The second chapter. I don't know what to say…

Let's just get started.

Izuka woke up with a yawn and looked to her side. Toga was looking at her with a blush on her face. Izuka kissed the girl passionately.

"So where'd you go last night?" Toga asked.

"Oh… you know. I felt something off. Turns out, a true hero was being killed."

"You can sense that?" Toga chuckled. "You have Stain sense now?" Izuka chuckled. Toga giggled beside her. "Do you sense anything right now?"

Izuka rolled over atop Toga. "Yes… I sense that you won't be able to walk today…"

Toga blushed, and there was a knock at the door. Izuka groaned and walked over. "Is that you Dabi?"

"How the fuck did you know?" The man said from behind the door.

"Stain sense…" Toga whispered. Izuka chuckled again.

"We'll be out in a minute." Izuka heard the sound of receding footsteps. She turned to her girlfriend, who was getting up. "Nope. Five minutes is enough."

The screams of pleasure that happened for the next five minutes woke everyone in the building up.

"Hello Everybody. Today, we bring you some sad news. Last night, Captain America lost his life valiantly defending his unconscious team members. Thor and the captain intercepted a group of kidnappers yesterday. As they fought, it became clear that they were outmatched. Thor's powers were nullified by a villain with a quirk that absorbed electricity. The Captain called for help and Hawkeye was sent in. The heroes fought for a long time, eventually bringing down several of the villains. The remaining villain turned the tables by using an advanced form of the quirk enhancement drug known as trigger. The villain brought down Hawkeye and Thor, before mercilessly attacking Captain America. With the last of his strength, Captain America managed to kill the villain, but lost his own life in the process. Captain America's shield has been lost. We send our hearts out to the family of the fallen hero. Have a good day everybody."

Tonya Stark walked through the Avengers agency. She was a woman that stood at five foot nine. She had long brown hair which was tied back into a ponytail. Her eyes were a deep hazelnut brown. She wore jeans and a white t-shirt, as she had just returned from her workshop. A watch could be seen around her right wrist.

"Jarvis, Please open the gate."

[At once Miss]

Tonya stopped at a large metal door. The door hissed and whirred, before opening into a portal. Toya stepped through and arrived at a circular table. The rest of the avengers sat around it.

Dr. Stella Strange, Mistress of the mystic arts.

Brian Banner, the Hulk.

Elena Romanoff, The Black Widow.

Deidre Maximoff, The Scarlet Witch.

Jerry Wilson, The Falcon.

Alyssa Danvers, Captain Marvel.

Peter Lang, Ant Man.

Janet Parker, Spider Woman.

A bandage wrapped woman sat in the seat of Hawkeye. Her bow sat beside her. This was Elianna Barton. Her head hung low, her face shadowed by guilt.

The god of thunder, Thor, sat beside her, also wrapped in bandages. Mjolnir lay before him on the table. His face was darkened by grief.

The seat of Captain America remained empty.

"Alright everyone, let's get this meeting started." Tonya said. "First off, What the hell happened last night?"

Everyone looked at Thor and Elianna. Thor looked up, tears stained his cheeks. "We lost Cap. He and I encountered a gang of kidnappers. One had a quirk that nullified my powers and rendered me useless. Said villain also had a sample of Trigger. However, upon using it, he was still in control. After that, everything's blank."

Tonya nodded. "Can you explain how a norse god, a trained supersoldier, and a bow wielding badass can't stop a group of kidnappers?"

Thor glared at Tonya. "Can you explain why you refused to send help? Do not speak down to us."

"I sent all the help I needed. You three were just not strong enough."

Mjolnir was suddenly embedded in the wall behind Tonya. The sound of thunder rumbled through the room.

"You are on thin ice girl. Edward asked for help. You ignored him. As far as I see it, you're the one responsible for their deaths."

Tonya narrowed her eyes at him. "The only one responsible for his death is himself. Now, our main priority is the shield. Do we know where it is?"

"I did not see where the shield wound up. Perhaps it was destroyed."

Tonya chuckled. "That's a funny joke. A shield made of enhanced vibranium destroyed? Please. It was either taken, or lost in the rubble."

