EPISODE ONE - NEW WORLD - CHAPTER TWO
THREE WEEKS EARLIER
Luna, Lincoln, Leni, Lucy and Clyde resided in the loud house rationing the food as they were too afraid to go outside. It was 11:00PM. The sky was pitch black.
Lincoln, Clyde and Leni were watching TV, while Lucy was upstairs in the attic. Luna was in her room by herself thinking about everything that happened. The military have been rolling out in the streets day and night. Just two nights ago, they heard gunshots and thats what made them hide.
Lincoln, Clyde and Leni were watching the new Ace Savvy movie.
Lucy was upstairs in the attic talking to her doll Edwin.
Luna got off her bed and opened her door. A bright laser of white light shined through her window, lighting up the dark room. She turned around and saw a military truck outside with four armed soldiers holding flashlights.
Luna gasped and rushed downstairs.
"Guys! Turn that shit off! Theres some military dudes outside with fucking guns!" Luna whispered.
Lincoln grabbed the remote quickly and shut off the TV.
Leni gasped at her sisters swears.
"Go hide in the attic now!" Luna demanded.
All three of them quickly rushed upstairs.
Lucy turned around and saw her siblings climbing up the ladder.
"What are you guys doing here?" Lucy asked.
"Luna told us to hide up here, apparently there's some military guys outside." Clyde replied.
Luna proceeded to grab a kitchen knife and hid upstairs behind the corner next to the stairs.
"This is Lieutenant Parker! We heard the TV! Open up!" he shouted.
The door knob stood still as the remaining loud's kept quiet.
A few seconds pass by.
"Open up now or we will forcefully enter the house." Parker said.
Luna stood still with the knife gripped to her hands.
"You have ten seconds!" Parker said.

Luna heard a gunshot outside which spooked her.
"That was to get your attention. We are not trying to hurt you! We just want to help you guys out!" Parker shouted.
Luna thought about it. The military men might be trying to help them, but it could be a trap. Luna thought about her siblings. If she opened that door, she could be putting their lives at risk. But they were running low on food.

"Stop! I'm coming!" Luna shouted.
"What is she doing?!" Lincoln said to himself.
Luna walked down the stairs and slowly approached the door. She felt like she was making a bad decision, but did it anyway. She turned the still doorknob and opened the door.
She was met face to face with a guy a bit taller than her, he had black hair and a black beard and wore a military outfit. Luna noticed he had a heart tattoo on his neck.
"Hello." He said.
"Hey..." Luna said while staring angrily at them.
Luna noticed that the man was Lieutenant Parker.
"Sorry if we scared you, we just wanted to make sure you guys weren't gonna attack us or any-"
Parker looked down and saw the knife in Luna's hand.
"Well, looks like we had good reason to fire that shot then." Parker said. "Now you know theres actually bullets in this thing.
Parker shook the assault rifle in Luna's face.
"Drop the knife." Parker said.
"Drop your guns." Luna responded.
Parker turned around and looked at the men behind him.
"Drop them." Parker ordered.
The men dropped the guns on the floor and parker tossed his gun away.
"Okay, now its your turn." Parker said.
Luna hesitated but slowly dropped the knife.
Parker reached out and picked it up and tossed it in the garden.
"Like I said, we aren't here to hurt you." Parker said.
Parker looked inside the house from the door entrance.
"Is it just you? Do you have anyone else in here?" Parker asked.
"Many more..." Luna replied.
"Can you get them please?" Parker asked.
"I have guns, if you come in the house or hurt my family, I will shoot you." Luna said.
"We got it! We'll wait here." Parker said.
Luna knew she lied, she was completely defenseless against them.
Luna closed the door and went upstairs and opened the attic trapdoor.
"Guys. Come down." Luna said.
"What? No way Luna! They are going to kill us." Lincoln replied.
"Do we have a choice little bro? Even if we don't they still might enter anyway. I made them drop their guns. If anything happens, I want you guys to go back up there and use whatever you can for defense."
Lincoln sighed and nodded.
Lincoln exited the attic first, followed by Clyde, Leni and then Lucy. They walked down the stairs slowly.
"Stay behind me." Luna ordered.
Everyone nodded.
Luna approached the door and opened it up again.
"What do you want?!" Luna asked roughly.
Parker cleared his voice.
"There is command by the President Of The United States to make sure all children and teenagers are escorted safely to military buildings." Parker replied.
"What if we say no?" Luna asked.
"You won't." Parker said.
This made everyone have chills sent down their spines.
"Come with us, trust us, you might find someone you know there." Parker said.
Luna thought of her girlfriend Sam. Every time she tried calling her, the phone wouldn't pick up.
