt sad. Now it sort of felt like she had to be a girl…

Back outside, Muffin and Bingo had finished dressing up. Muffin was wearing a purple tutu complete with tights and a belt with a bow on it, just like when she played charades at Nana's house, while Bingo was wearing a separate blue tutu with a matching bow between her ears. The two were now helping Socks wrangle herself into her own green tutu.

"C'mon, Socks! It's so easy!" groaned Muffin, lifting up her sister's left leg and guiding it into the tutu.

"Alright, just a little more," said Bingo, holding up the tutu. Muffin carefully guided Sock's leg into the tutu, before Bingo guided the other leg in. Her appearance complete, Socks barked happily, stood on her legs, and twirled around.

"So Uncle Stripe started to help her walk on her legs?" asked Bingo, watching her cousin dance.

"Yeah! Dad thinks she'ww be doing it nowmawwy by the next Chwistmas speciaw!" said Muffin, proud of her sister. She looked at Bingo's appearance. "You look pwetty, Bingo."

Bingo smiled and curtsied. "Thanks, Muffin. I wonder how Bluey looks."

"Why is she taking so wong, anyway?" Muffin wondered, tapping her chin.

Socks returned to walking on her hands and feet and brushed the door to Bluey's dressing room. "Yeah?" Bluey responded, sounding a little upset.

"What's wrong, Bluey?" Bingo asked, concerned.

Bluey sighed. "I don't know."

"Do you not wike youw costume?" Muffin asked.

"No, I like it a lot, actually," said Bluey. "I just don't think it's right for me."

"Really?" said Bingo, confused. "Why don't you show us?"

Bluey got up from the floor and opened the door to her room, revealing her appearance to the others. The blue heeler was dressed in a simple pink tutu, but her arms were covered in gloves that reached her shoulders, and a tiara with a blue jem adorned her head.

Bingo gasped, loving her sister's look. "Bluey, you look like a…like a…"

"A girl?"

"No...a princess!"

Bluey smiled, her tail still droopy. "Thanks, Bingo."

Bingo gave her sister a big hug. "I don't understand what's the matter," she said. "I think you look nice. Why don't you like it on yourself?"

Bluey frowned again. "I think this makes me being a girl matter."

Bingo released the hug and shrugged. "I still don't understand."

"Yeah, Bwuey," agreed Muffin. "I think being a wittwe giwwy shouwdn't be a bad thing."

"So, I can be a little girly and a little boyly, too?" asked Bluey, her tail rising.

"Isn't that what we've been doing anyway?" said Bingo.

Bluey chuckled, thinking about the times she explored the creek and went camping in the bush. "Yeah, I guess we have," she said. "But would it matter if I wore this if I actually was a boy?"

"I don't know," said Muffin, shrugging, "but I don't think it shouwd."

Bluey's tail started to wag, and she pulled her family in for a hug. "Thanks, you two," she said. "Now, let's embrace our girliness!" The kids three and up once again looked to the fourth wall and shouted "Hooray!" as Socks barked happily.

Back on the stage, Muffin walked up to the boombox, and when she pressed play this time, traditional ballet music began to play, Helping her sister up, Muffin began to twirl around with Socks, gliding across the stage like a traditional couple. Bluey and Bingo danced alongside them, moving on their tip-toes before leaping into the air like true prima ballerinas. They danced the entire night long, enjoying each other's company and loving the fact that no one would judge them if they were being watched.

[BGM: Asu01 - True Kindness]

The next morning, Bluey and Bingo woke up feeling rather refreshed. "I think that was one of the best sleeps I've ever had," said Bluey, stretching her arms.

"Yeah. When we work together, we can all have fun!" said Bingo. "I hope you still aren't upset about being a girl."

Bluey gave Bingo a hug. "No, not anymore." The next person to wake up was the nearby Knuckles the Echdina. "Oh, how did you sleep?" Bluey asked.

"I had the strangest dream," responded the echidna. "I was in the Planet of Blue Spheres, but there was nothing but submarine sandwiches, and when I hit one with inverted colors, I started glitching out like crazy!"

To be continued...and next time: BEEEAAAACH!

Next chapter: "Mermaids" BEEEAAACH! That's what everyone's saying as the pups head to the beach dream next! There, Bluey assumes the narrator role as she tells a story of a young girl and her mermaid friend finding a special treasure that will help them explore both their worlds. What will they encounter that will try and prevent them from finding it? Only whatever Bluey can think of...

Postface: Chapter complete! It feels so good to finally get this story out there! Trust me, this will be a finale to my sub-stories that you won't forget!

Trivia time! The Dream-a-tron 5000s are the latest inventions of Kevin's, and already they're proven to be quite powerful. In fact, this isn't the first time they've shown up...they were previously used by Andy and Mark in Chapter 7 of Minecraft Maniacs RPG to enter Kevin's mind when all of the Gadgets of Order were found! Pretty clever, huh? Anyway, back to the Bluey stuff...for this story, I decided to draw upon my secret fascinations that I feel pretrain to little girls. I've secretly wanted to see a full-on ballet episode of Bluey, and the endings of Work and Charades just aren't cutting it for me! That's why I decided to write this chapter, since I figured the kids would be into ballet - we've even seen Bingo doing a bit of it in Spy Game. As for Bluey's anxiety about how it feels like she has to be a girl, that was mostly inspired by how the creator of Bluey, Joe Brumm, deliberately subverted girly stereotypes when writing her and Bingo. It just seemed like something she'd think about to me.

Now, here's where things might get a little sensitive - I've decided to have a bit of a subplot relating to why the episodes Teasing and Flat Pack were pulled and edited last year (though why is Teasing still not back on Disney+?). I myself used to think it was a little ridiculous that they pulled them because of simple cavemen speak, and needless to say, I got what I deserved when I was public about it. So I thought it might be a good overall character arc for Muffin in this story - sometimes she has to change what she says, but she can't take advantage of what she can't say, either. Also, to those of you wondering why Socks is still acting like how she does in Season 1 when Christmas Swim showed her walking and talking like the others, most of my Bluey-related stories are set between halves of Season 2 (although the episodes Barky Boats and Bin Night from the second half have already occurred, for certain reasons). Hope that clears things up/

That should be it! Please read, review, and share around, and I'll see you next time for the beach dream! Stay diamond, everyone!