"Judging by what I saw, it was stolen." Stella Strange said. "I helped clear the scene. Whoever is in possession of the shield now is a major threat."

"How can you be sure?" Tonya asked.

Stella stood up and began pacing around the table. "When I helped look at the scene, I saw one villains body. After assessing him with the mystic arts, I found that he was the one who used the dose of Trigger. He was decapitated cleanly. It was from the shield, but I've never seen the captains shield do something like that. It would have to be thrown with immense strength."

"How much strength?" Tonya asked.

"One hundred Iron Man suits strength, plus the hulk. That's the minimum." Stella said.

Tonya hummed and tapped a finger on the table. "That's not good… Forget the shield, we need a new Captain America. I already have a candidate picked out."

Thor growled. "We all agreed that it would be Edward's sister."

Tonya sighed. "Given the circumstances, we need someone with a quirk. Edward's sister won't get far before being killed by this new threat. We need someone with more power."

"I can't believe you!" Thor stood up. Mjolnir flew back to his hand. "Never call on me again Stella. I won't help an iron shell without a heart."

Thor slammed Mjolnir on the ground, and disappeared in a flash of rainbow light.

Tonya sighed again. "Well, that's his call. Let's get to work everybody!"

Izuka yawned at the table. The league sat around looking at her. Toga's seat was empty as she was unable to move.

"Jesus Izuka, what the hell did you do?" Hatsume wondered aloud.

Izuka shrugged. "It's nothing much. Just taking care of one of my loves."

Everybody was silent, then Tomura pointed at the shield. "Where'd you get that item?"

Izuka chuckled. She picked up the shield and held it in front of her. "The late captain America gave it to me before he died yesterday. He wants me to give it to his sister."

"So… your doing a favor for a hero…"

"A true hero." Izuka said. "And I have a plan. His sister is quirkless. I will train her to be the next strongest hero in America, and she will help us take over."

Tomura blinked, then smiled. "I like this plan. Well then Izuka… Go and find this girl. Make her into a great hero. One for the new generation."

Izuka smiled and stood up. "I already did a bit of research and tracked her." She handed a slip of paper to Kurogiri. "I will begin her training at once brother. Kurogiri, transport me to this location."

"Yes Miss Izuka."

A warp gate opened, and Izuka stepped through. Tomura smiled. "Well then… We have our first recruit in America."

)=(

Izuka stepped out of the warp gate and onto the front porch of a small house outside of the city. She took a deep breath, getting a good smell of the country air.

The greenette walked up to the door and knocked. A girl of around thirteen opened it and looked at her. "Hello?"

The girl was a little shorter than Izuka. She had brown eyes that sparked with intelligence. Her hair was curly and black.

Izuka smiled at the girl. "Hi there. Are you perhaps the younger sister of the late Captain America?

A tear rolled down the girl's face. Izuka closed her eyes and bowed. "I'm sorry for your loss. Your brother wanted me to give this to you."

The girls eyes widened as she beheld the shield. She looked at Izuka and asked.

"Who are you? And how did you know my brother?"

Izuka smiled and placed a hand on her shoulder. "My name is Izuka Midoriya, and I killed your brother's killer. I made a promise to him."

The girl's eyes widened. Izuka smiled.

"To make you the world's first Quirkless hero, and the strongest in America."

Eri, Durza, and Kota sat at small desks in one of the rooms Hatsume remodeled. Mirko, Midnight, and Mina stood at the front of the room. A blackboard had been put up, making it look like a classroom.

"Alright you three. Today, we'll be starting your lessons in the basic subjects. We'll also work on quirk control." Mirko said.

"I'll be your Art teacher and quirkless physical education instructor." Midnight smiled.

"I'll be teaching you English and Science." Mina said.

"And I'll be working on History and Math." Mirko smiled. "We'll all work on quirk control together."

Eri, Kota, and Durza nodded. The lessons began.

As it turned out. Durza was quite skilled in English and Math. Kota was well versed in Art and the Quirkless Physical activities. She could lift about fifty pounds in each hand, which was impressive considering she was five and didn't have a strength quirk.