"We aren't monsters, we aren't corrupt. We are true military, we would never want to harm any children." Parker said.
"The way you said 'You Won't' didn't sound so assuring." Lincoln replied.
Parker looked at him.
"Truthfully, if you said no, we will forcefully put you in the truck. We just want to do this without any hassle." Parker replied.
Luna stared at him.
Parker stared back with a straight face.
"Why is this even necessary?" Luna asked.
"We weren't told why, it was just an order." Parker replied.
"Where will you take us?" Luna asked.
"The Royal Woods Child Protection Facility." Parker replied. "We converted the Holman Memorial Hospital into a safezone. We have food, water, beds, doctors and enough space for everyone."
"Maybe we should go, It does sound safe." Clyde said.
"This could be a trap." Lincoln said.
"Look kid, we aren't in no zombie apocalypse right now. Do we look like bandits to you? We were given specific orders to do this. You are coming either way!" Parker shouted.
Lincoln stepped back.
"Sorry kid, I didn't mean to sound harsh, I just needed to explain." Parker said.
A static sounding voice came from the radio one of the privates was holding.
"Sir! We need to head back to headquarters. Specific order." The man said.
"Look, you're coming either way. Either come with us peacefully, or we will force you to get on there."
Luna looked at everyone behind her and back at Parker.
"Fine..." Luna said.
"Good, unfortunately we don't have time to have you guys grab your stuff, we need to move now." Parker ordered.
Luna nodded realizing that she had to leave her axe.
"Come on...stay close." Luna said.
Everyone nodded and followed her.
Luna followed Parker and the rest of his men to the military truck.
"Im glad you took this shit seriously." Parker said to Luna. "You are a very mature girl."
Luna stood quiet and continued following Parker.
Leni got on the back of the military truck first. Luna helped Lucy, Lincoln and Clyde on before she got on it herself.
Parker closed the back of the truck.
Luna thought to herself that she might have just took her family straight to hell.
PRESENT DAY
Everyone stared at the pale girl.
"Guys...we have to talk." Lucy said.
"What is it sis?" Luna replied.
"I...I just...I just overheard a guard saying they were going to release gas into the cafeteria tomorrow morning."
"Wait what?" Lincoln said.
"Why would they release gas in the cafeteria? There aren't any cars in there." Leni replied.
"No Leni, I mean toxic gas." Lucy said.
"Lucy, are you joking? This is some serious stuff!" Luna asked.
"Luna, Lucy typically doesn't joke around." Lincoln replied.
"What do we do then?" Sam asked.
"Okay, Lucy did you hear anything else?" Luna asked.
"He also said something like if anyone was still awake after the gas was released, to knock us out." Lucy replied.
"Oh my god! We have to tell Doctor Tenner!" Clyde said.
Clyde proceeded to run to the door.
"Wait!" Luna shouted.
"We don't know if Doc is working with them."
Clyde released his hands from the handle.
"Okay, we have to get out of here, I knew this place didn't feel right!" Luna said.
"Lucy, are there any points to where the vents lead outside?" Sam asked.
"Yes, only one though." Lucy said.
"Okay everyone go." Luna said.
"Wait! We have to warn the other kids." Clyde said.
Luna stopped walking towards the vent and turned around towards Clyde.
"Clyde, we can't save everyone from that, there's a bunch of guards and a bunch of kids. We all couldn't bring one hundred kids into one vent without be spotted dude!" Luna said.
Lincoln got up from the bed.
"What if there was a way." Lincoln said.
"What do you mean?" Luna replied.
"Luna, Sam, you two are strong right?" Lincoln asked.
"I wouldn't say strong, but i'm not weak." Luna said.
"Okay, your friends sitting at your table are strong right?" Lincoln asked.
"Where are you going with this?" Luna asked.
"I'm saying we can take over this place and escape together." Lincoln said.
"Woah dude! How are we going to do that? These dudes are armed!" Luna replied.
"I have a plan." Lincoln said.
"Of course you do." Luna replied.
Lincoln cleared his throat
"Alright, Sam grab that fire escape map." Lincoln said.
Sam went over and tore off the fire escape map from the wall.
"Put it on the floor." Lincoln said.
Sam put the map on the floor.
"Okay, look here." Lincoln said.
Everyone gathered around the map as Lincoln pointed.
"There are a total of three fire escapes. Theres one right next to the cafeteria, one at the back end of the building, and another one by the third floor." Lincoln explained.
"I noticed the gun's the guards have has silencers. We go outside our room and take out the guard outside of our door. We get Stella and everyone in her room. We take his weapon, we head upstairs to the third floor and take out the other guards with said gun.
Lincoln continued.
