A/N: Just to point out something about the Omuro residence, I know that the anime had a lot of mistakes from the change of houses, not to mention the appearances from inside, too. However, I decided to choose the anime version (from episode 1 of San Hai) instead of the appearance from Oomuroke, since I'm not so fond of the Oomuroke version and, well, I'm not the observant type to even remember where things are in the house itself. Some scenery from inside the house will be based off of imagination if it wasn't shown in the anime, or if it wasn't burned into my memory properly. With that aside, I've tried to keep everything as accurate as is. That being said, parts of the story will be inaccurate due to incorrect information or the failure of research.
Another note as an apology for making it such a long one shot: I understand that the formatting issues make the one shot harder to understand with the paragraphing flow, but, well, since I do long one shots, it means I make them on the spot and don't tend to make them in chapters, since I have a lot of other projects to be working on, too, and that I don't really have the time to set up chapters for 'placed on the spot' stories that just 'came to mind'. So yes, basically, this is all poorly planned out the wrong way due to a lot of changes, etc, but even so, I promise not to have a format like this in the near future.
This long shot is quite old by the fact that I kept getting sidetracked with the GuraKoro no Graffiti series on Archive of Our Own, but even so, I hope this was worth the wait - regardless of not keeping you all updated with The Forgotten Past neither. And no, I don't plan on cancelling it, otherwise it would become a waste of time with all of the planning I went through, so yes, I will be finishing it at some point - this will be a goal I'll achieve before moving onto another story in the near future, even if it means most will be on Archive of Our Own due to most of my ideas being Hololive related.