Eri had little knowledge when it came to school. And Chisaki hadn't made an effort to teach her anything. Nevertheless, she managed to pick up History and Science really easily. She even analyzed the acid Mina created in the first lesson and deciphered all of its properties.

Mina smiled at how smart the kids were. They were pretty much just toddlers, and yet they all knew more than Denki Kaminari. Which wasn't saying much, but it was still kind of incredible in her eyes.

Then it came time for quirk training. The three teachers had Kurogiri warp them and the kids to a field where Hatsume was testing inventions, and had set up recording equipment. Basically, it was the same tests as Aizawa's tests for first years at UA, plus a couple of other tests.

They started the normal tests quirkless. Kota gained a score of 47 meters in the softball throw. Durza managed 50. Eri got 20.

For the Flexibility test, Eri blew Kota's score and Durza's out of the water by folding herself in half. Mina Chuckled at how the kids reacted and sat down next to Eri, doing the same thing. The two chuckled a bit, and then it was on to the next test.

Durza won in push ups and sit ups, gaining 53 for each. Kota won in sidesteps, getting 46 in a minute. For a grip test, Kota won as well. Eri won in the fifty meter dash, getting a time of five seconds.

And then it was time for the quirks. Eri didn't really have any change in her results, except the fifty meter dash. As she passed the robot, she tapped it and rewound the timer, giving her a final time of zero seconds.

Eri had gotten a better hang of her quirk since the Yakuza raid. Izuka had trained her before, and she had kept up with her daily quirk exercises. She had a watch that would complete 24 hours of motion before it needed to be rewound. Izuka had given it to her as a training item. With that gadget, Eri had mastered a finer control of her quirk, managing to turn it off and on at will, as well as limiting the output.

Kota surrounded the ball in water for a ball throw. She compressed the water inward, building pressure, until the ball shot out, flying a kilometer away.

Durza drank a bit of blood, before crushing the grip strength device in one hand. Next it was on to the special tests. Or, just the special test. There were three steel beams in the ground, standing upright. Each of the children had to use their quirk to damage them.

Kota surrounded the beam in water, before crushing it with pressure. Durza drank another phial of blood and bent the beam at a ninety degree angle. The two turned to Eri, who's beam had vanished.

"Uhhhh."

Eri blinked at them. "I just made it a rock again…" In place of the beam, half buried in the ground, was a large meteorite. Eri yawned. "So tired… Can we go home now?"

Mirko, Mina, and Midnight nodded. Mirko called Kurogiri, and a portal opened. The six walked through, emerging in the base once again.

Izuka sat at a kitchen table. Across from her sat the girl she had come for. The shield lay in the center of the table.

Finally, the girl spoke. "Why did he have to die?"

Izuka bowed her head. "Your brother was a true hero… He believed in self sacrifice. It's incredibly noble of him to do that… Let's just put it this way… He died to give you your dream."

The girl looked at the shield. "But… I'm quirkless."

Izuka smiled. "And so am I. You know who I am right?"

The girl shivered. "You destroyed All Might…"

Izuka nodded. "It's unfortunate that it had come to that… Here, how about this. You tell me your story, I'll tell you mine."

The girl looked at Izuka. "My parents and brother believed in me even though I was quirkless. My parents both died in a villain attack when I was young. Big Brother took care of me and nourished my dream… He would take care of bullies, he would keep me happy."

Izuka nodded. "And now you don't know if you can be happy anymore…" The girl nodded. Izuka sighed. "I was the same way… Well, I was an only child. My mother lived a bit longer. Around your age, My mother passed away, and I couldn't be happy anymore. I finally broke when the symbol of peace told me I couldn't become a hero."

The girl blinked. "He… really said that to you?"

Izuka nodded. "Someone without a quirk would be a liability in battle… The funny thing is, All Might could give his quirk to others. But when he saw a girl with dreams of becoming a hero, and bringing a smile to everyone's face, he turned them down. And that's when I snapped…"

"That's why you became a villain…: The girl said. "You aren't really a villain… More of an anti-hero."

Izuka chuckled. "Well… yes. I guess I am."

The girl stood up and walked over to Izuka. "My name's Anna. Anna Wilson Rodgers."