"Then we let everyone know in the third floor about the situation and then we'll head over to the security room, you'll see what I mean." Lincoln pointed to the security room location.
"When Parker gave us the tour, I noticed that the armory had a red light, there was a card slot, which must mean there is some sort of card we can use. The security room holds those cards as I seen Parker go in there and give another guard a card from there. Private Roland watches security, but remember when Parker told us he fell asleep a lot during the job? We would have to hope he is. The security door has a normal lock on it. We take out Roland, grab the card and smash the monitors, we go and open the armory with said card. We grab what we need, arm everyone else and then we will send Luna and a few others to the kitchen and tell them to grab food. While the rest of us search for any other supplies we can use. We can grab backpacks from the armory to store our stuff in. We escape using the fire escape in the third floor. If something goes wrong, we head over to the one at the back end of the building. We head out and escape." Lincoln finished.
"Thats surprisingly a well thought plan little bro, but where will we go from there?" Luna asked.
"Well Parker mentioned during the tour that a group of soldiers were located somewhere north, near Canada. He mentioned that those soldiers were against their plan. Maybe they can help us." Lincoln replied.
"We have to hope Roland is asleep if we are going to pull this off." Sam said.
"That's where Lucy and Clyde come in. Before we even leave the room, we send Lucy and Clyde to grab some radios from the armory and maybe some other stuff. Since the armory door is card only, they couldn't open it from the other side. They come back and hands us the radios and other stuff, while Clyde and Lucy keep a few. Me and Clyde did something similar during the Sadie Hawkins dance so he should be cool with handling this next part. Right buddy?"
"Uhh...sure..." Clyde responded nervously.
"Okay, Lucy will crawl towards the security room and let us know if he's asleep. If he isn't, we send Sam with a knife or something to take him out. Sam will grab the card and crawl back up using the table in the middle of the room. Then we'll continue. If he's asleep, we do the exact same thing so if we wakes up, he won't call guards over to us. We'll send Clyde to the other side and he'll let us know if anyone is coming." Lincoln finished his master plan.
"Lincoln, this is a good plan, but are you serious about killing these people?" Clyde asked.
"We have to Clyde! We'll be the ones killed if we didn't!" Lincoln replied.
Lincoln turned around.
"Alright let's do this." Lincoln said.
"Wait, we're dong this now?" Luna said.
"There will be too much activity in the morning Luna!" Lincoln replied.
"Shit, guys this is a risky plan, do we really want to put our lives at risk here? I don't wanna lose anyone." Luna responded.
"Luna, I know this might sound messed up, but if we get separated somehow, I don't want anyone coming back for us. Just go and we'll meet up somewhere."
"Where's somewhere?" Leni asked.
"The Hazeltucky Grand Mall." Lincoln said.
Leni gasped in excitement.
"That's a bit far on foot dude." Luna asked.
Lincoln turned around.
"We'll steal one of the military trucks."
"But how? We don't have car keys." Clyde asked.
"We hot-wire it. Does anyone know anyone else who knows how to hot-wire a car?" Lincoln asked.
"I actually do." Luna said. "My friend Dylan mentioned he hot-wired his Uncle's car."
"This plan might actually work." Sam added.
"Who's going to drive?" Clyde asked.
"Im sure someone else here knows how to." Lincoln replied.
"Nick mentioned how he got his drivers license at sixteen!" Sam said.
"Will everyone fit in the truck?" Luna asked.
"I'm sure will be able to make room for everyone." Lincoln said.
Everyone looked at each-other and nodded.
"Alright, let's do this." Lincoln said.
MEANWHILE IN HEADQUARTERS
"Tomorrow, we tell everyone to gather in the cafeteria for a 'Special Announcement', We'll close all exits and release the gas. Then we will bring their bodies back to the lab. Is that correct General?" A man in military uniform said.
"Correct." said the general.
"These kids have no idea what's coming to them." The general said. "Major Talash, Corporal Marvy and Private Terson will be on the lab site in the morning."
"Understood sir." The man said.
"and Parker! Don't forget to find a girl named...Alexis Carvey. I need her alive." The general said.
"Understood sir!" Parker said as he exited the room.
"Time to start Operation Freeland."
MEANWHILE IN RCPF
Lucy crawled inside the vent with Clyde with the fire escape map.
"Guys! Grab radios, a couple weapons and backpacks, then meet back here." Lincoln said.
Lucy and Clyde nodded.
"Lincoln, I really hope you know what you're doing, because if they get hurt, thats on you." Luna said.
"Don't guilt trip me Luna, I'm trying to help us live. Lucy is my sister too, and Clyde is my best friend. I understand the risks, and we have to take them if we want to get out of here alive." Lincoln said.
Luna scoffed.
Lincoln turned around and back towards the vent entrance.
Clyde and Lucy kept walking towards the armory location using the fire escape route map.
"It's right down here." Lucy said.
"Good." Clyde replied.
Lucy opened the vent grate to the armory.
Lucy and Clyde dropped down.
Clyde grabbed a backpack and four radios. He proceeded to put the four radios in his backpack.
Lucy grabbed a backpack and put a knife, a pistol and a tomahawk in the backpack.
"So, do you still talk to any of your spirit friends?" Clyde asked.
"Not anymore." Lucy said.
"Oh, thats a shock." Clyde said.
Lucy turned to her left and grabbed a crate. Lucy proceeded to stand on the crate and climbed back up. Clyde followed shortly after.
Lincoln was watching the vent entrance while Luna was walking back and forth. Sam sat on her bed while Leni stood in the middle of the room.
"I hear something. I think its Clyde and Lucy." Lincoln said.
Luna ran over towards the vent entrance.
Clyde and Lucy came out of the vent entrance.
"Here." Lucy said as she handed Luna her backpack.
Clyde handed his backpack to Lincoln.
Lincoln opened it and took out the radios.
Lincoln handed one to Clyde and one to Lucy.
Luna opened Lucy's backpack.
"Knife, pistol and a hawk. Nice sis." Luna said.
"Here Sam." Luna said.
Luna handed the knife to Sam.
Luna kept the tomahawk for herself.
She kept the pistol in the bag.
Lincoln then handed a radio to Luna.
Lincoln kept the fourth one in the bag.
"Alright, Lucy, Clyde you guys get in your positions, it's time to put Operation Escape The Royal Woods Child Protection Facility With Everyone Alive And Healthy And Also Think Of A Shorter Name For This Operation into action!" Lincoln said.
Clyde nervously nodded.
"Sam, you ready?" Lincoln asked.
Sam nodded and entered in the vent entrance.
Sam proceeded to crawl with Lucy to the security room.
"I don't think I can do this." Sam said.
Lucy didn't respond.
Sam breathed and kept crawling.
Sam and Lucy reached the top of the security room. Roland was asleep.
"Okay...okay...this should be a bit easier." Sam whispered to herself.
Sam quietly opened the vent entrance as the dirty blonde guard snored loudly in his chair. Sam dropped down and slowly walked over to the sleeping Roland.
Sam held her knife over Roland's head
Sam took a deep breath.
Sam closed her eyes as she roughly lifted the blade down.
The sound of a cracked skull and squishy flesh filled the room's silence.
Sam opened her eyes to see that her blade was now intact to Roland's skull.
Sam started hyperventilating as she slowly backed up.
"Lu...lucy...don't look." Sam whispered.
"I watched the whole thing, it's fine." Lucy said.
Sam approached the locker that held the access cards.
"Wow, this shit is unlocked?" Sam thought to herself.
She opened it and grabbed one access card.
"Alright Lucy, move so I can get up!" Sam whispered.
"Wait, smash the monitors first." Lucy whispered back.
"Oh...right." Sam said.
She slowly approached the corpse of Roland. She inhaled and then exhaled.
Sam grabbed the handle of the knife and pulled it out of Roland's skull.
Sam gaged before throwing up on the floor.
"Okay, now I wish I didn't watch that." Lucy said.
Sam grabbed a piece of paper near Roland and wiped her mouth before stabbing the monitors one by one.
She then proceeded to climb on top the table and back into the vent.
Sam made her way back and Lucy moved out of the way and began watching the third floor through the vent.
Sam made her way back, looking dazed.
"Sam, are you alright?" Luna asked.
"Yeah, yeah, I just threw up that's all." Sam replied.
Sam hugged Luna.
"Alright, that takes care of the cameras." Lincoln says.
Sam pulled away as Luna took a deep breath.
Luna turned around and looked at her siblings.
"Alright, you guys stay behind me. Especially you Leni." Luna said as she put her backpack on.
Leni nodded.
Lincoln put on his backpack and nodded.
Luna slowly walked to the door with a straight look on her face.
Luna then turned around.
"Be careful, be aware of your surroundings. You dudes better listen to everything I say." Luna said.
Everyone nodded.
Luna turned the handle to the door slowly.
The guard was standing still and looking away from the door just a few feet in front of them.
Luna raised her tomahawk. She hesitated. But she breathed before striking the guard in the neck. Blood squirted out from his neck as he gurgled.
The guard dropped to the floor and Luna dragged him back to her room and hid him under the bed.
"Holy shit, I can't believe I just killed a dude." Luna said.