Izuka smiled. "Well then Anna… It's good to meet you." The greenette picked up the shield and offered it to her. "Are you ready to become the world's first quirkless hero?"

Anna looked at the shield, before taking it and nodding. "I was born ready."

A young man stood underneath a tree outside of the cabin. His hair was white, with purple tips. His eyes were gold, the irises each had a small line of lavender that twisted through them. He wore a black coat and black pants. On his wrists were bracelets of jingle bells.

The young street vendor smiled at Izuka and Anna. He pulled out a golden coin from his pocket and flicked it up. It flipped over itself, over and over again as it tumbled through the air.

"Heads up avengers…" The man smiled.

The coin landed in the man's hand, tails up. He smiled at the coin and chuckled to himself, before turning and walking away from the house. "Tails… you lose…"

As the man made his way back to the city, events distorted around him. A police officer chasing a mugger tripped and fell. The mugger escaped. A driver passing by suddenly lost control of his steering, and crashed into a jewelry store. Spontaneous events just kept happening as the man passed by. They all shared something in common.

The man was never touched.

Sirens wailed, police cars and ambulances rushed by, and Harlequin Adohira continued to walk towards his home.

Stella Strange floated through the halls of the Sanctum Sanctorum. The cloak of levitation billowed around her. A pendant around her neck hummed and pulsed a light green.

Stella was eighteen. She was the youngest of the Avengers. She had mastered the mystic arts at the age of seven, and developed her own spells at thirteen. At fifteen, she gained the title of mistress of the mystic arts, and was accepted into the Avengers. At seventeen, she was entrusted with the Eye of Agamotto. She still had yet to figure out all of its secrets.

The girl was actually quite short. She stood at exactly five feet tall. Her hair was black, and her eyes were brown. Stella's arms were covered in scars from self harm.

She was quirkless.

But she knew that quirkless didn't mean useless. She was seen as having a quirk thanks to the mystic arts. Of course, she had tried to register as a quirkless hero. But the hero commission turned her down, saying they wouldn't support it. They didn't want quirkless heroes.

Stella found it infuriating.

The girl landed in the center of a room filled with doors. She opened them in a specific order.

The first door. Stella opened it to find a jungle. She left the door open and turned to the fifth door. It opened into a desert.

Stella turned around, and began walking to the fourth door. It opened into a cloudy mountain peak.

The sixth door opened right over the ocean.

The second door opened to an iceberg.

Stella stepped towards the last door. Door number three. Those training at the sanctum knew that it opened into the center of a volcano. Stella and her advisor, the only one with a skill in the mystic arts that came close to hers, knew about some of the door's secrets.

Stella twisted the handle of the third door. The other doors shone brightly before closing. The mistress of the mystic arts walked in, and emerged in a small grove of blossoming cherry trees.

The grove sat on a small floating island. Looking around, you could see more islands, each with their own kind of plant life.

This was EC16459. A planet just on the edge of the universe. It was one of the most unique places to exist. Mainly, because it was where the six singularities that became the infinity stones emerged after the big bang.

Essentially, EC16459, was the center of the universe, but at the edge of the universe.

A strange energy pulsed at the core of the planet, The surface was solid, but Stella knew better than to venture down to that unknown place. It was where creatures beyond the Avengers power roamed. Massive beasts that could control the flow of energies, spirits, as some might call them.

As it was the place where the infinity stones emerged from, it was also the place where Stella felt the most connected to the time stone. She sat down in the center of the cherry grove and opened the amulet. Her eyes closed, before opening and glowing green.

For around an hour, Stella hovered in the center of the grove, her body distorting, then reforming, before she settled. Stella looked at the time stone with a confused look.

"Why do you feel the same here now? Has time's essence been moved?"

So. Getting all of this ready. Once again, I can use OC's, so if you wanna send one in, I'll use them!

So, some of the avengers will be assholes. This is the spoiler you get. You ready? Here it goes!

"Looks like we're close to repeating the civil war."

There you go. Hope that gives you enough insight. And no, before you ask. Thanos won't be in the story. I joke about it with my discord sometimes, but he won't

No death raisin.

Sushui Out!