"Good thing Rusty isn't here, he'd pass out." Lincoln said as he tried to avoid the corpse.
Luna grabbed the assault rifle with the silencer.
Luna, Lincoln, Leni and Sam walked out the door again and proceeded to walk over to Stella's Room, which was right across their room. Luna approached Stella's room door and opened it slowly.
Luna looked into the room and noticed six kids sleeping in their bed.
"Dudes, wake up!" Luna whispered.
One kid rose up quickly. It was Trent. He grabbed his glasses and put them on before staring at Luna.
"Lincoln's sister? What are you doing here?" Trent asked.
"We'll explain on the way, but now you guys gotta come with us, something is going on." Luna replied.
"Wait...hold on...what do you mean?" Trent asked.
Another kid slowly rose up from her bed. It was Mollie.
"Luna?" Mollie asked.
A third girl moved the covers from over her head. It was Stella.
Luna approached them and turned on the light switch.
This caused everyone to groan.
"SHH!" Luna said. "You dudes gotta be quiet! Look I wouldn't be doing this little rescue mission if it weren't for Lincoln, so you guys better come, or you can just stay here. I have my family to look out for, but I'm taking a risk looking out for you guys. The military are some fucked up people. Come or die!" Luna sharply whispered.
Luna knew she sounded rough, but she had to get through everyone heads.
"Lincoln sent you?" Stella asked.
"Yes, now hurry up!" Luna whispered.
Sam quietly looked over the ledge and saw two guards walking in the cafeteria.
"Luna! Theres two guards down below! Hurry it up!" Sam whispered.
"I would if these dudes would just hurry up themselves." Luna said.
Stella got up and approached Luna along with Girl Jordan, Mollie, Joy and Andrew.
Trent stood back.
"Dude, are you coming or not?" Luna whispered.
Trent had a nervous face before he quietly sighed and nodded.
"Alright, stay quiet, do as I say and follow me, don't ask questions." Luna said.
They all nodded.
Lincoln smiled as he saw his classmates exit out of their room.
Stella walked towards Lincoln.
"What's going on?" Stella whispered.
"It's a long story, but we need to get out of here first." Lincoln whispered back.
Stella had a nervous face.
"Alright, this way, we gotta go to the third floor." Luna said.
Luna pulled out her radio. "Lucy, any guards up there?"
"Yes, theres two standing at the end of the hallway." Lucy whispered back.
Luna grabbed her assault rifle.
Luna didn't enjoy hurting anyone, and she especially didn't enjoy killing anyone, but if it meant she had to for her families lives, she'd do it in a heartbeat.
Luna breathed as she snuck upstairs.
"You guys stay down here until I say it's safe to come up." Luna said.
Everyone nodded.
Luna approached the long hallway and aimed her silenced assault rifle at the two guards.
Luna pressed the trigger and spray bullets onto the guards.
Four bullets hit one guard in the chest and heart as he dropped down to the floor. Two bullets hit the second guard in the neck before one more hit him in the head.
Both guards dropped to the floor lifeless.
Luna gulped.
"Alright it's safe." Luna said.
The group of nine nodded and proceeded to head upstairs.
Girl Jordan, Mollie and Joy gasped as they saw the two lifeless guards at the end of the hallway.
"Come in Lincoln!" Clyde said.
"What is it Clyde?" Lincoln said worryingly.
"I see two guards coming from the cafeteria heading to your location."
"Luna! Clyde sees two guards coming from the cafeteria!" Lincoln says.
Luna turned around and kneeled on her leg.
The sweat dripped down her head as she aimed the gun towards the end of the hallway which led to the cafeteria.
The two guards approached the hallway.
Luna pressed the trigger.
A few bullets missed but two of them struck one guard in the head while another struck the second guard in the chest.
"Okay, they're gone." Luna said.
Luna turned around and walked back up the stairs.
"Alright, Ill start opening up these doors." Luna said.
MEANWHILE IN HEADQUARTERS
Parker approached his humvee as three others followed him, which included Private Terson, Private Gray and Private Tagmann.
The three hopped in the humvee as Parker turned on the engine.
The four military men were going to RCPF to check the gas.
Parker stepped on the gas.
"Do you think those kids will really live?" Private Tagmann asked.
"Yes, the general wouldn't lie to us." Parker replied. "Why'd you ask."
"I don't know, I just feel bad about this whole situation, I just wanted to know if these kids were gonna be alright." Tagmann replied.
"Don't be a softy for them, they stupidly went to this place without hesitation." Terson said.
"We practically forced them though." Tagmann said.
"Actually, there was this one girl named Luna." Parker replied.
"She actually had a knife in her hand when we arrived to pick them up. She actually made us drop our weapons." Parker said. "Of course I had to lie about the no harm part to convince them."
"Whoever this Luna is still went with you though." Terson added.
"Yeah, you know I was about to pull out my sidearm and threaten them to get on but she actually went on her own." Parker said.
"Another gullible one." Terson said.
"No, she was different. We have to watch out for her." Parker said.
"Watch out for who again? I remember you saying that we will be dropping gas into the cafeteria, everyone not wearing a gas mask will be on the floor!" Terson said.
"I don't know...I just have this feeling that she's gonna pull something on us. I had it ever since I saw her holding that knife." Parker said.
"Whatever man." Terson said.
MEANWHILE IN RCPF
About half the doors were open as confused kids and teenagers spewed into the hallway. Including an upset Chandler and Lance.
"Why the fuck did the lesbian wake us up. I'm fucking tired." Chandler said to Lance.
"I don't know man, she's fucking pissing me off." Lance replied.
Dylan, Seth, Kate and Nick walked out of their room and into the hallway.
"Okay dudes, do you understand what you're going to do?" Luna said.
Nick and Dylan nodded as Lincoln gave Nick a radio.
Trent walked over to Chandler and Lance.
"It looks like Lincoln's sister has something important to tell us if she woke us up." Trent said.
"Yeah, probably to tell us that she's a lesbian." Chandler jokingly said.
Lance chuckled.
Trent softly laughed.
"Alright, everyone listen!" Luna quietly shouted.
Everyone turned their heads towards Luna.
"I'm just gonna cut straight to the chase! We are scheduled to die tomorrow morning! My little sister Lucy overheard a conversation and warned us. We managed to take out the security guard and a couple others! We woke you guys up to give you guys a chance at life!" Luna quietly shouted.
Scrambled voices could be heard.
"What a load of bullshit!" Chandler quietly joked.
"Now! In order to make sure you guys can defend yourselves, we'll be giving some of you guys weapons!" Luna quietly shouted.
Some in the crowd gasped.
Luna, Nick and Sam walked over to the armory.
"Sam, open it." Luna said.
Sam nodded and swiped the access card.
A ding noise played as the light turned green.
Sam opened the armory and then looked inside it with the others.
There was six assault rifles on the left and four pistols on the right. A couple of knives, and a crate of ammo.
Sam approached the armory and grabbed a pistol.
Nick grabbed an assault rifle and a backpack before putting ammo clips inside. He also grabbed a holster.
Luna grabbed more ammo for her gun and put it in her backpack. She also grabbed a pistol and put it in her backpack.
Nick also grabbed a knife and put it in his holster.
"Who are we going to give the rest too?" Sam asked.
"Let me have one!" Lincoln said.
"Bro, do you even know how to shoot a gun?" Luna asked.
"You didn't, but I don't see you warning yourself!" Lincoln said back.
Luna groaned before handing Lincoln a pistol.
"Little bro, don't be shooting around randomly, only use it when necessary." Luna said.
"This is heavier than I expected." Lincoln said.
Luna grabbed the last two pistols and walked outside.
"Alright, anyone know how to properly shoot a gun?" Luna asked.
No one answered until a hand raised up.
It was Lance's hand.
"Uhh, my dad took me to a gun range before and I nailed the shots." Lance said.
Luna walked over to Lance and handed him a pistol.
"Be careful with that thing." Luna said before walking away.
Lance slowly nodded before staring at the gun in his hands.
"Dude! You have a gun! Can I see it?" Trent asked.
"No way, this thing is all mine." Lance said.
Trent sighed.
"Lance, I dare you to shoot." Chandler said.
"Wait what, at who?" Lance asked.
"Not at who you dingus! Shoot in the air!" Chandler replied.
"Dude, this gun will be out of my hands if I did that." Lance said.
"Dude, you can so boring sometimes." Chandler said.
Luna handed an assault rifle to Dylan and Seth.
"I don't know how to shoot a gun!" Seth said.
Seth wore a green tank top and had blonde hair. He had bright skin and black pants and black shoes. He also wore a chain with a crescent moon.
"If you don't, just give it to Kate, she hunted with her dad a lot." Dylan replied.
"Yeah, with hunting rifles, not assault rifles." Kate replied.
Kate wore a black vest with a beige shirt. She had dark skin and glasses. She also had tan pants and long brown hair. She wore black shoes.
Seth handed the gun to Kate.
Luna turned around and saw Lucy staring at them from above.
"Lucy! Come down!" Luna whispered.
Lucy hopped out of the vent.
"Glad you're okay sis." Luna said.
"Wait, wheres Clyde?" Lincoln asked.
Coughing could be heard coming from the vent. It was Clyde.
"Clyde! Come down!" Lincoln said.
Clyde hopped down as well.
"You okay buddy?" Lincoln asked.
"Yeah, I just hope I don't see anyone dying, I'd pass out." Clyde said.
Clyde and Lincoln shared a hug.
"Hey excuse me!" Someone said.
Luna turned around.
"Can I have one of those guns? I'm a good shot." The guy said.
"Who are you?" Luna asked.
"Travis, Travis Saelz." he said.
Travis had a black t-shirt and black spiky hair. He had glasses and was a bit taller than Luna. He wore long jeans and black shoes.
Luna handed an assault rifle to Travis.
"Don't screw up." Luna said.
Travis nodded.
Lincoln noticed Rusty coming out of the room half asleep. He walked towards him.
"Hey Rusty." Lincoln said.
"Hi Lincoln, what time is it." Rusty said slowly.
"I don't remember." Lincoln said. "But, we gotta get out of here, what's taking Luna so long?"
Lincoln looked over and saw Leni talking to Dana and Chaz.
"So basically, my sister Luna says that we have to get out of here." Leni said to both of them.
"They are going to release poisonous gas on us? This...this is crazy." Dana said.
"What if they had good intentions?" Chaz asked.
"Chaz, I don't think poisonous gas has any good intentions." Dana said.
"Attention everyone!" Luna said.
Everyone looked over.
"I'll be going to the cafeteria to get some food for us. For now, I need all of you to go outside through the vents and start up that Truck."
"Sam, Travis, Kate, you three come with me, Nick, Dylan, make sure you get everyone safe and secure and meet us at the back end of the building." Luna said.
Sam, Travis and Kate walked over towards Luna as Nick and Dylan nodded and proceeded to open the vents.
Luna handed backpacks to Travis and Kate.
Luna, Sam, Travis and Kate headed downstairs and went to the cafeteria.
"Alright, me and Sam will search the left side, you two search the right side." Luna ordered.
"Got it." Kate said.
The group split up and started searching.
Travis and Kate opened a cabinet and found canned food to which they proceeded to put them in the backpack.
"So, Luna, are you feeling okay, you seem to be a bit handed up with this leader thing you're doing." Sam said.
"Yeah, I'm okay, it's a bit stressful controlling all these kids. I mean just an hour ago, All this shit didn't exist. Everyone was asleep, Lincoln was still at the Doc's and I was just sitting on my bed." Luna replied.
"Yeah, you're right, everything happened so fast." Sam said.
"I mean we had to right? We couldn't wait any more longer." Luna said.
"Right, it's just tha-"
A sound which sounded like a thunder strike filled the silent room.
Luna and Sam jumped and looked behind them.
It was Kate.
She had a hole through her chest. Blood dripped out as she fell to the ground, puking blood.
"SHIT! GET DOWN!" Luna yelled.
Luna and Sam hid behind a pillar.
Travis looked next to him to see a revolver with smoke spewing out the barrel. Private Gray pulled the trigger.
Travis quickly ducked as another shot barely missed his head.
Travis looked next to him and saw Kate, blood coming out of her mouth.
Private Gray walked forward from the entrance as Terson, Tagmann and Parker walked behind him.
Six more guards entered behind them.
"Holy shit..." Travis said to himself.
"We saw you guys doing your little escape plan on the cameras!" Parker yelled. "Come out with your hands up and we won't kill you!"
"What? How did they see us?" Luna whispered to Sam.
"That wasn't necessary Gray, general told us to make sure everyone is alive. No killing." Parker said.
"You just told them you were going to kill them if they didn't come out!" Gray replied.
"It's a scare tactic." Parker said.
Parker turned towards the six guards.
"I need you to shoot at them, don't kill them, maybe injure them if necessary!" Parker ordered.
The six nodded.
"I'll go take care of the others." Parker said.
"Gray, Tagmann, Terson, do not fire unless I give the order." Parker said.
The four went upstairs.
Luna pulled out her radio.
"Nick! Do you hear this?" Luna said.
"We heard gunshots, are you okay?" Nick replied.
"Listen dude! Parker and his men are heading upstairs, is everyone almost out?" Luna said.
"We still have Dylan hot-wiring the truck, I only see about a quarter outside." Nick replied.
"Are my siblings safe?" Luna asked.
"I see your brother, the dark haired girl, and blonde girl. That's it right?" Nick asked.
"Alright, get them to the back of the truck, once it gets started, get the hell out of here." Luna said.
"You don't want us to come back for you?" Nick said.
"It's too risky, we'll go on foot." Luna replied.
"If you say so, good luck lunes." Nick said.
The radio shut off.
Luna looked over and saw Travis hiding behind the cabinets.
"Travis, we're going to return fire, make sure those bastards don't come after us." Luna said.
Travis nodded and held his assault rifle tightly.
"On my go." Luna said.
"Three."
"Two."
"One."
"Go!"
Luna shouted as she lifted up.
Travis and Sam aimed their guns and shot back.
One bullet struck a guard in the neck.
Another struck one in the head.
Luna went back to cover as a bullet barely missed her head.
"HEY! CAREFUL! DON'T KILL THEM!" A guard ordered.
"Self defense! Really Brad? They killed Marty and Argate!" The other guard said.
"Fine, but don't kill them, we need them alive!" Brad said.
They continued to shoot as they walked closer towards the kitchen.
Travis went back up and shot a bullet.
The bullet hit the guards shoulder.
Travis fired again as Luna rose up and began firing.
Luna's bullet hit the injured guard in the head, finishing him off.
Travis's bullet hit another guard in the head.
They both went behind cover again.
"There is only two left dude! Keep going!" Luna said.
Travis nodded and lifted up.
A bullet fired from Travis's gun and hit Brad in the eye socket.
Brad screamed as he fell to the ground.
The other guard fired back.
His bullet hit Travis in the shoulder.
"Ahh!" Travis yelled in pain as fell to the floor.
"Damnit!" Luna yelled.
"Well, well, well." Parker said.
The remaining group still inside turned around to see Parker.
Lance aimed his gun at him.
"Woah kid, you better put that down before you get yourself hurt." Parker said.
Lance kept the gun aimed at his head.
"Let's just fucking shoot the armed one!" Terson shouted.
"No! We save them all!" Parker yelled back.
Chandler looked at Lance.
"Shoot him, just fucking shoot him!" Chandler said.
"What...Wh...I-" Lance was cut off.
"SHOOT HIM!" Chandler yelled
Lance fired the gun by accident and the bullet struck Tagmann in the chest.
"Holy fuck!" Parker yelled.
"TAGMANN!" Terson yelled.
Lance fired again and the bullet went through Terson's knee cap.
"You motherfuckers!" Terson screamed.
Terson lifted up his gun towards the remaining kids.
"Terson! NO!" Parker yelled.
Terson opened fire and his bullet struck Lance in the head.
"FUCK!" Chandler yelled.
Chandler ran to the vent and quickly crawled inside, followed by Trent.
Terson kept firing and a bullet hit Joy in the back, blood dripped from her back as she fell to the floor, lifeless.
Another bullet struck Andrew in the neck. He gurgled as blood covered his shirt. A second bullet hit him in the head as he dropped to the floor.
Terson kept firing his pistol and the bullets struck six more running kids, one of them being Rusty.
Rusty rived in pain as blood came out of his chest.
Rusty crawled towards the vent.
Terson aimed the gun at Rusty before firing it into his head killing him.
"Terson, what the fuck did you do?!" Parker yelled.
"Those fucking cockroaches deserved it!" Terson yelled back.
Gray aimed his gun at Terson's head.
"What the fuck are you doing?" Terson asked.
"Just tell me." Gray asked.
Parker nodded.
Gray pulled the trigger as the bullet struck Terson's head.
"Another one gone rogue, fuck." Gray said.
"Come on, we can't let the others escape, get to the back!" Parker yelled.
Gray nodded.
Parker and Gray crawled inside the vent.
Parker radioed.
"Send reinforcements." Parker ordered.
Parker and Gray continued crawling in the vent.
Chandler and Trent were the last ones to exit the vent.
"What the fuck happend? We heard screams!" Nick asked.
"Lance's dumbass shot one of them and that made him fire on us." Chandler replied.
"It's ready!" Dylan yelled.
"Fuck, get in the truck hurry." Nick yelled.
Chandler and Trent hoped in the back of the truck.
Lincoln, Leni, Clyde, Lucy, Girl Jordan, Mollie, Flat Tire, Stella, Chaz, Dana and Seth entered after.
"Wait, wheres Rusty, Sam and Luna?" Lincoln asked.
"Wheres Joy and Andrew?" Mollie added.
"They died, get over it, why the fuck isn't this truck moving?!" Chandler yelled.
Mollie and Lincoln gasped.
"What?!" Lincoln asked.
The truck began moving.
"Wait, you said my sister died?!" Lincoln asked.
"No! Just Rusty and the other two, I don't know where your stupid ass sister and her girlfriend is." Chandler replied.
"Luna is still back there!" Lincoln yelled.
Leni and Lucy looked at each other.
Lincoln realized that they were leaving without his older sister.
